Wherein the information extraction unit 10 is further configured to: converting the text of the live broadcast information to obtain text information, wherein the text information at least comprises a text sentence,
and matching the preset keywords with the text sentences, and extracting the text sentences matched with the preset keywords to obtain the key messages.
And the information generating unit 11 is configured to generate a live broadcast record and live broadcast recommendation information according to the key information, and perform live broadcast display on the live broadcast record and the live broadcast recommendation information, where at least one product to be recommended is stored in the live broadcast recommendation information.
Wherein the information generating unit 11 is further configured to: acquiring the corresponding live time of the key information in the live information, and correspondingly storing the live time and the corresponding key information to obtain the live record;
extracting live keywords in the live record, and acquiring vocabulary types of the live keywords;
and determining the data pointed by the vocabulary category as recommendation data corresponding to the live broadcast information, and setting the product pointed by the key information in the recommendation data as the product to be recommended to obtain the live broadcast recommendation information.
And the association calculation unit 12 is used for acquiring a bullet screen question, and performing association calculation on the bullet screen question and the live broadcast record and the live broadcast recommendation information respectively to obtain an association score, wherein the association score is used for representing the association degree between the bullet screen question and the live broadcast record or the association degree between the bullet screen question and the live broadcast recommendation information.
Wherein the association calculation unit 12 is further configured to: extracting semantic keywords in the barrage question, and determining the type pointed by the semantic keywords as the question type of the barrage question;
if the question type of the bullet screen question is a record query type, word segmentation is carried out on the record information in the live broadcast record to obtain record word segmentation;
calculating an association value between the semantic keyword and the record word, wherein the association value is used for representing the association degree between the semantic keyword and the record word, and summing the association values corresponding to different record word in the same record information to obtain the association score corresponding to the record information;
and if the question type of the barrage question is a product query type, querying a product category corresponding to the semantic keyword, and respectively calculating the similarity between the queried product category and the recommended product in the live broadcast recommendation information to obtain the association score.
Optionally, the association calculation unit 12 is further configured to: matching a preset shielding word with the vocabulary in the barrage question;
if the preset shielding word is matched with the vocabulary in the barrage question, inquiring a live broadcasting room corresponding to the live broadcasting information, and acquiring a live broadcasting title of the live broadcasting room;
and replacing the vocabulary matched with the preset shielding word in the bullet screen question with the obtained live title.
Further, the association calculating unit 12 is further configured to: acquiring the question asking times of the barrage questions within a preset time interval;
and if the question asking times of the bullet screen questions are larger than the times threshold, highlighting the bullet screen questions, wherein the highlighting marks are used for highlighting the bullet screen questions.
And the question replying unit 13 is configured to reply a question to the barrage question by using the live broadcast record or the live broadcast recommendation information corresponding to the association score if the association score is greater than a score threshold.
Preferably, in this embodiment, the barrage management device 100 further includes:
the barrage active unit 14 is used for inquiring the live broadcasting room corresponding to the live broadcasting information and acquiring the number of online people in the live broadcasting room;
if the number of online persons is smaller than the threshold number of persons, setting live broadcast records and/or bullet screen characters pointed by the live broadcast recommendation information as active bullet screens, and displaying the queried active bullet screens on the live broadcast room, wherein the active bullet screens are preset bullet screen characters.
In the embodiment, by extracting the key information in the live broadcast information and generating the live broadcast record and the live broadcast recommended information according to the key information, the record of live broadcast content and the inquiry of the product to be recommended can be effectively carried out in the live broadcast process, live broadcast display is carried out on the live broadcast record and the live broadcast recommended information, the live broadcast information and the product to be recommended are conveniently watched by a user watching live broadcast, the live broadcast record and the live broadcast recommended information are respectively associated and calculated by acquiring a live broadcast question, whether the acquired live broadcast question can be automatically replied based on the live broadcast record or the live broadcast recommended information can be effectively judged, if the association score is larger than the score threshold value, the live broadcast record or the live broadcast recommended information corresponding to the association score is automatically replied to the live broadcast question, the phenomenon that the live broadcast question cannot be replied to the user when the live broadcast information is more is effectively prevented, and the live broadcast watching live broadcast experience is improved.
Fig. 4 is a block diagram of a terminal device 2 according to another embodiment of the present application. As shown in fig. 4, the terminal device 2 of this embodiment includes: a processor 20, a memory 21 and a computer program 22, such as a program of a barrage management method, stored in the memory 21 and executable on the processor 20. The steps of the embodiments of the bullet screen management method described above, such as S10 to S40 shown in fig. 1 or S31 to S34 shown in fig. 2, are implemented by the processor 20 when executing the computer program 23. Alternatively, the processor 20 may implement the functions of each unit in the embodiment corresponding to fig. 3, for example, the functions of the units 10 to 14 shown in fig. 3, when executing the computer program 22, and the detailed description of the embodiment corresponding to fig. 4 will be referred to herein, which is omitted.
Illustratively, the computer program 22 may be partitioned into one or more units that are stored in the memory 21 and executed by the processor 20 to complete the present application. The one or more units may be a series of computer program instruction segments capable of performing a specific function for describing the execution of the computer program 22 in the terminal device 2. For example, the computer program 22 may be divided into an information extraction unit 10, an information generation unit 11, an association calculation unit 12, a question reply unit 13, and a barrage activity unit 14, each unit functioning specifically as described above.
The terminal device may include, but is not limited to, a processor 20, a memory 21. It will be appreciated by those skilled in the art that fig. 4 is merely an example of the terminal device 2 and does not constitute a limitation of the terminal device 2, and may include more or less components than illustrated, or may combine certain components, or different components, e.g., the terminal device may further include an input-output device, a network access device, a bus, etc.
The processor 20 may be a central processing unit (Central Processing Unit, CPU), other general purpose processors, digital signal processors (Digital Signal Processor, DSP), application specific integrated circuits (Application Specific Integrated Circuit, ASIC), off-the-shelf programmable gate arrays (Field-Programmable Gate Array, FPGA) or other programmable logic devices, discrete gate or transistor logic devices, discrete hardware components, or the like. A general purpose processor may be a microprocessor or the processor may be any conventional processor or the like.
The memory 21 may be an internal storage unit of the terminal device 2, such as a hard disk or a memory of the terminal device 2. The memory 21 may be an external storage device of the terminal device 2, such as a plug-in hard disk, a Smart Media Card (SMC), a Secure Digital (SD) Card, a Flash memory Card (Flash Card) or the like, which are provided on the terminal device 2. Further, the memory 21 may also include both an internal storage unit and an external storage device of the terminal device 2. The memory 21 is used for storing the computer program as well as other programs and data required by the terminal device. The memory 21 may also be used for temporarily storing data that has been output or is to be output.
The above embodiments are only for illustrating the technical solution of the present application, and not for limiting the same; although the application has been described in detail with reference to the foregoing embodiments, it will be understood by those of ordinary skill in the art that: the technical scheme described in the foregoing embodiments can be modified or some technical features thereof can be replaced by equivalents; such modifications and substitutions do not depart from the spirit and scope of the technical solutions of the embodiments of the present application, and are intended to be included in the scope of the present application.

Claims (8)

1. A method of barrage management comprising:
acquiring live broadcast information and extracting key information in the live broadcast information;
generating a live broadcast record and live broadcast recommendation information according to the key information, and displaying the live broadcast record and the live broadcast recommendation information in a live broadcast manner, wherein at least one product to be recommended is stored in the live broadcast recommendation information;
acquiring a barrage question, and carrying out association calculation on the barrage question and the live broadcast record and the live broadcast recommendation information respectively to obtain an association score, wherein the association score is used for representing the association degree between the barrage question and the live broadcast record or the association degree between the barrage question and the live broadcast recommendation information;
if the association score is greater than a score threshold, carrying out question reply on the live broadcast record or the live broadcast recommendation information corresponding to the association score;
the generating live broadcast record and live broadcast recommendation information according to the key information comprises the following steps:
acquiring the corresponding live time of the key information in the live information, and correspondingly storing the live time and the corresponding key information to obtain the live record;
extracting live keywords in the live record, and acquiring vocabulary types of the live keywords;
determining the data pointed by the vocabulary category as recommendation data corresponding to the live broadcast information, and setting the product pointed by the key information in the recommendation data as the product to be recommended to obtain the live broadcast recommendation information;
the step of performing association calculation on the bullet screen questioning and the live broadcast record and the live broadcast recommendation information respectively to obtain an association score comprises the following steps:
extracting semantic keywords in the barrage question, and determining the type pointed by the semantic keywords as the question type of the barrage question;
if the question type of the bullet screen question is a record query type, word segmentation is carried out on the record information in the live broadcast record to obtain record word segmentation;
calculating an association value between the semantic keyword and the record word, wherein the association value is used for representing the association degree between the semantic keyword and the record word, and summing the association values corresponding to different record word in the same record information to obtain the association score corresponding to the record information;
and if the question type of the barrage question is a product query type, querying a product category corresponding to the semantic keyword, and respectively calculating the similarity between the queried product category and the recommended product in the live broadcast recommendation information to obtain the association score.
2. The barrage management method of claim 1, wherein the extracting key information in the live information comprises:
converting the text of the live broadcast information to obtain text information, wherein the text information at least comprises a text sentence,
and matching a preset keyword with the text sentence, and extracting the text sentence matched with the preset keyword to obtain the key information.
3. The barrage management method of claim 1, further comprising, after the obtaining the barrage question:
matching a preset shielding word with the vocabulary in the barrage question;
if the preset shielding word is matched with the vocabulary in the barrage question, inquiring a live broadcasting room corresponding to the live broadcasting information, and acquiring a live broadcasting title of the live broadcasting room;
and replacing the vocabulary matched with the preset shielding word in the bullet screen question with the obtained live title.
4. The barrage management method of claim 1, further comprising:
inquiring a live broadcasting room corresponding to the live broadcasting information, and acquiring the number of online people in the live broadcasting room;
if the number of online persons is smaller than the threshold number of persons, setting live broadcast records and/or bullet screen characters pointed by the live broadcast recommendation information as active bullet screens, and displaying the queried active bullet screens on the live broadcast room, wherein the active bullet screens are preset bullet screen characters.
5. The barrage management method of claim 1, further comprising, after the obtaining the barrage question:
acquiring the question asking times of the barrage questions within a preset time interval;
and if the question asking times of the bullet screen questions are larger than the times threshold, highlighting the bullet screen questions, wherein the highlighting marks are used for highlighting the bullet screen questions.
6. A bullet screen management apparatus comprising:
the information extraction unit is used for acquiring live broadcast information and extracting key information in the live broadcast information;
the information generation unit is used for generating a live broadcast record and live broadcast recommendation information according to the key information, and displaying the live broadcast record and the live broadcast recommendation information in a live broadcast mode, wherein at least one product to be recommended is stored in the live broadcast recommendation information;
the association calculation unit is used for acquiring a bullet screen question, carrying out association calculation on the bullet screen question and the live broadcast record and the live broadcast recommendation information respectively to obtain an association score, wherein the association score is used for representing the association degree between the bullet screen question and the live broadcast record or the association degree between the bullet screen question and the live broadcast recommendation information;
the questioning and replying unit is used for replying the live broadcast record or the live broadcast recommendation information corresponding to the association score to the barrage questioning if the association score is larger than a score threshold;
wherein, the information generating unit is specifically configured to: acquiring the corresponding live time of the key information in the live information, and correspondingly storing the live time and the corresponding key information to obtain the live record;
extracting live keywords in the live record, and acquiring vocabulary types of the live keywords;
determining the data pointed by the vocabulary category as recommendation data corresponding to the live broadcast information, and setting the product pointed by the key information in the recommendation data as the product to be recommended to obtain the live broadcast recommendation information;
the association calculation unit is specifically configured to: extracting semantic keywords in the barrage question, and determining the type pointed by the semantic keywords as the question type of the barrage question;
if the question type of the bullet screen question is a record query type, word segmentation is carried out on the record information in the live broadcast record to obtain record word segmentation;
calculating an association value between the semantic keyword and the record word, wherein the association value is used for representing the association degree between the semantic keyword and the record word, and summing the association values corresponding to different record word in the same record information to obtain the association score corresponding to the record information;
and if the question type of the barrage question is a product query type, querying a product category corresponding to the semantic keyword, and respectively calculating the similarity between the queried product category and the recommended product in the live broadcast recommendation information to obtain the association score.
7. A terminal device comprising a memory, a processor and a computer program stored in the memory and executable on the processor, characterized in that the processor implements the steps of the method according to any of claims 1 to 5 when the computer program is executed.
8. A storage medium storing a computer program which, when executed by a processor, implements the steps of the method according to any one of claims 1 to 5.
