Abstract
The invention discloses a nylon cord elastic V belt, an engine front-end wheel train and a test method. The invention has the advantages of simple structure, small tension attenuation and the like.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of engine accessory assembly, in particular to a nylon cord elastic V-belt, an engine front-end wheel train and a test method.
Background
At present, polyester cords are adopted at the middle cord parts of V belts used at home and abroad, so that the elasticity of the belts is poor, and the tension of the belts is seriously attenuated in use. In the front-end wheel train system of the automobile engine, under the condition that the belt transmission structure of the fatigue equipment is in non-automatic tensioning and the tension 490N of a new belt is initially installed, the tension of the belt is attenuated to 250N or even lower after the fatigue equipment runs for 20 minutes, and the belt needs to be manually tightened at the moment, so that the tension reaches over 400N. After the belt runs for a long time, the length of the belt is continuously lengthened, the tension of the belt is continuously reduced, and a user needs to tighten the belt to enable the tension of the belt to reach 300-450N to meet the requirement of belt transmission running; the belt can be continuously stretched after being tightened, and the user needs to tighten the belt again when the belt tension does not meet the operation requirement; therefore, after repeated adjustment for many times, the length of the belt is too long, and the tension of the belt cannot be adjusted, the belt needs to be replaced by a new belt for debugging and then continuously used.
And market users lack the consciousness and operation of self-maintenance and belt tightening to adjust the belt tension aiming at a non-automatic tensioning belt transmission structure, so that the belt tension cannot meet the operation requirement after the operation time is too long, the belt slips and the belt transmission fails.
For example, in a micro V-belt (CN202402568U) in the prior art, a polyester thread (polyester fiber layer) is used in the middle thread part. The V-belt also needs to be tightened after a long time use.
The above background disclosure is only for the purpose of assisting understanding of the concept and technical solution of the present invention and does not necessarily belong to the prior art of the present patent application, and should not be used for evaluating the novelty and inventive step of the present application in the case that there is no clear evidence that the above content is disclosed at the filing date of the present patent application.

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the advantages that: the V-belt is provided with elasticity by using the elastic nylon cord, so that the tension attenuation of the belt in the running process of the fatigue equipment is effectively reduced, and after the belt is assembled into the fatigue equipment and the tension of the belt is adjusted, the sufficient tension of the belt can be always ensured without manual maintenance in the later period; the operation of later manual maintenance and belt tightening is reduced and even avoided; adopt nylon cotton rope elasticity V area as the driving medium, need not add the take-up pulley in the train, practice thrift assembly space and cost, also do benefit to the maintenance in later stage.
Drawings
FIG. 1 is a cross-sectional view of the present invention.
FIG. 2 is a time-tension graph of a V-belt test of the present invention.
Fig. 3 is an example of the present invention applied to a front end train of an engine.
Detailed Description
The present invention will be described in further detail with reference to the following detailed description and accompanying drawings. It should be emphasized that the following description is merely exemplary in nature and is not intended to limit the scope of the invention or its application.
Non-limiting and non-exclusive embodiments will be described with reference to the following figures, wherein like reference numerals refer to like parts, unless otherwise specified.
The nylon cord elastic V-belt shown in fig. 1 comprises a V-belt body, wherein the V-belt body comprises a canvas outer layer 1, a cushion rubber layer 2 and a main rubber layer 3 from outside to inside, the cushion rubber layer 2 is arranged between the canvas outer layer 1 and the main rubber layer 3, and the cushion rubber layer 2 is provided with a polyester cord along the length direction of the cushion rubber layer. The improvement of this application lies in utilizing elasticity nylon cotton rope 4 to replace the polyester cotton rope of V inside taking the body. Therefore, the V-belt is endowed with elasticity by the elastic nylon cord 4, the belt tension attenuation in the operation of fatigue equipment is effectively reduced, and after the belt tension is adjusted by assembling the fatigue equipment, the sufficient belt tension can be ensured all the time without manual maintenance in the later period; the operation of later manual maintenance and belt tightening is reduced or even avoided. In a preferred embodiment, a plurality of parallel elastic nylon cords 4 are provided, and each elastic nylon cord 4 is composed of more than 3 strands of elastic nylon threads, preferably 3 to 5 strands.
Referring to fig. 2, a tension decay time-tension graph of an elastic V-belt of nylon cord, data of which are obtained by a tension decay test method, the test method comprising the following steps:
s100, hanging the V-shaped belt with the circumference of 891mm into fatigue equipment, and rotating the V-shaped belt left and right by hands to measure the tension of 481N;
s200, standing and standing for 30min, and measuring the tension to be 473N;
s300, starting fatigue equipment loading, stopping the machine every 20min, measuring the tension for 3 times, and respectively measuring the measured tension to be 364N, 372N and 359N;
s400, keeping the fatigue equipment in a loading state, stopping the machine every 2h, measuring the tension for 3 times, and respectively measuring the tension to be 356N, 351N and 344N;
s500, continuously keeping the fatigue equipment in a loading state, stopping the machine every 16-20 h to measure the tension once, and continuously measuring for 300 h.
Analyzing the result obtained by the method, and after the newly invented belt is installed and stands still for 30 minutes, the tension attenuation of the belt is less than 10N; after the system runs for 20 minutes, the tension of the belt is about 360N after 110N attenuation, the belt does not need to be tightened, and the tension of the belt can meet the requirement of the system on the tension running; the fatigue equipment continues to lengthen the running time, the tension attenuation of the belt is very small, and the running requirement is still met without adjusting the tension; after a long time (300h) operation, the belt tension was found to be consistently above 300N and to have a steady tendency. The existing polyester cord V belt can generate severe tension attenuation in the first 30min, for example, the polyester cord V belt with initial tension of 490N has the belt tension attenuated to 250N or even lower after the fatigue equipment runs for 20min, and the tension has the tendency of continuously reducing after long-time use; continuous tightening is required.
Referring to fig. 3, one of applications of the nylon cord elastic V-belt in a front wheel train of an engine is exemplified by a wheel train composed of an air conditioner 5, a generator 6 and a fan pulley 7, wherein the air conditioner 5 and the generator 6 are respectively connected with the fan pulley 7 for transmission through 2 nylon cord elastic V-belts (100, 200). Wherein, the air conditioner 5 and the generator 6 are arranged above the fan pulley 7, and the installation height of the generator 6 is between the air conditioner 5 and the fan pulley 7. The gear train that air conditioner 5, generator 6, fan pulley 7 are constituteed adopts nylon cotton rope elasticity V area as the driving medium, need not add the take-up pulley in the gear train, practices thrift assembly space and cost, also does benefit to the maintenance in later stage. At present, the V-belt of the application is generally used for transmission between two wheels, if a plurality of wheel trains need to be driven, a plurality of belts are adopted as far as possible and are assembled on different grooves of a fan belt pulley to be driven respectively.
