Pot body 210 includes an outer pot body 211 and an inner pot body 213 placed in outer pot body 211, a locking pin groove 212 is formed on the inner surface of the open end of outer pot body 211, and a slope 214 is formed on the open end of inner pot body 213.
Specifically, the pot body 210 comprises an outer pot body 211 and an inner pot body 213 which are nested, the depth of the inner cavity of the outer pot body 211 is larger than the height of the inner pot body 213, and the inner pot body 213 is accommodated in the cavity of the outer pot body 211. The cross-sectional dimension of the lid assembly 220 is equal to the dimension of the opening of the outer pot body 211, so that the lid assembly 220 can enter the opening of the outer pot body 211, and the dimension of the sealing ring 50 on the lid assembly 220 is larger than the dimension of the inner pot body 213, so that the sealing ring 50 abuts against the inclined surface 214 on the inner pot body 213, and the lid assembly 220 is held on the pot body 210. At this time, the through hole 116 on the cover 10 is aligned with the locking pin slot 212 on the inner surface of the outer pot body 211, and when the holding portion 22 is released, the handle 20 moves downward under the action of gravity to drive the interlocking mechanism 30 and the locking pin 40 to move, so that the locking pin 40 extends out of the through hole 116 and is inserted into the locking pin slot 212, so as to fixedly connect the pot cover assembly 220 with the pot body 210.
In one embodiment, the locking pin slots 212 may be disposed in one-to-one correspondence with the through holes 116 on the cover 10. Specifically, a plurality of locking pin grooves 212 are arranged at intervals in the circumferential direction of the inner surface of the pan body 210, and each locking pin groove 212 is arranged corresponding to each through hole 116.
In order to align the locking pin slot 212 with the through hole 116, a positioning structure may be disposed on the pot body 210 and the lid assembly 220, and when the lid assembly 220 is covered on the pot body 210, the positioning structure on the pot body 210 and the positioning structure on the lid assembly 220 are matched with each other, so that the through hole 116 on the lid body 10 is aligned with the locking pin slot 212 on the pot body 210, and the locking pin 40 passes through the through hole 116 and then enters the locking pin slot 212.
In another embodiment, detent groove 212 may also be a closed loop detent groove 212 formed on the inside surface of the open end of pan body 210. By arranging the annular closed locking pin groove 212, on one hand, a mutually matched positioning structure is not required to be arranged, so that the structure and the covering process of the pot body 210 and the pot cover assembly 220 are simplified, and the pot cover assembly 210 can be covered by rotating any angle; on the other hand, the machining efficiency of the lock pin groove 212 can be improved, and the production procedure is simplified.
In the present embodiment, as shown in fig. 5 and 6, the annular locking pin groove 212 is formed by folding the end of the opened end of the pot body 210 to the inside of the pot body 210, so as to simplify the manufacturing process. In another embodiment, as shown in FIG. 7, annular locking pin slot 212 is a milled groove in the inner surface of outer body 211. Embodiments of the present invention do not limit the manner in which detent groove 212 is formed.
In summary, different from the situation of the prior art, in the embodiment of the present invention, by providing the handle 20 movable relative to the cover 10, the grip portion 22 and the limiting portion 26 of the handle 20 are respectively located at two opposite sides of the cover 10, and the linking mechanism 30 linked is disposed between the limiting portion 26 of the handle 20 and the locking pin 40, when the limiting portion 26 moves away from the cover 10, one end of the linking mechanism 30 is driven to move away from the cover 10, and the other end of the linking mechanism 30 drives the locking pin 40 to retract inward along the sliding rail 14, so that when the limiting portion 26 abuts against the cover 10, the locking pin 40 retracts into the accommodating space 12 completely. When the hand holding part 22 moves towards the direction close to the cover body 10, one end of the interlocking mechanism 30 is driven to move towards the direction close to the cover body 10, the other end of the interlocking mechanism 30 drives the locking pin piece 40 to expand outwards along the slide rail 14, and then when the hand holding part 22 abuts against the cover body 10, the locking pin piece 40 extends out of the accommodating space 12 and is used for being clamped with a locking pin groove arranged on a pot body (not shown in the figure), namely, the handle 20 is converted into the locking pin piece 40 to move along the radial direction of the cover body 10 along the axial direction of the cover body 10 through the interlocking mechanism 30, and then the cover opening and the cover closing of the pot cover assembly 100 are realized, therefore, the opening and cover closing actions can be completed quickly, and the user experience is better.

Claims (12)

1. A lid assembly, comprising:
the cover body is provided with an accommodating space, a slide rail is arranged in the accommodating space, and a locking pin piece is arranged on the slide rail in a sliding manner;
the handle comprises a holding part, a connecting part and a limiting part which are sequentially connected, the connecting part is movably arranged in the cover body in a penetrating manner, and the limiting part is positioned in the accommodating space;
the linkage mechanism is connected with the limiting part and the lock pin piece; the handle moves relative to the cover body, and the locking pin piece is driven to slide on the sliding rail through the linkage mechanism;
when the handle moves to a state that the limiting part abuts against the cover body, the lock pin piece is completely retracted into the accommodating space; the handle moves to the state that the hand holding part is abutted to the cover body, and the lock pin piece extends out of the accommodating space.
2. The pot cover assembly of claim 1, wherein the cover body comprises a cover plate and a housing covering the cover plate, the slide rail is disposed on the cover plate, and the handle is disposed through the housing;
the cover plate comprises a butting part and a sealing cover part, the butting part is connected to the edge of the sealing cover part in a surrounding mode, a through hole is formed in the butting part, and the lock pin piece extends out of or retracts into the through hole.
3. The lid assembly of claim 2, wherein the slide rail has a groove formed thereon, the groove communicates with the through hole, and the locking pin member is slidably disposed in the groove.
4. The lid assembly of claim 3, wherein the groove comprises an end surface opposite to the through hole and two side surfaces connecting the end surface, and sliding grooves are arranged on the two side surfaces; and sliding columns are arranged on two side surfaces of the lock pin piece and penetrate through the sliding grooves.
5. The pot cover assembly of claim 3, wherein a support groove is formed in an end surface of the groove opposite to the through hole, and a support pillar is formed at one end of the lock pin member facing the end surface; the handle moves to the state that the limiting part is abutted against the cover body, and the supporting column extends into the supporting groove.
6. The pot cover assembly of claim 1, wherein the linkage mechanism comprises a connecting rod, one end of the connecting rod is hinged to the limiting portion, and the other end of the connecting rod is hinged to the locking pin member.
7. The lid assembly of claim 6, wherein the number of the slide rails is plural, the number of the locking pin members is plural, the number of the connecting rods is plural, and the slide rails, the locking pin members and the connecting rods correspond to one another.
8. The pot cover assembly of claim 7, wherein the limiting portion is disc-shaped, the plurality of connecting rods are connected and uniformly distributed on the periphery of the limiting portion, and the extending direction of the connecting rods passes through the axis of the limiting portion.
9. The lid assembly of claim 1, wherein the lid assembly is configured to be placed on the pot body, and wherein the outer surface of the lid body facing the pot body is configured with a sealing ring.
10. A cooking pan, characterized in that the cooking pan comprises a pan body and a pan cover assembly according to any one of claims 1 to 9; the inner surface of the opening end part of the pot body is provided with a lock pin groove, and the opening end part of the pot body is provided with an inclined plane; the lock pin slot is closer to the opening of the pan body than the inclined plane;
the handle is movable to a state that the holding part is abutted against the cover body, the lock pin piece extends out of the accommodating space and is inserted in the lock pin groove, and the cover body is pressed on the inclined plane.
11. The cooking pan of claim 10, wherein the pan body comprises an outer pan body and an inner pan body disposed within the outer pan body, the locking groove being formed in an inner surface of the open end of the outer pan body, the chamfer being formed in the open end of the inner pan body.
12. The cooking pan of claim 10, wherein the latch slot is a closed loop latch slot formed on an inner surface of the open end of the pan body.
