The method comprises the following steps:
(1) the collection personnel of the newborn pediatrics department of the hospital logs in the collection interface and collects the basic information of the newborn, including birth date, birth weight, parent information, family address, administrative region and the like.

In the step (2), the basic information of the newborn is still collected under the condition that the newborn fails to be inoculated with BCG vaccine and hepatitis B first needle on the same day of birth or during hospitalization for reasons.
And (4) when the basic information of the newborn cannot be positioned in the unified cache region, recording the basic information and the inoculation record of the child by an inoculation point worker.

Claims (9)

1. An immune planning and vaccination management system comprising:
the identity uniqueness control verification module of the inoculator: an adult vaccinator reads in identity card information through an identity information recognition device and stores the identity card information, and a child vaccinator or a guardian verifies the identity through an inoculation card, then carries out face acquisition on an existing file through a face recognition device after confirming the identity, synchronously carries out face database comparison, and compares the face information and the stored pictures;
identity validity verification module at each vaccination: carrying out identity validity verification during subsequent inoculation;
a business process management and control module: managing each terminal and system flow;
a database module: and storing the identity information, the inoculation information and the process information.
2. An immune planning and vaccination management system according to claim 1, further comprising:
an inoculation time calculation function module: calculating the next inoculation time automatically according to the vaccination program, the history inoculation record of children, the vaccine substitution rule, the combined vaccine rule and the inoculation day information of the inoculation point;
the inoculation time reminding function module: the system sends inoculation time information to the terminal user to remind an inoculator of the inoculation time.

An immune planning and vaccination management system according to claim 1, further comprising: neonate vaccinates information input module: each terminal accesses the system through a mobile terminal and inputs neonatal inoculation information; the neonatal vaccination information includes birth date, birth weight, parent information, home address, administrative area to which it belongs, and vaccination record.
4. An immune planning and vaccination management system according to claim 1, wherein: the realization method of the identity validity verification module during each vaccination comprises the following steps:
step 1, carrying out face identification verification on an inoculator post-guardian, comparing and identifying the face, storing the identified face in a system database, and binding and associating the inoculator or guardian with an inoculated child;
step 2, the inoculator or guardian performs face recognition through a binocular face recognition device, and prints an inoculation registration sequence number of the day;
and 3, in the registration, inoculation and observation links, the inoculator or the guardian also performs identity verification by using face recognition for registration, inoculation and observation, automatically stores the face recognition photos of the inoculator or the guardian in the information record of the inoculation process in each link, stores the face recognition photos in a database system, encrypts the stored data, and deletes all modifications through operation log records.
