According to the display device provided by the embodiment of the invention, the backboard 1 is divided into the backboard main body 11 and the frame 12, the backboard 1 is not required to be manufactured by adopting the existing stamping process, and other process methods with lower difficulty can be adopted to manufacture the backboard 1, for example, the frame 12 is formed by extrusion, meanwhile, as the frame 12 is separated from the backboard main body 11, the frame 12 and the backboard main body 11 can be processed separately, so that the backboard 1 can be conveniently designed in appearance and shape, particularly the frame 12 with a complicated structure can be provided, the outer side surface of the frame 12 can be designed with different inclination angles and is presented on the outer surface of the display device in an arc state, and the appearance of the display device is more fashionable and beautiful.
It should be noted that the extrusion molding only provides a relatively simple and low-cost processing method, and does not limit the protection scope of the embodiment of the present invention, and other processing methods may be adopted.
Referring to fig. 12, 15, and 16, the display device according to the embodiment of the present invention at least includes a back plate 1, a light source, a reflective sheet, a diffusion plate 6, an optical film 8, a middle frame 5, and a display panel 9, which are sequentially arranged in a thickness direction of the display device. The backboard 1 is positioned on the second surface side of the lamp panel 2, an avoiding structure 111 is arranged on the backboard main body 11 corresponding to the wiring terminal 211, and the wiring terminal 211 is positioned in the avoiding structure 111; or, the first surface of the lamp panel 2 is provided with the LED lamps arranged in an array, the second surface of the lamp panel 2 is provided with the wiring terminals 211 and the lamp panel driving module 212 of the LED lamps, the LED lamps are electrically connected with the wiring terminals 211 and the lamp panel driving module 212, and the wiring terminals 211 are used for external electrical connection, wherein the first surface and the second surface are two opposite surfaces of the lamp panel 2; the backplane 1 is located on the second surface side of the lamp panel 2, an avoiding structure 111 is arranged on the backplane main body 11 corresponding to the routing terminal 211 and the lamp panel driving module 212, and the routing terminal 211 and the lamp panel driving module 212 are located in the avoiding structure 111. In this case, the routing terminal 211 and/or the lamp panel driving module 212 are/is arranged on the second surface of the lamp panel 2 and are accommodated in the avoiding structure 111 of the backplane 1, so that the LED lamp is integrated with the routing terminal 211 and/or the lamp panel driving module 212, the thickness of the display device is reduced by the arrangement of the avoiding structure 111, and meanwhile, the lamp panel driving module 212 on the backplane 1 is eliminated by the integrated structure, so that the number of circuit routing and function boards (controlling the driving modules of the lamp panels 2, connecting the lamp panels 2 with the power supply board) on the backplane 1 can be reduced, the area ratio of the function boards on the backplane 1 can be reduced, and the appearance area of the backplane 1 can be increased; in addition, the backboard 1 is formed by detachably connecting the backboard main body 11 and the frame 12, so that the overall strength of the backboard 1 is high, and the requirement of a large-size display device can be met. As described above, the rear plate 1 can be used as the rear case 10, and the rear case 10 does not need to be covered outside the rear plate 1, so that the thickness of the display device can be greatly reduced, and the display device can be thinned.
In order to effectively improve the contrast of the image displayed by the display device, referring to fig. 13, 14 and 15, the lamp panel 2 is formed by splicing a plurality of sub-lamp panels 21, and the brightness of the plurality of light sources in each sub-lamp panel 21 can be controlled by a control circuit. In this case, when the brightness of the image at the position corresponding to a certain sub-lamp panel 21 among the sub-lamp panels 21 is high, the brightness of the plurality of light sources in the sub-lamp panel 21 is increased by the control circuit; on the contrary, when the brightness of the image at the position corresponding to one of the sub lamp panels 21 is low, the brightness of the plurality of light sources in the sub lamp panel 21 is reduced through the control circuit, and the contrast of the image displayed by the display device can be effectively improved. Wherein, the contrast ratio of the display device adopting the whole lamp panel 2 to control all the light sources can reach 1000: tests show that the lamp panel 2 formed by splicing a plurality of sub lamp panels 21 is adopted in the embodiment of the invention, and the contrast of the display device can reach 10000: 1, or even higher.
Referring to fig. 9 and 12, the bezel 12 includes a mounting portion 121 for connecting and fixing the middle frame 5, a fixing portion 122 is formed at a bottom end of the mounting portion 121 extending in a direction of the backplate main body 11, and the fixing portion 122 is fixedly connected to the backplate main body 11. The fixing connection mode between the middle frame 5 and the side frame 12 is not exclusive, for example, referring to fig. 16 and 18, an elastic sheet 13 is installed on the installation portion 121, a groove is formed on one side of the middle frame 5 close to the back plate 1, and the elastic sheet 13 is embedded into the groove, so that the middle frame 5 is clamped on the installation portion 121. It should be understood that the clamping is convenient for mounting and dismounting the middle frame 5 compared with other connection methods, such as screwing, and no tool is needed in the mounting and dismounting processes. In addition, an independent elastic sheet 13 structure is adopted, when clamping is failed, the corresponding frame 12 or the middle frame 5 is not required to be replaced usually, only the elastic sheet 13 is required to be replaced, and the maintenance cost is low.
The elastic pieces 13 are generally uniformly distributed on the left frame 125, the upper frame 123 and the right frame 126, and the left frame 125, the upper frame 123 and the right frame 126 are respectively clamped with the corresponding sides of the middle frame 5. In some embodiments, referring to fig. 12 and 16, the reflector sheet is a three-dimensional reflector sheet 3, the three-dimensional display sheet comprises a plurality of cavities arranged in an array, each cavity comprises a bottom surface and a side surface, the light sources are positioned on the bottom surfaces of the cavities, the side surfaces of adjacent cavities form prisms for spacing the adjacent cavities, and the top of each prism supports a diffuser plate 6. At this time, the contrast of the display device can reach 50000: 1, and further realizing a better display effect. However, when the three-dimensional reflection sheet 3 is used, the light emitted from the light source hardly reaches the top of the prism, and a checkerboard-like dark shadow appears in the image on the display panel 9, which significantly affects the display effect of the image.
In order to solve the problem that the image on the display panel 9 has a dark shadow, a reflecting film 4 is arranged between the three-dimensional reflecting sheet 3 and the diffusion plate 6, and the surface of the reflecting film 4 close to the light source is contacted with the top of the prism; the reflecting film 4 is used for reflecting the first incident light and transmitting the second incident light; wherein, the first incident light is emitted from the light source and enters the reflective film 4 through the diffuser 6 at a first angle; the second incident light is the light emitted by the light source and is incident on the reflective film 4 at a second angle; the first angle is greater than or equal to a predetermined angle threshold and the second angle is less than the predetermined angle threshold. At this time, the top position of the prism can be covered by the reflective film 4 contacting with the top of the prism, so that the top position of the prism can reflect light emitted by the light source through the reflective film 4, and further, a shadow existing at the top position of the prism of the three-dimensional reflective sheet 3 in an image on the display panel 9 is eliminated, and the display effect of the image is improved. In a specific implementation, the thickness of the reflective film 4 may be set such that the reflective film 4 satisfies the above-described reflection-transmission condition.
Referring to fig. 12, quantum dot film 7 may be further disposed on the diffusion plate 6 on the side away from the light source, so that the color of the image displayed by the display device is closer to natural light and the color rendering property is more excellent. The quantum dot film 7 is used to generate excitation light (after light emitted by the light source enters the quantum reflective film 4, excitation light excited by the quantum reflective film 4, for example, when the light source is a blue light source, red light and green light are excited on the quantum dot film 7), the excitation light and the light emitted by the light source can be mixed into white light, and at this time, the reflector is also used to reflect the excitation light. Specifically, when the light source adopts a blue light source, the reflection film 4 adopts a blue-transmitting red-green-returning film 41, the quantum dot film 7 is used for exciting red light and green light, at the moment, the blue-transmitting red-green-returning film 41 totally reflects the red light and the green light incident on the surface of the blue-transmitting red-green-returning film 41, and simultaneously, the blue-transmitting red-green-returning film 41 reflects the blue light incident on the surface of the reflection film 4 at a first angle and transmits the blue light incident on the surface of the reflection film 4 at a second angle, so that the brightness can be improved, and the light efficiency can be improved.
The back plate 1 of the display device according to the embodiment of the present invention is further provided with a hanging lug 14 for mounting the optical film 8, that is, the mounting portion 121 is provided with a hanging lug 14 for hanging the optical film 8, the hanging lug 14 includes a fixing base 141 and a protrusion 142 arranged on the fixing base 141, and the fixing base 141 is fixedly connected with the mounting portion 121. Specifically, referring to fig. 12, 22 and 23, the fixing base 141 is screwed to the fixing base 141 of the mounting portion 121, the optical film 8 is provided with a hanging hole corresponding to the protrusion 142 on the hanging lug 14, and the protrusion 142 extends into the hanging hole to hang the optical film 8 on the mounting portion 121. Similarly to the blue-permeable red/green film 41, the quantum dot film 7 and the diffusion plate 6 may be hung on the hanger 14 together with the optical film 8 and sandwiched therebetween. At this moment, the hanging lug 14 of the optical diaphragm 8 is utilized to hang the blue-permeable red-green returning film 41, and only the blue-permeable red-green returning film 41 is correspondingly provided with a hanging hole, so that other fixing structures are not needed, the structure is simple, and the implementation is convenient.
It should be understood that the positions of the hanging lugs 14 on the mounting portion 121 are not exclusive, for example, a plurality of hanging lugs 14 are arranged on the upper frame 123, a plurality of hanging lugs 14 are arranged on the lower frame 124, and the plurality of hanging lugs 14 on the upper frame 123 are arranged in one-to-one correspondence with the plurality of hanging lugs 14 on the lower frame 124; for another example, the plurality of hangers 14 are provided on the left frame 125, the plurality of hangers 14 are provided on the right frame 126, and the plurality of hangers 14 on the left frame 125 and the plurality of hangers 14 on the right frame 126 are provided in one-to-one correspondence. Wherein, the frame 12 is equipped with two hangers 14 corresponding one side that is equipped with hanger 14 all at least, and two hangers 14 distribute at the both ends of this side to guarantee to articulate the effect better, guarantee the roughness after the diaphragm articulates. The display device according to claim 2, further comprising a support mechanism, wherein the support mechanism is disposed on a surface of the display device away from the display image and is inclined in a vertical direction, and a bottom end of the support mechanism is located at the same level as the bottom wall of the housing so as to prevent the display device from falling down to a side of the display device away from the display image.
5. The display device according to claim 4, wherein the support mechanism includes a first fixing member fixedly connected to a surface of the main panel remote from the display image, and a second fixing member fixedly connected to a top end of the sub-panel.
6. The display device according to claim 5, wherein the supporting mechanism further comprises a supporting body, the first fixing member is integrally formed with the supporting body, the first fixing member is located at an end of the supporting body close to the main screen, and the second fixing member is detachably connected to the supporting body.
7. The display device according to claim 1, wherein metal adapters are arranged on the left side and the right side of the joint of the main screen and the auxiliary screen, and the main screen and the auxiliary screen are fixedly connected through the metal adapters.
8. The display device of claim 7, wherein the metal interposer comprises:
the fixing plate is connected to the surface, far away from the display image, of the main screen;
the clamping column is connected to the top end of the auxiliary screen;
the clamping column is in threaded connection with the fixing plate.
9. The display device according to claim 1, wherein the main screen is rotatably connected to the sub screen.
10. The display device according to claim 9, further comprising:
the first rotating metal piece is a semicircular convex metal strip;
the second rotating metal piece is a metal strip with a semicircular concave part;
the first rotating metal piece is arranged at the bottom end of the main screen, the second rotating metal piece is arranged at the top end of the auxiliary screen, and the semicircular convex metal strip is clamped into the semicircular concave metal strip, so that the main screen and the auxiliary screen can be rotatably adjusted; or, the second rotate the metalwork install in the bottom of main screen, first rotate the metalwork install in the top of vice screen, the rectangular card of semi-circular bellied metal is gone into in the rectangular card of semi-circular sunken metal, so that main screen with the rotatable adjustment of vice screen.
