the rotary joint component (26) comprises an upper side ear (261), a middle side ear (262), a lower side ear (263), an upper rod body (264), a lower rod body (265), a side plate (266) and an extrusion head component (267), wherein the upper side ears (261) are annularly distributed around the sleeve (23), the middle side ears (262) are annularly distributed around the upper sleeve body (25), the lower side ears (263) are annularly distributed around the lower sleeve body (27), the upper side ear (261) and the middle side ear (262) are rotatably connected with the upper rod body (264), the middle side ear (262) and the lower side ear (263) are rotatably connected with the lower rod body (265), the lower side ear (263) is rotatably connected with the side plate (266), and the lower end of the side plate (266) is connected with the extrusion head component (267);
the extrusion head part (267) comprises a cylinder (2671) and a screw rod (2672), the screw rod (2672) is connected with the side plate (266) in a locking mode through threads, the lower end of the screw rod (2672) is fixedly connected with the cylinder (2671), and the outer surface of the cylinder (2671) is rough;
