Description

Environment-friendly bi-component EVA adhesive, preparation method, application and packaging product thereof
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of adhesives, in particular to an environment-friendly bi-component EVA adhesive, a preparation method, an application and a packaging product thereof.
Background
With the development of the packaging industry, the using amount of the adhesive is continuously increased, and the using amount of the adhesive in the packaging industry worldwide exceeds 35% of the total amount, so higher requirements on the environmental protection property, the adhesive strength and the drying speed of the adhesive used for packaging paper bags are provided. At present, in the field of high-grade packaging, in order to improve the environmental protection and market competitiveness of products, a paper bag made of kraft paper, paperboard and other materials is used for replacing a plastic bag. The hot melt adhesive is generally used for adhesion between the handle rope and the paper bag, but the environmental protection property of the used hot melt adhesive cannot meet the production requirements of enterprises, so that the adhesive with the water-based property of environmental protection is generally selected, but the strength of the common water-based adhesive is not high and the solidification speed is low, so that the improvement of the productivity of the enterprises is limited.
The AB glue achieves the bonding purpose by utilizing the instant reaction of the A glue and the B glue, and has advantages in the setting speed, such as: the invention patent application CN112048273A discloses an environment-friendly glue and its preparation and application, the main component of component A is bisphenol F type epoxy resin; the main component of the component B is a mixture of isocyanate, polyether polyol and a small amount of a coagent, namely methyl acetate. The two components are mixed, and then a small amount of color paste and bonding auxiliary agents are added to prepare the bi-component glue. The glue is simple in preparation method, does not need a reaction kettle or heating treatment, has good bonding performance on the basis of meeting the environmental protection requirement, has good bonding stability on a finished product, and does not have the phenomena of falling and separation.
The invention patent application CN109536048A discloses an environment-friendly composite film, glue used by the environment-friendly composite film and a preparation method of the environment-friendly composite film, wherein the A component of the environment-friendly composite film mainly comprises the following raw materials: 110-125 parts of polyvinyl alcohol, 8-15 parts of polyacrylamide, 3-6 parts of emulsifier, 1.5-3.5 parts of diisocyanate, 150-200 parts of acetone/ethanol mixed solvent and the like; the main raw materials of the component B are as follows: 30-70 parts of butyl methacrylate, 20-60 parts of ethyl acrylate, 20-30 parts of isooctyl enoate, 12-25 parts of tung oil anhydride, 80-120 parts of acetone/ethanol mixed solvent and the like. The A, B components of the glue are prepared by respectively heating and refluxing, then mixing at a ratio of 1:1.3 to obtain a two-component glue, and curing under pressure or ultraviolet irradiation. The prepared bi-component adhesive is low in toxicity and few in solvent residue, and the adhesive force of the adhesive can meet the bonding requirement of the composite film while the environmental protection is guaranteed.
Although the two kinds of double-component glue ensure environmental protection and improve the adhesive force of the double-component glue, the drying speed of the glue after use is not greatly improved, which limits the production of products. And the preparation method of the second adhesive is too complex, the process is complicated, the second adhesive is not suitable for large-scale production and application, and the curing speed of the obtained adhesive is not fundamentally solved.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to overcome the problems of low drying speed and low strength of the colloid in the prior packaging field, and provides an environment-friendly bi-component EVA adhesive, which is prepared by blending polyvinyl alcohol and EVA emulsion, and mixing the polyvinyl alcohol and the EVA emulsion with a diluted titanium acetylacetonate solution during application, so that the drying speed after glue application is improved while the strength and the environmental protection are ensured, the quick drying is realized, the production efficiency is improved, and the attractiveness and the market competitiveness of high-grade luxury packaging bags are improved to a great extent.
The invention also provides a preparation method of the environment-friendly bi-component EVA adhesive, which comprises a preparation method of the component A and a preparation method of the component B, wherein the component A is prepared from the following components in parts by weight: 100-200 parts of EVA emulsion, 10-20 parts of polyvinyl alcohol and 50-100 parts of deionized water, and the EVA emulsion and the component B can be mixed to form glue meeting the requirements in the proportion. When the component A is prepared, deionized water and polyvinyl alcohol are added into a reaction kettle and heated to 70-90 ℃ under the stirring condition, the temperature is kept for 30-40 min, the obtained solution is cooled to 40-60 ℃, the EVA emulsion is added after the temperature is kept for 10-15min, and the mixture is fully stirred and reacted for 1-2 h at the temperature, and in the process, proper heating temperature and enough long heating time are ensured, so that the EVA emulsion and the polyvinyl alcohol are uniformly mixed, the phenomenon that the molecular mass distribution is not uniform during the crosslinking reaction is avoided, and the bonding strength is reduced.
The component B comprises the following components in parts by weight: 1-5 parts of titanium acetylacetonate solution and 100-500 parts of organic solvent, and because titanium acetylacetonate is difficult to dissolve, the problem of crystallization of the dissolved titanium acetylacetonate solution is easy to occur at room temperature, so that A, B components cannot be well mixed. Therefore, the titanium acetylacetonate solution is preferably prepared by dispersing titanium acetylacetonate in an isopropanol aqueous solution, wherein the volume fraction of the isopropanol aqueous solution is 20-30%, the mass content of titanium in the titanium acetylacetonate solution is 9-15%, and the proportion is a precondition for ensuring that the titanium acetylacetonate can be fully dissolved. The preparation method of the component B preferably comprises the following steps: SB1, weighing the raw materials according to the weight parts, adding the organic solvent and the titanium acetylacetonate solution into a reaction kettle, fully heating to 160 ℃, and stirring for 30-60min to uniformly mix; and SB2, and carrying out ultrasonic treatment on the solution obtained in the step S1 for 1-2 hours by using an ultrasonic instrument after the solution is cooled to room temperature, so that the titanium acetylacetonate is fully dissolved, and partial crystals are prevented from being precipitated in the standing process at room temperature.

In the present invention, the EVA emulsion is a commercially available product, and is a solution containing an ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer, and generally toluene or xylene is used as a solvent. Preferably, the mass concentration of the ethylene is 5-30%, and the balance is the solvent. The EVA emulsion in the component A reacts with polyvinyl alcohol to form a pre-crosslinked body, and preferably, the component A is prepared from the following components in parts by weight: 120-180 parts of EVA emulsion, 12-18 parts of polyvinyl alcohol and 50-100 parts of deionized water, and more preferably 140-160 parts of EVA emulsion, 14-16 parts of polyvinyl alcohol and 50-100 parts of deionized water.

The molecular weight of the polyvinyl alcohol is 7000-10000, and the compatibility of the polyvinyl alcohol with the EVA emulsion is good, so that the strong binding force of the glue is ensured. The molecular weight has an influence on the compatibility, structure and performance of a blending system, so that the compatibility of polyvinyl alcohol with EVA is not deteriorated due to different properties such as different expansion coefficients in the blending process of the polyvinyl alcohol and the EVA.

Because the EVA emulsion has high viscosity, the EVA emulsion is difficult to be uniformly mixed in the process of blending with polyvinyl alcohol. According to the invention, a small amount of deionized water is added to form a polyvinyl alcohol aqueous solution, the polyvinyl alcohol aqueous solution is heated to 70-90 ℃, the temperature is kept for 30-40 min, the temperature is reduced to 40-60 ℃, the temperature is kept for 10-15min, the fluidity is improved, and finally the EVA emulsion is added, so that the two can be fully and uniformly mixed.
In the preparation method of the component B, the organic solvent and the titanium acetylacetonate solution are added into a reaction kettle, fully heated to 120-160 ℃, and stirred for 30-60min to uniformly mix, preferably heated to 125-155 ℃, more preferably heated to 130-145 ℃, for example 135 ℃ or 140 ℃ so as to ensure that the titanium acetylacetonate is fully dissolved in the solvent, and the dispersion effect of the titanium acetylacetonate has obvious influence on the curing speed and strength of the colloid.
After the temperature is reduced to room temperature, an ultrasonic instrument is used for ultrasonic treatment for 1-2 hours, the ultrasonic treatment can promote the dispersion of the titanium acetylacetonate solution and remove gas in the liquid, so that the titanium acetylacetonate is dissolved more fully, and the titanium acetylacetonate solution is placed at room temperature for standing and crystallization.
Has the advantages that:
according to the environment-friendly bi-component EVA adhesive, polyvinyl alcohol in a certain proportion is added into EVA emulsion to be mixed, the component A is prepared after heating for a period of time, and the diluted titanium acetylacetonate is matched to obtain the bi-component adhesive, so that the adhesive can be used for bonding a handle and a bag in a high-grade packaging bag, and has enough high drying speed while the environment-friendly performance and the strength are ensured.
The preparation method of the environment-friendly bi-component EVA adhesive has the advantages of short process flow and high production efficiency, improves the strength and curing speed of the adhesive used for high-grade packaging bags, greatly improves the productivity of products, and improves the core competitiveness of the products.
