The principle of the invention is to apply uniform pressure to the toes and legs of a patient using a bandage to force the varicose veins to return blood and metabolize the deposited pigments.
Referring to fig. 1-3, the present invention provides a pressure bandage for varicose vein treatment, comprising: a bandage main body 1; the bandage main body 1 is obliquely cut from cloth, four edges of the bandage main body 1 are parallel in pairs, and the cutting angle of the bandage main body 1 is 40-50 degrees; the bandage body 1 is composed of a toe wrap bandage 11 and a leg wrap bandage 12, the toe wrap bandage 11 and the leg wrap bandage 12 being integrally connected; the toe wrap bandage 11 is cut into five parts parallel to each other for wrapping five toes; the toe wrap bandage 11 and the leg wrap bandage 12 are wound in opposite directions.
Further, the cloth of the bandage main body 1, the count value and the thickness of the weaving lines are not limited; the material of the bandage main body 1 can be natural fiber, chemical fiber, wool, hemp, and the like; any cloth, thickness and weaving line count value are within the protection scope of the application; any glue can be smeared on the bandage body 1 so as to be convenient for fixing the bandage body 1 on the leg.
Specifically, the bandage body 1 is obliquely cut from the cloth 3, four edges of the bandage body 1 are parallel in pairs, and the cutting angle is 40-50 degrees; the oblique bandage main body 1 is used for spiral wrapping, the force of the bandage main body 1 to the leg is planar force, the warps and the wefts play the same tensile force effect, so that the comprehensive and equal stress of the bandage is realized, the winding pressure and stress surface of various irregular cylinders are stable and consistent, and the oblique bandage has a good treatment effect on varicosity; the existing elastic bandages are transversely bound, the force on legs is strip-shaped, the treatment of varicose veins on the legs is not facilitated, and the backflow of varicose vein blood is not facilitated, so that the efficiency of metabolism and pigment deposition is reduced.
Further, the bandage body 1 is composed of a toe wrap bandage 11 and a leg wrap bandage 12, the toe wrap bandage 11 and the leg wrap bandage 12 being integrally connected; the toe wrap bandage 11 is cut into five parts parallel to each other for wrapping five toes, and the leg wrap bandage 12 is used for wrapping a leg.
Further, the toe wrap bandage 11 and the leg wrap bandage 12 are wound in opposite directions; because the toe winding bandage 11 is spirally wound downwards from the toe root to the nail cover, the leg winding bandage 12 is spirally wound upwards from the ankle, and the longitudinal winding directions of the toe winding bandage 11 and the leg winding bandage 12 are opposite, so that the whole winding direction of the bandage main body 1 can be ensured to be consistent, the bandage main body 1 cannot turn back when being wound, the stress of the leg and the toe part is consistent, the treatment of varicosity is facilitated, a layer of pressure jacket is added on a damaged blood vessel, and blood is forced to flow back to the liver upwards and metabolize pigments.
Further, the cut angle of the bandage body 1 is 45 °.
Specifically, the medicine coating layer 2 is fixedly connected with the bandage main body 1, and the medicine coating layer 2 is a traditional Chinese medicine for promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis, so that the effect of promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis is achieved, the blood circulation is accelerated, and the blood flows back to the liver upwards and metabolizes pigments.
Furthermore, the medicine coating layer 2 can be any important medicine with the functions of promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis, including peach kernel, safflower, red peony root, salvia miltiorrhiza, ligusticum wallichii, angelica, rhizoma corydalis, sappan wood, suberect spatholobus stem, rhubarb and the like; preferably, the Chinese medicine for promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis is one or more selected from angelica, red peony root, salvia miltiorrhiza or safflower; in addition, besides the medicine coating layer 2 arranged on the bandage main body 1, the medicine coating mode can also be used after the bandage is dried by soaking the pure cotton bandage with good water absorption in the concentrated traditional Chinese medicine liquid.
It should be noted that the medicine coating layer 2 can be prepared into various Chinese herbal medicines and western medicines, such as other anti-inflammatory western medicines, besides the Chinese herbal medicines for promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis, so as to be used for treating traumatic injury and wound infection, and used in the fields of orthopedic treatment, battlefield rescue and the like.
Further, the pressure bandage is adhered through a magic tape; the first magic male tape 111 is arranged at the head end of the toe winding bandage 11, the second magic male tape 121 is arranged at the tail end of the leg winding bandage 12, and the first magic male tape 111 and the second magic male tape 121 are both positioned on the same side of the medicine coating layer 2; and a magic female tape 13 is arranged on the opposite side of the medicine coating layer 2.
Further, the thickness of the first magic male sticker 111 and the second magic male sticker 121 is equal to each other and is larger than the thickness of the medicine coating layer 2, and the thickness of the first magic male sticker 111 and the thickness of the second magic male sticker 121 are larger than the thickness of the medicine coating layer 2, so that the fixing is convenient.
Further, the female magic tape 13 is disposed on both sides or at the middle position of the bandage main body 1.
The application method of the pressure bandage for varicose vein treatment provided by the invention comprises the following steps:
(1) winding five parts of the toe winding bandage from the root of the toes to the nail in a spiral mode, and sequentially winding five toes after the first magic male tape is used for adhering and fixing the magic female tape;
(2) after the toes are wound, the main body of the bandage left on the foot surface is wound above the roots of the legs, and the second magic male tape is used for adhering the magic female tape, so that the fixation is finished.
It should be noted that the toe wrap bandage 11 and the leg wrap bandage 12 of the present invention may be separately provided, and the leg wrap bandage 12 is removed when the treatment toe is to be wrapped, and the toe wrap bandage 11 is removed when the treatment leg is to be wrapped; in addition, when only the treatment leg is wound, it is necessary to press the tip end of the leg wound bandage 12 by cross-winding at the ankle.
In addition, the bandage main body 1 is designed into the shape, two ends of the bandage main body 1 can be cut into two parts, and the two parts of bandage are wound in a spiral winding method and a spiral reverse folding method; wherein, the bandage with the width of more than 10 cm can be spirally wound upwards by adopting different transverse directions by a spiral reverse-folding and bundling method, and the tail end of the bandage is knotted; besides, the bandage body 1 may be provided in any other shape.
Therefore, the invention provides a pressure bandage for varicose vein treatment, which can wind the toe or the leg obliquely upwards or downwards by setting the cutting angle of the bandage main body to be 40-50 degrees, so that the bandage applies even pressure to the leg of a patient to force the varicose vein blood to flow back to metabolize deposited pigment; in addition, the toe winding bandage is cut into five parts which are parallel to each other and can be wound with toes, the winding directions of the toe winding bandage and the leg winding bandage are opposite, the bandage main body can be ensured not to be folded back, the leg stress is consistent, the leg varicosity is effectively cured, and the problem that the vein varicosity ulcer pigmentation metabolism is slow due to the fact that the comprehensive uniform stress of the leg cannot be realized by the treatment bandage in the prior art is well solved.
Finally, it should be noted that: the above embodiments are only used to illustrate the technical solution of the present invention, and not to limit the same; while the invention has been described in detail and with reference to the foregoing embodiments, it will be understood by those skilled in the art that: the technical solutions described in the foregoing embodiments may still be modified, or some or all of the technical features may be equivalently replaced; and the modifications or the substitutions do not make the essence of the corresponding technical solutions depart from the scope of the technical solutions of the embodiments of the present invention.
