Detailed Description
The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present invention, and not all of the embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
The invention provides a control method, which is applied to a variable frequency controller in an air conditioner, wherein the air conditioner does not need a specific communication loop to transmit indoor information.
So that those skilled in the art can better understand the variable frequency air conditioner and the improved air conditioner of the present invention, the description will be made with reference to fig. 1 and 2.
Fig. 1 is a schematic structural diagram of an inverter air conditioner. Including indoor units 101 and outdoor units 105. The indoor unit 101 is provided with an indoor circuit board 1011, and the outdoor unit 105 includes an outside air temperature sensor 1051, an outside coil temperature sensor 1052, a variable frequency control circuit board 1056, a reversing device 1053, a fan 1054, and a variable frequency compressor 1055. Wherein, the reversing device 1053 can be a four-way valve.
Indoor unit 101 supplies power to outdoor unit 105 through live line 102 and neutral line 103. The indoor unit 101 and the outdoor unit are also provided with a communication line 104. Among them, the reason why the communication line 104 is provided is:
the inverter air conditioner realizes the effect of frequency conversion by adjusting the operating frequency of the inverter compressor 1055. This requires real-time communication between the outdoor unit 105 and the indoor unit 101 through the dedicated variable frequency control circuit board 1056, which is used for setting temperature, operation mode, indoor and outdoor temperature, and indoor and outdoor coil temperature, and then controls the compressor frequency, fan operation, reversing device, etc. according to these information.
The information interaction of the internal and external units generally uses TTL (transistor-transistor logic) current loop design or RS485 hardware design, and software design based on Modbus and other serial communication protocols to realize communication building and interaction.
The outdoor unit 105 of the low-end inverter air conditioner generally uses an ac fan, an ac inverter, and an inverter compressor. The outdoor circuit board 1056 needs to cover the following design:
1. the frequency conversion controller of the outdoor circuit board needs to drive alternating current devices such as a fan and a reversing device, and the frequency conversion controller generally adopts a switching power supply technology, so that the switching power supply needs to be designed with larger power to deal with the alternating current devices.
2. Real-time communication with the indoor unit is also required to obtain information such as indoor set temperature, room temperature, and operation mode. This requires a special communication circuit to be designed for information transmission.
3. In order to detect information such as outside air temperature, outdoor coil temperature and the like, at least two temperature sensors are needed, and therefore corresponding temperature detection circuits need to be arranged in an outdoor circuit.
The invention provides a control method, which can realize the transmission of information such as set temperature, room temperature, operation mode and the like between an indoor unit and an outdoor unit without a specific communication loop.
Referring to fig. 3, the control method may include:
s11, calculating the time interval of two times of electrification of the variable frequency controller;
specifically, a controllable switch, such as a power relay, is connected between the indoor circuit board and the variable frequency controller, and the variable frequency controller is powered on and off by controlling the controllable switch. Wherein n may be 3 or 4 seconds, etc.
After the devices such as a switching power supply in the variable frequency controller are charged, the power supply relay is disconnected, and then the power supply relay sends information in the variable frequency controller in the outdoor unit according to the requirement to determine the power-off time.
It should be noted that the power-off time needs to be within the idle discharge completion time of the variable frequency controller, so as to ensure that power can be supplied to the MCU in the variable frequency controller, so as to detect the length of the power-off time.
And after the power failure is finished, the power supply relay is closed again, and the closed state of the power supply relay is ensured until the operation of the variable frequency compressor needs to be closed. The charger control process of the variable frequency controller can refer to fig. 4.
And after powering on for n seconds, powering off for kms, and then powering on the variable frequency controller again and keeping the power on. Wherein k is a positive integer, and the length of the power-off time is related to the content of the information which the indoor unit wants to send.
S12, acquiring first frequency conversion control information corresponding to the time interval;
the first variable frequency control information is generated by an indoor circuit board connected with the variable frequency controller based on the acquired air conditioner control information.
Specifically, different power-off time intervals correspond to different first frequency conversion control information, and table 1 may be specifically referred to.
TABLE 1 correspondence of time intervals to first frequency conversion control information
Figure BDA0002986306210000041
Figure BDA0002986306210000051
It can be seen from table 1 that different time intervals correspond to different first variable frequency control information, and correspond to air conditioning control information 1 when the power-off time interval is 100-.
The first variable frequency control information is variable frequency control information generated by the indoor circuit board based on the acquired air conditioner control information, and the air conditioner control information can be information such as set temperature, operation mode and room temperature. The first variable frequency control information can be the initial operating frequency of the variable frequency compressor calculated by the indoor unit according to the air conditioner control information, or can be the same information as the air conditioner control information, and after receiving the first variable frequency control information, the variable frequency controller calculates the initial operating frequency of the variable frequency compressor according to the first variable frequency control information, so as to control the variable frequency compressor to work.
And S13, controlling the operation of the variable frequency compressor connected with the variable frequency controller based on the first variable frequency control information.
In practical application, the control method provided by the embodiment of the invention can specifically set that the larger the difference between the set temperature contained in the air conditioner setting information and the room temperature is, the longer the power-off time of the variable frequency controller is, and at the moment, the longer the power-off time is, the positive correlation between the output frequency of the variable frequency controller and the power-off time is set, namely, the longer the power-off time is, the larger the output frequency of the variable frequency controller is, so that when the temperature difference is larger, the operating frequency of the variable frequency compressor is increased, the room temperature can quickly reach the set temperature, and the comfort level of a user is improved. It is needless to say that the larger the difference between the set temperature contained in the air conditioner setting information and the room temperature is, the shorter the power-off time of the inverter controller is, and at this time, the output frequency of the inverter controller is set to be inversely related to the power-off time, that is, the longer the power-off time is, the smaller the output frequency of the inverter controller is. Similarly, different power-off time intervals corresponding to different operation modes can be set, and the like. The setting mode only needs to accord with the working logic of the variable frequency air conditioner, and the invention is not limited to this.
Specifically, when the first variable frequency control information is the initial operating frequency of the variable frequency compressor, the initial operating frequency of the variable frequency compressor may be directly set as the received initial operating frequency.
When the first variable frequency control information is the same information as the air conditioner control information, after receiving the first variable frequency control information, the variable frequency controller calculates the initial operating frequency of the variable frequency compressor according to the first variable frequency control information, and then controls the initial operating frequency of the variable frequency compressor.
And when the variable frequency compressor is controlled to start working, the operating frequency of the variable frequency compressor is automatically adjusted according to an intelligent algorithm, so that the whole air conditioning system realizes variable frequency operation.
The intelligent algorithm comprises the following steps: 1) in the operation process, the operation is continued for a certain time, and the frequency increasing processing is carried out until the frequency is increased to the maximum frequency.
2) An electromagnetic torque limit value is set for each frequency interval. And (3) as the system continuously operates, the electromagnetic torque T _ E of the compressor is increased due to frequency increase or load increase, if the electromagnetic torque T _ E exceeds the electromagnetic torque limit value of the current frequency interval, the compressor performs frequency reduction until the electromagnetic torque T _ E is reduced to be lower than the corresponding torque limit value after frequency reduction, the frequency reduction control of the compressor is completed, and the frequency increase of the compressor is allowed.
3) When the exhaust temperature is too high, the frequency reduction treatment is carried out on the compressor.
Optionally, on the basis of this embodiment, the method further includes:
1) acquiring the collected exhaust temperature of the variable frequency compressor;
2) and when the exhaust temperature is greater than a second preset value, reducing the operating frequency of the variable-frequency compressor.
Specifically, referring to fig. 2, the outdoor unit is further provided with a discharge air temperature sensor 3025, and the discharge air temperature sensor 3025 detects the discharge air temperature of the inverter compressor. The variable frequency controller can collect the exhaust temperature and judge whether the exhaust temperature is greater than a second preset value, wherein the second preset value is set by a technician according to a specific use scene.
When the exhaust temperature of the inverter compressor is higher than the second preset value, the inverter compressor may be burnt, the operation frequency of the inverter compressor is reduced, the exhaust temperature of the inverter compressor is reduced through the mode, and the normal work of the inverter compressor is guaranteed.
When the temperature is lower than the second preset value, the exhaust temperature of the variable frequency compressor is low, the variable frequency compressor cannot be burnt, and the operation frequency of the variable frequency compressor does not need to be reduced.
Optionally, on the basis of this embodiment, the improved air conditioner has the following characteristics:
the variable frequency controller controls the running state of the variable frequency compressor, the variable frequency controller is connected with the indoor circuit board through a relay, the indoor circuit board controls the variable frequency controller to be powered on and powered off by the controllable switch, and the indoor circuit board controls the operation of a fan and a reversing device of the air conditioner, such as the frequency of the fan and the opening degree of the reversing device.
In the embodiment, the variable frequency controller is powered on twice, and the first variable frequency control information generated based on the air conditioner control information acquired by the indoor circuit board is acquired according to the time interval of the two times of power on, so that the variable frequency compressor is controlled to work. The invention can obtain the indoor information by utilizing the on-off state of the variable frequency controller, thereby realizing the transmission of the indoor information of the air conditioner to the variable frequency controller in the outdoor unit, and still realizing the information transmission of the indoor unit and the outdoor unit under the condition of no specific communication loop.
In addition, because the wiring is similar to that of the constant-speed air conditioner, the frequency conversion of the constant-speed air conditioner can be quickly realized by directly replacing an outdoor unit or related components of an outdoor unit of the constant-speed air conditioner on the market. Specifically, the constant-speed air conditioner can be transformed, the variable-frequency controller and the variable-frequency compressor are installed, and then the variable-frequency compressor is driven by the variable-frequency controller to carry out variable-frequency operation, so that a user can experience energy conservation and comfort of the variable-frequency air conditioner.
Thirdly, the communication circuit between the indoor unit and the outdoor unit is eliminated, and the outdoor unit can control the operation of the inverter compressor only by controlling the power-off time of the inverter controller through the control line of the inverter controller in the indoor unit to transmit information, so that the design cost of the inverter air conditioner is reduced, and the inverter air conditioner with extremely low cost can be produced. The control line of the frequency conversion controller is a control line for controlling the power on and off of the frequency conversion controller, such as an input power line of the frequency conversion controller, and the input power line comprises a controllable switch, such as a relay, an Insulated Gate Bipolar Transistor (IGBT) tube, a Metal Oxide Semiconductor (MOS) tube, and the like.
Optionally, on the basis of any of the foregoing embodiments, referring to fig. 5, step S11 may include:
s21, acquiring the input voltage of the variable frequency controller;
specifically, the switching operation of the indoor unit on a controllable switch, such as a power relay, is embodied in the variable frequency controller as the presence or absence of an input voltage, when the power relay is closed, the input voltage is not zero, normally 220V,50HZ, and when the power relay is open, the input voltage is zero.
S22, converting the input voltage into a pulse signal;
taking a 50HZ power supply as an example, the input voltage is converted into a pulse signal through a zero detection circuit. The working principle of the zero-crossing detection circuit refers to fig. 6. Zero-crossing detection may refer to detection by the system in an ac system when the waveform crosses zero when it switches positive and negative.
In addition, the input voltage may be converted into a signal that is powered on to a high level and powered off to a low level.
S23, identifying the duration of the signal with the pulse value being a first preset value from the pulse signal;
the first preset value is zero, that is, the step finds a time period in which the sustain pulse value is zero from the pulse signal, that is, the time between two consecutive pulse time periods in fig. 6.
Optionally, on the basis of this embodiment, before calculating the time interval between two times of power-on of the variable frequency controller, the method further includes:
judging whether the power-off time of the variable frequency controller reaches a preset value;
and if the preset value is reached, executing the step of calculating the time interval of two times of electrification of the variable frequency controller.
The preset value may be 100ms, that is, in the present embodiment, the variable frequency controller is considered to be powered off only when the power-off time reaches 100ms, and the power-off time starts to be calculated at this time. If the power-off time is less than 100ms, the power-off is judged to be mistakenly turned off or the input voltage is over zero, and the power-off time cannot be calculated at the moment.
Specifically, referring to fig. 7, the process of determining the duration of the signal with the pulse value being the first preset value may be as follows:
s31, judging whether the power supply time is within 10S; if the power-on time is within 10S, executing step S32; and if the voltage is not within the power-on 10s, ending.
Specifically, the reason for judging whether the power supply is within 10s of the power supply of the variable frequency controller is that the power supply of the variable frequency controller is cut off for a period of time after n seconds of power supply, but the power supply time of the variable frequency controller is not longer than 10s, so that 10s is set at this time, and other values can be set. In addition, only the time interval of two power-ups within 10s will be counted.
S32, judging whether the zero-crossing input level changes; if there is a change, go to step S33; if not, go to step S34;
specifically, if the zero-cross input level changes from the moment of power-on to the moment of power-off, step S33 is executed, and the power-off timer is cleared. At this time, the timer value starts from zero. When the power is off, the input level is not changed, and then step S34 is executed, and the power-off timer is incremented, the method steps in this embodiment are executed once every 1ms, and if the input level is not changed all the time, the method steps are incremented every 1 ms. When there is a change in the zero-crossing input voltage from power-off to power-on again, step S33 is executed and the power-off timer is cleared.
S33, clearing the power-off timer;
s34, adding one to the power-off timer;
s35, judging whether the timing time of the power-off timer is more than 100 ms; if yes, go to step S36; if not, ending.
The reason for judging whether the timing time of the power-off timer is more than 100ms is that the time intervals set by the application are all more than 100ms, so that whether the power-off is effective power-off needs to be judged.
And S36, acquiring first frequency conversion control information corresponding to the timing time after the power failure is finished.
The timing time is the time interval described above.
By performing steps S31 to S36 every 1ms, it is possible to determine the time during which the signal having the pulse value identified as the first preset value among the pulse signals is maintained.
And S24, taking the identified time as the time interval.
In this embodiment, the zero-cross detection circuit is adopted to convert the input voltage into the pulse signal, and thus the time interval between two times of power-on of the frequency conversion controller can be determined by the time of the high and low levels in the pulse signal.
Optionally, on the basis of any of the above embodiments, the method further includes:
1) counting the power-on times of the variable frequency controller within a preset time;
in this embodiment, the first frequency conversion control information is not transmitted by using the time interval between two power-on operations, but the corresponding frequency conversion control information is acquired by using different power-on times.
Specifically, the preset time may be set by a technician according to a specific use scenario. The number of the power-on times can be 10s in the above description, and within 10s, the frequency conversion control information can be transmitted by powering on the frequency conversion controller for multiple times, and at this time, the power-on times need to be counted.
It should be noted that, in the present embodiment, considering the service life of the power relay, it is not suitable to perform too many times of power-off processing each time the variable frequency controller is powered on.
2) Acquiring second frequency conversion control information corresponding to the power-on times; the second variable frequency control information is generated by an indoor circuit board connected with the variable frequency controller based on the acquired air conditioner control information;
specifically, the second variable frequency control information is variable frequency control information generated by the indoor circuit board based on the acquired air conditioning control information, and the air conditioning control information may be information such as a set temperature, an operation mode, and a room temperature.
This step is similar to step S12, please refer to the explanation of step S12.
3) And controlling the variable-frequency compressor connected with the variable-frequency controller to work based on the second variable-frequency control information.
This step is similar to step S13, please refer to the explanation of step S12.
Optionally, on the basis of this embodiment, before obtaining the second frequency conversion control information corresponding to the power-on times, the method further includes:
counting the time interval of two adjacent power-on times within the preset time;
correspondingly, acquiring second frequency conversion control information corresponding to the power-on times comprises the following steps:
and acquiring second frequency conversion control information corresponding to the power-on times and all time intervals.
Specifically, in this embodiment, the second frequency conversion control information is determined by combining two ways, i.e., the power-on times and the time intervals. Namely, the second frequency conversion control information corresponding to the power-on times and all time intervals is searched at the same time. The different first and second variable frequency control information correspond to different working frequencies of the variable frequency compressor.
Assuming that the power-on frequency is 3 times, the time interval of the two power-on times is 200, 300 and 500ms in sequence, the power-on frequency needs to be searched for 3 times, the time interval of the two power-on times is second variable frequency control information corresponding to 200, 300 and 500ms in sequence, and the variable frequency controller adjusts the output frequency according to the second variable frequency control information, so as to control the working frequency of the variable frequency compressor.
In this embodiment, the method for determining the frequency conversion control information transmitted by the indoor unit by using the power-on times or the combination of the power-on times and the time interval is provided, so that the information transmitted by the indoor unit can be acquired by using various different methods.
Based on the method, the invention also provides a variable frequency air conditioner, as shown in fig. 2.
Referring to fig. 2, the indoor unit 301 includes an indoor circuit board 3011, and the outdoor unit 302 includes an outdoor circuit board 3021, an inverter compressor 3022, a fan 3023, and a direction changer 3024. Wherein, the reversing device 3024 may be a four-way valve. The outdoor circuit board 3021 is provided with a variable frequency controller 30211. The indoor circuit board is used for controlling the on-off states of the variable frequency controller, the fan and the reversing device; the frequency conversion controller is used for controlling the working state of the compressor. The indoor circuit board may be used for controlling the on-off state of the frequency conversion controller, the fan and the reversing device independently or separately, which is not limited in the present invention. In one embodiment, the indoor circuit board includes a first control output, a second control output, and a third control output;
the first control output end of the indoor circuit board is connected with the input end of the variable frequency controller to control the variable frequency controller to be turned on or turned off;
the second control output end of the indoor circuit board is connected with the fan and used for controlling the fan to be turned on or turned off;
and the third control output end of the indoor circuit board is connected with the reversing device and used for controlling the reversing device to be opened or closed.
Further, the second control output end and the third control output end are respectively connected to the fan and the reversing device through a power circuit, and the power circuit comprises a driving capacitor. Compared with other variable frequency air conditioners, the air conditioner improved in the figure 2 is additionally provided with the variable frequency controller on the outdoor circuit board. The AC compressor is changed into the frequency conversion compressor, and the indoor unit in the constant speed air conditioner directly controls the switch of the AC compressor and changes the switch into the power switch for controlling the frequency conversion controller.
When the indoor unit needs the variable frequency compressor to operate, a power supply is applied to the variable frequency controller, and the variable frequency controller automatically controls the frequency of the variable frequency compressor according to an intelligent algorithm, so that the function of the variable frequency air conditioner is realized. Of course, a lower-cost inverter air conditioner can be manufactured through the improved structure shown in fig. 2, and the air conditioner omits a communication loop, so that the cost of the inverter air conditioner is greatly reduced. The frequency conversion controller can automatically control the frequency of the frequency conversion compressor according to an intelligent algorithm by adopting an existing control method, such as:
1) in the operation process, the operation is continued for a certain time, and the frequency increasing processing is carried out until the frequency is increased to the maximum frequency.
2) An electromagnetic torque limit value is set for each frequency interval.
