Example one
Fig. 1 is a schematic structural diagram of a diagnosis and treatment sharing system according to an embodiment of the present invention, which is applicable to classical case checking, uploading, and evaluation.
As shown in fig. 1, the medical treatment sharing system includes: a visit subsystem 110, a case subsystem 120, an evaluation subsystem 130, and a medical entry subsystem 140.
The system comprises a consultation subsystem 110, a consultation server and a consultation server, wherein the consultation subsystem 110 is used for storing basic information of each consultation user, and the basic information comprises personal information of the user and information of a department to which the consultation user belongs; the case subsystem 120 is used for storing case information uploaded by each examination receiving user, wherein the case information comprises disease information, disease medication information and diagnosis and treatment effect information; the evaluation subsystem 130 is used for determining evaluation values and labels for the case information according to the evaluation information of each consultation user on each case information; and the diagnosis and treatment recording subsystem 140 is used for enabling each diagnosis and treatment receiving user to upload case information, and storing the case information to the case subsystem after examining and verifying the case information so as to enable the case subsystem to store the case information.
Fig. 2 is a schematic flow chart of a diagnosis and treatment sharing method according to an embodiment of the present invention, which is applied to the diagnosis and treatment sharing system shown in fig. 1, where the method may be executed by the diagnosis and treatment sharing system, and the system may be implemented in the form of software and/or hardware, where the hardware may be an electronic device, and optionally, the electronic device may be a PC end or a mobile terminal.
As shown in fig. 2, the method includes:
s210, when a control for triggering editing of the basic information of the patient receiving user is detected, popping up a basic information editing page based on the patient receiving subsystem, so that the patient receiving user can edit the basic information of the patient receiving user on the basic information editing page.
The control for editing the basic information of the patient receiving user can be a control for triggering a basic information editing interface, and the basic information editing page can be an editing interface for editing each piece of basic information of the patient receiving user. The basic information may include personal information of the user receiving a doctor and the affiliated target department. The user who receives a doctor may refer to a user such as a doctor who can provide medical services to a patient. The personal information may be information such as the name, age, sex, working year, and working unit of the patient. The target department may be a department corresponding to the hospitalizing user, for example: obstetrics and gynecology department, otorhinolaryngology department, ophthalmology department, etc.
Specifically, in order to ensure the information security of the diagnosis and treatment cases in the diagnosis and treatment sharing system, the diagnosis and treatment sharing system may open an entrance for a user receiving a diagnosis. Therefore, when the user for receiving a diagnosis logs in the diagnosis and treatment sharing system, login or registration is required, and a login interface diagram of the diagnosis and treatment sharing system is shown in fig. 3. After the user who receives a doctor inputs a correct user name and a correct password, the user can log in the diagnosis and treatment sharing system to check diagnosis and treatment cases in the system. If the user of the doctor receiver does not have the user name and password required for logging in the system, a control for editing basic information of the doctor receiver can be triggered, for example: the "register" button in fig. 3. When a control triggering editing of basic information of a diagnosis receiving user is detected, a basic information editing page pops up based on the diagnosis receiving subsystem, and a schematic diagram of the basic information editing page is shown in fig. 4. The user of the consultation can edit the basic information in the information editing page to complete the registration. After the registration of the user for receiving a doctor is completed, the user can log in through a user name and a password when subsequently logging in the diagnosis and treatment sharing system.
It should be noted that specific contents of the user basic information and display contents in the interface may be set according to actual requirements, and are not specifically limited in this embodiment.
And S220, calling the classical case associated with the target department based on the case subsystem when the editing of the detected basic information is finished and the control for entering the classical case is triggered, and displaying the classical case on a display interface.
The control of the classic case is a control for triggering and calling the classic case and displaying the classic case. The classic case may be an uploaded case of each user, and the classic case refers to a case associated with a target department of the user. The display interface may be an interface of a medical system.
Specifically, after it is detected that the basic information of the user who receives a medical examination is edited, the authenticity of the identity information of the user who receives a medical examination can be verified, and if the information is matched with the pre-registered information, the user who receives a medical examination can enter the diagnosis and treatment sharing system. When the interview user wants to view the classic cases related to the target department, a control to enter the classic cases can be triggered. When the diagnosis sharing system detects that the user who receives a diagnosis triggers the control for entering the classic case, the case-based subsystem can call the classic case stored in the diagnosis sharing system and related to the target department of the user who receives a diagnosis, and can display the called classic case on a display interface of the diagnosis sharing system for the user who receives a diagnosis to check.
Illustratively, when the interviewing user triggers a "login" button or completes the registration, a control corresponding to the viewing of the classic case may be triggered to invoke the classic case associated with the target department of the interviewing user based on the case subsystem, such as: the target department of the user is obstetrics and gynecology, and the classic case can be a case related to obstetrics and gynecology; the target department of the user is orthopaedics, and the classic case can be the case related to orthopaedics.
For example, a schematic diagram of sharing a classic case based on a display interface can be shown in fig. 5 or fig. 6. As shown in fig. 5, the name of the case, the user who uploaded the case, and the time when the case was uploaded may be displayed on a display interface on which the user may trigger individual cases to enter a details page for the case for viewing and learning. The display interface shown in fig. 6 adds the content outlined by the case, so that the user can quickly know the content of the case, and the user can conveniently determine whether to enter the case for viewing. And the user for receiving a doctor can jump to other pages for looking up the classical case by triggering the control of the previous page or the next page. The target departments in the titles of the display interfaces in fig. 5 and 6 can be updated and replaced according to the target departments to which the actual classical cases belong. The specific design and display content of the display interface can be set according to actual requirements, and the content of fig. 5 and 6 is not limited to the classic case display interface.
And S230, sharing the classical case based on the display interface.
Specifically, when the user triggers any classical case in the display interface, the display interface of the classical case can be accessed to view the specific content of the classical case.
An exemplary interface diagram for sharing classical cases is shown in fig. 7. On this page, the department to which the classic case belongs, the upload user and the upload time can be displayed. Moreover, case information related to the classical case may be displayed on the page, for example, summary information of the case may be displayed in a case summary, and personal information of the patient may be included in the patient basic information, for example: age, past medical history, etc., and may also include symptoms of the patient, such as: pain in the lower back, numbness of the limbs, etc., and may also include the time of the patient's visit. The diagnosis result may include a preliminary diagnosis result and a final diagnosis result after diagnosis is performed according to the examination and/or test information, the treatment information may include operation information of the disease, medication information of the disease, etc., and the treatment effect may include the treatment effect of the patient for a period of time after the treatment, and may also include a record of each repeated diagnosis of the patient, etc. The summary section may upload the user's mental appreciation for the case, and related recommendations, etc. Meanwhile, controls of a return directory, a previous case and a next case can be included on the page, so that the steps of looking up each case by a user are simplified. Other related contents can be displayed on the interface for sharing the classical case, and are not particularly limited in this embodiment.
On the basis of the technical schemes, in order to improve the quality of the classic cases, the comment subsystem in the diagnosis and treatment sharing system can comprise the function of commenting on the classic cases.
Optionally, when a target classic case on the trigger display interface is detected and comment information and an evaluation value corresponding to the target classic case are edited, a target evaluation value corresponding to the target classic case is determined based on the evaluation subsystem according to the obtained comment information and evaluation value.
The target classic case can be a classic case viewed by the interviewing user, the comment information can be contents such as evaluation and discussion of the target classic case, and the evaluation value can be a rating or rating of the target classic case. The target evaluation value may be a comprehensive evaluation value determined in combination with the review information and the evaluation value of each visiting user.
Specifically, after the target classic case is checked by the reception user, the target classic case can be scored and commented. When the diagnosis and treatment sharing system detects the comment information and the evaluation value edited by the user receiving a doctor, the evaluation value and the content of the comment information are obtained. And comprehensively evaluating according to the evaluation value of each acquired consultation user on the target classic case and the content of the comment information to obtain a target evaluation value so as to provide a score for the target classic case. For example: the content of the comment information of each consultation user for the target classical case can be converted into a comment evaluation value, a comprehensive evaluation value is determined by combining the comment evaluation values, and further the comprehensive evaluation value of each consultation user for the target consultation user is processed to obtain a target evaluation value. Alternatively, the processing manner of obtaining the target evaluation value may be an averaging manner or a weighted average manner.
Optionally, the manner of determining the target evaluation value based on the review information and the evaluation value of the visiting user may be: inputting the comment information into a comment evaluation value model trained in advance in an evaluation subsystem to obtain a comment evaluation value corresponding to the comment information; and updating the target evaluation value corresponding to the target classical case based on the evaluation value triggered by the consultation user and the comment evaluation value.
The comment evaluation value model may be a model for generating a comment evaluation value from comment content, such as a natural language processing model trained in advance.
Specifically, the obtained comment information is input into the evaluation subsystem, and the input comment information can be converted into a comment evaluation value according to a comment evaluation value model trained in the evaluation subsystem in advance. For example: the pre-trained comment evaluation value model can be calculated according to the positive evaluation and the negative evaluation in the comment information to obtain a comment evaluation value of the comment information. And processing the comment evaluation value obtained by calculation and the evaluation value edited by the reception user for the target classical case, and determining the comprehensive evaluation value of the reception user for the target classical case. The processing mode of the comprehensive evaluation value can be summation processing or weighted summation processing of the evaluation value and the comment evaluation value, and can also be evaluation model processing obtained according to pre-training. Furthermore, a new target evaluation value can be obtained by processing according to the comprehensive evaluation value of each diagnosis user for the classic case, and the new target evaluation value is used for replacing the old target evaluation value. Optionally, the determination method of the target evaluation value may be to perform an averaging process on the comprehensive evaluation value of the target classic case by each visiting user, or perform a weighted summation process on the comprehensive evaluation value of the target classic case by each visiting user according to weight values corresponding to different titles of the visiting user.
Illustratively, the interview user, after viewing the target classical case, can input evaluation values and comment information according to the interface shown in fig. 8. The evaluation value may be 10 points, 100 points, or the like, or may be a rating on a star level, and a specific evaluation value form is not particularly limited in this embodiment. When the fact that the user triggers a 'submit' button is detected, the fact that the evaluation of the user receiving a doctor is finished is determined, and the evaluation value and the comment information input by the user receiving a doctor are obtained for subsequent processing.
For example, if the evaluation value and the comment evaluation value are 10 points, the weight of the comment value and the comment evaluation value is the same, and the weight of each visiting user is the same. The number of the comments of the target classical case A is 10, namely the current consultation user is the 11 th consultation user. The current consultation user has an evaluation value of 8 points for the target classic case A, a comment evaluation value of 7 points, and a current target evaluation value of 6.5 points. The total evaluation value of the current visiting user on the target classical case a can be calculated as (7+8) ÷ 2 ═ 7.5 points, and further, the new target evaluation value can be calculated as (10 × 6.5+7.5) ÷ 11 ═ 6.6 points. Therefore, the target evaluation value of the target classic case a can be updated from 6.5 points to 6.6 points.
For example, if the review weights corresponding to the different job-giving users are different, the weight values corresponding to the inpatient and the attending physicians are both 0.2, the weight value corresponding to the assistant principal physician is 0.25, and the weight value corresponding to the principal physician is 0.35. In the review of the target classic case a, 2 hospitalization physicians had a total evaluation value of 7.5 points and 8 points, respectively, 3 attending physicians had a total evaluation value of 8 points, 6.5 points, and 7.5 points, respectively, 2 secondary chief physicians had a total evaluation value of 8.5 points, and 7.5 points, respectively, and 1 chief physician had a total evaluation value of 8 points, for a total of 8 persons. From the above information, it can be determined that the target evaluation value of the target classic case a is (7.5+8) ÷ 2 × 0.2+ (8+6.5+7.5) ÷ 3 × 0.2+ (8.5+7.5) ÷ 2 × 0.25+8 × 0.35 ÷ 1.55+1.47+2+2.8 ═ 7.82 minutes.
Optionally, the target evaluation value corresponding to each classical case may be displayed on an interface sharing the classical cases, as shown in fig. 9, and the user in consultation may select a highly-evaluated classical case for viewing.
On the basis of the technical schemes, in order to expand the classic cases stored in the case subsystem, the user for receiving a diagnosis can input the classic cases through the diagnosis and treatment input subsystem, and specifically, the method can be realized according to the following steps:
step one, when a control triggering the uploading of the classical case is detected, popping up a classical case uploading page based on the diagnosis and treatment input subsystem.
The control for uploading the classical case can be a control for triggering the classical case uploading page, and the uploading page comprises a classical case disease information editing control, a diagnosis and treatment process editing control, a medication information editing control and a treatment effect editing control.
Specifically, when the visiting user wants to upload the classic case, a control for uploading the classic case can be triggered. When the control for uploading the classical case is triggered, a classical case uploading page is popped up based on the diagnosis and treatment entry subsystem, the page comprises a classical case disease information editing control, a diagnosis and treatment process editing control, a medication information editing control, a treatment effect editing control and the like, and a schematic diagram of the classical case uploading page is shown in fig. 10. The consultation user can edit corresponding content in each editing control so as to carry out hierarchical editing on the classic case which the consultation user wants to share.
And step two, when the trigger target control is detected, acquiring the target text edited in each editing control, and generating a classic case based on the target text.
The target control may be a control that triggers uploading of text content in the editing controls, for example: the target control may be a "submit" button or an "upload" button, or the like. The target text may be content edited in the editing control by the hospitality user.
Specifically, when the trigger target control is detected, the target text edited in each control in the classic case uploading page is obtained. And integrating the acquired target texts to generate a classic case, wherein the finally generated classic case can be shown in fig. 7.
And step three, sending the classic cases to a case subsystem so that the case subsystem stores the classic cases.
Specifically, the generated classic cases can be sent to a case subsystem, and the classic cases are stored in the case subsystem or classified and stored according to target departments.
On the basis of the technical schemes, in order to facilitate the clinical users to find the required classical cases, a case searching method can be added into the diagnosis and treatment sharing system, and the searching method can be as follows:
and when the consultation user is detected to trigger the search content editing control, acquiring the editing content in the search content editing control, and calling at least one classic case from the case subsystem according to the editing content.
Wherein the search content editing control can be a control for triggering the search case method.
Specifically, when the consultation user wants to search for classic cases, the search content editing control can be triggered. The consultation user can enter relevant content of the classic case that the user wants to search in the search content editing control, such as: target departments, keywords, etc. And when the consultation user is detected to trigger the search content editing control, acquiring the editing content in the search content editing control, and searching for a related classical case in the case subsystem according to the editing content. Alternatively, the searched classical case can be displayed on the interface of the search result.
Illustratively, the user receiving a doctor can edit the relevant content in the classic case search interface as shown in fig. 11, such as: target departments, keywords, etc. When the interview user finishes inputting the edited content, a ' search ' button can be triggered to send the interview user's edited content to the case subsystem. The case subsystem screens the classic cases in the case subsystem according to the received target departments and the keywords, and displays the classic cases obtained after screening on an interface of a search result, as shown in fig. 12. The interface of the search result can also comprise the content such as the number of the searched classical cases. The arrangement of the search results may be arranged according to the relevance of the edit information input by the consultation user.
On the basis of the technical schemes, corresponding labels can be distributed to the clinical users according to the evaluation information and the evaluation value of each classical case uploaded by the clinical users, so that the description of the clinical users is increased.
Optionally, the comment information and the evaluation value of each classic case are processed based on the evaluation subsystem, a label corresponding to the classic case is determined, and the label is fed back to the reception subsystem; and binding the label with the diagnosis receiving user corresponding to the classic case based on the diagnosis receiving subsystem so as to display the label matched with the diagnosis receiving user when the diagnosis receiving user is detected to be triggered.
The label can be a word for the formal diagnosis user or a word for a classic case uploaded by the formal diagnosis user.
Specifically, according to the comment information and the evaluation value of each classic case in the evaluation subsystem, the label corresponding to each classic case can be determined, for example: the word appearing most frequently in the comment information may be selected as a label, and label assignment may also be performed according to the evaluation value. The label determination mode may also be based on a pre-trained language model to generate labels corresponding to each case. And feeding the labels corresponding to the classic cases back to the consultation subsystem, and binding the labels with the consultation users who upload the classic cases. When the user is triggered, the label bound with the user is displayed.
Illustratively, two classic cases, namely a classic case B and a classic case C, are uploaded by the user a for consultation, and the evaluation values of the two classic cases reach 9 points, so that a label of a "high-score user" can be bound to the user a for consultation. The word with the highest frequency in the classic case B is "medical hyperemia", and the word with the highest frequency in the classic case C is "serious", so that the labels of "medical hyperemia" and "serious strict" can be bound for the consultation user a. When the visiting user a is triggered, the label information matching with the visiting user a may be displayed, and the basic information of the visiting user a may also be displayed, as shown in fig. 13.
On the basis of the technical schemes, the classical cases corresponding to all the treatment users can be called, namely all the classical cases uploaded by all the treatment users can be called.
Optionally, the case-based subsystem stores the classic cases corresponding to each visiting user, so that when an operation of triggering calling of the classic cases is detected, the matched classic cases are called from the classic case library.
Specifically, when all the classic cases uploaded by a certain visiting user are to be acquired, an operation of calling the classic cases may be triggered, for example: and triggering the user name of the user receiving a doctor. When the operation of calling the classic case is detected, the classic case uploaded by the call-receiving user can be called from the classic case library stored in the case subsystem according to the user name of the triggered call-receiving user. And the classic cases uploaded by the treatment user can be displayed on a display interface for viewing.
For example, if the user wants to check all the uploaded classic cases of the visiting user a, the user name of the visiting user a may be triggered to call up all the uploaded classic cases of the visiting user a. The display interface displaying all the uploaded classic cases of the user a can be as shown in the schematic diagram of fig. 14, and the label information of the user a and the basic information of the user a can also be displayed on the display interface.
