The motion module controls the motion stroke and direction of the motor assembly 21, the operation of the stroke switch 26 and the opening and closing of the solenoid valve 34 based on the received external signal or preset parameters, thereby guiding the pipetting and injection of the liquid dispensing module. One end of the motor screw rod 213 penetrates through the motor and the encoder and is fixed on the motor screw rod mounting seat 43, and the other end of the motor screw rod 213 is elastically connected to the motor screw rod supporting frame 44, so that the stability of the motor assembly in the movement process is ensured.
The stroke switch 26 is mounted on the base 41 through contact with the stroke switch plunger 25 to control the start and end positions of the motion module, which is mainly used to precisely control the stroke of the piston rod of the high precision syringe 33 by cyclic reciprocation. Thereby realizing the control of the nanoliter level of the liquid injection volume.

In the embodiment, the electromagnetic valves, the high-precision injector and the liquid outlet assemblies are arranged in one-to-one correspondence, preferably, the electromagnetic valves are high-sensitivity two-position three-way electromagnetic valves, one end of the high-precision injector is connected with the liquid distributor, and the piston rod at the other end of the high-precision injector is arranged on the slide block injector mounting seat 23 to convert kinetic energy generated by the motion module 2 into pressure potential energy; the liquid distribution module leads the liquid sucked from the liquid inlet joint assembly 31 to the liquid outlet interface assembly 35 according to actual requirements under the guidance of the motion module 2, so as to inject the liquid onto a specified target body.
As shown in fig. 4, the base module includes a base 41, a base support frame 42, a motor screw support frame 44 and a motor screw mounting seat 43, as shown in fig. 5, wherein a mounting surface between the mounting base 421 of the base support frame 42 and the base 41 has a certain inclination angle α. Due to gravity during operation of the syringe pump apparatus, air inside the syringe pump apparatus may be concentrated to the upper portion of the liquid dispenser or the end portion of the high-precision syringe near the liquid dispenser.
