Detailed Description
It can be seen from the background art that, in the prior art, whether a user is prompted whether to receive a fax through a fax server or through connection between a communication device and a fax machine depends on external conditions, so that the application range and the scene of the user are severely limited, and the flexibility of the prompting mode of receiving a message through a fax is poor.
Based on this, the embodiment of the present invention provides a new information prompting scheme, and the following will clearly and completely describe the technical scheme in the embodiment of the present invention with reference to the drawings in the embodiment of the present invention. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
First, an information presentation method provided by an embodiment of the present invention is described below.
It should be noted that the information prompting method provided by the embodiment of the present invention may be applied to an electronic device. Here, the electronic device may be an information presentation device for presenting an operation state of the target device. The target equipment can indicate the running state through the sent prompting sound information.
Referring to fig. 1, a flowchart of an information prompting method provided by an embodiment of the present invention is shown. As shown in fig. 1, the method may include the steps of:
step 101, collecting prompt sound information sent by target equipment; the target equipment can indicate the running state through the sent prompting sound information.
Here, the target device may be any device that can indicate an operation state by the emitted prompt sound information, and may prompt the current operation state by sound, where the operation state of the target device may be indicated by the prompt sound information because the prompt sound emitted by the target device has a regular pattern.
For example, the target device may be a fax machine, when the fax machine receives a fax, no sound may be generated inside the fax machine if the fax machine does not receive the fax, and when the fax machine receives the fax or has a fault, regular prompt sounds may be generated inside the fax machine, for example, the time interval between two adjacent times of generating the prompt sounds is regular, for example, the number of times of generating the prompt sounds is regular, for example, the duration of generating the prompt sounds at a single time is regular, and in short, the regular prompt sounds may indicate the operating state of the fax machine.
The information prompting device may be embedded into the target device, that is, the information prompting device may be a part of the target device, or may be an independent device, and the independent device may be hung on the target device, or placed close to the target device, or connected to the target device through a line, so that the information prompting device may monitor a prompting sound emitted by the target device, and acquire information of the prompting sound.
The prompting sound may be a sound audible to human ears, for example, the frequency range of the prompting sound emitted by the target device is 16Hz to 20000Hz, and the prompting sound may also be a sound inaudible to human ears, which is not limited herein.
The information prompting device may include a sound sensor, the sound sensor may collect prompting sound information emitted by the target device, and specifically, the sound sensor may output a high level by adjusting a working frequency under a condition that a sound with a corresponding frequency is received. That is, the operating frequency of the sound sensor may correspond to the frequency of the prompting sound emitted by the target device, for example, if the frequency of the prompting sound emitted by the target device is 10Hz, the operating frequency of the sound sensor may be adjusted to correspond to the frequency of the prompting sound, or may be 10Hz, or may be close to 10 Hz.
The information prompting device may automatically adjust the operating frequency of the sound sensor based on the frequency of the prompting sound emitted by the target device, and specifically, the information prompting device may detect the frequency of the prompting sound emitted by the target device and then automatically adjust the operating frequency of the sound sensor based on the frequency of the prompting sound.
The information prompting device may also adjust the operating frequency of the sound sensor through an adjustment command issued by the server, specifically, when the sound sensor is configured, the server may automatically issue an adjustment command, and the adjustment command may trigger the target device to detect the frequency of the prompting sound issued by the target device, and adjust the operating frequency of the sound sensor according to the frequency of the prompting sound. In addition, the user can also use the information prompt platform installed on the terminal device to issue the adjustment command to the target device, specifically, the user can set the identification information of the target device under the information prompt platform, and based on the identification information, the adjustment command is issued to the target device corresponding to the identification information through the server, so that the target device can receive the adjustment command issued by the server.
The frequency of the prompt sound emitted by the target device is acquired by the target device may not only be limited to a detection mode, but also may be determined in other modes, for example, a table look-up mode may be used, the frequency of the prompt sound emitted by each type of target device may be stored locally in advance by the target device, and the frequency of the prompt sound emitted by the target device corresponding to the identification information may be queried locally by the target device according to the identification information.
For another example, the target device may also obtain, on the cloud data platform under the trigger of the adjustment command, a frequency of a prompt sound emitted by the target device corresponding to the identification information of the target device in the adjustment command.
For another example, more conveniently, the target device may further receive a frequency of a prompt sound sent by the target device and sent by the server.
The target equipment can monitor the prompt sound emitted by the target equipment in real time after adjusting the working frequency of the sound sensor, collects prompt sound information and outputs high level after monitoring that the target equipment outputs the prompt sound, and keeps the low level all the time if the target equipment does not output the prompt sound.
And 102, performing mode recognition on the collected prompt sound information to obtain the running state of the target equipment.
Referring to fig. 2, a detailed flowchart of step 102 in the information prompting method according to the embodiment of the present invention is shown. As shown in fig. 2, step 102 specifically includes the following steps:
step 1021, extracting the characteristics of the collected prompt sound information to obtain the characteristic information of the prompt sound information;
step 1022, matching the feature information of the prompt sound information with pre-recorded sound feature information to obtain sound feature information successfully matched with the feature information of the prompt sound information;
and step 1023, determining the running state of the target device based on the sound characteristic information successfully matched.
In step 1021, the characteristics of the prompting sound information can be analyzed from three characteristic dimensions, which are the duration of a single time of sending the prompting sound, the time interval of sending the prompting sound between two adjacent times, and the number of times of sending the prompting sound, so as to obtain the characteristic information of the prompting sound information.
The characteristic information of the prompt sound information comprises at least one of the following items:
the duration of a single sound;
the time interval of the prompt sound sent out between two adjacent times;
the number of times the cue sound is emitted.
Specifically, the operation state of the target device may be determined from feature information of one dimension of the prompt sound information, that is, the operation state of the target device may be determined from a time length of a single prompt sound, a time interval of the prompt sound emitted between two adjacent times, and a number of times of the prompt sound emitted, for example, the operation state of the target device may be determined from the time length of the single prompt sound emitted, if the time length of the single prompt sound emitted is 1 second, the operation state of the target device may be determined as the first state, and if the time length of the single prompt sound emitted is 3 seconds, the operation state of the target device may be determined as the second state.
The operating state of the target device may also be determined from feature information of two dimensions of the prompt sound information, that is, the operating state of the target device may be determined by feature information of any two dimensions of the three dimensions. For example, the operation state of the target device is determined from feature information of two dimensions, namely, a duration of a single prompt sound emission and a time interval of the prompt sound emission between two adjacent times, if the duration of the single prompt sound emission is 1 second and the time interval of the prompt sound emission between two adjacent times is 1 second, the operation state of the target device can be determined to be a first state, if the duration of the single prompt sound emission is 1 second and the time interval of the prompt sound emission between two adjacent times is 3 seconds, the operation state of the target device can be determined to be a second state, if the duration of the single prompt sound emission is 3 seconds and the time interval of the prompt sound emission between two adjacent times is 1 second, the operation state of the target device can be determined to be a third state, if the duration of the single prompt sound emission is 3 seconds and the time interval of the prompt sound emission between two adjacent times is 3 seconds, the operational state of the target device may be determined to be a fourth state.
The operating state of the target device may also be determined from the three-dimensional feature information of the cue sound information, that is, the operating state of the target device may be determined by the above-described three-dimensional feature information. For example, the operation state of the target device is determined from feature information of three dimensions, that is, a duration of a single prompt sound emission, a time interval of the prompt sound emission between two adjacent times, and a number of times of the prompt sound emission, where the duration of the single prompt sound emission is 1 second, the time interval of the prompt sound emission between two adjacent times is 1 second, and the number of times of the prompt sound emission is 4 times, it may be determined that the operation state of the target device is a first state, and if the duration of the single prompt sound emission is 1 second, the time interval of the prompt sound emission between two adjacent times is 3 seconds, and the number of times of the prompt sound emission is 4 times, it may be determined that the operation state of the target device is a second state, and so on, and the three-dimensional feature information indicates that more operation states are not illustrated one by one another.
It should be noted that, the above representing the operation state of the target device from the feature information of different dimensions is only an example, and the specific implementation process and the representation manner of other operation states of the target device are also set according to the actual situation, which is not illustrated here.
In step 1022, sound characteristic information may be pre-recorded locally at the target device, each sound characteristic information may correspond to a sound type, and different sound types may be understood as different modes, for example, a duration of a single emission of the prompt sound is 1 second, a time interval of the emission of the prompt sound between two adjacent times is 1 second, and the sound characteristic information of which the emission frequency of the prompt sound is 4 times may represent a sound type, and the sound type may correspond to a mode.
For another example, the duration of a single time of emitting the prompt sound is 1 second, the time interval of emitting the prompt sound between two adjacent times is 3 seconds, the sound type corresponding to the sound characteristic information in which the number of times of emitting the prompt sound is 4 is 1 second, the time interval of emitting the prompt sound between two adjacent times is 1 second, and the sound type corresponding to the sound characteristic information in which the number of times of emitting the prompt sound is 4 is different, and the method may correspond to another mode.
The feature information of the prompt sound information may be matched with pre-entered sound feature information to obtain sound feature information successfully matched with the feature information of the prompt sound information, specifically, in consideration of an error of collecting the prompt sound information, a similarity between the feature information of the prompt sound information and the pre-entered sound feature information may be calculated, and if the similarity is greater than a preset threshold, it may be determined that the feature information of the prompt sound information is successfully matched with the sound feature information.
The similarity between the feature information of the prompt sound information and the pre-recorded sound feature information can be determined by calculating a distance value between the feature information of the prompt sound information and the pre-recorded sound feature information, the smaller the distance value between the feature information of the prompt sound information and the pre-recorded sound feature information is, the higher the similarity between the feature information of the prompt sound information and the pre-recorded sound feature information is, the larger the distance value between the feature information of the prompt sound information and the pre-recorded sound feature information is, and the lower the similarity between the feature information of the prompt sound information and the pre-recorded sound feature information is.
In addition, the preset threshold value can be set according to actual conditions, and the specific setting can refer to the error of prompting sound information acquisition and the prompting precision of the information prompting equipment.
For example, if the feature information of the prompt sound information is that the time length of a single prompt sound emission is 0.95 second, the time interval of the prompt sound emission between two adjacent times is 3 seconds, and the number of times of the prompt sound emission is 4, the pre-entry of a sound feature information is that the time length of the single prompt sound emission is 1 second, the time interval of the prompt sound emission between two adjacent times is 3 seconds, and the number of times of the prompt sound emission is 4, then the distance value between the feature information of the prompt sound information and the sound feature information is L ═ 1-0.95)2+(3-3)2+(4-4)2And if the similarity determined by the distance value is greater than a preset threshold value, matching the feature information of the prompt voice information with the voice feature information successfully.
It should be noted that the above-mentioned manner of matching the feature information of the prompt sound information with the pre-recorded sound feature information is only an example, and of course, the matching of the feature information of the prompt sound information with the pre-recorded sound feature information may also be implemented by other existing or new manners, which is not limited specifically here.
Correspondingly, sound characteristic information successfully matched with the characteristic information of the prompt sound information is obtained.
In step 1023, based on the sound type of the sound characteristic information with which the matching is successful, a corresponding mode may be determined, thereby determining the operation state of the target device. For example, if the duration of a single prompt sound emission is 1 second, the time interval of the prompt sound emission between two adjacent times is 3 seconds, the sound feature information of the prompt sound emission times of 4 times corresponds to the sound type of the first mode, and the sound type of the first mode corresponds to the first state of the target device, the operating state of the target device is determined to be the first state.
And 103, if the running state of the target equipment is the target state, prompting the running state of the target equipment.
The target state includes at least one operating state, for example, for a facsimile machine, the target state may include a facsimile reception state, i.e., a state in which the facsimile machine receives a facsimile, and a failure state, i.e., a state in which the facsimile machine fails.
If the operating state of the target device is any one of the target states, the operating state of the target device can be prompted, wherein the operating state of the target device is prompted in two modes, namely short-range prompting and long-range prompting according to the distance of the prompting distance. The short-range reminder may be understood as a reminder whose information is perceptible by the user only within a preset distance of the information-prompting device, i.e. for the short-range reminder, the information is imperceptible as long as the user is outside the preset distance of the information-prompting device, and the long-range reminder may be understood as a reminder whose information is perceptible even if the user is outside the preset distance of the information-prompting device.
The information prompting device may prompt the operating state of the target device using either a short-range prompt or a long-range prompt, the information prompting device may also prompt the operating status of the target device by using both a short-range prompt and a long-range prompt, for example, in one possible embodiment, the operating status of the target device may be simultaneously indicated in both ways, regardless of the distance between the user and the information prompting device, or, for example, in another alternative embodiment, the distance of the user from the information prompting device may be detected, and if the user is within a predetermined distance of the information prompting device, and prompting the running state of the target equipment by adopting a short-range prompting mode, and prompting the running state of the target equipment by adopting a long-range prompting mode if the user is out of the preset distance of the information prompting equipment.
For short-range prompting, the information prompting device can prompt the running state of the target device in the same way, for example, for a fax machine, if the running state of the target device is a fax receiving state, the information prompting device can display that the fax machine is in the fax receiving state in a text prompting way, and if the running state of the target device is a fault state, the information prompting device can also display that the fax machine is in the fault state in a text prompting way, so that when a user is in a preset distance of the information prompting device, the prompting information displayed by the information prompting device can be seen.
Of course, the information prompting device may also prompt in different manners according to the operating state of the target device, for example, for a fax machine, if the operating state of the target device is a fax receiving state, the information prompting device may prompt in a ringing manner, and if the operating state of the target device is a failure state, the information prompting device may prompt in a vibration manner, so that when a user is within a preset distance of the information prompting device, the prompting information sent by the information prompting device may be perceived.
In addition, for the short-range prompt, the information prompt device may further send the prompt information to the terminal device corresponding to the user in a manner of communicating with the terminal device corresponding to the user, so that the terminal device corresponding to the user may receive the prompt information, and the user may know the operating state of the target device. For example, the information prompting device may include a short-range Communication module, such as a bluetooth module, a Wireless Fidelity (WiFi) module, a Near Field Communication (NFC) module, and the like, so that the information prompting device may perform short-range connection with a terminal device corresponding to a user through the short-range Communication module, and send prompting information indicating an operating state of the target device to the terminal device corresponding to the user through the short-range connection, so that the user knows the operating state of the target device.
For the remote prompt, the information prompting device may include a wireless communication module, which may be a module based on a 2G communication standard, a module based on a 3G communication standard, a module based on a 4G communication standard, or a module based on a higher communication standard, such as a 5G communication standard, and is not limited specifically herein.
If the running state of the target device is the target state, the information prompting device can send state prompting information to a server based on the wireless communication module; and then, the server sends the state prompt information to a user corresponding to the target equipment, wherein the state prompt information comprises the running state of the target equipment. Specifically, the server may send the state prompt information to a terminal device corresponding to a user associated with the target device, and the terminal device may display an operating state of the target device by using an information prompt platform installed in the terminal device. Therefore, the user can know the running state of the target equipment even if the user is out of the preset distance of the information prompting equipment.
In addition, the information prompting device can also interact with the information prompting platform through a wireless communication module, that is, the information prompting platform can issue a command to configure the information prompting device through a server, for example, issue an adjustment command to adjust the working frequency of a sound sensor of the information prompting device, and the information prompting device can also actively report state prompting information to the information prompting platform through the server, so that the target device can be accessed to a network platform to a certain extent on the basis of not modifying the target device.
Certainly, the information prompting device may also activate a short message service function, so that the information prompting device may send the state prompting information to a terminal device corresponding to the user based on the wireless communication module in a manner of sending a short message, so that the user may know the operating state of the target device even if the user is outside the preset distance of the information prompting device.
According to the information prompting method provided by the embodiment of the invention, the prompting sound information sent by the target equipment is collected; then, carrying out mode recognition on the collected prompt sound information to obtain the running state of the target equipment; and finally, if the running state of the target equipment is the target state, prompting the running state of the target equipment.
Compared with the prior art, the embodiment of the invention does not depend on the server of the target equipment and the target equipment, only needs to collect the prompt sound information sent by the target equipment, can identify the running state of the target equipment by carrying out mode recognition on the prompt sound information, and prompts the running state of the target equipment, so that the application range and the scene of the target equipment can be greatly enlarged, the applicability and the flexibility of the target equipment can be enlarged, and the feasibility of the target equipment can be improved.
The following describes an example of an information prompting method provided by an embodiment of the present invention in detail.
Application scenarios: referring to fig. 3, a schematic structural diagram of an information prompting system applied to the information prompting method according to the embodiment of the present invention is shown, and as shown in fig. 3, the information prompting system includes a target device, an information prompting device and an information prompting platform, where the target device is a fax machine, the information prompting device is an independent device, and can be hung on the fax machine to prompt the running state of the fax machine, the information prompting device prompts information in a remote prompting manner, and the state prompting information can be sent to the information prompting platform through a server, and the information prompting platform notifies a user. The information prompt equipment comprises a sound sensor, a wireless connection module and a controller, wherein the sound sensor and the wireless connection module are respectively connected with the controller through interfaces.
Firstly, the sound sensor collects prompt sound information sent by the fax machine and transmits the prompt sound information to a controller; referring to fig. 4, a schematic structural diagram of the prompt sound information collected by the sound sensor is shown, as shown in fig. 4, if the fax machine is in a fax receiving state, the prompt sound information collected by the sound sensor is a curve 401, and if the fax machine is in a failure state, the prompt sound information collected by the sound sensor is a curve 402;
then, the controller carries out mode recognition on the collected prompt voice information to obtain the running state of the fax machine; that is, if the sound sensor collects the prompt sound information as the curve 401, the controller determines that the fax machine is in the fax receiving state through mode identification, and if the sound sensor collects the prompt sound information as the curve 402, the controller determines that the fax machine is in the failure state through mode identification;
then, the controller transmits the running state of the fax machine to a wireless connection module;
then, the wireless connection module sends state prompt information to an information prompt platform through a server, wherein the state prompt information comprises the running state of the fax machine;
then, the information prompt platform can manage the related users of the fax machines based on the history records related to the fax machines, and send state prompt information to the corresponding users according to the running states of the fax machines; for example, the information prompting platform may store history records associated with the fax machine, where the history records may include status prompting information sent to the user a when the fax machine is in a fax receiving state, and may also include status prompting information sent to the user B when the fax machine is in a failure state, so that the information prompting platform may associate the fax machine with the user a and the user B and manage user information of the user a and the user B, such as a contact manner or an account number, so that when the fax machine is in the fax receiving state, the information prompting platform may send the status prompting information to the user a based on the managed user information.
In addition, the information prompting device and the information prompting platform can also interact through the wireless communication module, that is, the information prompting platform can issue a command to configure the information prompting device, for example, issue an adjusting command to adjust the working frequency of a sound sensor of the information prompting device, and the information prompting device can also actively report state prompting information to the information prompting platform, so that the fax machine can be accessed to the network platform to a certain extent on the basis of not modifying the fax machine.
