Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of production of mould pressing wood parts. In particular to a production process of melamine impregnated wear-resistant paper for coating a mould pressing wooden piece blank.
Background
The moulded wooden parts are wooden workpieces which are solidified and formed in a mould under the action of pressure and heat by taking wood powder (mainly lignin and/or cellulose components) with proper granularity as a filling material and a thermosetting material as a binder. The die-pressed wood piece is widely applied to the fields of furniture, buildings, machinery and the like, and can often obtain the effect of imitating raw wood.
The existing production process of the molded wooden piece generally comprises the steps of mixing wood powder and a binder at room temperature to obtain a molded material, filling the molded material into a mold, and pressurizing and heating to obtain a molded wooden piece blank.
In order to optimize the mechanical and physical properties and appearance such as smooth color of the molded wooden parts, the molded wooden parts are usually coated or sprayed.
Cladding of molded wood piece blanks is also accomplished on a molding press using a thermoset of material. The more common coating materials are wood flakes or printed wood grain paper, but these coating materials usually require an additional spraying operation, such as spraying paint. The melamine impregnated wear-resistant paper is also used as a coating material of the mould pressing wooden piece, and the mould pressing wooden piece coated by the melamine impregnated wear-resistant paper has the advantages of smoothness, wear resistance, heat resistance, flame retardance, no need of spraying and the like. However, because the commercially available melamine impregnated wear-resistant paper is a thin sheet which is brittle and easy to break, and is limited by the production process of the coating, the melamine impregnated wear-resistant paper is only used for a plane coating, such as a floor and a furniture table.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide an improved production process of a melamine-dipped wear-resistant paper for a covering layer of a molded wooden piece, so that the melamine-dipped wear-resistant paper is coated on a curved surface of a molded wooden piece blank.
The technical scheme of the invention is as follows: through experimental observation, the following results are obtained: in the process that the temperature of melamine impregnated wear-resistant paper of a part of varieties is increased from room temperature to the thermosetting process temperature (150-200 ℃), a temperature interval in which the melamine impregnated wear-resistant paper gradually tends to be softened along with the increase of the temperature is arranged below the thermosetting temperature. A name is given to melamine impregnated wear resistant paper having this property: the melamine dipped wear-resistant paper is gradually softened at low heat and solidified at high heat.
Possible reasons why melamine impregnated wear resistant papers that soften on low heat and cure on high heat exhibit this property are: the paper used for impregnation (possibly also a nonwoven) contains thermoplastic fibres.
The melamine dipped wear-resistant paper which is gradually softened at low heat and solidified at high heat is adopted, in a mould press which is arranged in a way that a mould is opened and closed at the upper part and the lower part of the mould (the same as the prior art), the method comprises the steps of placing a molded wood piece blank into a lower mold cavity, covering the molded wood piece blank with low-heat gradually-softened and high-heat-cured melamine impregnated wear-resistant paper, (preferably, a layer of wood slice or a pattern layer of wood grain paper can be added between the molded wood piece blank and the low-heat gradually-softened and high-heat-cured melamine impregnated wear-resistant paper, so that the mechanical and physical properties of the molded wood piece can be optimized, and the appearance of the molded wood piece product can be beautified), firstly baking and heating the low-heat gradually-softened and high-heat-cured melamine impregnated wear-resistant paper until the melamine impregnated wear-resistant paper is softened, then closing the mold and heating under pressure, so that the low-heat gradually-softened and high-heat-cured melamine impregnated wear-resistant paper is attached to the upper surface of the molded wood piece blank, and curing.
Namely: an improved production process of melamine impregnated wear-resistant paper for a mould pressing wood piece coating comprises the steps of coating the surface of a layer to be coated of a mould pressing wood piece blank by using the melamine impregnated wear-resistant paper in a mould, closing the mould, pressurizing and heating to ensure that the melamine impregnated wear-resistant paper is attached to the surface of the mould pressing wood piece blank and curing; the method is characterized in that: the method comprises the steps of adopting low-heat gradually-softened and high-heat-cured melamine impregnated wear-resistant paper, placing a mould pressing wood piece blank into a lower mould cavity in a mould pressing machine which is arranged by vertically opening and closing a mould, covering the mould pressing wood piece blank with the low-heat gradually-softened and high-heat-cured melamine impregnated wear-resistant paper, firstly baking and heating the low-heat gradually-softened and high-heat-cured melamine impregnated wear-resistant paper until the melamine impregnated wear-resistant paper is softened, then closing the mould and heating under pressure, and enabling the low-heat gradually-softened and high-heat-cured melamine impregnated wear-resistant paper to be attached to the upper surface of the mould pressing wood piece blank and be cured.
The invention has the beneficial effects that: obviously, the process of the invention can coat the melamine impregnated wear-resistant paper on the curved surface of the molded wooden piece blank. On one hand, the product field of the process and the application of the excellent coating material is popularized, and on the other hand, the product quality of a plurality of curved surface products is optimized. Thinking will know that: although some words are said, the method has huge economic and environmental benefits.

Detailed Description
The following detailed description of the invention refers to the accompanying drawings and examples. These examples are only for illustrating the present invention and should not be construed as limiting the scope of the present invention.
An improved production process of melamine impregnated wear-resistant paper for a mould pressing wood piece coating comprises the steps of coating the surface of a layer to be coated of a mould pressing wood piece blank by using the melamine impregnated wear-resistant paper in a mould, closing the mould, pressurizing and heating to ensure that the melamine impregnated wear-resistant paper is attached to the surface of the mould pressing wood piece blank and curing; the method is characterized in that: the method comprises the steps of adopting low-heat gradually-softened and high-heat-cured melamine impregnated wear-resistant paper, placing a mould pressing wood piece blank into a lower mould cavity in a mould pressing machine which is arranged by vertically opening and closing a mould, covering the mould pressing wood piece blank with the low-heat gradually-softened and high-heat-cured melamine impregnated wear-resistant paper, firstly baking and heating the low-heat gradually-softened and high-heat-cured melamine impregnated wear-resistant paper until the melamine impregnated wear-resistant paper is softened, then closing the mould and heating under pressure, and enabling the low-heat gradually-softened and high-heat-cured melamine impregnated wear-resistant paper to be attached to the upper surface of the mould pressing wood piece blank and be cured.
Further, in the improved process for producing the melamine impregnated wear-resistant paper for the covering layer of the molded wooden piece, as described above, a pattern layer (such as a wood sheet or wood grain paper) is added between the molded wooden piece blank and the low-heat softened and high-heat cured melamine impregnated wear-resistant paper. Therefore, the mechanical and physical properties of the molded wooden piece can be optimized, and the appearance of the molded wooden piece product can be beautified.
The melamine impregnated wear-resistant paper which is gradually softened at low heat and cured at high heat can be baked and heated by adopting a baking and heating device (such as an infrared lamp tube) additionally arranged on a molding press; or stopping in the middle of closing the die, and transmitting the heat of the upper die to the melamine dipped wear-resistant paper which is softened gradually by low heat and solidified by high heat through radiation so as to soften the melamine dipped wear-resistant paper.
