In summary, the device for polishing the U-rib disclosed by the invention can adjust the polishing end face of the polishing head to be parallel to the region to be polished of the web of the U-rib by adjusting the inclination angle of the polishing frame 207, so as to automatically polish the inclined faces of the web ends at two sides of the U-rib. Meanwhile, one of the two polishing heads is fixed, and the other polishing head is movable, so that the polishing distance between the two polishing heads can be adjusted by adjusting the movable head 2082, and the U-rib web thickness polishing device is suitable for polishing the thickness change of different U-rib webs. The whole structure is reasonable in design and compact in structure, automatic and intelligent work can be achieved, the production efficiency of the steel box girder is greatly improved, and meanwhile, the labor cost is saved.

1. A device for polishing a U rib is used for polishing the fixedly placed U rib and is characterized by comprising a driving device, a rack, a traveling track and a polishing part;
the walking tracks are arranged along the length direction of the U ribs;
the rack is connected with the walking track in a matching way and driven by the driving device to walk along the walking track;
the polishing part comprises a polishing component and an angle adjusting component;
the grinding assembly is used for grinding the web plate edge part of the U rib;
the polishing assembly can change the polishing angle under the adjustment of the angle adjusting assembly so as to adjust the polishing end face of the polishing assembly to be adapted to the surface to be polished of the U-rib web.
2. An apparatus for grinding a U-rib according to claim 1 wherein said grinding assembly includes a grinding carriage and two oppositely disposed first grinding heads;
the polishing frame is rotatably connected to the polishing seat through a rotating shaft, and the axial direction of the rotating shaft is parallel to the length direction of the U rib;
the two first grinding heads are arranged on the grinding frame, and the inner surface and the outer surface of a web plate on one side of the U rib can be simultaneously ground through the two first grinding heads;
the angle adjusting component is arranged between the polishing seat and the polishing frame.
3. An apparatus as claimed in claim 1, wherein the grinding section further comprises a grinding base, a first guide rail and a traverse adjustment assembly;
the first guide rail is fixedly arranged on the rack, and the length direction of the first guide rail and the length direction of the U rib to be polished are staggered;
the grinding part is movably connected to the rack through the first guide rail and can move along the first guide rail;
the polishing assembly and the angle adjusting assembly are both arranged on the polishing seat;
the polishing seat is matched and movably connected with the first guide rail;
the transverse moving adjusting component is fixedly arranged on the rack and is connected with the polishing seat in a transmission way.
4. An apparatus as claimed in claim 2, wherein the traverse adjustment assembly comprises a first lead screw, a first nut, a handle and a bearing block;
the first nut is fixedly arranged on the polishing seat;
the bearing block is fixedly arranged on the frame;
the first lead screw is connected with the first nut in a matched manner through the bearing seat;
the handle is mounted at the end part of the first lead screw;
and the handle is rotated to drive the grinding seat to move along the first guide rail.
5. An apparatus for sanding a U-rib as in claim 2, wherein the sanding assembly further includes a second rail and a telescoping mechanism;
the second guide rail is fixedly arranged on the grinding frame;
at least one of the two first polishing heads is a movable head, a movable head seat is arranged on the lower side of the movable head, and the movable head seat is connected to the second guide rail in a sliding manner;
one end of the telescopic mechanism is fixed on the polishing frame, the other end of the telescopic mechanism is fixed on the movable head seat, and the movable head seat can be driven to move along the second guide rail through the telescopic mechanism, so that the distance between the two first polishing heads is adjusted.
6. A device for grinding a U-shaped rib as claimed in claim 5, wherein the telescopic mechanism is a cylinder or an electric push rod.
7. An apparatus for grinding a U-rib according to claim 5, wherein said first grinding head is one or a combination of two of a grinding wheel, a grinding wheel, a wire wheel and a thousand impeller.
8. An apparatus for grinding a U-rib according to claim 7, wherein each of said two first grinding heads is independently driven by a pair of timing pulleys and a first motor, both of said two first grinding heads being disposed above said timing pulleys and said first motor.
9. An apparatus for grinding a U-rib according to claim 5, wherein said first grinding head is one or a combination of two of a laser nozzle and a blast head.
10. An apparatus for grinding a U-rib according to claim 5 wherein the grinding assembly further comprises two second grinding heads;
the two second polishing heads are oppositely arranged and arranged on the feeding side or the discharging side of the two first polishing heads;
the first polishing head is one or the combination of two of a grinding wheel, a grinding belt wheel, a steel wire wheel and a thousand impellers, and the second polishing head is one or the combination of two of a laser nozzle and a sand blasting head.
11. An apparatus for grinding a U-rib according to claim 5 wherein the grinding assembly further comprises two second grinding heads;
the two second polishing heads are oppositely arranged and arranged on the feeding side or the discharging side of the two first polishing heads;
the first polishing head is one or the combination of two of a laser nozzle and a sand blasting head, and the second polishing head is one or the combination of two of a grinding wheel, a grinding belt wheel, a steel wire wheel and a thousand impeller.
12. A device for sanding a U-rib as defined in claim 4, wherein the sanding assembly further includes a dust cage and a dust extraction system, the dust cage being located outside the first sanding head and being in communication with the dust extraction system via a conduit.
13. An apparatus for sanding a U-rib as defined in claim 4, wherein the sanding assembly further includes an access detection element;
the in-out detection element is arranged on the polishing frame and used for detecting the U rib.
14. An apparatus for grinding a U-rib as claimed in claim 4, wherein said angle adjusting assembly comprises a second lead screw, a second nut and a second motor;
the second lead screw is in transmission connection with the second motor, and both the second lead screw and the second motor are arranged on the polishing seat;
the second nut is fixedly arranged on the polishing frame;
the second lead screw is connected with the second nut in a matched mode.
15. A device for grinding a U-shaped rib as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein the grinding parts are two and are arranged side by side and oppositely along the length direction of the U-shaped rib, and the two grinding parts are respectively used for grinding two webs of the U-shaped rib.
16. An apparatus as claimed in claim 15, wherein both of the grinding sections are movably connected to the same frame by a set of the first guide rails.
17. A device for grinding a U-rib as claimed in claim 1, further comprising two supports for mounting the U-rib, the two U-rib supports being fixed to both sides of the frame, respectively.
