Description

Five-ring prepuce ligation ring
Technical Field
The invention designs a medical instrument, in particular relates to a five-ring foreskin ligation ring, and belongs to the field of medical mechanical articles.
Background
The foreskin is a component of male external genitalia and has important physiological functions. The medical community has been studying the foreskin function, and with the research, there is a renewed understanding and understanding of the foreskin function. At present, the medical field has recognized the following functions of foreskin: firstly, the prepuce covers the glans penis, and the glans penis is protected.
The portion of the penis skin extending forward is called the foreskin. If the glans penis is covered by the foreskin, the glans penis can be exposed by turning back the glans penis by hand, and the foreskin is called as 'overlong foreskin'; if the glans penis is completely covered by the foreskin and can not be turned outwards to expose the glans penis, the glans penis is called phimosis. No matter the foreskin is too long or the phimosis, because the foreskin covers the glans, the glans and the coronary sulcus are usually in a dark and humid environment, so that firstly, bacteria are easy to breed to cause balanitis; moreover, it is easy to accumulate secretions and deposits to form encrustations. Chronic inflammation and the stimulation of the periderm scale are easy to form terrible lesions of the glans skin. The incidence rate of the penile cancer is counted to be about one hundred thousandth, and the foreskin of the kosher is cut off after 10 days of birth, so the penile cancer is quite rare in the ethnic group. For married adult men, the long prepuce not only easily causes balanitis, but also easily causes candida infection to women, and causes vaginitis, cervicitis and even more serious gynecological diseases.
There are various ways of circumcision, such as general circumcision, laser sleeve resection, ring cerclage, etc., and currently, the more popular is "american type circumcision" which combines korean plastic surgery with the american advanced plastic surgery. In any type of surgery, the inner and outer plates of the redundant foreskin are cut under anesthesia. At present, all the medical fields related to the arrangement of the circumcision ligation ring utilize the compression principle of an inner ring and an outer ring to lead the redundant foreskin tissues to be ischemic and necrotic. The inner ring is a circle in the shape of an integral circular tube. The outer ring consists of two C-shaped semicircular rings, and the inner sides of the C-shaped semicircular rings are provided with blades or knives (the blades or the knives are complete and can completely press the foreskin and completely block the blood supply of the foreskin to ensure that the foreskin is ischemic and necrotic), so that the two C-shaped semicircular rings are connected by a connecting device and are connected, adjusted and locked by an adjusting device; or the outer ring is of a C structure and is not provided with a connecting device; or compressing the inner ring and elastic rope to press the foreskin to make the redundant foreskin ischemic necrosis. Since the wound is separated from the normal foreskin tissue and the necrotic foreskin tissue in a purulent way from compression to ischemia necrosis and gradually separated from the necrotic foreskin tissue, the wound grows slowly under the stimulation of chronic inflammation, the whole foreskin is cut to a healing process which is about 4-5 weeks generally, and even more than 2 months, so that the pain is caused to a patient, the work and the study are influenced, and the pain is hard to say.

In the prior art, the circumcision ligation ring is generally combined with an inner ring through a ring edge arranged on the inner side of the outer ring or densely arranged sharp puncture edges, and is locked and adjusted through a connecting and adjusting device, so that the cutting edge can completely compress redundant foreskin and block blood supply of the foreskin, and the ischemic necrosis of the foreskin is caused to fall off (generally, the redundant foreskin is cut off); however, as the foreskin is gradually separated from compression to ischemic necrosis and then the wound is suppurative separated between the necrotic foreskin tissue and the foreskin tissue, the foreskin slowly grows under the stimulation of chronic inflammation, the whole process from cutting to healing of the foreskin is long, and in the process, the patient suffers from pain for a long time and study and work are influenced. Generally, the prepuce wound after the existing circumcision ligation is directly exposed to the outside, the wound is easy to contact and rub with clothes, pain of a patient is increased, meanwhile, wound infection is easy to occur, the healing period is prolonged, and even operation failure can be caused in severe cases.
In the present invention, the outer ring is a circular ring structure formed by one or more C-shaped half ring assemblies, and generally, the C-shaped half ring assemblies are preferably two (when only formed by one C-shaped ring, two ends of the C-shaped ring are connected to form a circular ring), and any one of the C-shaped half ring assemblies is formed by an outer ring wall, an outer ring upper ring layer, an outer ring lower ring layer and a total nutrient buffer groove (blood supply buffer mechanism). The outer ring upper ring layer and the outer ring lower ring layer are annularly arranged on the inner wall of the outer ring annular wall in parallel and both extend to the annular center direction from the outer ring annular wall. The annular groove which is formed along the inner wall of the outer ring annular wall and is formed by the outer ring upper annular layer, the outer ring lower annular layer and the inner wall of the outer ring annular wall together is the total nutrient buffer groove (blood supply buffer mechanism). The upper ring layer of the outer ring is also provided with an upper ring layer fixing bulge (which positions and extrudes the foreskin and also has the functions of blocking partial foreskin blood supply and supplying nutrition) and an upper ring layer nutrition groove (which contains the foreskin and has the functions of establishing a channel for collateral circulation and supplying nutrition for wounds). The lower ring layer of the outer ring is also provided with a lower ring layer fixing bulge (positioning and extruding the foreskin and having the functions of blocking partial foreskin blood supply and supplying nutrition) and a lower ring layer nutrition groove (containing sodium foreskin and providing a channel for collateral circulation and supplying nutrition for wounds).
Further, in order to achieve better operation effect, the upper ring layer fixing bulges and the upper ring layer nutrition groove are designed in a staggered mode. The lower ring layer fixing bulges and the lower ring layer nutrition grooves are also designed in an interlaced mode (if the bulges are marked as '1', the grooves are marked as '2', the interlaced mode of the upper ring layer fixing bulges and the upper ring layer nutrition grooves is marked as '1-2-1-2-1.', and the interlaced mode of the lower ring layer fixing bulges and the lower ring layer nutrition grooves is marked as '2-1-2-1-2.').
Furthermore, in the direction perpendicular to the outer ring surface, the upper ring layer fixing bulge corresponds to the lower ring layer nutrition groove. The upper ring layer nutrition groove corresponds to the inner shell protrusion. Namely, in the axial direction from the upper ring layer of the outer ring to the lower ring layer of the outer ring, the lower ring layer nutrition groove of the lower ring layer of the outer ring is correspondingly arranged opposite to the fixing bulge of the upper ring layer of the outer ring; the lower ring layer fixing bulge of the outer ring lower ring layer corresponds to the upper ring layer nutrition groove of the outer ring upper ring layer. Meanwhile, the width of the edge of the fixed bulge of the upper ring layer in the ring center direction is equal to or less than the width of the notch of the lower ring layer nutrition groove. When the five-ring foreskin ligation ring is used, the outer ring upper ring layer and the outer ring lower ring layer are matched with the inner ring, and redundant foreskin tissues needing to be cut are fixed and pressed on the inner ring (double-layer fixing extrusion is adopted, so that the effect is better). The foreskin is fixed by the fixing bulges on the lower ring layer of the outer ring, and part of blood is completely extruded and blocked to flow to the foreskin tissue ring cutting end for supplying nutrition; the foreskin is also accommodated and fixed by the outer ring lower ring layer nutrition groove, blood conveying and large amount of nutrition circulation are not completely blocked, the foreskin is not completely pressed due to the groove, a certain amount of blood circulation exists, and the blood and nutrition at the moment flow into foreskin tissues of the total nutrition buffer groove between the outer ring upper ring layer and the outer ring lower ring layer through the outer ring lower ring layer nutrition groove to be gathered and supplied with nutrition. Then the foreskin is fixed by the fixing bulges on the upper ring layer of the outer ring, and the blood flow direction of the foreskin tissues extruded by the nutrition groove on the lower ring layer of the outer ring is stopped correspondingly. Therefore, the blood flowing from the lower annular layer nutrition groove to the foreskin tissue in the total nutrition buffer groove can be effectively prevented from further flowing to the wound end foreskin tissue, so that wound bleeding is fixed, the blood is completely squeezed and prevented from flowing to the redundant foreskin tissue at the wound end for nutrition supply, and further wound bleeding is caused; the outer ring upper ring layer nutrition groove is also used for slightly fixing and containing the foreskin, a channel is provided for collateral circulation and providing nutrition for the wound, and blood flows into the edge of the outer ring upper ring layer nutrition groove close to the wound end through the outer ring lower ring layer nutrition groove to provide collateral nutrition for the foreskin tissue. The foreskin tissue is interactively fixed (blood supply is prevented), accommodated (blood supply and nutrition supply) through the outer ring lower ring layer fixing protrusion, the outer ring upper ring layer nutrition groove and the outer ring lower ring layer fixing protrusion, after two steps of blood flow buffering (the outer ring lower ring layer is used once, and the outer ring upper ring layer is used once), bridge-shaped collateral circulation blood supply and nutrition supply are started for the wound end foreskin tissue, and the purpose and the requirement of healing the foreskin wound tissue in one stage are met on the premise that the foreskin wound is not bleeding.
In the invention, the convex surfaces of the upper ring layer fixing bulges and the lower ring layer fixing bulges are both designed into concave arcs, the concave arc surfaces of the upper ring layer nutrition groove and the lower ring layer nutrition groove are designed into concave arcs, and the concave arcs can be more matched with the physiological structure of foreskin tissues, so that the buffering blood supply effect is better. And the convex points can be formed at the two ends of the concave arc convex surface of the fixed protrusion, which is very favorable for fixing the foreskin tissue and can effectively prevent the foreskin from retracting to cause extrusion to stop blood supply failure and cause wound bleeding.
In the invention, the five-ring foreskin ligation ring also comprises a wound protection cover. The wound protection cover comprises a bottom plate, an outer cover ring, an inner cover ring, a U-shaped groove and a buckle. The bottom plate is of an annular plate-shaped structure. The outer cover ring is a cylindrical structure which is arranged on the bottom plate and surrounds the periphery of the outer edge end part of the bottom plate. The inner cover ring is a cylindrical structure which is arranged on the bottom plate and surrounds the end part of the inner edge of the bottom plate for one circle. The U-shaped groove is arranged among the bottom plate, the outer cover ring and the inner cover ring. The buckle is arranged on the edge of the outer cover ring. After the prepuce is fixed and extruded by the outer ring and the inner ring, the redundant prepuce is cut off, the prepuce wound at the moment is positioned between the inner wall of the outer ring and the outer wall of the inner ring, then the buckle hole is formed in the upper ring layer of the outer ring, the buckle of the wound protection cover is placed in by one end of the buckle hole (the end with the larger opening of the buckle hole), then the rotating protrusion is operated to rotate in the rotating hole groove, and then the buckle is locked (the wound protection cover is locked and prevented from loosening) from the end with the larger opening of the buckle hole to the end with the smaller opening of the buckle hole. The inner cover ring of the wound protection cover is positioned in the inner wall of the inner ring (the inner cover ring of the wound protection cover can be just attached to the inner wall of the inner ring), and the outer cover ring of the wound protection cover is positioned on the inner wall of the outer ring, so that one part of the inner side wall of the outer ring, the foreskin tissue wound end and the inner ring are all positioned between the protection U-shaped grooves formed by the outer cover ring, the inner cover ring and the bottom plate of the wound protection cover, and the infection caused by the contact of the foreskin wound and the outside can be effectively prevented. Accelerate wound healing and reduce pain of patients. Meanwhile, when the wound protection cover is fixed (the buckle is screwed from one end with a larger opening of the buckle hole to one end with a smaller opening of the buckle hole for locking), the function of assisting in fixing one or more (generally two) C-shaped semi-ring components can also be achieved.
Furthermore, a bottom plate and a screw groove can be arranged on the wound protection cover. The spiral groove is arranged on the outer cover annular wall. The inner side of the outer ring wall is provided with a screw, and the screw groove on the ring wall of the outer cover of the wound protection cover is matched with the screw on the outer ring wall.
In the invention, the outer ring also comprises a fixed rotating shaft part. The fixed rotating shaft part comprises a rotating shaft hole seat and a rotating shaft. The rotating shaft hole seats are arranged at the end parts of the outer ring walls, so that when the C-shaped semi-ring components of any two outer rings are connected, the rotating shaft hole seat of one C-shaped semi-ring component is hinged with the rotating shaft hole seat of the other C-shaped semi-ring component through a rotating shaft. The outer ring also comprises a movable locking part. The movable locking part comprises a fixed hole seat, a locking hole seat and a locking pin. The fixing hole seats and the locking hole seats are respectively arranged on the outer ring walls of the two adjacent C-shaped semi-ring assemblies. The locking pin penetrates through the fixing hole seat and is inserted into the locking hole seat to be locked, so that the two C-shaped semi-ring assemblies are connected. Meanwhile, the C-shaped semi-ring component of any one outer ring further comprises an upper protruding part of an upper ring layer of the outer ring and a lower protruding part of the upper ring layer of the outer ring. The upper protruding portion of the upper ring layer of the outer ring and the lower protruding portion of the upper ring layer of the outer ring are respectively arranged at two ends of the upper ring layer of the outer ring, so that when any two C-shaped semi-ring components are connected, the upper protruding portion of the upper ring layer of the outer ring of one C-shaped semi-ring component and the lower protruding portion of the upper ring layer of the outer ring of the other C-shaped semi-ring component are in mutual overlapping connection, a gap can be prevented from being formed between the two C-shaped semi-ring components, blood supply of prepuce tissues cannot be effectively blocked, and wound bleeding is caused to.
In the invention, the locking pin is further provided with an elastic component (such as a spring, a self-locking elastic groove and a self-locking elastic body) and the locking pin is further provided with: level 1 auto-lock buckle, level 2 auto-lock buckle, auto-lock buckle neck, locking pin boss etc.), elastomeric element sets up between the locking pin fixed orifices seat. When the locking pin is not inserted into the solid hole seat, the elastic component (spring) is in a natural extension state. When the locking pin is slowly inserted into the solid hole seat, the elastic component (spring) is also slowly compressed, and when the locking pin is completely inserted into the solid hole seat, the end part of the locking pin is clamped in the fixed hole seat under the counter-acting force of the elastic component. The connection of a plurality of (typically two) C-shaped half ring assemblies is accomplished.
In the invention, the five-ring foreskin ligation ring comprises an outer ring, an inner ring and a wound protection cover. The inner ring is sleeved in the outer ring, the wound protection cover is connected to the outer ring, and the edges of the inner ring and part of the outer ring are covered. The outer ring comprises an outer ring wall, an outer ring upper ring layer and an outer ring lower ring layer; a total nutrient buffer tank is arranged between the upper ring layer and the lower ring layer of the outer ring. The edge parts of the upper ring layer and the lower ring layer of the outer ring are provided with fixing bulges and nutrition grooves, and the wall of the outer ring is provided with a locking device. The wound protection cover comprises an outer cover ring, an inner cover ring and a bottom plate.
