Abstract
The invention discloses a GPS positioning-based sanitation worker management and assessment method, which comprises the following steps of 1, drawing a manual sanitation operation route; step 2, setting personnel violation parameters; step 3, the sanitation worker binds an intelligent bracelet, the intelligent bracelet tracks and positions the operation position of the sanitation worker in real time, and the operation position obtained by real-time tracking is sent to a management end through a communication network; step 4, the operation condition of the manager forms an operation GPS track according to the operation position, and judges whether the sanitation worker operates according to the planned operation route in the planning operation time by combining the corresponding manual cleaning operation route, and manages whether the sanitation worker has an illegal behavior in real time; and 5, generating a performance examination table through the data obtained by real-time management, and performing performance examination on the corresponding sanitation personnel. The method can well solve the problem that the existing sanitation management does not carry out automatic management and examination processing on the operation of the sanitation worker, and can objectively evaluate the operation of the sanitation worker without supervision.

The method fully utilizes GPS track data formed by real-time tracking and positioning of GPS positioning, realizes automatic operation condition management and performance assessment on sanitation workers, and well solves the problem that the manual inspection mode is relied at present and the automatic personnel operation management and assessment processing is not carried out. The method has high efficiency, can carry out real-time management, can well and comprehensively cover the operation range, reduces a large amount of consumption of manpower and financial resources, and has high objectivity of the obtained management and examination results.

whether illegal behaviors of stopping, early returning, late arriving and absenteeism exist in the operation or not is managed through the moving time of the sanitation personnel on the operation GPS track.

and 5, performing personnel performance assessment: generating a performance examination table corresponding to sanitation personnel through data statistics obtained through real-time management, wherein the performance examination table comprises at least one of the following items: total working time, residence rate (%), online time, online rate (%), boundary crossing time, boundary crossing rate (%), late arrival times, early retreat times and the like.

The method of the invention well solves the problem that the prior environmental sanitation field does not carry out automatic management and assessment on personnel operation, and compared with the prior manual assessment mode, the method at least has the following beneficial effects:
