Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of packaging materials, in particular to an antibacterial easy-to-tear moisture absorption type PE film, a preparation method and a packaging structure.
Background
The application of the packaging material is wider and wider, and the use amount is larger and larger. Packaging materials involved in the food industry or the medical apparatus industry, such as packaging bags for food, cannulas for medical apparatus, connecting tubes, catheters for internal body, can cause food contamination or medical apparatus contamination and cause great safety and health hazards if the packaging materials are infected with bacteria during storage or use. In addition, when opening a food packaging bag or a packaging material for medical instruments, fragments, chips, etc. are generated by tearing the packaging material, which also involves safety or hygiene problems. In addition, the packaging material needs to be protected from moisture during storage to affect the shelf life during use.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to overcome the defects of the prior art, the invention provides the antibacterial easy-to-tear moisture absorption type PE film which has good mechanical strength, easy opening, moisture absorption, moisture prevention and antibacterial properties.
In order to achieve the above object, the present invention is achieved by the following technical solutions.
The invention provides an antibacterial easy-uncovering moisture absorption type PE film, which comprises the following components in sequence from outside to inside:
the outer layer is used for printing or compounding, and the raw materials comprise the following components in percentage by weight: 1 of low density polyethylene, linear low density polyethylene;
the moisture absorption layer is made of moisture absorption master batches;
the antibacterial easy-uncovering layer comprises the following raw materials of antibacterial master batch, an opening agent and a mixture of 1: 1-3: 3-7 easy-to-tear particles, linear low density polyethylene and low density polyethylene; wherein the release particles are incompatible with linear low density polyethylene and low density polyethylene; the addition amount of the antibacterial master batch and the addition amount of the opening agent are respectively 1-5% and 1-3% of the total weight of the raw materials of the antibacterial easy-uncovering layer.
Preferably, the moisture absorption master batch comprises a moisture absorbent and a weight ratio of 5: 1 to 3 of low density polyethylene, linear low density polyethylene; the moisture absorbent accounts for 20-50% of the total weight of the moisture absorbent master batch.
Preferably, the moisture absorbent is a zeolite molecular sieve moisture absorbent; the linear low-density polyethylene of the moisture-absorbing master batch is metallocene linear low-density polyethylene.
Preferably, the antibacterial master batch comprises the following components in a weight ratio of 2.5-5: 12: 5, low density polyethylene, linear low density polyethylene.
Preferably, the antibacterial agent is a modified nano ZnO inorganic antibacterial agent; the easy-uncovering particles are PB-1 particles.
Preferably, the outer layer also comprises a fluorine-containing processing aid with the weight content of 0.27-0.33%;
and/or the antibacterial easy-uncovering layer also comprises a fluorine-containing processing aid with the weight content of 0.27-0.33%.
Preferably, the thickness of the outer layer is 10-20 μm; the thickness of the moisture absorption layer is 20-60 mu m; the thickness of the antibacterial easy-uncovering layer is 15-30 mu m.
Preferably, the method comprises the following steps: and adding the raw materials of the outer layer, the moisture absorption layer and the antibacterial easy-uncovering layer into corresponding charging barrels of a three-layer co-extrusion film blowing machine respectively according to a ratio, and performing three-layer co-extrusion blow molding to obtain the antibacterial easy-uncovering moisture absorption type PE film.
Preferably, the method further comprises the steps of:
uniformly mixing a moisture absorbent, low-density polyethylene and linear low-density polyethylene according to a ratio, and then blending, extruding and granulating to obtain moisture-absorbing master batches;
the antibacterial agent, the low-density polyethylene and the linear low-density polyethylene are uniformly mixed according to the proportion and then are blended, extruded and granulated to obtain the antibacterial master batch.
A third object of the present invention is to provide an antibacterial easy-to-tear moisture absorption packaging structure, comprising the antibacterial easy-to-tear moisture absorption PE film as described above.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that:
the invention provides an antibacterial easy-to-tear-off moisture absorption type PE film which sequentially comprises an outer layer, a moisture absorption layer and an antibacterial easy-to-tear-off layer from outside to inside. The moisture absorption layer as the middle layer is made of moisture absorption master batches to provide moisture-proof and moisture-absorption functions, meet the requirement on sensitivity to water vapor and prolong the shelf life of contents. The easy-to-tear particles are added in the antibacterial easy-to-tear layer serving as the inner layer, and the incompatibility of the easy-to-tear particles and the low-density polyethylene and the linear low-density polyethylene in the antibacterial easy-to-tear layer is utilized, so that the sealing is easy to tear while the heat-seal sealing performance of the antibacterial easy-to-tear layer is good, the interface is uniform and clean without the phenomenon of thread lifting when the sealing is torn, and no scraps are produced. In addition, the antibacterial easy-uncovering layer is added with antibacterial particles, so that the antibacterial easy-uncovering layer has antibacterial performance, and can improve the hygienic safety of contents and prevent the contents from being infected by virus and bacteria for packaging medicines or foods.
