A customer places an order on a control panel of a stand-alone food preparation vending machine or within an application of a mobile terminal such as a mobile phone. The control system of the equipment receives a customer order, identifies the cooking type of the order and confirms the cooking equipment needed by the order, then controls the feeding mechanism to send the food materials needed by the order to the corresponding cooking equipment and controls the cooking equipment to perform cooking treatment, and finally controls the output mechanism to output the finished food products obtained after cooking to the customer.
The independent food making and selling machine is connected with a mains supply, a natural gas and a tap water system, the mains supply supplies power to a control system of the machine and various cooking devices, and in addition, each cooking type needs to consume water resources and electricity or natural gas energy to achieve cooking processing so as to complete order tasks. The operator periodically (such as the first working day of each month, the days of the three consecutive weeks on the wednesday) or randomly evaluates the actual consumption of both electricity and gas and water resources of the individual food preparation vending machines, which may be performed simultaneously or separately, and the energy/resource consumption evaluation method is shown in fig. 1 and 2, and is described in detail below.

The theoretical total consumption of the energy/resources in the preset time period can be obtained according to the respective theoretical consumption of the energy/resources for executing each order only by acquiring all the order information of the equipment in the preset time period.
Actual consumption obtaining step: the consumption of electricity, natural gas and water resources which actually occur in a preset time period is obtained by reading the readings of the electricity meter, the natural gas meter and the water meter and is used as the actual consumption in the preset time period.
And after the theoretical total consumption obtaining step and the actual consumption obtaining step are completed, the control system carries out correlation output on the actual consumption and the theoretical total consumption, the actual consumption and the theoretical total consumption are displayed in parallel on a control panel of the independent food making and selling machine, and the actual consumption and the theoretical total consumption are uploaded to a server together.
A judging step: and judging whether the actual consumption deviates from the theoretical total consumption to a preset degree (if the actual consumption is more than 105% of the theoretical total consumption), if so, sending a reminding signal, and uploading the reminding signal to a server.
After the operator of the operator receives the reminding signal at the server, the operator knows that the actual consumption of the energy/resources of the independent food making and selling machine is wrong, so that the operator can quickly send a person to a site to check whether water leakage, electricity leakage and air leakage are caused by equipment operation faults, and if the equipment operation faults are eliminated, the situation that the water is stolen, the electricity is stolen and the gas is stolen can exist. The operator of the operator checks the monitoring video of the area where the past equipment is located to confirm whether the situation of stealing electricity and gas by water stealing really exists or not, and carries out alarm processing.
Preferably, the preset time period includes a past time period or a future time period.
