The invention belongs to the field of control valves, and relates to a slide valve type hydraulic reversing valve with a special sealing valve core structure.
Background
The working medium is an extremely important component of the hydraulic system, and whether the hydraulic system can reliably, effectively, safely and economically operate is closely related to the performance of the selected working medium. In the hydrostatic fluid system, the working medium is mainly divided into mineral oil and fire-retardant liquid. The mineral oil type working media have many advantages, the main disadvantage of which is flammability. The use of mineral oil-type hydraulic oil can be dangerous in the vicinity of open fire, high temperature heat sources, or other places where fires are likely to occur. Therefore, the mineral oil type hydraulic oil is not allowed to be used as a hydraulic system working medium near a high-temperature open fire or in a coal mine, and a fire-retardant liquid is required to be used instead, for example, the fire-retardant liquid is used as the hydraulic system working medium in the coal mine, and the working medium of a hydraulic support and an external injection type monomer hydraulic support is emulsion or pure water.
The reversing valve is a conventional hydraulic component and is commonly applied to hydraulic systems under various conditions, and the most widely applied reversing valve is a slide valve type reversing valve. However, for the slide valve type reversing valve, because it uses the slide valve core to make relative motion work relative to the valve body hole, there is a matching gap between the valve core and the valve body hole inevitably, the seal of the reversing valve belongs to the annular gap seal, the flow state of the annular gap between the slide valve core and the valve body hole is generally laminar flow, the higher the working pressure is, the larger the internal leakage is, and the too large leakage of the reversing valve will cause the serious heating of the hydraulic system, the efficiency is reduced, and the motion speed of the actuating element is affected. Because the viscosity of the emulsified water-based flame-retardant liquid, water and other water-based flame-retardant media is low and meets the requirements, the slide valve type reversing valve generally adopts mineral oil type hydraulic oil as a working medium.
As the emulsion, water and other water-based flame-retardant media are not suitable for the current slide valve type reversing valve, the reversing valve of the underground hydraulic support of the coal mine adopts a cone valve or ball valve mode. The cone valve type reversing valve realizes reversing through opening or closing of the cone valve core relative to the valve seat, has good sealing performance, but a single cone valve can only realize a two-position three-way function, so if a more complex function is obtained, a plurality of valves are required to be combined.
The reversing valve used by the existing hydraulic support is of a plate type structure, each plate valve consists of an operating mechanism, two sets of valve cores and a valve body, wherein each set of valve core forms a two-position three-way reversing valve, and the sealing form of the valve is cone valve sealing. Two valve cores (two-position three-way valves) form a three-position four-way reversing valve, so that the reversing valve actually plays the role of the three-position four-way reversing valve. This design is complicated and increases the cost of machining and maintenance of the equipment. If a slide valve type three-position four-way valve is used, the structure is simple and reliable. Therefore, in the actual working environment under the coal mine, the design of a reversing valve structure which can reliably seal and avoid leakage and can complete reversing operation through a simple structure is urgently needed.
Similarly, similar problems exist in hydraulic systems where the hydraulic directional valve is water and other water-based media.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to solve the problems, the invention provides the slide valve type hydraulic reversing valve with the special sealing valve core structure, which is simple in structure, can be used under emulsion, water and other water-based transmission media, can effectively ensure the sealing performance of the hydraulic reversing valve, improves the working reliability of the hydraulic reversing valve, and improves the working efficiency.
The technical scheme of the invention is as follows:
a slide valve type hydraulic reversing valve with a special sealing valve core structure comprises a reversing valve body, a return spring, a linear rolling bearing, a slide valve core and a sealing ring; the reversing valve body is internally provided with a valve hole matched with a slide valve core and a multi-path pore channel communicated with a liquid inlet and outlet channel, the slide valve core is in coaxial clearance fit with the valve hole, and two ends of the slide valve core are respectively sleeved with a reset spring coaxial with the slide valve core;

A chamfer structure on the valve body or the valve core is subjected to finite element analysis to design a specific shape, the shape can be a linear type, an arc line type, a combination of the linear type and the arc line type, and a sealing ring with a specific shape is matched, so that when the sealing ring enters a valve hole and leaves the valve hole during reversing, the sealing ring cannot be strongly extruded, the reversing valve is stably reversed, and the service life is prolonged.
The sealing ring made of high polymer materials is wear-resistant, corrosion-resistant, self-lubricating and reliable in work.
And linear rolling bearings are arranged at two ends of the valve core. Due to poor lubricating property of the emulsion, water and other water-based flame-retardant media, after the linear rolling bearing is installed, the steel balls of the rolling bodies in the linear rolling bearing are in point contact with the valve core, so that high-precision and light linear motion can be realized under the condition of minimum friction resistance, the abrasion of the reversing valve is reduced, and the service life of the reversing valve is prolonged.
The common slide valve type reversing valve usually has a hydraulic clamping phenomenon, so that the valve core and the valve body are required to have higher coaxiality. The reversing valve of the design is provided with the linear rolling bearing, so that the hydraulic clamping phenomenon is relieved.
It should be noted that the reversing valve described in this specification is designed for all the reversing valves of the slide valve function, including but not limited to a three-position four-way valve, and specifically may be a two-position two-way valve, a two-position three-way valve, a two-position four-way valve, a two-position five-way valve, a three-position four-way valve, a three-position five-way valve, and the like.
