Abstract
The invention relates to a drag reduction and abrasion prevention drill string protector used in the fields of petroleum drilling and the like, and the technical scheme is as follows: the device comprises a drill column, a shaft sleeve, a bolt, a sliding sleeve, a clamping bolt and an anti-abrasion sleeve; the upper shaft sleeve and the lower shaft sleeve are respectively arranged, and the lower shaft sleeve is connected with a clamping drill column through a locking bolt; the sliding sleeve is fixed on the shaft sleeve through a clamping screw; the anti-abrasion sleeve is connected through a locking bolt and is arranged on the outer circumference of the sliding sleeve; and finally, the upper shaft sleeve screws the locking bolt to complete assembly. The invention relates to an underground tool for petroleum and natural gas drilling, in particular to a drag reduction and abrasion prevention drill string protector for drilling operation of complex structures such as directional wells, horizontal wells, highly deviated wells, extended reach wells and the like.
Background
In the process of petroleum drilling, the drilling workload of deep wells, ultra-deep wells and extended reach wells is increased day by day, when deep wells are drilled, a drill string and a casing pipe in the wells are in contact friction for a long time, and along with the increase of the well depth or the complex track of the well, the friction abrasion between the drill string and the casing pipe is too large, the casing pipe is seriously abraded or even worn out, and can not bear pressure, so that a plurality of problems are brought to subsequent construction operation, the later well completion is difficult, and even the serious consequence of the well completion can not be realized; the performance of the casing such as the extrusion strength, the internal pressure strength and the like is reduced, and finally, the safety of a drill string and the casing and the service life of a well hole are seriously influenced
Therefore, the invention provides a drag-reducing and abrasion-proof drill string protector, wherein in the process of drilling operation, a sliding sleeve rotates along with a drill string, and an abrasion-proof sleeve is relatively kept static, so that a sleeve is prevented from being in direct contact with the drill string. Thereby, the wear of the drill string is reduced, while also reducing losses during torque transmission.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a drag-reduction and abrasion-prevention drill string protector which is an independent non-rotating drag-reduction and torque-increase drill string protector device. In extended reach wells, excessive frictional resistance, excessive drill string torque and severe casing wear are among the important problems that must be addressed. Aiming at the defects in the prior art, the anti-drag and anti-abrasion drill string protector provided by the invention can effectively protect a casing and a drill string, reduce the rotary friction resistance of the drill string in the drilling process and reduce the friction torque. In the working process of the anti-drag and anti-wear drill string protector, the sliding sleeve is directly contacted with the anti-wear sleeve through the PDC bearing, and the anti-wear sleeve is static relative to the casing, so that direct contact friction between the drill string and the casing is avoided, and meanwhile, the friction torque generated in the drilling process can be reduced. Drilling fluid and mud can flow through the open slot in the anti-drag and anti-wear drill string protector and pass through the open slot, so that the effects of cooling and lubricating are achieved.

The shaft sleeve is clamped and fixed at the designated position of the drill string, the sliding sleeve is fixed on the shaft sleeve, the shaft sleeve and the sliding sleeve rotate together along with the drill string during working, the anti-abrasion sleeve is in contact with the PDC bearing on the sliding sleeve, the outer wall of the anti-abrasion sleeve is in contact with the casing, and the anti-abrasion sleeve is kept static relative to the casing.
Due to the adoption of the technical scheme, compared with the prior art, the invention has the following advantages:
(1) when the anti-drag and anti-abrasion drill string protector works, the sliding sleeve and the anti-abrasion sleeve are contacted through the PDC bearing, so that the contact area of the sliding sleeve and the anti-abrasion sleeve is reduced, and the resistance of relative rotation of the anti-abrasion sleeve and the drill string is smaller, so that the direct contact between the drill string and the casing pipe is avoided, and the friction torque and the friction resistance are reduced; (2) the through hole is formed in the shaft sleeve, and slurry in the sleeve can pass through the through hole, so that the resistance caused by the increase of the anti-drag anti-abrasion drill string protector is reduced to a certain extent, and the temperature can be lowered and lubricated; (3) the anti-wear sleeve of the anti-drag anti-wear drill string protector is composed of 2 semicircular shaft sleeves with complementary interlocking profiles, is more flexible and convenient to assemble and disassemble, is made of wear-resistant and heat-resistant materials such as zirconia, silicon nitride or silicon carbide ceramics and has excellent wear resistance; (4) when the drill stem rotates to deviate from the center, the anti-abrasion sleeve with a larger size contacts the sleeve, and because the anti-abrasion sleeve has a low friction coefficient and good self-lubricating performance and can be static relative to the sleeve, the friction resistance of the rotation of the drill stem is greatly reduced, the friction torque of the drill stem is also reduced, and meanwhile, because the anti-abrasion sleeve has excellent wear resistance, the service life of the drill stem is greatly prolonged; (5) the anti-drag and anti-abrasion drill string protector is arranged at a set position of a drill string, the length space of the drill string is not occupied, the strength and the rigidity of the drill string are not influenced, the installation quantity is determined according to the use requirement, so that the drill string and a sleeve are completely not contacted, and the anti-drag and anti-abrasion drill string protector is convenient and flexible; (6) the anti-drag and anti-abrasion drill string protector is convenient to assemble and disassemble, does not need special assembling and disassembling tools and special technology, and is simple and quick to operate.

The invention will be further described with reference to the accompanying drawings in which:
FIG. 1 schematically illustrates an installation schematic of a drag reducing and wear resistant drill string protector according to one embodiment of the present invention. The anti-drag and anti-abrasion drill string protector is particularly suitable for extended reach wells and horizontal wells.
Referring to fig. 1, the drag-reducing and wear-preventing drill string protector of the present example is characterized in that: the anti-drag and anti-abrasion drill string protector comprises a shaft sleeve (2), a sliding sleeve (3), a clamping bolt (4), an anti-abrasion sleeve (5) and a locking bolt (6) from inside to outside in sequence, the anti-drag and anti-abrasion drill string protector comprises the shaft sleeve (2) and consists of 2 semicircular shaft sleeves with complementary interlocking profiles, the sliding sleeve (3) at least comprises 2 circumferential arc-shaped clamps, each arc-shaped clamp is inlaid with PDC bearing teeth, the arc-shaped clamp is provided with threaded holes, 2 arc-shaped clamps are connected to corresponding threaded holes on the lower shaft sleeve (2) through 4 clamping bolts (4), the lower shaft sleeve (2) is locked and fixed through 8 locking bolts (6), the anti-abrasion sleeve (5) consists of 2 complementary semi-circular shaft sleeves with interlocking profiles, the 8 locking bolts (6) are connected and arranged on the outer circumference of the sliding sleeve (3), and finally the 8 locking bolts (6) of the upper shaft sleeve (2) are screwed and fixed through the 8 locking bolts (6). The anti-abrasion drill bit is characterized in that the shaft sleeve (2) is clamped and fixed at a designated position of a drill string (1), the sliding sleeve (3) is fixed on the shaft sleeve (2), the shaft sleeve (2) and the sliding sleeve (3) rotate together along with the drill string (1) during operation, the anti-abrasion sleeve (5) is in contact with a PDC bearing on the sliding sleeve (3), the outer wall of the anti-abrasion sleeve (5) is in contact with a casing, and the anti-abrasion drill bit is kept static relative to the casing. The semicircular shaft sleeve is provided with 2 axial through holes and 3 axial open grooves along the circumferential direction, the 3 open grooves are uniformly distributed at an angle of 45 degrees, and the 2 through holes are uniformly distributed at an angle of 60 degrees. Every sliding sleeve comprises two arc anchor clamps at least, and every arc anchor clamps are inlayed and are had 8 PDC bearing teeth. The outer diameter of the wear-resistant sleeve (5) is larger than that of the pipe joint, and the wear-resistant sleeve is made of wear-resistant and heat-resistant materials such as zirconia, silicon nitride or silicon carbide ceramics.
In the drilling operation process, the shaft sleeve and the sliding sleeve rotate together with the drill string, and the anti-abrasion sleeve is kept static relatively, so that the direct contact between the casing and the drill string is avoided, the abrasion between the drill string and the casing is reduced, and the loss in the torque transmission process is reduced.

The drag reducing anti-wear drill string protector of claim 1, wherein: the anti-abrasion drill bit is characterized in that the shaft sleeve (2) is clamped and fixed at a designated position of a drill string (1), the sliding sleeve (3) is fixed on the shaft sleeve (2), the shaft sleeve (2) and the sliding sleeve (3) rotate together along with the drill string (1) during operation, the anti-abrasion sleeve (5) is in contact with a PDC bearing on the sliding sleeve (3), the outer wall of the anti-abrasion sleeve (5) is in contact with a casing, and the anti-abrasion drill bit is kept static relative to the casing.
