As shown in fig. 1 and 2, in the first embodiment of the present invention, the trigger part 21 of the protection switch 20 is stopped against the ground when the lawn mower 100 is in the upright storage state.
In other words, the protection switch 20 is configured as a push switch, and the push switch 20 is triggered to disconnect the control circuit of the lawn mower 100 when the lawn mower 100 is in the upright storage state.
That is, in the first embodiment, the protection switch 20 is configured as a push switch that is a normally closed switch, and further, when the lawn mower 100 is in the upright storage state, the push switch is switched to the off state to ensure that the lawn mower 100 does not work even by a touch or an operation.
It will be appreciated that in the first embodiment, the protection switch 20 is disposed at one end of the mower 100 adjacent to the ground when in the upright storage state, and the trigger portion 21 of the protection switch 20 directly abuts against the ground to open the control circuit. Thereby achieving the technical effect of improving the safety of the lawn mower 100, which will not be described in detail herein.
It is understood that the protection switch 20 is configured as a push switch, and that the protection switch 20 is configured as a mechanically triggered switch, and can be triggered by pushing or other mechanical movement.
As shown in fig. 3 and 4, in the second embodiment of the present invention, the lawn mower 100 further includes: the protection switch 20 is located at one end of the mower 100 close to the ground, the first trigger 30 is arranged below the trigger part 21 and connected with the mower body 10, and when the mower 100 is in the vertical storage state, the first trigger 30 moves towards the trigger part 21 and triggers the protection switch 20.
That is, in the second embodiment, the first trigger 30 is further provided between the protection switch 20 and the ground, and the protection switch 20 is still configured as a push switch. At least a part of the first trigger 30 can move towards the trigger part 21 of the protection switch 20 under the thrust action of the ground, and further push the trigger part 21 to trigger the protection switch 20. The technical effects are the same as those of the above embodiments, and are not described herein again.
The second embodiment is different from the first embodiment in that a first trigger 30 is further provided between the protection switch 20 and the ground in the second embodiment when the lawn mower 100 is in the upright storage state.
In the particular embodiment shown in fig. 3 and 4, the first trigger 30 includes: the trigger plate 31 and the first driving member 32, the first driving member 32 is adapted to drive the trigger plate 31 to move, and the first driving member 32 selectively stops against the ground.
Thus, the trigger plate 31 presses the trigger portion 21 again to trigger the protection switch 20 by the first driving member 32 selectively stopping against the ground moving upward to move the trigger plate 31.
It can be understood that, the first trigger 30 separates the protection switch 20 from the ground, so as to improve the service life of the protection switch 20, and when the protection switch 20 is disassembled and replaced, the maintenance of the mower 100 is simpler and more convenient.
Further, the first trigger 30 further includes: a reset member 33, the reset member 33 being disposed between the first driving member 32 and the trigger plate 31. Therefore, the first driving member 32 is driven to reset by the resetting member 33, one end of which abuts against the first driving member 32, and the other end of which abuts against the trigger plate 31, so that when the mower 100 is in a horizontal working state, the protection switch 20 is prevented from being triggered, and the working stability of the mower 100 can be improved.
Referring to fig. 4, the mower body 10 is provided with a guide groove 11, and the trigger plate 31 is slidably disposed in the guide groove 11. Accordingly, the movement of the trigger plate 31 is guided by the guide groove 11, and the operation stability of the first trigger 30 can be further improved.
That is, the second embodiment is different from the first embodiment in that a first trigger 30 is provided below the push switch, and the push switch is triggered by the first trigger 30.
As shown in fig. 5 and 6, in the third embodiment, the lawnmower 100 has a horizontal working state and a vertical storage state, and the lawnmower 100 includes: mower body 10, protection switch 20 and second trigger 40, second trigger 40 includes: the mower comprises a trigger body 43, a pressing plate 41 and a second driving piece 42, wherein the pressing plate 41 is arranged on the pressing switch, and the second driving piece 42 is movably arranged in the trigger body 43 and is suitable for moving towards or away from the pressing plate 41 to drive the pressing plate 41 to move towards or away from the trigger part 21 so as to selectively disconnect a control circuit of the mower 100.
In other words, in the third embodiment, the trigger body 43 is fixed to the mower body 10, the second driving member 42 is provided in the trigger body 43, and the second driving member 42 is adapted to move toward the pressing plate 41 and press the trigger 21 through the pressing plate 41.

Specifically, when the mower 100 is in the horizontal working state, the second driving element 42 is located at one end of the arc-shaped groove 431 away from the push switch, and the second driving element 42 is limited under the action of gravity, so that the protection switch 20 can be prevented from being triggered in the horizontal working state; when the lawn mower 100 is in the vertical storage state, the second driving member 42 is located at one end of the arc-shaped groove 431, which is adjacent to the push switch, and the second driving member 42 is always abutted against the pressing plate 41 under the action of gravity, so that the working stability of the trigger 30 can be improved.
It will be appreciated that the pressing plate 41 is configured as an elastic pressing piece, one end of which is connected to the push switch, and the other end of which is selectively moved toward or away from the trigger part 21 and is provided with a protrusion protruding toward the driving member 32. This makes it possible to increase the response speed of the pressure plate 41 and to ensure that the protection switch 20 is not triggered when the lawnmower 100 is in the horizontal operation state, thereby further improving the operation stability of the lawnmower 100.
It should be noted that the third embodiment is different from the second embodiment in that the mower 100 falls down to compress the second trigger 40 so as to trigger the push switch in the second embodiment, and the second driving member 42 of the second trigger 40 triggers the push switch under its own weight in the third embodiment.
As shown in fig. 1-6, according to some embodiments of the present invention, the first drive member 32 and the second drive member 42 are each configured as balls. Thus, the balls can roll in the guide grooves 11 or the arc-shaped grooves 431, and the second driving member 42 does not get stuck during the movement.
In a fourth embodiment, as shown in fig. 7 and 8, the protection switch 20 is configured as an inductive switch adapted to sense a displacement of the first or second driving member 32, 42 and to be triggered when the displacement exceeds a threshold value.
That is, in the fourth embodiment, the protection switch 20 is configured as an inductive switch, and the inductive switch is adapted to sense the displacement of the first driving member 32 of the first triggering member 30 in the second embodiment or sense the displacement of the second driving member 42 of the second triggering member 40 in the third embodiment, so that after the first driving member 32 or the second driving member 42 generates the displacement and the displacement meets the threshold value of the triggered inductive switch, the inductive switch sends out a control signal to the controller, so as to control the control loop to be disconnected, and the same technical effects as the first embodiment can also be achieved.
It is understood that the inductive switch is any one of a hall sensor, a displacement sensor, and a relay.
It should be noted that when the inductive switch is configured as a relay, the driving member 32 is configured as a magnetic member, and the relay can be triggered by the magnetic member.
Wherein, inductive switch is suitable for sending control signal towards the controller, and the controller is suitable for controlling the motor outage.
That is, the inductive switch can sense the displacement of the driving member 32, so as to send out a control signal, and after the control signal is received by the controller, the controller sends out an instruction according to the control signal, so as to control the motor to be powered off.
It is to be understood that the fourth embodiment is different from the first to third embodiments described above in that the inductive switch in the fourth embodiment is configured as a sensor.
