A water-soluble raw tung oil environment-friendly asphalt separant is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 3 parts of raw tung oil, 8 parts of kelp extract, 0.2 part of polyethylene glycol, 4 parts of peregal, 1 part of sodium aminotriacetate, 0.1 part of gelatin, 1 part of pH value regulator and 60 parts of deionized water;
the water-soluble raw tung oil environment-friendly asphalt separant is prepared by the following steps:

Specifically, the kelp extract is prepared by the following steps: weighing 10 parts of fermented kelp and 80 parts of 95% edible alcohol by weight, uniformly mixing the fermented kelp and the edible alcohol, extracting for 4 hours at 60 ℃, centrifuging for 30min at 6000rpm, collecting supernatant, evaporating the supernatant in a rotary evaporator at 50 ℃ for 40 minutes, transferring the residual supernatant into an evaporation dish, putting the evaporation dish in a vacuum drying oven, drying at 50 ℃ to obtain an extract, and crushing the extract by using an ultrafine crusher to obtain the kelp extract.
The water-soluble green tung oil environment-friendly asphalt separant of example 1 has a standard viscosity of 22.1Pas at 25 ℃.
Example 2
A water-soluble raw tung oil environment-friendly asphalt separant is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 5 parts of raw tung oil, 10 parts of kelp extract, 0.5 part of polyethylene glycol, 6 parts of peregal, 3 parts of sodium nitrilotriacetate, 0.3 part of gelatin, 3 parts of pH value regulator and 70 parts of deionized water;
the kelp extract is prepared by the following steps: weighing 12 parts by weight of fermented kelp and 90 parts by weight of 95% edible alcohol, uniformly mixing the fermented kelp and the edible alcohol, extracting for 4.5 hours at 65 ℃, centrifuging at 7000rpm for 35min, collecting supernatant, evaporating the supernatant in a rotary evaporator at 55 ℃ for 45 minutes, transferring the residual supernatant into an evaporation dish, putting the evaporation dish in a vacuum drying oven at 55 ℃ for drying to obtain an extract, and crushing the extract by using an ultrafine crusher to obtain the kelp extract.
The water-soluble green tung oil environment-friendly asphalt separant of example 2 has a standard viscosity of 18.8Pas at 25 ℃.
The stirring equipment comprises a treatment chamber 1, a support frame 2 is arranged above the treatment chamber 1, a side moving frame 5 is slidably mounted on one side of the support frame 2, a lifting arm 8 is slidably mounted on the side moving frame 5, a rod seat 9 is mounted on the lifting arm 8, the rod seat 9 is rotatably connected with a first telescopic rod 11, a stirring barrel 12 is arranged in an inner cavity of the treatment chamber 1, a stirring frame 17 is mounted on the first telescopic rod 11, a plurality of second stirring arms 18 are mounted on the first telescopic rod 11, two rotary rods 15 are rotatably mounted on the stirring frame 17, a plurality of first stirring arms 16 are mounted on the rotary rods 15, a rotary rod 19 is mounted at the bottom of the stirring frame 17, a conveying pipe 20 is mounted at the bottom of the treatment chamber 1, a plurality of auger blades 21 are mounted on the rotary rod 19, the auger blades 21 are all arranged in the conveying pipe 20, the stirring barrel 12 is mounted on a base 26, two telescopic, lifter plate 23 sets up in agitator 12, install sealing washer 22 between two lifter plates 23, sealing washer 22 is the cooperation component with conveyer pipe 20, two second telescopic links 27 are installed to base 26 bottom, slider 30 is installed to second telescopic link 27 bottom, two slide rails 31 are installed to 1 inner chamber bottom of treatment chamber, slider 30 sliding connection slide rail 31, storage box 28 is installed to 1 outer wall bottom of treatment chamber, collect box 29, storage hopper 32 is installed to storage box 28 one side, collect box 29 and install discharging pipe 33 in one side, storage box 28, collect box 29 top and all be provided with the opening.

the water-soluble raw tung oil environment-friendly asphalt separant is prepared by the following steps:
deionized water, raw tung oil, kelp extract, polyethylene glycol, peregal, sodium aminotriacetate, gelatin and a pH value regulator are added into a storage hopper (32) of a stirring device, all raw materials enter the storage hopper (28) through the storage hopper (32), a lifting motor (6) is started, an output shaft of the lifting motor (6) drives a belt pulley to rotate, a belt pulley is driven to rotate by a belt pulley III, a belt pulley drives a belt pulley to rotate by a belt pulley II, a second lead screw (7) drives a second lead screw (7) to rotate, the second lead screw (7) drives a lifting arm (8) to descend, the lifting arm (8) drives a first telescopic rod (11) to extend through a rod seat (9), the first telescopic rod (11) drives a stirring barrel (12) to descend, the stirring barrel (12) drives a conveying pipe (20) to descend, the conveying pipe (20) descends into the storage hopper (28), a piston rod of a telescopic cylinder (24) pushes a lifting plate (23) to ascend, the lifting plate, the sealing ring (22) is moved out of the conveying pipe (20), an output shaft of the driving motor (10) drives a belt pulley five to rotate, the belt pulley five drives a belt pulley six to rotate through a belt three, the belt pulley six drives a first telescopic rod (11) to rotate, the first telescopic rod (11) drives a central gear (13) and a stirring frame (17) to rotate, the central gear (13) drives a planetary gear (14) to rotate, the planetary gear (14) drives a rotary rod (15) to rotate, the rotary rod (15) drives a plurality of first stirring arms (16) to rotate, the first telescopic rod (11) simultaneously drives a second stirring arm (18) to rotate, the stirring frame (17) drives a rotary rod (19) to rotate, the rotary rod (19) drives an auger blade (21) to rotate, the auger blade (21) conveys all raw materials in the storage box (28) into the stirring barrel (12), a telescopic cylinder (24) contracts, and the sealing ring (22) enters the conveying pipe (20), the first stirring arm (16), the second stirring arm (18) and the stirring frame (17) stir all raw materials in the stirring barrel (12) to obtain a water-soluble raw tung oil environment-friendly asphalt separant after stirring, the output shaft of the lifting motor (6) rotates reversely, the stirring barrel (12) and the conveying pipe (20) ascend, the conveying pipe (20) moves out of the storage box (28), the output shaft of the side shifting motor (3) drives the belt pulley to rotate, the belt pulley drives the belt pulley to rotate through the belt pulley, the belt pulley drives the first lead screw (4) to rotate, the first lead screw (4) drives the side shifting frame (5) to move horizontally, further the first telescopic rod (11) drives the stirring barrel (12) and the conveying pipe (20) to move horizontally, the conveying pipe (20) moves to the upper part of the opening of the collection box (29), the output shaft of the lifting motor (6) rotates, the conveying pipe (20) descends and is inserted into the collection box (29), the output shaft of the driving motor (10) rotates reversely, the piston rod of the telescopic cylinder (24) pushes the lifting plate (23) to ascend, the sealing ring (22) is moved out of the conveying pipe (20), the water-soluble green tung oil environment-friendly asphalt separant enters the conveying pipe (20), and the water-soluble green tung oil environment-friendly asphalt separant is conveyed into the collecting box (29) from the conveying pipe (20) by the auger blade (21).

The water-soluble raw tung oil environment-friendly asphalt separant according to claim 1, wherein the kelp extract is prepared by the following steps: weighing 10-12 parts of fermented kelp and 80-90 parts of 95% edible alcohol by weight, uniformly mixing the fermented kelp and the edible alcohol, extracting for 4-4.5h at 60-65 ℃, centrifuging for 30-35min at 6000-7000rpm, collecting supernatant, evaporating the supernatant in a rotary evaporator at 50-55 ℃ for 40-45 min, transferring the residual supernatant into an evaporation dish, drying the evaporation dish in a vacuum drying oven at 50-55 ℃ to obtain an extract, and crushing the extract by using an ultrafine crusher to obtain the kelp extract.

The water-soluble green tung oil environment-friendly asphalt separant according to claim 1, wherein a stirring device comprises a treatment chamber (1), a support frame (2) is arranged above the treatment chamber (1), a side moving frame (5) is slidably mounted on one side of the support frame (2), a lifting arm (8) is slidably mounted on the side moving frame (5), a rod seat (9) is mounted on the lifting arm (8), the rod seat (9) is rotatably connected with a first telescopic rod (11), a stirring barrel (12) is arranged in an inner cavity of the treatment chamber (1), a stirring frame (17) is mounted on the first telescopic rod (11), a plurality of second stirring arms (18) are mounted on the first telescopic rod (11), two rotary rods (15) are rotatably mounted on the stirring frame (17), a plurality of first stirring arms (16) are mounted on the rotary rods (15), dwang (19) is installed to agitator frame (17) bottom, conveyer pipe (20) are installed to process chamber (1) bottom, install a plurality of auger blades (21) on dwang (19), a plurality of auger blades (21) all set up in conveyer pipe (20), install on base (26) agitator (12), two telescopic cylinder (24) are installed to base (26) bottom, telescopic cylinder (24) piston rod end connection lifter plate (23), lifter plate (23) set up in agitator (12), install sealing washer (22) between two lifter plate (23), sealing washer (22) and conveyer pipe (20) are the cooperation member, two second telescopic link (27) are installed to base (26) bottom, slider (30) are installed to second telescopic link (27) bottom, two slide rail (31) are installed to process chamber (1) inner chamber bottom, slider (30) sliding connection slide rail (31), storage box (28), collection box (29) are installed to process chamber (1) outer wall bottom, storage hopper (32) are installed to storage box (28) one side, collect discharging pipe (33) are installed to box (29) one side, storage box (28), collection box (29) top all are provided with the opening.

The water-soluble green tung oil environment-friendly asphalt separant according to claim 3, wherein the supporting frame (2) is fixed on the top of the outer wall of the treatment chamber (1), the supporting frame (2) is provided with a side shifting motor (3), the side shifting frame (5) is provided with a first lead screw (4) in a rotating manner, the end part of an output shaft of the side shifting motor (3) is connected with a first belt pulley, the first lead screw (4) is provided with a second belt pulley, the first belt pulley and the second belt pulley are in transmission connection through a belt, and the first lead screw (4) is in threaded connection with the side shifting frame (5).

The water-soluble green tung oil environment-friendly asphalt separant according to claim 3, wherein a lifting motor (6) is installed on the side moving frame (5), a second lead screw (7) is installed on the side moving frame (5) in a rotating manner, the end part of an output shaft of the lifting motor (6) is connected with a third belt pulley, a fourth belt pulley is installed on the second lead screw (7), and the third belt pulley is in transmission connection with the fourth belt pulley through a second belt.

The water-soluble green tung oil environment-friendly asphalt separant according to claim 3, wherein a mounting shell (25) is mounted on the support frame (2), a driving motor (10) is mounted on the mounting shell (25), an output shaft of the driving motor (10) is connected with a fifth belt pulley, a sixth belt pulley is mounted on the first telescopic rod (11), and the fifth belt pulley is in transmission connection with the sixth belt pulley through a third belt.
