The invention discloses a method for installing a rotary table covering part and engineering machinery applying the same, wherein the method for installing the rotary table covering part comprises the following steps: arranging a positioning piece to form a mounting positioning surface for accurately mounting the rotary table covering piece; abutting a covering part tool matched with the outline dimension of the rotary table covering part against the positioning part, so that the surface of the covering part tool is flush with the installation positioning surface; aligning the hinge device with the mounting part on the covering part tool and then fixing the hinge device on the side plate of the rotary table; and disassembling the covering part tool, and fixing the mounting part on the rotary table covering part and the hinge device. According to the invention, the installation position of the hinge device can be accurately positioned by setting the installation positioning surface and manufacturing and using the covering part tool, and then the rotary table covering part is installed on the hinge device, so that the installation speed and the installation precision of the rotary table covering part can be improved, and the effect is more obvious when the rotary table covering parts with the same specification are installed in a large batch.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of engineering machinery, in particular to a mounting method of a rotary table covering part and engineering machinery applying the same.
Background
With the rapid development of economic construction in China, the demand of the market for aerial work platforms is increasing day by day. With the development of large-scale engineering machinery, the structure of the aerial work platform is more and more complex. Many aerial work platforms have a turntable on which power, hydraulic, electrical etc. devices are mounted, and as shown in figure 8, the turntable tray together with the turntable cover 200 form a sealed space which is primarily used to protect these devices from impacts, rain and injury due to contact with the operator's limbs. To facilitate installation and maintenance of these devices, the turntable cover 200 must be freely openable and closable. As shown in fig. 9, the turntable cover 200 is fixed to the turntable side plate 500 by a hinge connection, and is freely opened and closed by the expansion and contraction of the gas spring in use.
However, there are some difficulties in installing the turntable cover 200, which are shown in the following:
1. the hinge can be installed only when the rotary table covering part 200 is in an opened state, and at the moment, the rotary table covering part 200 has no installation positioning point, so that whether the hinge is installed correctly cannot be determined;
2. when the turntable cover 200 is in the closed state, it is necessary to confirm whether the turntable cover 200 is correctly installed by observing whether the top surface of the turntable cover 200 is horizontal or not and whether the rib lines of the turntable cover 200 are aligned with the rib lines of the counterweight 600, and since the hinge is installed in the sealed space, the position of the hinge cannot be adjusted, so that the installation position of the turntable cover 200 cannot be corrected well.
Disclosure of Invention
The present invention is directed to solving at least one of the problems of the prior art. Therefore, the invention provides the installation method of the rotary table covering part and the engineering machinery applying the same, which can realize the accurate installation of the rotary table covering part.
The mounting method of the rotary table covering part comprises the following steps:
step S100: arranging a positioning piece to form a mounting positioning surface for accurately mounting the rotary table covering piece;
step S200: abutting a covering part tool matched with the outline dimension of the rotary table covering part against the positioning part, so that the surface of the covering part tool is flush with the installation positioning surface;
step S300: aligning the hinge device with the mounting part on the covering part tool and then fixing the hinge device on the side plate of the rotary table;
step S400: and disassembling the covering part tool, and fixing the mounting part on the rotary table covering part and the hinge device.
The method for mounting the turntable covering part according to the embodiment of the invention has at least the following advantages: through setting for the installation locating surface and making and using the covering part tool, the installation position of the hinge device can be accurately located, and then the rotary table covering part is installed on the hinge device, so that the installation speed and the installation precision of the rotary table covering part can be improved, and the effect is more obvious for the installation of large batches of rotary table covering parts with the same specification.

According to some embodiments of the invention, a foamed sealing rubber strip is provided on the second positioning plate near the top surface of the turntable cover.
According to some embodiments of the present invention, the hinge device is a hinge, and one end of the hinge is fixed to the turntable side plate by a first mounting screw in step S300.

In some embodiments of the present invention, step S400 specifically includes: as shown in fig. 6, the second mounting screw 800 is pre-installed on the mounting portion of the turntable covering member 200, and it is only necessary to ensure that the second mounting screw 800 does not fall off during the lifting process of the turntable covering member 200; then, hoisting the rotary table covering part 200 to the hinge, and aligning the mounting part of the rotary table covering part 200 to the other end of the hinge; finally, all the second mounting screws 800 are tightened to secure the turret cover 200 to the end of the hinge, the final mounted state being referred to in fig. 7.
In some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 3 to 5, the cover fixture 300 is made of bent steel bars, which match the external dimensions of the turntable cover 200, and the side edges of the turntable cover 200 are aligned with the plane of the counterweight 600 for easy positioning. By adopting the flanging part structure, the rigidity of the covering part tool 300 is increased, the weight of the covering part tool is reduced, and the use of an assembly worker is facilitated.
The invention also provides an engineering machine which applies the installation method of the rotary table covering part in the embodiment to accurately install the rotary table covering part on the rotary table.
Further, the engineering machinery comprises an aerial work platform, a crane or other engineering machinery with similar structures, and the rotary table covering part needs to be accurately installed on the rotary table.

s300, aligning a hinge device (400) with a mounting part on the covering part tool (300) and then fixing the hinge device on a turntable side plate (500);
s400, detaching the covering part tool (300), and fixing a mounting part on the rotary table covering part (200) and the hinge device (400);
the positioning piece (100) comprises a first positioning plate (110) and a second positioning plate (120), step S100 comprises installing the first positioning plate (110) on the turntable side plate (500) to serve as a positioning fulcrum for installing the turntable covering piece (200), and installing the second positioning plate (120) on the counterweight (600) to serve as a positioning line for installing the turntable covering piece (200), wherein the positioning fulcrum and the positioning line form an installation positioning surface.

The method of claim 1, wherein the second positioning plate (120) is finely adjustable to the counterweight (600), and step S200 comprises aligning the cover fixture (300) with the counterweight (600) and then finely adjusting the position of the second positioning plate (120) so that the surface of the cover fixture (300) is flush with the mounting surface.
4. A method of mounting a turntable cover as claimed in claim 1, wherein a bead of foamed sealant (700) is provided on the second location plate (120) adjacent the top surface of the turntable cover (200).
5. Method for mounting a turret cover according to claim 1, characterised in that the hinging means (400) are hinge hinges, one end of which is fixed to the turret side plate (500) by means of a first mounting screw in step S300.
6. The method of claim 5, wherein step S400 comprises pre-installing a second mounting screw (800) on the mounting portion of the turntable cover (200), hoisting the turntable cover (200) to the hinge, and tightening all of the second mounting screws (800) to fixedly connect the turntable cover (200) to the other end of the hinge.
7. The method of any of claims 1 to 6, wherein the cover fixture (300) is made of bent steel bars.
8. A working machine, characterized in that a method of mounting a turntable cover according to any one of claims 1 to 7 is applied.
9. A working machine according to claim 8, comprising an aerial work platform.
