Referring to fig. 1, a schematic perspective view of a product propelling device 1 according to an embodiment of the present invention is shown, where the product propelling device 1 includes a product propelling module 100 and a display screen 200. The article advancing module 100 includes a base 110, an advancing member 120, and a driving member 130. The base 110 is provided with a cargo channel 101 extending along a predetermined direction X, the cargo channel 101 is used for accommodating goods, and the cargo channel 101 has a first end 1011 and a second end 1012. The pushing member 120 is installed in the cargo channel 101 of the base 110, and is slidably connected to the base 110 along the predetermined direction X. The driving member 130 is connected to the pushing member 120, and is configured to drive the pushing member 120 to move along the predetermined direction X, so that the pushing member 120 pushes the commodity to advance toward the first end 1011. The display screen 200 is mounted to the base 110, and is used for displaying information of the merchandise. Next, a detailed description will be given of a specific structure of the commodity propulsion device 1, taking a commodity as a cigarette as an example, that is, the commodity propulsion device 1 is a cigarette propulsion device; however, it should be understood that in other embodiments of the present application, the commodity may be other articles besides cigarettes, such as medicines, paper towels, etc.
Referring to fig. 1, the commodity propelling module 100 is used for accommodating commodities, and the commodities away from the second end 1012 can be located at the first end 1011, so that a user can take the commodities conveniently; which includes a base 110, a pusher 120, and a driver 130. The base 110 has a rectangular box-like structure, and is provided with a cargo channel 101 extending along a predetermined direction X and for accommodating goods; the base 110 is open at the top to communicate the aisle 101 with the outside, so that a seller can put goods into the aisle 101 from the top. The goods passage 101 is used for accommodating a plurality of goods, and when the number of the goods is plural, the goods can be arranged in the goods passage 101 along the preset direction X. The cargo channel 101 has a first end 1011 and a second end 1012 opposite to each other along the predetermined direction X, the first end 1011 penetrates the base 110 and faces the seller and the consumer, and the second end 1012 faces away from the seller and the consumer. In this embodiment, the base 110 includes a bottom plate 111 and two side plates 112 disposed opposite to each other along a direction perpendicular to the predetermined direction X, and the bottom plate 111 and the two side plates 112 together enclose the cargo way 101.
Further, to prevent the goods from being separated from the cargo way 101 from the first end 1011 of the cargo way 101, the base 110 further includes a position-limiting portion 113 at the first end 1011. Specifically, referring to fig. 1, one end of the limiting portion 113 is fixed to the side plate 112, and the other end thereof blocks at least a portion of the first end of the cargo channel 101, so as to prevent the commodities from leaving the base 110 from the first end 1011. Optionally, the base 110 includes two position-limiting portions 113, and the two position-limiting portions 113 correspond to the side plates 112 one to one.
The pushing member 120 is installed in the cargo channel 101 of the base 110, and is connected to the base 110 in a sliding manner along the predetermined direction X, and is configured to push the commodity to advance toward the first end 1011 of the cargo channel 101 along the predetermined direction X. Specifically, the pushing element 120 includes a mounting portion (not shown) and a pushing portion 121. In this embodiment, a sliding block is disposed on a side surface of the mounting portion facing the side plate, and correspondingly, a sliding slot extending along the predetermined direction X and adapted to the sliding block is disposed on the side plate 112, and the sliding block is inserted into the sliding slot to slidably connect the pushing member 120 and the base 110. The pushing portion 121 is a plate-like structure that is vertically arranged as shown in the figure and is fixed to the mounting portion. The pushing part 121 is in a plate shape, so that the largest contact area with the commodity is realized by the smallest volume; i.e., to ensure that the goods slide in the cargo way 101 with relatively uniform force applied throughout, while ensuring that the overall weight of the goods propulsion module 100 is relatively light. It is understood that the specific form of the sliding connection between the pushing member 120 and the base 110 is various, and in other embodiments of the present invention, the sliding connection between the pushing member 120 and the base 110 along the preset direction X can also be achieved in other manners; for example, in some other embodiments of the present invention, the bottom plate is provided with a sliding rail extending along the preset direction X, and the bottom of the pushing element 120 is provided with a sliding block adapted to the sliding rail, and the sliding block is matched with the sliding rail, so that the pushing element 120 and the base 110 are slidably connected along the preset direction X. It is worth mentioning that "sliding connection along the preset direction X" in the present document means: between two parts connected directly or indirectly, one of them can slide along the preset direction X relative to the other.
The driving member 130 is connected to the propelling member 120 and is used for driving the propelling member 120 to move along the preset direction X. In this embodiment, the driving member 130 is only used for driving the propelling member 120 to move along the predetermined direction X near the first end 1011. Specifically, the driving member 130 includes a coil spring (not shown in the drawings). The coil spring is spiral, and the inner end of the coil spring is arranged on the side of the propelling part 120, which is far away from the first end 1011; the outer end of which passes over the pusher 120 and is secured to the base 110 and is disposed adjacent the first end 1011 of the cargo way 101. In this manner, when a commodity is received between the pusher member 120 and the first end 1011 of the cargo channel 101, the portion of the coil spring passing between the pusher members 120 is relatively long, and the return characteristic of the coil spring itself will cause the pusher member 120 to have a tendency to travel closer to the first end 1011; when there is a gap between the goods closest to the position-limiting portion 113 and the position-limiting portion 113, for example, when the consumer takes away the front goods, the coil spring drives the propelling member 120 to move forward until the front goods abuts against the position-limiting portion 113, so as to ensure that the first end 1011 of the goods channel 101 always has goods when the goods are in the goods channel 101, thereby facilitating the purchase of the consumer. Of course, in other embodiments of the present invention, the driving member 130 may be in other forms as long as it can drive the propelling member 120 to move along the predetermined direction X, so that the propelling member 120 can push the goods to travel toward the first end 1011 of the cargo way 101. For example, in some other embodiments of the present invention, the driving member 130 includes a motor and a screw rod, the screw rod extends along the preset direction X and is in threaded connection with the propelling member 120, and an output shaft of the motor is connected with the screw rod, so that the driving member 130 can drive the screw rod to rotate through the motor, and further drive the propelling member 120 to move along the preset direction X; this embodiment differs from the coil spring embodiment described above in that the drive member 130 in this embodiment drives the pusher member 120 toward a first end 1011 of the cargo path and away from the first end 1011 of the cargo path.
With respect to the display screen 200, please continue to refer to fig. 1, the display screen 200 is mounted on the base 110 and is used for displaying information of the goods in the cargo channel 101. In this embodiment, the display screen 200 is installed on a surface of the limiting portion deviating from the cargo channel 101. Optionally, display screen 200 is the ink screen, and on the one hand, the power consumption of ink screen is lower, and is energy-concerving and environment-protective, and the commodity advancing device 1 of being convenient for is promoted in the big batch in small-size shop, and on the other hand, the writing effect of pencil is pressed close to the display effect of ink bottle, more pleasing to the eye protection. It is understood that in other embodiments of the present invention, the display screen 200 may also be an LCD display screen, an OLED display screen or other display screens, which are not described in detail herein.
Further, in order to make the display screen 200 change with the product and change the information of the goods displayed by the display screen according to the operation of the user, the goods propelling device 1 further comprises a control module. Specifically, the control module is in communication connection with the display screen 200, and the control module is configured to send a commodity information instruction to the display screen, so that the display screen displays corresponding commodity information, such as at least one of a brand, a price, a quantity, a two-dimensional code, and a barcode of a commodity. Referring to fig. 2, a schematic diagram of a control module 400 is shown, which includes one or more processors 410 and a memory 420, in the embodiment, one processor 410 is taken as an example. The processor 410 and the memory 420 may be communicatively coupled via a bus or otherwise; the display screen 200 is connected to the bus. Memory 420, which is a non-volatile computer-readable storage medium, may be used to store non-volatile software programs, non-volatile computer-executable programs, and modules. The processor 410 executes various functional applications and data processing of the article advancing device by executing non-volatile software programs, instructions and modules stored in the memory 420. The memory 420 may include a storage program area and a storage data area, wherein the storage program area may store an operating system, an application program required for at least one function; the storage data area may store data created from use of the instant message alert device, and the like.
Further, the memory 420 may include high speed random access memory, and may also include non-volatile memory, such as at least one magnetic disk storage device, flash memory device, or other non-volatile solid state storage device. In some embodiments, the memory 420 may optionally include memory located remotely from the processor 410, which may be connected to the instant message alert device via a network. Examples of such networks include, but are not limited to, the internet, intranets, local area networks, mobile communication networks, and combinations thereof. The one or more modules are stored in the memory 420 and, when executed by the one or more processors 410, perform the functions of the article advancing device provided by embodiments of the present invention.
Preferably, the control module is communicatively connected to the display screen 200 via a recommended Standard-485 (RS-485) communication line. Specifically, the control module and the display screen 200 are respectively provided with an RS-485 communication interface, and the RS-485 communication line is respectively connected with the control module and the RS-485 communication interface on the display screen. Compared with the wireless communication connection, the wired connection mode in this embodiment facilitates the control module to control the plurality of display screens 200 simultaneously, and can quickly modify the commodity information displayed by the plurality of display screens 200, while the number of the display screens 200 controllable by the wireless communication connection is relatively limited, and the efficiency of modifying the commodity information displayed by the display screens 200 is relatively low.
Typically, the control module also incorporates a display to facilitate the seller's ability to selectively send specific merchandise information instructions to the display screen 200 via the control module. Further, to facilitate interaction of the control module with the seller, the merchandise pusher 1 further includes an input module (not shown). The input module is connected with the control module and is used for receiving instructions input by a user; after acquiring the instruction received by the input module, the control module sends a related commodity information instruction to the display screen 200, so that the display screen 200 displays corresponding commodity information. Alternatively, the input module may include at least one of a key, a screen, a keyboard, a mouse, and a button.
Further, in order to make the seller know the quantity of the commodities in the commodity propelling device 1 through the control module, the commodity propelling device 1 further comprises a position detection module 300, and the position detection module 300 is connected with the control module and is used for detecting the position of the propelling member 120. In this embodiment, the position detection module 300 includes a distance measuring element mounted to the base 110 and disposed proximate to the second end 1012 of the cargo way 101 for measuring the distance between the pusher 120 and the distance measuring element. The control module can then determine the total number of items in the lane 101 based on the distance. For example, in some embodiments, the pusher member 120 is positioned at the first end 1011 before the aisle 101 contains merchandise, the distance measuring element measures the distance L0 between the pusher member 120 and the aisle 101, and the control module obtains the distance L0; then, after the goods passage 101 contains the goods, the distance measuring element measures the distance L1 between the goods passage and the propelling member 120 at the moment, and the control module acquires the distance L1; in this way, after the control module obtains the distance L1 measured by the distance measuring element, the number of the commodities can be obtained by calculating a difference between L0 and L1 and dividing the difference by the thickness of the commodity in the preset direction X. For another example, in other embodiments, before the cargo way 101 contains the goods, the pushing member 120 is located at the first end 1011, the distance measuring element measures the distance L0 between the pushing member 120 and the pushing member at this time, and the control module obtains the distance L0; then, after the goods passage 101 contains a commodity, the distance measuring element measures the distance L1 between the commodity and the propelling piece 120 at the moment, and the control module acquires the distance L1; then, after the goods passage 101 contains two goods, the distance measuring element measures the distance L2 between the goods passage and the propelling member 120 at the moment, and the control module acquires the distance L2; according to the method, the control module respectively obtains different distances (the distance between the distance measuring element and the propelling piece) corresponding to different commodity quantities, so that the control module can determine the quantity of commodities in the goods channel 101 after obtaining the distance measured by the distance measuring element. Optionally, the distance measuring element comprises a laser ruler; it will be appreciated that in other embodiments of the invention, the distance measuring element may be any other element capable of measuring the distance to the propelling member, such as a radar. Furthermore, even though the present embodiment determines the position of the propelling member 120 by measuring the distance, the present invention is not limited thereto; for example, in some other embodiments of the present invention, the position detection module may further include a visual recognition element, and the specific position of the pushing member 120 is obtained by the visual recognition element, such as a CCD camera.
The commodity propelling device 1 provided by the embodiment of the invention comprises a commodity propelling module 100 and a display screen 200. Wherein, the display screen 200 is mounted on the base 110 of the goods pushing module 100, and is used for displaying the information of the goods.
Compared with the commodity propulsion device on the current market, the commodity propulsion device 1 provided by the embodiment of the invention can display the information of the commodity through the display screen 200; that is, the commodity propelling device 1 according to the embodiment of the present invention can solve the technical problem that the information of the commodity cannot be displayed by the conventional commodity propelling device.
Based on the same inventive concept, the invention also provides a commodity management method, which is applied to the commodity propulsion device 1 in the embodiment; referring to fig. 3, a flow chart of the merchandise management method is shown, and with reference to fig. 1 and fig. 2, the method includes the following steps:
s110: the position of the pusher 120 detected by the position detection module 300 is obtained, and the number of the commodities in the commodity pushing module is determined according to the position. In some embodiments, the pusher 120 is first repositioned to the first end 1011 of the lane 101 before the lane 101 contains merchandise; the control module 400 controls the position detection module 300 to measure a distance L0 between the pusher member 120 and the position detection module 300 when the pusher member is located at the first end 1011 of the aisle 101, and the control module 400 obtains the distance L0. Thereafter, when the commodity is accommodated in the cargo way 101, the control module 400 controls the position detecting module 300 to measure the distance L1 between the pusher 120 and the position detecting module 300. Next, according to the distance L0 and the distance L1, the total thickness of each commodity in the commodity propulsion module 100 is determined by calculating the difference value; and divides the total thickness by the thickness of the article in the preset direction X to determine the number of articles in the article advancing module 100.
In other embodiments, the pusher 120 is first repositioned to the first end 1011 of the lane 101 before the lane 101 contains merchandise; the control module 400 controls the position detection module 300 to measure a distance L0 between the pusher member 120 and the position detection module 300 when the pusher member is located at the first end 1011 of the aisle 101, and the control module 400 obtains the distance L0. Then, after the cargo way 101 contains a commodity, the control module 400 controls the position detecting module 300 to measure the distance L1 between the commodity and the propelling member 120 at this time, and the control module obtains the distance L1. Then, after the two commodities are accommodated in the cargo way 101, the control module 400 controls the position detecting module 300 to measure a distance L2 between the position detecting module and the propelling member 120 at this time, and the control module acquires the distance L2. According to the method, the control module respectively obtains different distances (the distance between the distance measuring element and the propelling part) corresponding to different commodity quantities, and stores the distance values into a preset database; therefore, after the control module obtains the distance measured by the position detection module 300, the quantity of the commodities in the goods channel 101 can be determined. In both of the above embodiments, the position detection modules 300 include a distance measurement element to measure the above distance; of course, in other embodiments of the present invention, the position detecting module 300 may further include a visual recognition element, similar to the distance measuring element, the visual recognition element may determine the position of the propelling member 120 according to the different positions of the propelling member 120 in the base 110 in the image by acquiring the image including the propelling member 120 and the base 110, and then determine the quantity of the goods in the goods propelling module by a method similar to the above-mentioned method.
