(4) rotating the handle rod 7, driving the connecting rod assembly to extend in the radial direction of the screw rod 6 through the screw rod 6 until the outer end of the connecting rod assembly is pushed into the hole wall of the inclined large-diameter drill hole 2, and then screwing the locking device 19 to lock and position the connecting rod assembly;
(5) the inlet end of the grouting pipe 3 is connected with a grouting pump 4, and the grouting pump 4 is started to perform grouting in the single-bag 32 and the inclined large-diameter drill hole 2 between the single-bag 32 and the inflatable expansion hole sealing part 1 through the grouting pipe 3;
(6) after grouting for 24 hours, solidifying the slurry; and (4) removing the hole sealing assembly.
The step (3) is specifically as follows: connecting a third interface of the three-way pipe 12 with an air injection pump through an air injection pipe, opening an outer air injection valve 13 on the three-way pipe 12, closing an inner air injection valve 14, and starting the air injection pump to inject air into the outer annular air bag 8; the excircle of the outer annular air bag 8 expands and is pressed and sealed with the inner wall of the inclined large-diameter drill hole 2, and when the reading of an outer pressure gauge 15 is 0.3MPa, the air injection pump is closed to stop injecting air; and then closing the outer air injection valve 13, opening the inner air injection valve 14, starting the air injection pump, injecting air into the inner annular air bag 11, pressing and sealing the inner circle of the inner annular air bag 11 and the outer circle of the grouting pipe 3, closing the air injection pump to stop injecting air when the reading of the inner pressure gauge 16 is 0.2MPa, and then closing the inner air injection valve 14.
The step (4) is specifically as follows: one hand rotates the handle rod 7, the other hand holds a right connecting rod 24 to drive the screw rod 6 to rotate, as the left half section and the right half section of the screw rod 6 are respectively provided with a forward thread and a reverse thread, the left nut 21 in threaded connection with the left half section of the screw rod 6 moves rightwards along the screw rod 6, the right nut 22 in threaded connection with the right half section of the screw rod 6 moves leftwards along the screw rod 6, the included angle between the left connecting rod 23 and the right connecting rod 24 of the V-shaped rod piece is driven to be reduced, the left gear 27 and the right gear 28 are meshed to enable the left connecting rod 23 and the right connecting rod 24 to synchronously rotate, the mounting block 25 and the positioning needle 26 move towards the hole wall of the inclined large-diameter drill hole 2 until the positioning needle 26 is pricked into the hole wall of the inclined large-diameter drill hole 2, the handle rod 7 stops rotating after the mounting block 25 is in abutting contact with the hole wall of the inclined large-diameter drill hole 2, and then the outer six prismatic sleeves 34, then a spanner is used for clamping the outer hexagonal sleeve 34 to drive the outer hexagonal sleeve 34 to rotate, because the distance between an eccentric curve formed by the cross section of each section of the eccentric curved surface 36 and the central line of the outer hexagonal sleeve 34 is gradually reduced along the anticlockwise direction, the eccentric curved surface 36 drives the four arc-shaped locking sheets 35 to simultaneously move towards the center of the screw rod 6, the inner walls of the arc-shaped locking sheets 35 are in threaded connection with the right half section of the screw rod 6, the outer hexagonal sleeve 34 is continuously rotated, the outer hexagonal sleeve 34 and the four arc-shaped locking sheets 35 rotate along the screw rod 6 and move leftwards until the right nut 22 is pressed by the left end of the outer hexagonal sleeve 34 and the four arc-shaped locking sheets 35 are fastened with the screw rod 6, the positioning of the included angle of the V-shaped rod is completed, and the transmission connecting rod telescopic positioning part 30 of the hand-driven screw rod 6 is.
