Referring to fig. 1-2 together, the present invention provides a method for controlling an earphone to and from a case, which is applied to an earphone case 100, wherein the earphones (not shown) are generally paired and divided into a left earphone (not shown) and a right earphone (not shown), and the earphones may include a long handle portion (not shown) and a sound generating portion (not shown), and an earphone magnet (not shown) is disposed in the sound generating portion. As shown in fig. 1, the earphone box 100 includes a main box body 10 and a box cover 20, wherein the box cover 20 is rotatably disposed on the main box body 10, earphone slots 11 for placing earphones are formed in the main box body 10, and the number of the earphone slots 11 is two, so as to be used for placing a left earphone and a right earphone respectively; when earphones need to be put into the earphone slot 11 or taken out of the earphone slot 11, the box cover 20 is rotated and opened relative to the main box body 10 to expose the earphone slot 11, so that the earphones 100 can be taken out of the earphone slot 11 or the earphones can be put into the earphone slot 11, otherwise, the box cover 20 can be in a closed state relative to the main box body 10, for example, after the earphones are put into the earphone box 100 or the earphones are taken out of the earphone slot 11, the box cover 20 can be closed to prevent sundries from falling into the earphone slot 11; for another example, after the earphone is placed in the earphone box 100, the earphone box 100 charges the earphone, and at this time, the box cover 20 may be closed to ensure that the earphone is in a closed space during the charging process, so as to protect the earphone. The earphone box can be connected to the commercial power through outside charger in order to right the earphone charges, be provided with the battery in the earphone box when the earphone box can't be connected to the commercial power, through the battery is right the earphone charges, in addition, the battery still is used for giving other electronic component power supplies in the main box body. It is understood that the cover 20 may be removed and the earphone may be received, protected and charged only through the main case 10.
Further, a control main board (not shown) and an induction coil 12 electrically connected to the control main board are disposed in the earphone box 100, a cavity (not shown) for accommodating the induction coil 12 may be formed at the bottom of the main box body 10, and the induction coil 12 may be disposed closely to a sidewall or a bottom wall forming the cavity. It can be understood that the induction coil 12 is disposed outside the main box 10 or inside the main box 10, the specific disposition position of the induction coil 12 is not limited in this embodiment, and the number of the induction coil 12 may be one or two, for example, when there is only one induction coil 12 inside the main box 10, the induction coil 12 may be disposed inside the main box 10 in a larger and preferred manner and located at the bottom of the main box 10; when there are two induction coils 12 in the main box 10, the induction coils 12 may be disposed at a position close to the sounding parts of the earphones, for example, the two induction coils 12 are disposed below the two sounding parts of the left and right earphones, respectively, so as to shorten the distance between the induction coils 12 and the earphone magnets in the sounding parts and enhance the sensitivity of the induction coils 12 to induce the earphone magnets.
Further, an electromagnet 13 is further arranged in the main box body 10, and the electromagnet 13 adsorbs or repels the earphone through the magnetic field action with the earphone magnet. When the induction coil 12 is disposed at the bottom of the main box 10, the induction coil 12 may be disposed around the electromagnet 13, so as to make the structure inside the main box 10 more compact, it can be understood that only one of the electromagnet 13 and the induction coil 12 may be retained, preferably the induction coil 12 is retained, and the induction coil 12 may induce the earphone magnet to generate an induced current, and may also attract or repel the earphone. Except that the attraction or repulsion of the induction coil 12 to the earphone magnet is not as great as that of the electromagnet 13.
Referring to fig. 2, based on the structure of the earphone and the earphone box, a method for controlling an earphone access box according to the present invention is provided, in embodiment 1, the method for controlling an earphone access box includes the following steps:
step S10, obtaining the induced current direction of the induction coil in the earphone box.
In this embodiment, when the earphone is loaded into or unloaded from the box, the earphone will gradually approach or move away from the earphone box, that is, the earphone magnet in the earphone and the induction coil in the earphone box are gradually close to or far away from each other, according to Faraday's law of electromagnetic induction, right-hand rule and Lenz's law, as the earphone magnet gradually approaches or moves away from the induction coil, the induction coil generates an induction current, and the direction of the induced current generated when the earphone magnet is close to the induction coil is opposite to the direction of the induced current generated when the earphone magnet is far away from the induction coil, for example, when the earphone is close to the induction coil, the direction of the current generated by the induction coil is clockwise reverse, when the earphone is far away from the induction coil, the direction of the current generated by the induction coil is anticlockwise reverse.
In this embodiment, the direction of the induced current of the induction coil may be obtained in various manners, for example, the two ends of the induction coil are respectively and electrically connected to the two ends of a resistor, and the direction of the induced current is determined according to a voltage difference between the two ends of the resistor, or the two ends of the induction coil are respectively connected to two detection pins of the control motherboard, and the direction of the induced current is determined according to level states of the two detection pins.
In an embodiment, the state of the box cover may be detected to determine whether to perform the earphone in-out box detection, for example, when the box cover is detected to be in the open state, the direction of the induced current of the induction coil is detected and obtained, and when the box cover is detected to be in the closed state, the direction of the induced current of the induction coil does not need to be obtained, so as to avoid frequent detection of the earphone in-out box, which results in too high power consumption of a battery in the earphone box. For example, when the box cover is in the open state, the conductive contact arranged on the box cover is not in contact with the conductive loop, so that the control main board can detect that the conductive loop is disconnected, and thus the box cover is determined to be in the open state.
Step S20, determining a state of the earphone according to the induced current direction, wherein the state includes an out-of-box state and an in-box state.
In this embodiment, after the direction of the induced current is obtained, it may be determined whether the earphone is currently in a box-in state or a box-out state according to the current direction, for example, it may be predetermined that when the induced current is in a counterclockwise direction (viewing the earphone box from a top view angle), it is determined that the earphone gradually approaches the induction coil, that is, the earphone is in the box-in state; and when the induced current is in a clockwise direction (the earphone box is observed in a overlooking angle), determining that the earphone gradually gets away from the induction coil, namely that the earphone is in a box-out state, and of course, determining the direction of the induced current in other angles, and determining whether the earphone is in a box-in state or in a box-out state according to the direction of the induced current.
In summary, according to the technical scheme of the invention, the induction coil is arranged in the earphone box, the direction of the induction current generated by the induction coil is obtained in a timed or real-time manner, and then the earphone is determined to be in a box-in state or a box-out state according to the direction of the induction current, so that the box-in and box-out detection of the earphone is realized in a manner that the realization is easy.
Referring to fig. 3, optionally, based on the above embodiment 1, a 2 nd embodiment of the access box control method of the present invention is provided, where the access box control method further includes:
and step S30, controlling the electromagnet to be electrified with current in a first direction to adsorb the earphone when the earphone is determined to be in the box-in state.
In this embodiment, when it is determined that the earphone is in the box-in state, the electromagnet is controlled to be energized with a current in a first direction, and when the electromagnet is energized with a current in a first direction, a magnetic field generated by the electromagnet attracts a magnet of the earphone, for example, according to the principle that opposite poles attract each other, one of two opposite poles of the electromagnet and the earphone magnet is a north pole and the other is a south pole, the electromagnet and the earphone magnet attract each other, that is, the effect that the electromagnet attracts the earphone is achieved, so that the box-in speed of the earphone is increased. It can be understood that the induction coil may be powered on with the current in the first direction instead of the electromagnet to attract the earphone, and an effect of accelerating the earphone to be plugged into the box may also be achieved, or the induction coil and the electromagnet may be controlled to be powered on with the current in the first direction at the same time to attract the earphone together, so as to further accelerate the speed of plugging the earphone into the box.
In this embodiment, since the magnitude of the current is adjustable, the attractive force generated by the electromagnet to the earphone is also adjustable, and compared with the prior art, the present invention can adjust the magnitude of the current more flexibly, that is, can adjust the box-entering speed of the earphone more flexibly.
Referring to fig. 4, optionally, a 3 rd embodiment of the access box control method according to the present invention is provided based on the above 1 st to 2 nd embodiments, and the access box control method further includes:
and step S40, when the earphone is determined to be in the out-of-box state, controlling the electromagnet to be electrified with current in a second direction to repel the earphone, wherein the first direction is opposite to the second direction.
In this embodiment, when it is determined that the earphone is in the out-of-box state, the electromagnet is controlled to be energized with a current in a second direction, and when the electromagnet is energized with a current in a second direction, a magnetic field generated by the electromagnet repels an earphone magnet in the earphone, for example, according to the principle that like magnetic poles repel each other, when two opposite magnetic poles of the electromagnet and the earphone magnet are both north poles or both south poles, the electromagnet and the earphone magnet repel each other, that is, the effect that the electromagnet repels the earphone is achieved, so that the out-of-box speed of the earphone is increased. It can be understood that the induction coil may be powered by the current in the second direction instead of the electromagnet to repel the earphone, and the earphone can be taken out of the box quickly, or the induction coil and the electromagnet are controlled to be powered by the current in the second direction simultaneously to repel the earphone together, so as to further speed up the speed of taking out the earphone from the box.
In this embodiment, since the magnitude of the current is adjustable, the repulsive force generated by the electromagnet to the earphone is also adjustable, and compared with the prior art, the present invention can adjust the magnitude of the current more flexibly, that is, can adjust the box-out speed of the earphone more flexibly.
Referring to fig. 5, optionally, a 4 th embodiment of the access box control method according to the present invention is provided based on the above 1 st to 3 rd embodiments, and the access box control method further includes:
step S50, when the earphone is in the box-in state, detecting the connection information between the earphone and the earphone box;
and step S60, when the earphone and the earphone box are successfully connected according to the connection information, charging the earphone.
In this embodiment, when it is determined that the earphone is in the in-box state, connection information between the earphone and the earphone box is detected, where the connection information is used to determine whether the earphone is successfully connected with the earphone box, and when it is determined that the earphone is successfully connected with the earphone box according to the connection information, the earphone is charged. Meanwhile, when the earphone is determined to be in the box-in state, the connection information of the earphone and the earphone box is immediately detected, and the charging operation of the earphone is accelerated.

step S61, sending request information to the earphone, and determining that the earphone is successfully connected with the earphone box when response information corresponding to the request information is received; or detecting the level state of the charging electric contact in the earphone box, and determining that the earphone is successfully connected with the earphone box when the level state is detected to be a preset state.
In this embodiment, when it is determined that the earphone is in the in-box state, the earphone box starts to send request information to the earphone, for example, the request information may be a message, and the response information may be an ACK confirmation character, after the earphone receives the message, the earphone checks the received message, if no error is found, the earphone box sends the ACK confirmation character to indicate that the information is correctly received, that is, the earphone and the earphone box are successfully connected, and if the earphone box sends the message to the earphone but does not receive the ACK confirmation character within a preset time, it is determined that the earphone and the earphone box are failed to be connected.
Or, be provided with the electrical contact that charges on the earphone, also be provided with the electrical contact that charges in the earphone box after the electrical contact that charges of earphone and the electrical contact electrical property that charges in the earphone box switch on, the earphone box just can be right the earphone charges. Generally, when a charging electrical contact of an earphone is not conducted with a charging electrical contact in an earphone box, the charging electrical contact in the earphone box is in a high-level state, and the earphone box are in an unconnected state or a connection failure state; after the charging electrical contact of the earphone is conducted with the charging electrical contact in the earphone box, the charging electrical contact in the earphone box is changed into a low level state, so that whether the earphone is successfully connected with the earphone box can be detected by detecting the level state of the charging electrical contact in the earphone box, that is, when the level state is detected to be the low level state, the earphone is determined to be successfully connected with the earphone box, and when the level state is detected to be the high level state, the earphone is determined to be failed to be connected with the earphone box, in this embodiment, the low level state is also the preset state; it is understood that the preset state may also be a high level state, and only needs to be implemented by different circuit forms.

and step S70, controlling the electromagnet to be electrified with preset current to adsorb the earphone when the connection failure of the earphone and the earphone box is determined according to the connection information.
In this embodiment, when determining that the connection between the earphone and the earphone box fails according to the connection information, the electromagnet is controlled to be powered on by a preset current, and the flowing direction of the preset current is also the first direction, and it can be known from the above content that the electromagnet is powered on by the preset current in the first direction, so that the earphone can be adsorbed. The preset current is a basic current, and the current can be further increased at the basic current, so that the attraction force of the electromagnet on the earphone magnet can be further increased, as detailed in embodiment 7.
