Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of clothes, in particular to a sports garment with comfort, moisture absorption and quick drying functions.
Background
The metabolism of the human body is accelerated in the process of sports, the human body sweats easily, and clothes made of cotton materials are easily stuck on the human body after sweat absorption in sports, so that great discomfort is brought to people, and the wearing comfort is influenced. In order to achieve the moisture absorption and quick drying functions, the auxiliary finishing process of chemical fiber fabrics (particularly polyester fabrics) is adopted in the market to meet the performance requirements, but the comfort degree of the clothes made of the chemical fiber materials in the wearing process is relatively poor, the clothes are easy to fluff and pill at the friction position, and the cotton-like soft and skin-friendly clothes are not provided.
Based on the technical scheme, the sportswear with the functions of comfort, moisture absorption and quick drying is provided, so that sportsmen have better wearing experience and better develop the self level.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention adopts the technical scheme that: a comfortable, moisture-absorbing and quick-drying sports wear is woven by modified polyester fibers and spandex. The modified polyester fiber is formed by blending hollow polyester fiber and viscose fiber spun by compact siro spinning.
Further, the hollow polyester fiber adopts the specification of 50S/1, and the mass fraction of the hollow polyester fiber in the modified polyester fiber is 60-70%.
Further, the mass fraction of the viscose fibers in the modified polyester fibers is 30-40%.
Further, the hollow polyester fiber and the viscose fiber are blended by the following steps: mixing, pre-combining, reeling, combing, head combining, two combining, three combining, roving, spinning and spooling to form the modified polyester fiber.
Further, the modified polyester fiber and the spandex are knitted into the garment through a circular knitting machine.
Further, the modified polyester fiber accounts for 90-98% of the ready-made clothes in mass fraction.
Further, the spandex accounts for 2-10% of the garment by mass, and the adopted specification is 20D.
Further, the inch mouth of the circular knitting machine is 30 inches, the needle number is 32 needles, and the path number is 102F.
The invention provides comfortable, moisture-absorbing and quick-drying sports wear which is formed by weaving modified polyester fibers and spandex, wherein the modified polyester fibers are formed by blending hollow polyester fibers and viscose fibers spun by compact siro spinning. The viscose fiber is prepared from 100% high-purity dissolved wood pulp through a compact siro spinning process, and has the advantages of stable quality, uniform yarn levelness, soft fabric, good smoothness and good wrinkle recovery rate. The hollow polyester fiber can effectively reduce the weight of the ready-made clothes, and the hollow structure has a wicking effect, can diffuse more quickly and can dry more quickly. The invention reasonably matches two groups of special functional yarns, so that the sportswear has the comfort of cotton, and simultaneously has the excellent moisture absorption and quick drying functions and the pilling resistance.
Detailed Description
The sports wear is woven with modified polyester fiber and spandex, and the modified polyester fiber is formed by blending hollow polyester fiber and viscose fiber of compact siro spinning. The hollow polyester fiber adopts the specification of 50S/1, and the mass fraction of the hollow polyester fiber in the modified polyester fiber is 60-70%.
The hollow polyester fiber is prepared by adopting the following process: polyester slicing, drying, extruding, filtering, metering, spinning, winding, bundling, yarn guiding, oil immersion, 1-channel traction, water bath traction, 2-channel traction, steam preheating, 3-channel traction, a yarn stacking machine, a small steam box, curling, oiling, relaxation heat setting, tension adjustment, cutting, packaging and obtaining a finished product.
The viscose fiber accounts for 30-40% of the modified polyester fiber by mass and is prepared by the following process: pulp-feeding dregs-dipping-squeezing-crushing-ageing-cooling-yellowing-grinding-post-dissolving-mixing-filtering-middle barrel-filtering-defoaming-filtering-sending to spinning machine.
The modified polyester fiber is formed by mixing, pre-merging, winding, combing, head combining, two combining, three combining, roving, spinning and winding 60-70% of hollow polyester fiber and 30-40% of glue fiber.
90-98% of modified polyester fiber, 2-10% of component and 20D spandex are knitted into a garment by a circular knitting machine, and the circular knitting machine is provided with an inch opening of 30 inches, 32 needles and 102F paths.
The invention reasonably matches two groups of special functional yarns, so that the sportswear has the comfort of cotton, and simultaneously has the excellent moisture absorption and quick drying functions and the pilling resistance. The following results are obtained by testing the test results of GB/T21655.1-2008 evaluation of moisture absorption quick drying property of textile, FZ/T01071-2008 textile capillary effect test method, GB _ T12704.1-2009-2008 textile fabric moisture permeability test method and GB/T4802.2-2008 textile fabric pilling test Martindale method:
