1) Unreeling: mounting a roll of 10mm wide composite tape with the structure of AL9/PET 12/hot melt adhesive on a unreeling roller, and then drawing out the composite tape;
2) Guiding: leading the drawn composite belt to pass through a guide wheel with the width of a material groove being 10.3mm and the depth of the material groove being 9mm, and carrying out limiting guide;
3) Folding: respectively folding the composite belt drawn in the step 2) by a glue surface at 1/2 position of the width of the composite belt through a concave guide wheel with an angle of 80 degrees V, a concave guide wheel with an angle of 45 degrees V and a concave guide wheel with an angle of 15 degrees V, wherein the V angles of the concave guide wheels are included angles at the bottom of the guide wheels, the height of a concave step on the inner wall is 2-4 mm, and the bottom of each included angle is a circular arc groove with the diameter of 7-11 mm;
4) Winding: and (4) rolling the composite belt folded in the step 3).
The folded composite tapes prepared in examples 1-6 and comparative examples 1-3 were subjected to performance testing, as shown in table 1.

As can be seen from table 1, in examples 1 to 6, folding of the composite tape is achieved by the angle gradient design of the V-shaped guide wheel, the side edges of the composite tape are covered with the aluminum foil to form a shielding closure, and there are no problems of edge rubbing, serious deviation of the folding position, turning up of the folding position, and the like, which is helpful for improving the comprehensive performance of the cable.
In the comparative example 1, the concave guide wheel is not provided with the concave step, and the width of the guide wheel is lower than the range of the invention, so that the limiting and guiding effects on the composite belt are weaker, the folding position offset of the obtained folded composite belt is larger, and the quality is unstable; in the comparative example 2, the bottom of the V-shaped angle of the guide wheel is not provided with an arc groove, the composite belt is dragged and rubbed, and the obtained folded composite belt has the problem of edge scraping; in the comparative example 3, a pressing process with certain temperature and pressure is not set, and the folded parts of the obtained folded composite tape cannot be bonded together, so that the problem of flanging is caused, and the shielding effect is further influenced.

Claims (5)

1. A method of making a folded composite tape, the method comprising:
(1) Unreeling: mounting the composite belt on a unwinding roller, and then drawing out the composite belt;
the surface of the composite tape is coated with hot melt adhesive;
(2) Guiding: the drawn composite belt passes through a guide wheel to carry out limiting and guiding;
the guide wheel is an I-shaped guide wheel; the end face of the guide wheel is provided with a trough in a penetrating manner, and the guide wheel corresponds to each composite belt one by one; the groove width of the guide wheel material groove is 1.01 to 1.05 times of the width of the composite belt; the groove depth of the guide wheel material groove is 175 to 350 times of the thickness of the composite tape;
(3) Folding: folding the composite belt drawn in the step (2) through a V-shaped guide wheel;
the number of the V-shaped guide wheels is more than two;
the V-shaped guide wheels are arranged in a descending order of the V-shaped angle;
the V-shaped guide wheel is one or two combination of a V-shaped concave wheel and a V-shaped cam;
when the V-shaped guide wheel is a V-shaped concave wheel, a concave step is arranged on the inner wall, the height of the concave step is 2 to 4mm, the included angle of the concave steps on the two side walls is 15 to 80 degrees, and a circular arc groove with the diameter of 7 to 11mm is formed at the bottom of the included angle;
when the V-shaped guide wheel is a V-shaped cam, an included angle of the top of the V-shaped cam is 10 to 130 degrees, the top of the included angle is a convex arc with the diameter of 1 to 5mm, a concave step is arranged between the bottom of the V-shaped convex wall and the part of the non-V-shaped convex wall, the height of the concave step is 3 to 5mm, and a concave arc groove with the diameter of 8 to 10mm is arranged at the bottom of the concave step;
(4) And (3) laminating: pressing the composite belt obtained in the step (3) through a pressing wheel;
folding the adhesive surface and the adhesive surface of the composite tape coated with the hot melt adhesive, and pressing at 100-110 ℃ and 0.3-0.5 MPa to form a folded composite tape with two folded surfaces bonded together;
(5) Winding: and rolling the folded and pressed composite belt.
2. The method according to claim 1, wherein the composite tape in step (1) is formed by compounding a metal and a film;
the metal is one or two combinations of aluminum foil and copper foil;
the film is at least one of PET, PP, PE, PVC, EVA, EAA, PA, PS, PVA, aluminized film or coppered film.
3. The method as claimed in claim 1, wherein the V-shaped guide wheel in step (2) is a rubber-coated guide wheel, and the plastic coated on the guide wheel is at least one of nylon, polyurethane or polyoxymethylene.
4. The method of claim 1, wherein the step (2) to the step (4) are repeated in sequence for the composite tape having double-side folding or multiple folding positions, thereby obtaining the desired folded composite tape.
5. A composite tape obtained by the production method according to any one of claims 1 to 4.
