Abstract
The invention relates to the technical field of melamine decorative paper treatment, in particular to a melamine decorative paper hot-pressing veneering method and application thereof. A method for hot-pressing veneering of melamine decorative paper comprises the following steps: a. softening pretreatment is carried out on the melamine decorative paper; b. the softened melamine decorative paper wraps the embryonic strips; c. placing the blank strip wrapped with the melamine decorative paper in a heated mould for forming; d. taking out the embryonic strips and standing for more than 5min at room temperature to obtain finished products. The method for hot-pressing veneering of the melamine decorative paper solves the production difficulties that the melamine decorative paper which is fragile and easy to crack at normal temperature is easy to break, overlap and damage in the process of special-shaped bending and hot pressing, and continuous hot-pressing covering and pasting at the parting surface position of a mould cannot be realized.

Background
The melamine decorative paper is melamine impregnated paper, melamine coated paper (paper, sheet/coiled material and the like), and melamine composite paper (paper, sheet/coiled material and the like), and when the decoration veneering is carried out, a subsequent paint process is not needed, the surface printing pattern is natural, attractive and free of defects, the surface veneering has the advantages of water resistance, scratch resistance, wear resistance, cigarette end burning resistance, flame retardance and the like, and the development requirements of national environmental protection are met, but the melamine decorative paper is fragile and difficult to bend, and the blank is difficult to wrap and cover.
The conventional method is to bush a profiling stainless steel die sleeve on the peripheries of a billet and decorative paper, although the method solves the defects of fracture, dislocation, stacking and the like, the outer side of the stainless steel die sleeve rubs with a die for a long time, so that the inner cavity of the die is lost and deformed. In addition, surface scratches and plate defects of the stainless steel sheet are also reflected on the surface of the finished product.
The cyanamide decorative paper is easy to break, overlap and damage in the process of special-shaped bending hot pressing, and the production difficulties that the mould parting surface can not be continuously hot pressed and covered are solved.

c. placing the blank strip wrapped with the melamine decorative paper in a heated mould for forming;
d. taking out the embryonic strips and standing for more than 5min at room temperature to obtain finished products;
the specific method of the step b is as follows: placing a soft gasket on a workbench surface, placing softened melamine decorative paper on the soft gasket, covering a blank strip on the melamine decorative paper, bending the soft gasket, then enabling the melamine decorative paper to wrap the blank strip, and drawing the blank strip along the direction of the workbench far away from the bending part of the melamine decorative paper, so that the melamine decorative paper is tightly attached to the surface of the blank strip, wherein the drawing time lasts for 2-60 s.

6. The method for hot pressing veneering of melamine decorative paper according to claim 1, wherein in step b, when bars of different shapes are drawn, pressing blocks of corresponding shapes are adopted to press above the bars, and the applied pressure is 0-50 kg/cm.
