The working principle of the invention is as follows:
when the ducks need to be marinated, firstly, the ducks which are killed and have internal organs removed are hung on the hook 3, the first motor 10 is used for rotating to drive the screw rod 2 to rotate, the slide block 2 is driven to move on the screw rod 2, the ducks are further moved to be right above the cleaning tank 23, the second electric telescopic rod 12 and the third electric telescopic rod 24 are used for driving the push rod to contract, the ducks are moved downwards to extend into the cleaning tank 23, the water in the water tank 19 enters the water storage box 25 through the water guide pipe and is further sprayed out through the spray head 26 through the water pump 20, the ducks are washed without manual washing, a large amount of manpower is saved, the cleaning efficiency is high, the water storage box 25 adopts an annular design, the cleaning effect is ensured, after the cleaning is finished, the push rod is driven to extend through the second electric telescopic rod 12 and the third electric telescopic rod 24, and the cleaned ducks are lifted out of the cleaning tank 23, the first motor 10 is used for rotating to drive the lead screw 2 to rotate, so that the slide block 2 is driven to move on the lead screw 2, the ducks are further moved to a position right above the water receiving tank 18, the push rods are driven to contract by the second electric telescopic rod 12 and the third electric telescopic rod 24, so that the ducks move downwards to be positioned between the first jack mechanism 28 and the second jack mechanism 33, the push rods are driven to stretch by the fourth electric telescopic rod 30, so that the jack rods 32 are inserted into the ducks in a reciprocating mode, therefore, jacks for the ducks are realized, flavor entering during marinating is facilitated, after the jacks are completed, the push rods are driven to extend by the second electric telescopic rod 12 and the third electric telescopic rod 24, so that the ducks behind the jacks are lifted, the first motor 10 is further used for rotating to drive the lead screw 2 to rotate, so that the slide block 2 is driven to move on the lead screw 2, so that the ducks are further moved to a position right above the marinating tank 8 and right opposite to the first partition plate 34, the push rod is driven to contract by the second electric telescopic rod 12 and the third electric telescopic rod 24, so that the ducks move downwards to stretch into the marinating groove 8 and are immersed into the marinating materials in the marinating groove 8, the marinating materials in the marinating groove 8 are heated by the electric heating block, marinating of the ducks is achieved, marinating material bags such as bay leaves are placed above the moving screen plate 36 in the marinating groove 8, the push rod is driven to extend by the first electric telescopic rod 11, so that the moving screen plate 36 is driven to move upwards and lift the marinating material bags such as the bay leaves out of the marinating groove 8, an operator can take out the marinating material bags such as the bay leaves conveniently, the second motor 16 is used for rotating to drive the first stirring blade 37 and the second stirring blade 39 on the first stirring rotating shaft 38 and the second stirring rotating shaft 40 to stir the marinating water in the marinating groove 8, the contact between the ducks and the marinating materials in the marinating groove 8 is uniform, and the efficiency and effect of marinating of the ducks are guaranteed, after the marinating is finished, the second electric telescopic rod 12 and the third electric telescopic rod 24 are used for driving the push rod to extend, so that the ducks are driven to move upwards and lift out from the marinating groove 8, and the operation personnel can take down the marinated ducks conveniently.
