Abstract
The invention discloses a method for upgrading firmware of an alternate-mining board of an intelligent terminal of a transformer area, wherein the intelligent terminal of the transformer area comprises a main board and an alternate-mining board, the alternate-mining board is communicated with the main board in an SPI (serial peripheral interface) communication mode, and the method for upgrading the firmware of the alternate-mining board of the intelligent terminal of the transformer area comprises the following steps: reading the firmware version number of the handed board, judging whether the firmware version number is consistent with a target version number, and if not, sending the handed board firmware data of the target version number from the main board to the handed board; and checking whether the firmware data of the alternate-collecting board is lost or not, and writing the firmware data of the alternate-collecting board into the alternate-collecting board if the firmware data of the alternate-collecting board is not lost, so as to finish upgrading. The method and the system can upgrade the firmware of the cross-cut panel without opening the cover of the intelligent terminal of the distribution room, save time and cost, and simultaneously avoid damage to the intelligent terminal of the distribution room caused by disassembly and assembly in the upgrading process.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of power equipment terminals, in particular to a method and a system for upgrading platform area intelligent terminals, an alternate acquisition board firmware and a storage medium.
Background
The intelligent terminal in the distribution area integrates the functions of power supply and power utilization information acquisition, data collection of each acquisition terminal or electric energy meter, equipment state monitoring and communication networking, local analysis and decision, cooperative computing and the like in the distribution area, and meets the requirements of high-performance concurrency, large-capacity storage and multiple acquisition objects by adopting hardware platformization, functional software, structural modularization and software and hardware decoupling design. and S40, writing the firmware data of the alternate acquisition board into the alternate acquisition board, and finishing upgrading.
Preferably, before step S20 is executed, the panel firmware data is sent to the main board through a network port through which the main board communicates with the outside.

In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention more apparent, the technical solutions of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the specific embodiments of the present invention and the accompanying drawings. It is to be understood that the described embodiments are merely exemplary of the invention, and not restrictive of the full scope of the invention. All other embodiments, which can be obtained by a person skilled in the art without inventive step based on the embodiments in the present description, belong to the protection scope of the present invention.

According to the method for upgrading the alternate mining firmware of the platform area intelligent terminal, the platform area intelligent terminal comprises a main board and an alternate mining board, and the alternate mining board and the main board are communicated in an SPI communication mode. In the embodiment of the invention, the communication between the alternate acquisition board and the outside can be carried out only in an SPI communication mode. s30, checking whether the firmware data of the alternate collection board is lost, if not, executing the step S40;
and S40, writing the firmware data of the panel to complete upgrading.
Specifically, referring to fig. 1 and 5, before step S10, the connection between the host computer and the motherboard is first established through the connection between the host computer and the network port on the motherboard. In step S10, if the firmware version number of the delivery board matches the target version number, the upgrade is not necessary.
Further, before executing step S20, the board firmware data is sent to the motherboard through a network port of the motherboard for external communication. The main board communicates with the outside through the network port on the main board, in step S10, if the firmware version number of the handed board is inconsistent with the target version number, the main board determines that the firmware of the handed board needs to be upgraded, and the upper computer sends the firmware data of the handed board to the main board through the network port of the main board. Specifically, in step S30, if the acquisition board firmware data is lost and the received firmware data is incomplete, the process returns to step S20.
Through the steps, the data of the firmware of the alternate-picking board in the main board is sent to the alternate-picking board, and the data of the firmware of the alternate-picking board can be sent to the alternate-picking board on the premise of not disassembling the intelligent terminal of the distribution room.
Further, referring to fig. 3, step S40 includes the following steps:
s41, resetting the CPU (central processing unit);
s42, operating a Boot Loader (Boot Loader) of the panel;
s43, writing the firmware data of the alternate acquisition board into a flash from the nonvolatile data storage;
and S44, running a new alternate acquisition board firmware to finish upgrading.
Further, referring to fig. 4, in an optional embodiment, on the basis of the above method for upgrading the handover firmware of the intelligent terminal in the distribution area, the method for upgrading the handover firmware of the intelligent terminal in the distribution area according to the embodiment of the present invention further includes:
s50, reading the firmware version number of the handed board and judging whether the firmware version number is a target version number; if so, the upgrade is successful, otherwise, the upgrade fails.
According to the method for upgrading the firmware of the alternate acquisition board of the platform area intelligent terminal, the alternate acquisition board firmware data upgrading packet is sent to the alternate acquisition board through the SPI communication mode between the main board and the alternate acquisition board, and the alternate acquisition board is controlled to upgrade the firmware. Under the condition that the intelligent terminal of the distribution room is not required to be opened, the firmware of the cross panel can be upgraded, the time and the cost are saved, and meanwhile, the intelligent terminal of the distribution room is prevented from being upgraded due to disassembly and assembly in the upgrading process. Meanwhile, the backup board firmware of the intelligent terminal of the distribution area can be remotely upgraded through the upper computer, and maintenance cost after market investment is greatly saved.
It should be understood that, the sequence numbers of the steps in the foregoing embodiments do not imply an execution sequence, and the execution sequence of each process should be determined by its function and inherent logic, and should not constitute any limitation to the implementation process of the embodiments of the present invention.
The embodiment of the invention also provides a firmware upgrading system of the district intelligent terminal alternate acquisition board, which corresponds to the firmware upgrading method of the district intelligent terminal alternate acquisition board. The system comprises a platform area intelligent terminal and an upper computer, wherein the platform area intelligent terminal comprises a main board, a cross mining board and a nonvolatile data storage; the main board and the upper computer are in communication connection through a network port on the main board, and the main board and the alternate mining board are in communication connection through an SPI communication mode; in the embodiment of the invention, the alternate mining board can only communicate with the outside through the SPI connected with the main board.
The main board receives an instruction of the upper computer, reads a firmware version number of the alternate acquisition board, judges whether the firmware version number is consistent with a target version number or not, if so, upgrading is not needed, if not, the upper computer sends alternate acquisition board firmware data of the target version number to the main board through the internet access, the main board sends the alternate acquisition board firmware data of the target version number to the alternate acquisition board frame by frame through the SPI, and after the alternate acquisition board firmware data is sent, an end frame is sent.
And the alternate acquisition board receives the alternate acquisition board firmware data, stores the alternate acquisition board firmware data in the nonvolatile data storage, checks whether the alternate acquisition board firmware data is lost after receiving the end frame, and writes the alternate acquisition board firmware data stored in the nonvolatile data storage into the alternate acquisition board firmware data to the flash if the alternate acquisition board firmware data is not lost so as to finish upgrading. The specific writing step is described in detail in the method for upgrading the firmware of the panel handed over from the intelligent terminal in the distribution area, and is not repeated.
The embodiment of the invention also provides an intelligent terminal for the transformer area, which comprises a main board, an acquisition board, a memory and a computer program stored in the memory. The main board and the alternate mining board are in communication connection through an SPI communication mode; in the embodiment of the invention, the alternate mining board can only communicate with the outside through the SPI connected with the main board. And when the computer program is executed, the method for upgrading the firmware of the delivery board of the intelligent terminal in the distribution area is realized. The embodiment of the invention also provides a storage medium, wherein the storage medium stores a computer program, and the computer program realizes the steps of the firmware upgrading method of the distribution area intelligent terminal alternate acquisition board when being executed by a processor.
