Abstract
The invention discloses a dust-removing and dehumidifying air conditioner end product which comprises a spray pump, a heat-dissipating dust remover, a coil heat exchanger, a centrifugal/axial flow fan, a first water-receiving device, a second water-receiving device, a spray device and a dehumidifier, wherein a water outlet of the spray device is connected to a water inlet of the spray device through a copper pipe sequentially through the coil heat exchanger, the heat-dissipating dust remover and the spray pump to form a spray water closed circulation system, and a cold/hot air return inlet sequentially passes through the spray device, the coil heat exchanger, the heat-dissipating dust remover, the second water-receiving device and the centrifugal/axial flow fan through an air pipe to be connected to a cold/hot air outlet to form the cold/hot air closed circulation system. In the heating, cooling and dehumidifying process of the heat exchange system, the spray water and the heat dissipation dust remover are used for absorbing smoke dust in air, and the air temperature and humidity are ensured to be constant by adopting a mode of combining closed air circulation and closed spray water circulation and matching with the regulation of the water receiver and the dehumidifier.

Technical Field

Background
Cabinet type fan coil units, column type fan coil units, dry type fan coil units and the like are terminal devices of a central air conditioning system so as to meet the requirements of cooling, dehumidification, heating and the like in air conditioning occasions. Preferably, the cold/hot air closed circulation system further comprises a dehumidifier, the centrifugal/axial flow fan is communicated with the indoor cold air outlet through the dehumidifier by an air pipe, a cold flow pipe is arranged in the dehumidifier, and the cold flow pipe is connected with a cold fluid inlet and a cold fluid outlet of the dehumidifier.
Preferably, the coil heat exchanger is provided with a cold/hot fluid inlet and a cold/hot fluid outlet, and the coil heat exchanger is communicated with the cold/hot fluid inlet, the outdoor water/ground source heat pump equipment and the cold/hot fluid outlet through a copper pipe to form the water/ground source heat pump waterway circulation system.
Preferably, the cold/hot air outlet connected with the centrifugal/axial flow fan and the cold/hot air return inlet connected with the sprayer are communicated with the indoor space through air pipes.
Preferably, the heat dissipation dust remover is connected with the cold/hot air return air inlet through an air pipe and is communicated with the indoor space, and the heat dissipation dust remover is also provided with a dust exhaust port.

The cold/hot air closed circulation system further comprises a dehumidifier 8, the centrifugal/axial flow fan 7 is communicated with an indoor cold air outlet through the dehumidifier 8 through an air pipe, a cold flow pipe is arranged in the dehumidifier 8, and the cold flow pipe is connected with a cold fluid inlet and a cold fluid outlet of the dehumidifier 8.
The coil heat exchanger 2 is provided with a cold/hot fluid inlet and a cold/hot fluid outlet, and the coil heat exchanger 2 is communicated with the cold/hot fluid inlet, the outdoor water/ground source heat pump equipment and the cold/hot fluid outlet through a copper pipe to form the water/ground source heat pump waterway circulation system.
And a cold/hot air outlet connected with the centrifugal/axial flow fan 7 and a cold/hot air return inlet connected with the sprayer 1 are communicated with the indoor space through air pipes.
The heat dissipation dust remover 3 is connected with the cold/hot air return air inlet through an air pipe and is communicated with the indoor space, and the heat dissipation dust remover 3 is also provided with a dust exhaust port.
The using process of the invention is as follows: when the heat exchange system works in a heating mode, firstly, hot fluid is provided by the water/ground source heat pump and enters the coil heat exchanger 2, the hot fluid in the coil heat exchanger 2 heats indoor cold air and spray water in a spray water closed circulation system, the heated spray water transfers heat to the heat dissipation dust remover 3, then the heat dissipation dust remover 3 heats the indoor cold air and removes dust, namely, the indoor cold air sequentially passes through the coil heat exchanger 2 and the heat dissipation dust remover 3 to complete air-water homodromous mixed-flow type secondary heat exchange, the hot air heated by the coil heat exchanger 2 and the hot air heated by the heat dissipation dust remover 3 are respectively conveyed to the centrifugal/axial flow fan 7 through the first water collector 5 and the second water collector 6, and the centrifugal/axial flow fan 7 conveys the hot air to a user to complete a heating process. When the heat exchange system is used for cooling and dehumidifying, cold fluid is provided by a water/ground source heat pump to enter a coil heat exchanger 2, the coil heat exchanger 2 cools indoor hot air and spray water in a spray water closed circulation system, the cooled spray water absorbs heat of a heat dissipation dust remover 3, then the heat dissipation dust remover 3 cools the indoor hot air, namely the indoor cold air sequentially passes through the coil heat exchanger 2 and the heat dissipation dust remover 3 to complete air-water cocurrent mixed-flow type secondary heat exchange, the cold air cooled by the coil heat exchanger 2 and the cold air cooled by the heat dissipation dust remover 3 are respectively conveyed to a centrifugal/axial flow fan 7 through a first water collector 5 and a second water collector 6 to realize primary dehumidification, then the centrifugal/axial flow fan 7 conveys the cold air to pass through a cold flow pipe in a dehumidifier 8, the cold flow pipe performs secondary dehumidification on the cold air, and finally the dehumidifier 8 conveys the cold air to a user, and completing a cooling and dehumidifying process.
