step S1: mounting the plate-shaped workpiece on a chuck of a lathe, and turning a first plate surface of the plate-shaped workpiece to form a reference surface;
step S2: and (3) detaching the plate-shaped workpiece after the preliminary machining from the chuck, mounting the plate-shaped workpiece on a lathe fixture, and mounting the integral structure formed by the lathe fixture and the plate-shaped workpiece on the chuck. The datum plane is arranged towards the lathe fixture, and a preset gap is formed between the datum plane and the lathe fixture;
step S3: and the driving chuck drives the plate-shaped workpiece and the lathe fixture to rotate so as to detect the circular runout of the datum plane, and when the circular runout reaches a preset value B, the second plate surface of the plate-shaped workpiece is turned. Wherein, the first face sets up with the second face is relative.
By using the technical scheme of the embodiment, the first plate surface is formed by turning the turning tool at one time, and the second plate surface is processed by taking the turned first plate surface as a reference surface, so that the second plate surface can meet the requirement on flatness by the aid of the processing mode, the problem that the plate surface processing precision of the plate-shaped workpiece with a large size in the prior art is low is solved, and the processing quality and the processing precision of the plate-shaped workpiece are improved.
As shown in fig. 2 and 3, the lathe jig includes a jig body 10, and a plurality of strip-shaped holes 20 are provided at intervals in the circumferential direction on the jig body 10, each strip-shaped hole 20 extending in the radial direction of the jig body 10 to bisect the jig body 10. The method for mounting the plate-shaped workpiece 40 on the lathe jig includes:
step S21: placing a cushion block between the plate-shaped workpiece and the lathe fixture so as to form a preset gap between the lathe fixture and the plate-shaped workpiece 40;
step S22: one end of the fastener penetrates through the plate-shaped workpiece, the cushion block and the strip-shaped hole, and the fastener is locked by using a locking nut.
Specifically, by arranging a plurality of strip-shaped holes 20 on the clamp body 10 at intervals in the circumferential direction, the plate-shaped workpiece 40 can be assembled to the clamp body 10 through the strip-shaped holes 20, and then the clamp body 10 and the plate-shaped workpiece 40 are assembled to the chuck, and the plate-shaped workpiece 40 is positioned by using the clamp body 10, the concentricity and the flatness of the plate-shaped workpiece 40 can be ensured, and the machining accuracy is further ensured. Meanwhile, the arrangement ensures that the dial indicator for detecting the circular runout of the reference surface can be contacted with the reference surface for detection, so that the staff can conveniently detect the circular runout of the reference surface; on the other hand, the plate-shaped workpiece, the cushion block and the clamp body 10 are easier and simpler to disassemble and assemble, and the disassembling and assembling difficulty is reduced.

Optionally, in step S3, the preset value B is greater than or equal to 0.015 and less than or equal to 0.03. Therefore, the arrangement ensures that the turning processing of the second plate surface meets the flatness requirement on one hand, and improves the processing quality of the plate-shaped workpiece; on the other hand, the processing difficulty of workers is reduced.
In the present embodiment, the preset value B is 0.02. It should be noted that the selected value of the preset value B is not limited thereto, and may be adjusted according to the working condition. Optionally, preset value B is 0.018, or 0.025, or 0.028.
In the present embodiment, the method of remounting the integrated structure formed by the lathe jig and the plate-like workpiece on the chuck includes:
the outer peripheral surface of the lathe jig is clamped by a chuck so that the plate-like workpiece is positioned on the side of the lathe jig away from the chuck.
Particularly, the installation mode makes the disassembly and assembly of the whole structure and the chuck easier and simpler on one hand, and reduces the disassembly and assembly difficulty; on the other hand, the outer peripheral surface and the inner hole of the plate-shaped workpiece are convenient for the working personnel to process, the processing difficulty is reduced, and further the labor intensity of the working personnel is reduced.
