Abstract
The invention provides quick-drying waterproof plastering mortar and a preparation method thereof, wherein the mortar comprises the following components, by weight, 80-120 parts of portland cement, 60-90 parts of river sand, 40-80 parts of modified mineral powder, 10-15 parts of composite fiber pulp, 2-5 parts of a water reducing agent and 80-150 parts of water, wherein the modified mineral powder comprises volcanic rock, water-soluble amino clay, solvent-type thermoplastic acrylic resin and an activating agent; the composite fiber slurry comprises glass fiber and hydrophobic rock wool board; according to the preparation method, the components are promoted to be matched among steps through reasonable selection and matching of the raw materials, cooperative compatibility among the components and optimized and improved matching, the prepared plastering mortar is good in fine leveling property, high in drying speed, and remarkably improved in comprehensive performance and application benefit.

The preparation method of the composite fiber pulp comprises the steps of taking materials according to the mass ratio, placing glass fibers in acid liquor and alkali liquor in sequence for soaking and ultrasonic treatment, and shearing the glass fibers to be less than 1mm for later use after washing; grinding the hydrophobic rock wool plate into slurry by a mechanical grinding method, then adding a proper amount of activating agent into the slurry, keeping the temperature and stirring for 5-30min, filtering out nitrogen atmosphere, drying to obtain powder, and sieving with a 20-mesh sieve for later use; and (3) blending the treated chopped glass fiber and the ground hydrophobic rock wool board powder, and mixing the mixture with water according to the solid-to-liquid ratio of 1:4 to obtain slurry when the mixture is used.
Wherein the acid solution is soaked in 1M hydrochloric acid solution for 5h, the alkali solution is soaked in 1M sodium hydroxide solution for 5h, the ultrasonic treatment is performed at 30KHz, 300W and normal temperature, the ultrasonic treatment time per hour is 15min, and the operation is performed at equal intervals. The activating agent is a mixture of polyvinylpyrrolidone and KH560 in a mass ratio of 1: 0.6.
Example 5:
a quick-drying waterproof plastering mortar comprises the following components, by weight, 80 parts of portland cement, 60 parts of river sand, 60 parts of modified mineral powder, 15 parts of composite fiber slurry, 5 parts of a water reducing agent and 80 parts of water, wherein the modified mineral powder comprises vesuvianite, water-soluble amino clay, solvent-type thermoplastic acrylic resin and an activating agent; the composite fiber pulp comprises glass fiber and hydrophobic rock wool boards;
the preparation method of the quick-drying waterproof plastering mortar comprises the following steps,
1) taking materials according to parts by weight, putting the modified ore powder into a 10g/L sodium bicarbonate solution with the volume being 2 times of that of the modified ore powder, carrying out ultrasonic treatment for 5min at 35KHz and 250W, then adding river sand into the solution, and uniformly stirring the mixture at 60-80rpm to obtain a first mixed material;
2) and blending the first mixed material, the Portland cement and the water reducing agent, adding water, stirring at 60-80rpm for 2-5min, adding the composite fiber pulp under the stirring condition, and continuously stirring for 1-3min to obtain the composite fiber cement.
Further, the modified ore powder comprises 15 mass percent of volcanic rock, 40 mass percent of water-soluble amino clay, 6 mass percent of activating agent and the balance of solvent type thermoplastic acrylic resin. Wherein the mass ratio of the activating agent to the activating agent is 0.2: 1 coconut oil fatty acid diethanolamide, alkanolamide and polyvinylpyrrolidone.
The preparation method of the modified ore powder comprises the steps of blending the volcanic rock and the water-soluble amino clay, adding water, grinding for 10min (the grinding water accounts for 40% of the total mass of the volcanic rock and the water-soluble amino clay, and the grinding rotating speed is 700rpm), drying in an inert atmosphere, crushing to 20 meshes to obtain mixed powder, adding an activating agent into the solvent type thermoplastic acrylic resin, stirring and uniformly mixing, slowly adding the mixed powder into the solvent type thermoplastic acrylic resin under the stirring condition of 80-100rpm, continuously stirring for 5-10min after the addition is finished, drying in an inert atmosphere, crushing to 30 meshes, and obtaining the modified ore powder.
Furthermore, the mass ratio of the glass fiber to the hydrophobic rock wool board in the composite fiber slurry is 1: 0.5.
The preparation method of the composite fiber pulp comprises the steps of taking materials according to the mass ratio, placing glass fibers in acid liquor and alkali liquor in sequence for soaking and ultrasonic treatment, and cutting the glass fibers to be less than 1mm for later use after washing; grinding the hydrophobic rock wool board into slurry by a mechanical grinding method, then adding a proper amount of activating agent into the slurry, stirring for 5-30min under heat preservation, filtering out nitrogen atmosphere, drying to obtain powder, and sieving with a 20-mesh sieve for later use; and mixing the treated chopped glass fiber and the ground hydrophobic rock wool board powder, and mixing the mixture with water according to the solid-liquid ratio of 1:4 to obtain slurry when in use.

based on example 1, modified ore powder was removed and replaced with river sand, and other conditions were unchanged to prepare a plastering mortar.

based on example 1, composite fiber slurry was removed, river sand was used instead of the composite fiber slurry, and other conditions were not changed to prepare a plastering mortar.
Comparative example 3:
based on example 1, modified mineral powder and composite fiber slurry were removed, and river sand was used instead of the modified mineral powder and composite fiber slurry, and other conditions were not changed to prepare a plastering mortar.
The plastering mortars prepared in the above examples 1 to 5 and comparative examples 1 to 3 were subjected to performance tests, and the data are as follows:

The utility model provides a quick-drying type waterproof plastering mortar which characterized in that: the modified mineral powder comprises, by weight, 80-120 parts of portland cement, 60-90 parts of river sand, 40-80 parts of modified mineral powder, 10-15 parts of composite fiber slurry, 2-5 parts of a water reducing agent and 80-150 parts of water, wherein the modified mineral powder comprises volcanic rock, water-soluble amino clay, solvent-type thermoplastic acrylic resin and an activating agent; the composite fiber pulp comprises glass fiber and hydrophobic rock wool boards;
the preparation method of the quick-drying waterproof plastering mortar comprises the following steps,
1) taking materials according to parts by weight, putting the modified ore powder into 10g/L sodium bicarbonate solution with the volume 2 times of that of the modified ore powder, performing ultrasonic treatment for 5-10min, then adding river sand into the solution, and uniformly stirring the mixture at 60-80rpm to obtain a first mixed material;
2) blending the first mixed material, portland cement and a water reducing agent, adding water, stirring at 60-80rpm for 2-5min, then adding composite fiber pulp under the stirring condition, and continuously stirring for 1-3min to obtain the composite fiber pulp;
the modified ore powder comprises 15-40% of volcanic rock, 15-40% of water-soluble amino clay, 2-6% of an activating agent and the balance solvent type thermoplastic acrylic resin by mass percent;
the activating agent is prepared from the following components in a mass ratio of 0-0.5: 1 coconut oil fatty acid diethanolamide, alkanolamide and polyvinylpyrrolidone;
the preparation method of the composite fiber pulp comprises the steps of taking materials according to the mass ratio, placing glass fibers in acid liquor and alkali liquor in sequence for soaking and ultrasonic treatment, and shearing the glass fibers to be less than 1mm for later use after washing; grinding a hydrophobic rock wool plate into slurry by a mechanical grinding method, then adding a mixture of polyvinylpyrrolidone and KH560 with a proper mass ratio of 1:0.6, keeping the temperature and stirring for 5-30min, filtering out nitrogen atmosphere, drying to obtain powder, and sieving with a 20-mesh sieve for later use; and mixing the treated chopped glass fiber and the ground hydrophobic rock wool board powder, and mixing the mixture with water according to the solid-liquid ratio of 1:2-4 to obtain slurry when in use.
2. The quick-drying waterproof plastering mortar of claim 1, wherein: the ultrasonic treatment in the step 1) is 32-35KHz and 250W.

The quick-drying type waterproof plastering mortar of claim 1, wherein: the preparation method of the modified ore powder comprises the steps of blending the volcanic rock and the water-soluble amino clay, adding water, grinding for 5-20min, drying in an inert atmosphere, crushing until the mixture is sieved by a 20-mesh sieve to obtain mixed powder, adding an activating agent into the solvent type thermoplastic acrylic resin, stirring and uniformly mixing, slowly adding the mixed powder into the solvent type thermoplastic acrylic resin under the stirring condition of 80-100rpm, continuously stirring for 5-10min after the addition is finished, drying in an inert atmosphere, crushing until the mixture is sieved by a 30-mesh sieve, and thus obtaining the modified ore powder.
4. The quick-drying type waterproof plastering mortar of claim 3, wherein: the grinding water accounts for 40-80% of the total mass of the volcanic rock and the water-soluble amino clay, and the grinding rotation speed is 700-800 rpm.
5. The quick-drying type waterproof plastering mortar of claim 1, wherein: the mass ratio of the glass fiber to the hydrophobic rock wool board in the composite fiber pulp is 1: 0-1.

The quick-drying waterproof plastering mortar of claim 5, wherein: the acid solution soaking is performed for 5-10h by using 1M hydrochloric acid solution, the alkali solution soaking is performed for 5-10h by using 1M sodium hydroxide solution, the ultrasonic treatment is performed at 30KHz and 300W at normal temperature, the ultrasonic treatment time is 10-15min per hour, and the operation is performed at equal intervals.
