Under the condition that the preset display condition is determined not to be met according to the first environment information, the vehicle can be considered to be in an unsafe environment, and the display of the temporary parking number can bring adverse effects to the safety and privacy of the vehicle owner, so that the temporary parking number can not be displayed on the display screen.
According to first environmental information, confirm to satisfy and predetermine under the condition of display condition, can regard as the vehicle to be in safe environment, the demonstration of parking number can not bring adverse effect for car owner's safety and privacy, consequently, can show the parking number temporarily on the display screen.
Here, as shown in fig. 2, the vehicle may include a temporary parking controller 21, a memory, a Human Machine Interface (HMI) 22, and a display screen 23. As can be appreciated, the HMI22 is an intermediary between systems and users for interaction and exchange of information that enables conversion between internal forms of information and human-acceptable forms.
Specifically, in the case where the vehicle power source is in an ON state (i.e., ON state), the vehicle owner may manually operate ON the HMI22 to input a temporary parking number (which is typically the telephone number of the vehicle owner). Next, the HMI22 may write the temporary parking number input by the vehicle owner into the memory through a Controller Area Network (CAN). In this way, the temporary stop controller 21 may extract the temporary stop number from the memory and control the display screen 23 to display the extracted temporary stop number, in case the preset display condition is satisfied; in the case where the preset display condition is not satisfied, the temporary parking controller 21 may not extract the temporary parking number, nor control the display screen 23 to display the temporary parking number.
In the embodiment of the present disclosure, in a case where the detection object exists within the preset range outside the vehicle, it may be considered that there is a high possibility that a person near the vehicle has a need to view the temporary parking number, and at this time, first environment information including at least one of sound information and image information may be obtained, and it may be determined whether the preset display condition is satisfied according to the first environment information. Under the condition that the preset display condition is met, the vehicle can be considered to be in a safe environment, the display of the temporary parking number does not bring adverse effects to the safety and privacy of the vehicle owner, and the temporary parking number can be displayed on the display screen so that people nearby the vehicle can contact the vehicle owner in time; otherwise, the display of the temporary parking number is not performed. It is thus clear that what adopt in the embodiment of this disclosure is not paper parking board, but can show the display screen of temporary parking number, and the display screen only shows temporary parking number when the vehicle is in safe environment, like this, not all people that are close to the vehicle can both learn car owner's contact means, consequently, compare with prior art, the embodiment of this disclosure can guarantee car owner's safety and privacy betterly, prevents that lawless persons from causing the injury to the car owner, can also avoid the waste of paper resource simultaneously.
In some embodiments, after obtaining the first context information, the method further comprises:
sending the first environment information to a mobile terminal associated with the vehicle;
under the condition that a number display instruction returned by the mobile terminal is received, determining that a preset display condition is met; otherwise, determining that the preset display condition is not met.
Here, the mobile terminal associated with the vehicle may be a mobile terminal of a vehicle owner, and the mobile terminal may be a mobile phone, a tablet computer, a Wearable Device (Wearable Device), and the like, which are not listed herein. For convenience of understanding, the embodiments of the present disclosure are all described by taking a case where the mobile terminal is a mobile phone as an example.
Here, as shown in fig. 2, the vehicle may further include a vehicle mounted smart terminal (T-BOX) 24. It is understood that the vehicle-mounted T-BOX24 belongs to a vehicle networking system, and the vehicle networking system comprises a host, a mobile phone Application (APP) and a background system besides the vehicle-mounted T-BOX 24. The host is mainly used for audio-visual entertainment and vehicle information display; the vehicle-mounted T-BOX24 is mainly used for communicating with a background system/mobile phone APP to implement vehicle information display and control of the mobile phone APP, and the background system may include a Telematics Service Provider (TSP) background (which may be the cloud server 25 in fig. 2).
Generally speaking, after a user sends a control command through a mobile phone APP, the TSP background sends a monitoring request command to the vehicle-mounted T-BOX24, after the vehicle obtains the control command, the vehicle sends a control message through the CAN bus and controls the vehicle, and finally, an operation result is fed back to the mobile phone APP of the user. Through the functions, the user can be helped to remotely start the vehicle, turn on the air conditioner, adjust the seat to a proper position and the like.
In specific implementation, after obtaining the first environment information, the temporary parking controller 21 in fig. 2 may send the first environment information to the vehicle-mounted T-BOX24 through the CAN; the vehicle-mounted T-BOX24 can forward the first environment information to the cloud server 25 through the mobile network; the cloud server 25 may forward the first environment information to the vehicle owner's mobile phone APP. Then, the vehicle owner can check the first environment information through the mobile phone APP, confirm whether the environment where the vehicle is located is safe or not according to the first environment information, and operate on the mobile phone according to a determination result to generate response information, wherein the response information can be number display indication or display prohibition indication.
Then, the mobile phone APP may send the response information to the cloud server 25; the cloud server 25 can forward the response information to the vehicle-mounted T-BOX24 through a mobile network; the onboard T-BOX24 may forward the response message to the temporary parking controller 21 via the CAN.
In the case where the response information is the number display instruction, it indicates that the vehicle owner confirms the environmental safety of the vehicle, and at this time, it can be determined that the preset display condition is satisfied, and then, the temporary parking number can be displayed on the display screen 23. In the case where the response information is the display prohibition instruction, it indicates that the vehicle owner confirms that the environment in which the vehicle is located is unsafe, and at this time, it may be determined that the preset display condition is not satisfied, and then, the temporary parking number may not be displayed on the display screen 23.
Therefore, in the embodiment of the disclosure, through interaction between the vehicle and the mobile terminal, whether the temporary parking number is displayed or not can be determined by the vehicle owner, so that the safety and privacy of the vehicle owner can be effectively ensured.
In some embodiments, before transmitting the first environment information to the mobile terminal associated with the vehicle, the method further comprises:
comparing the first environmental information with a preset environmental information set;
determining that the preset display condition is not met under the condition that the second environment information matched with the first environment information exists in the environment information set; otherwise, the step of sending the first environment information to the mobile terminal associated with the vehicle is triggered to be performed.
Here, the first environment information may include only image information, the environment information set may include a plurality of image information, and each image information in the environment information set may include a face image of a person who is escaping, which is published by the ministry of public security, and in this case, the environment information set may also be referred to as a negative environment information set.
Note that, since the image information is included in the first environment information, the first environment information may include a face image of a person near the vehicle. In the embodiment of the disclosure, the first environment information may be compared with the negative environment information set to determine whether there is any environment information in the negative environment information set, where there is a face image whose similarity with a face image in the first environment information is greater than a preset similarity in the environment information. Here, the preset similarity may be 70%, 80%, 90%, etc., which are not listed one by one.
In the case where the environmental information exists in the negative environmental information set, the environmental information may be used as second environmental information matched with the first environmental information, and it may be considered that a face image of the escaper exists in the first environmental information, that is, the escaper is located near the vehicle.
In the case where the environmental information does not exist in the negative environmental information set, it may be considered that the facial image of the escaper does not exist in the first environmental information, and in order to more accurately determine whether the environment in which the vehicle is located is safe, the first environmental information may be transmitted to a mobile terminal associated with the vehicle to determine whether to perform display of the temporary parking number by the vehicle owner.
It should be noted that, in the case that the first environment information is video information, the environment information set may include a plurality of pieces of video information, and each piece of video information in the environment information set may include an image of the person escaping from the room, which is published by the public security department. In this case, it is possible to determine whether there is an escaper in the vicinity of the vehicle by comparison of the facial features.
In the case where the first environmental information includes only sound information, the environmental information set may include a plurality of sound information, and each of the sound information in the environmental information set may include a recording of the escaped person published by the police department. In this case, it is possible to determine whether or not there is an escaping person near the vehicle by comparison of the sound characteristics.
In addition, it is also possible that the operation of comparing the first environment information with the environment information set to determine that the second environment information matching the first environment information exists in the environment information set is not performed by the vehicle side, but is performed by the cloud server 25 in fig. 2, and the cloud server 25 directly returns the determination result to the vehicle side, so that the vehicle side determines whether the preset display condition is satisfied.
Therefore, in the embodiment of the disclosure, according to the comparison result between the first environmental information and the environmental information set, it can be very conveniently determined whether the preset display condition is met.
In some embodiments, obtaining the first context information comprises:
calling a panoramic camera to acquire video information;
the video information is taken as the first environment information.
Here, as shown in fig. 2, the vehicle may further include a look-around controller 26 and a look-around camera 27, and the look-around controller 26 may be a 360 look-around controller. In the case where the preset display condition is satisfied, the temporary parking controller 21 in fig. 2 may send a control signal to the all-round controller 26; the looking-around controller 26 may call the looking-around camera 27 to collect video information according to the control signal, and return the video information to the temporary parking controller 21, and the temporary parking controller 21 may use the obtained video information as the first environment information.
It can be seen that, in the embodiment of the present disclosure, the first environment information can be very conveniently obtained by calling the look-around camera 27, and because the monitoring angle of the look-around camera 27 is large, the first environment information can truly and reliably reflect the environment where the vehicle is located, which is beneficial to ensuring the accuracy of the determination result when determining whether the preset display condition is met according to the first environment information.
In some embodiments, the look-around camera is an infrared look-around camera.
Like this, even at night, look around camera 27 in fig. 2 also can normally gather video information to be used for judging whether satisfy and predetermine the display condition, consequently, no matter daytime or night, the embodiment of this disclosure can both guarantee car owner's safety and privacy better.
In some embodiments, in a case where the detection object exists within a preset range outside the vehicle, before the obtaining of the first environmental information, the method further includes:
and under the condition that the vehicle is in a parking state, calling a distance measuring sensor to detect whether a detection object exists in a preset range outside the vehicle.
As shown in FIG. 2, the vehicle may also include a Passive Entry Passive Start (PEPS) 28, and a range sensor 29, the PEPS28 may be configured to perform identification authentication via wireless signals to automatically turn on or off the locks.
When the vehicle owner parks and leaves the vehicle, the vehicle owner can perform vehicle locking through the PEPS28, at which time the doors are automatically locked and enter an anti-theft state, at which time the vehicle can be considered to be in a parked state. Next, the distance measuring sensor 29 may be called to periodically detect whether or not a detection object exists within a preset range outside the vehicle, so that when it is detected that a person exists near the vehicle based on the distance measuring sensor 29, it is determined whether or not the temporary parking number is displayed on the display screen 23 according to whether or not a preset display condition is satisfied.
It should be noted that the manner of determining whether the vehicle is in the parking state is not limited to this, and specifically, the determination may be performed in combination with the speed of the vehicle, the seat sensing state, or the like, for example, it may be possible to determine that the vehicle is in the parking state in a case where the seat sensing state of each seat in the vehicle is unoccupied.
Therefore, in the embodiment of the disclosure, whether a person is near the vehicle can be detected very conveniently by using the distance measuring sensor, and the distance measuring sensor only detects in a parking state without detecting under all conditions, so that the resource consumption and the power consumption can be effectively saved.
In some embodiments, after displaying the temporary parking number on the display screen, the method further comprises:
when the vehicle is switched to the adaptive cruise control state, the engine start state, or the engine ignition state, the display of the temporary stop number is stopped on the display screen.
Here, the Adaptive Cruise Control is generally called Adaptive Cruise Control in english, and is abbreviated as ACC in english, that is, the Adaptive Cruise Control can also be written as an ACC state; the engine ON state may also be referred to as the ON state; the engine firing state may also be referred to as the Crank state.
It should be noted that, in the case where the vehicle is switched to the ACC state, the ON state or the Crank state, which indicates that the vehicle is being operated and controlled, then the temporary stop number display is not required any more currently due to the fact that there should be someone in the vehicle, and therefore, the temporary stop controller 21 in fig. 2 may send a control signal to the display 23 to control the display 23 to stop displaying the temporary stop number, thereby effectively saving resource consumption and power consumption.
In some embodiments, in a case where the detection object exists within a preset range outside the vehicle, before the obtaining of the first environmental information, the method further includes:
and displaying prompt characters associated with the temporary parking number on a display screen.
Here, the prompt text may be six words of "temporary parking number", four-six words of "temporary parking phone", or eight words of "temporary parking contact". By displaying the prompt text, a person in the vicinity of the vehicle can be notified, and the display 23 in fig. 2 may display a temporary parking number.
In some embodiments, the method further comprises:
and under the condition that the preset display condition is not met, outputting an alarm signal.
Here, the alarm signal includes, but is not limited to, a text alarm signal, an audible alarm signal, a light alarm signal, and the like. Specifically, the text alarm signal may be sent to the vehicle owner in the form of a mail, a short message, or a multimedia message.
According to the embodiment of the disclosure, the condition that the environment where the vehicle is located is unsafe can be timely notified to the owner of the vehicle through the output of the alarm signal.
For ease of understanding, the following describes the detailed implementation of the embodiments of the present disclosure in two specific examples with reference to fig. 3 and 4.
As shown in fig. 3, in the case where the vehicle power is ON, the provisional parking setting may be performed using the HMI, for example, a telephone number as a provisional parking number is manually input ON the HMI. Next, the HMI may transmit the setting information to the temporary parking controller through the CAN, and the temporary parking controller may write the setting information to the memory.
Thereafter, in the case where the vehicle power is OFF, the temporary stop controller may activate the ranging sensor to detect whether a person is present near the vehicle through the ranging sensor; under the condition that someone is available and the preset display condition is met, the temporary parking controller controls the LED display screen to display (namely displaying the temporary parking number). In addition, whether the vehicle is in one of an ACC state, an ON state and a Crank state can be judged, and if yes, the temporary parking controller controls the LED display screen to stop displaying.
As shown in fig. 4, the driver may perform vehicle locking through the PEPS, at this time, the temporary parking controller may control the distance measuring sensor to operate, and the LED display screen may display six words of "temporary parking number".
