An exhaust assembly according to any of claims 3-5, characterized in that a cutout is provided in the guide (2), said cutout forming a passage for the movement of the sealing element (3), said open position (21) and said closed position (22) being provided in said cutout, respectively, said sealing element (3) in said closed position (22) being adapted to block said exhaust pipe (1).
7. An exhaust assembly according to claim 6, characterized in that the first and second limiting strut spacing is greater than the diameter of the sealing element (3), the sealing element (3) being spaced from the first and second limiting strut respectively at least in the closed position (22).
8. The exhaust assembly according to claim 7, characterized in that the guide (2) is provided with a locking structure at a position corresponding to the opening position (21), and at least a part of the locking structure extends towards the direction of the inner wall of the hollow part.
9. The exhaust assembly according to claim 8, characterized in that the snap-fit structure is an arc-shaped retaining rim having a diameter smaller than the diameter of the sealing element (3).
10. An exhaust assembly according to claim 3, wherein the limiting portion further comprises a connecting rod (52) connected to the power member (4) and adapted to move the first limiting strut and the second limiting strut.

a cooking cavity (7) provided with an exhaust hole (71);
exhaust assembly according to any of claims 1 to 11, arranged on the outer side of the cooking chamber (7), the steam exiting through said exhaust holes (71) being adapted to enter the exhaust duct (1) of said exhaust assembly.
13. Cooking device according to claim 12, characterized in that the exhaust pipe (1) is provided with an external thread on its underside, screwed to an exhaust hole (71) in the cooking chamber (7).

15. A control method of a steam oven, the steam oven comprises a cooking cavity (7), and an exhaust hole (71) is arranged on the cooking cavity (7), and the method is characterized by comprising the following steps:
