In some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 10, the end of the cover 20 is provided with a protrusion 23, the protrusion 23 is separated from the polarity switch 43 under the condition that the cover 20 has a first angle relative to the box 10, and the polarity switch 43 is in a first state; when the cover 20 has a second angle with respect to the case 10, the protrusion 23 abuts against the polarity switch 43, so that the polarity switch 43 is in a second state.
That is, the end of the cover 20 may be processed with a protrusion 23, and when the cover 20 has a first angle with respect to the case 10, for example, when the cover 20 of the charging box 100 is covered, the protrusion 23 is separated from the polarity switch 43, the polarity switch 43 is in a closed state, the first magnetic member 30 is charged, and the first magnetic member 30 and the second magnetic member 60 are attracted to each other, so as to ensure that the earphone 50 can be attached to the charging box 100 for charging. Under the condition that the cover 20 has the second angle with respect to the case 10, for example, when the cover 20 of the charging case 100 is completely opened, the protrusion 23 abuts against the polarity switch 43, so that the polarity switch 43 is in an off state, the first magnetic pole and the second magnetic pole of the first magnetic member 30 change under the action of the electric field, so that the first magnetic member 30 and the second magnetic member 60 repel each other, the earphone 50 can automatically separate from the charging case 100 under the action of the repulsive force, the user can take out the earphone 50 after the user is charged, and the user experience is improved.
According to an embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 9 and 10, the charging box 100 further includes a second mounting portion 72, the second mounting portion 72 is disposed in the receiving groove 11, and the first magnetic member 30 is disposed on a side surface of the second mounting portion 72 near an end of the cover body 20. Alternatively, the second mounting portion 72 may be provided as a mounting post. The first magnetic member 30 is disposed on the side of the mounting post near the end of the cover 20. Of course, the specific structure and shape of the second mounting portion 72 can be specifically set according to actual needs.
In some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 5 and 8, the charging box 100 further includes a mounting plate 80, the mounting plate 80 is disposed on the box body 10, the mounting plate 80 is provided with a jack communicated with the receiving groove 11, in a state that the earphone 50 is plugged in the jack, a first end of the earphone 50 is located on a first side of the mounting plate 80, and a second end of the earphone 50 is located on a second side of the mounting plate 80.
In other words, the mounting plate 80 may be disposed within the case 10. The mounting plate 80 may be provided with a jack which communicates with the receiving groove 11, and the earphone 50 may be inserted into the jack. The number of the jacks can be specifically set according to actual needs. For example, two jacks may be provided on the mounting plate 80 of the charging box 100, so as to facilitate the insertion of two earphones 50 worn on the left and right ears onto the charging box 100, respectively. Meanwhile, since each earphone 50 is provided with the second magnetic member 60, the charging box 100 may be provided therein with the first magnetic members 30 corresponding to each earphone 50, which is not described in detail herein.
The end of the earphone 50 extending out of the case 10 may be a first end of the earphone 50, and the end of the earphone 50 inserted into the case 10 may be a second end of the earphone 50. The side of the mounting plate 80 facing the first magnetic member 30 may be a first side, and the side of the mounting plate 80 facing the first magnetic member 30 may be a second side. When the earphone 50 meets the preset condition, the first end of the earphone 50 is located on the first side of the mounting plate 80, and the second end of the earphone 50 is located on the second side of the mounting plate 80.
According to an embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 7 and 9, the charging box 100 is provided with the earphone 50, and the earphone 50 is provided with the second magnetic member 60 disposed opposite to the first magnetic member 30. Under the condition that the cover 20 has a first angle relative to the case 10, the earphone 50 is plugged into the case 10, and the second magnetic member 60 attracts the first magnetic member 30 to charge the earphone 50; when the cover 20 has a second angle with respect to the case 10, the second magnetic member 60 and the first magnetic member 30 repel each other, and the earphone 50 is detached from the case 10.
That is, the charging box 100 may be provided with the earphones 50, and the number of the earphones 50 that the charging box 100 may be provided with may be specifically limited according to actual needs. In the present application, two earphones 50 may be provided in the charging box 100 as an example. Each of the earphones 50 may be provided with the second magnetic members 60, the number of the first magnetic members 30 corresponds to the number of the second magnetic members 60, and each of the second magnetic members 60 may correspond to one of the first magnetic members 30.
The second magnetic member 60 of the earphone 50 is opposite to the first magnetic member 30 of the charging box 100 when the earphone 50 satisfies the preset condition. Under the condition that the cover 20 has the first angle relative to the case 10, the earphone 50 is inserted into the case 10, and the second magnetic member 60 and the first magnetic member 30 attract each other, so that the earphone 50 can be attracted to the charging box 100 for charging, and the charging reliability of the earphone 50 is improved. Under the condition that the cover body 20 has the second angle relative to the box body 10, the second magnetic part 60 and the first magnetic part 30 repel each other, the earphone 50 can automatically separate from the charging box 100 under the action of the repulsive force, a user can conveniently take out the earphone 50 after the user is charged, and user experience is improved.
Alternatively, the second magnetic member 60 may be disposed at the first end of the earphone 50, the first magnetic member 30 is disposed in the receiving groove 11, and the first magnetic member 30 is opposite to the magnetic pole of the second magnetic member 60.
In an embodiment of the present invention, referring to fig. 3 to 6, when the user does not use the earphone 50, the earphone 50 can be placed in the charging box 100 for charging, at this time, the cover 20 is covered with the box 10, the insection 21 at the end of the cover 20 drives the gear to be at the first position, and the gear can drive the driving shaft 42 to rotate to the position corresponding to the first position. At this time, the first magnetic pole (e.g., S pole) of the first magnetic member 30 is attracted to the N pole of the second magnetic member 60 of the earphone 50, so as to ensure that the earphone 50 is attracted by the attraction force after being placed in the charging box 100, thereby ensuring more reliable charging of the earphone 50.
When the user needs to use the earphone 50, referring to fig. 7 and 8, the cover 20 can be opened with respect to the case 10, the insection 21 at the end of the cover 20 drives the rotation member 41 to rotate, and the rotation shaft 42 is driven by the rotation member 41 to rotate, so that the S pole and the N pole of the first magnetic member 30 are rotated by 180 °. At this moment, the driving shaft 42 drives the first magnetic part 30 to rotate, so that the magnetic pole opposite to the N pole of the second magnetic part 60 in the first magnetic part 30 becomes the second magnetic pole (N pole), the first magnetic part 30 and the second magnetic part 60 repel each other, the earphone 50 automatically breaks away from the charging box 100 under the action of the repulsion force under the action of the earphone 50, a user can conveniently take out the earphone 50 to wear, and the user experience is greatly improved.
In another embodiment of the present invention, in the case where the cover 20 has a first angle with respect to the case 10, for example: when the cover 20 is closed, the cover 20 drives the polarity switch 43 to be in a closed state, the polarity switch 43 is closed, the first magnetic member 30 is charged, and the first magnetic pole of the first magnetic member 30 faces the notch of the accommodating groove 11 under the action of the electric field. Taking the first magnetic pole as the S pole for example, the end of the second magnetic part 60 facing the first magnetic part 30 is the N pole, and at this time, the first magnetic part 30 and the second magnetic part 60 attract each other, so as to ensure that the earphone 50 can be attracted to the charging box 100 for charging. In the case where the cover 20 has a second angle with respect to the case 10, for example: when the cover 20 is completely opened, as shown in fig. 9 and 10, the cover 20 drives the polarity switch 43 to be in an off state, so that the direction of the electric field received by the first magnetic member 30 changes, at this time, the magnetic pole of the notch of the first magnetic member 30 facing the accommodating groove 11 is an N pole (i.e., a second magnetic pole), the first magnetic member 30 and the second magnetic member 60 repel each other, the earphone 50 can automatically separate from the charging box 100 under the action of the repelling force, the user can take out the earphone 50 after the user is charged, and the user experience is improved.
In summary, according to the charging box 100 of the embodiment of the present invention, the first magnetic member 30 and the transmission mechanism 40 are disposed in the box body 10, and the transmission mechanism 40 is driven to rotate by the cover 20, so as to change the positions of the first magnetic pole and the second magnetic pole of the first magnetic member 30. When the earphone 50 meets the preset condition and the cover 20 and the case 10 have the first angle, the second magnetic member 60 in the earphone 50 and the first magnetic member in the charging box 100 attract each other, so that the earphone 50 can be attracted to the charging box 100 for charging. When the cover 20 and the case 10 have a second angle, the first magnetic member 30 and the second magnetic member 60 repel each other, and the earphone 50 automatically separates from the charging case 100 under the action of the repulsive force, so that the user can take out the earphone 50 after the user is charged, and the user experience is improved.

Claims (11)

1. A charging box (100), comprising: the box body (10), the cover body (20), the first magnetic part (30) and the transmission mechanism (40);
the box body (10) is connected with the cover body (20), the box body (10) is provided with an accommodating groove (11), the transmission mechanism (40) is arranged in the accommodating groove (11), the transmission mechanism (40) is connected with the cover body (20), and the first magnetic part (30) is connected with the transmission mechanism (40); the cover body (20) can drive the transmission mechanism (40) to move, and the transmission mechanism (40) can change the positions of the first magnetic pole and the second magnetic pole of the first magnetic piece (30);
under the condition that the cover body (20) has a first angle relative to the box body (10), the transmission mechanism (40) is in a first position, and a first magnetic pole of the first magnetic part (30) faces to the notch of the accommodating groove (11);
under the condition that the cover body (20) has a second angle relative to the box body (10), the transmission mechanism (40) is in a second position, and a second magnetic pole of the first magnetic piece (30) faces to the notch of the accommodating groove (11);
wherein, under the condition that the earphone (50) meets the preset condition and the cover body (20) and the box body (10) have a first angle, the second magnetic part (60) and the first magnetic part (30) are attracted; the second magnetic part (60) and the first magnetic part (30) repel each other when the earphone (50) meets a preset condition and the cover (20) and the box body (10) have a second angle; the preset condition is that the earphone (50) is provided with the second magnetic piece (60) and the earphone (50) is in the accommodating groove (11).
2. The charging box (100) according to claim 1, wherein the transmission mechanism (40) comprises: the rotating part (41), the rotating part (41) is movably connected with the cover body (20), the cover body (20) can drive the rotating part (41) to rotate, the first magnetic part (30) is connected with the rotating part (41), and the rotating part (41) can drive the first magnetic part (30) to rotate;
under the condition that the cover body (20) has a first angle relative to the box body (10), the cover body (20) drives the rotating piece (41) to rotate to the first position, and the rotating piece (41) drives the first magnetic piece (30) to rotate, so that the first magnetic pole of the first magnetic piece (30) faces the notch of the accommodating groove (11);
under the condition that the cover body (20) has a second angle relative to the box body (10), the cover body (20) drives the rotating piece (41) to rotate to the second position, and the rotating piece (41) drives the first magnetic piece (30) to rotate, so that the second magnetic pole of the first magnetic piece (30) faces the notch of the accommodating groove (11).
3. The charging box (100) according to claim 2, wherein an end of the cover body (20) is provided with insections (21), the rotation member (41) is a gear, and the insections (21) are engaged with the gear.
4. A charging box (100) according to claim 3, wherein said transmission mechanism (40) further comprises: drive shaft (42), drive shaft (42) are rotationally located around its own axis holding tank (11), rotate piece (41) and locate on drive shaft (42), rotate piece (41) with drive shaft (42) are in the direction of rotation of drive shaft (42) is spacing fit, the tip of drive shaft (42) with first magnetic part (30) are connected.

under the condition that the cover body (20) has a second angle relative to the box body (10), the cover body (20) drives the polarity switch (43) to be in a second state, and a second magnetic pole of the first magnetic piece (30) faces to the notch of the accommodating groove (11);
wherein the first state is one of a closed state and an open state, and the second state is the other of the closed state and the open state.
8. The charging box (100) according to claim 7, wherein the end of the cover (20) is provided with a protrusion (23), the protrusion (23) is separated from the polarity switch (43) under the condition that the cover (20) has a first angle relative to the box (10), and the polarity switch (43) is in a first state; when the cover (20) has a second angle relative to the box (10), the protrusion (23) abuts against the polarity switch (43) to place the polarity switch (43) in a second state.
9. The charging box (100) according to claim 8, further comprising:
the second installation part (72) is arranged on the accommodating groove (11), and the first magnetic piece (30) is arranged on the side surface, close to the end part of the cover body (20), of the second installation part (72).
10. The charging box (100) according to claim 1, further comprising:
