Abstract

本发明提供了一种植入性趾关节假体,包括:从上至下依次设置的跖骨髓针、跖骨基台、跖关节头、垫块、趾骨基台、趾骨髓针,所述跖骨髓针与跖骨基台一体成型、且所述跖骨髓针竖直设置,所述跖骨基台倾斜设置,使得所述跖骨髓针的轴线与所述跖骨基台的轴线为钝角;所述跖骨基台与所述跖关节头锥配连接,所述跖关节头通过所述垫片与所述趾骨基台连接,所述趾骨基台与所述趾骨髓针一体成型,且所述趾骨基台的轴线与所述趾骨髓针的轴线共线。其优点是:利于骨长入,加速骨结合速率,并减轻重量,有助于髓腔内部的固定。

Description

一种植入性趾关节假体
技术领域
本发明涉及医疗器材技术领域,具体地说是一种植入性趾关节假体。
背景技术
足部由26块骨头构成,分别为跗骨、跖骨和趾骨,跖骨位于足的中部,与趾骨联合形成跖趾关节;而一些关节性病极易引起关节疼痛,如果未及时处理,严重会导致瘫痪,而趾关节假体是应用于趾关节置换术中的用来代替人体病患趾关节部位的外科植入物。
当人体的趾关节因遭遇肿瘤或者粉碎性骨折等情况需要修复时,往往容易造成趾关节的严重骨缺损,严重的骨缺损不仅使趾关节的截骨的位置力的承载能力变差,还容易导致趾关节处的肌肉的附着点缺损或关节囊损坏等问题,虽然现有技术中由关于趾关节假体,但是仍然存在生长期髓腔内易旋转发生松动、塑胶材质植入性能和固定性较差的问题。
发明内容
本发明提供一种植入性趾关节假体,目的是至少克服上述一种技术缺陷,使得假体植入稳定,且实现快速安装,效率高。
为了实现上述发明目的,本发明提供了如下技术方案:
一种植入性趾关节假体,包括从上至下依次设置的跖骨髓针、跖骨基台、跖关节头、垫片、趾骨基台、趾骨髓针,所述跖骨髓针与跖骨基台一体成型、且所述跖骨髓针竖直设置,所述跖骨基台倾斜设置,使得所述跖骨髓针的轴线与所述跖骨基台的轴线为钝角;所述跖骨基台与所述跖关节头锥配连接,所述跖关节头通过所述垫片与所述趾骨基台连接,所述趾骨基台与所述趾骨髓针一体成型,且所述趾骨基台的轴线与所述趾骨髓针的轴线共线。
进一步地,所述跖骨髓针为圆锥状、且其上端横截面小于下端横截面。
更进一步地,所述跖骨髓针的外表面与其轴线的夹角为5°。
更进一步地,所述跖骨髓针和所述趾骨髓针的外表面上均设有沿其各自轴线对称的两条棱。
进一步地,所述跖骨基台外表面设有纹路结构以及与所述纹路结构连接的凹槽,且所述跖骨基台上设置有所述纹路结构的一端与所述跖骨髓针连接,所述凹槽位于靠近所述跖关节头的一端。
进一步地,所述跖骨基台下部的中间设置有一号榫头,所述跖关节头上部的中间设有与所述一号榫头适配的一号卯眼。
进一步地,所述跖关节头为半圆形结构,且其圆弧面与所述垫块上的弧形内凹面抵接。
进一步地,所述垫块的下部设有二号榫头,所述趾骨基台上部的中间设有与所述二号榫头适配的二号卯眼。
进一步地,所述跖骨髓针的长度为15-50mm。
本发明的一种植入性趾关节假体,其优点是:
1、跖骨髓针和趾骨髓针均采用骨小梁结构,由Ti6Al4V粉末增材制造而成,利于骨长入,加速骨结合速率,并减轻重量;
2、跖骨基台的轴线与跖骨髓针的轴线夹角为钝角,且在跖骨基台和趾骨基台上纹路结构的设计,能起到很好地固定和骨长入的作用,纹路数量6-12个,具体数量根据CT数据确定;
3、跖骨基台与跖骨关节头之间的连接方式,使其之间留有缝隙以缓冲热胀冷缩带来的不利影响;
4、垫块结构的添加,使得与跖骨头配合可实现一定程度的伸曲;
5、跖骨髓针和趾骨髓针的结构设计方便医生更好更快地将假体植入人体,同时,有助于髓腔内部的固定;
6、跖骨基台的结构设计,以避免假体安装过程中因位置错误而发生的一系列问题。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图对本发明的优选实施例进行说明,应当理解,此处所描述的优选实施例仅用于说明和解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。
为了解决现有技术中假体在生长髓腔内易旋转发生松动,且植入性能差/古固定性差的问题,本发明一种植入性趾关节假体,主要针对趾关节跖骨头坏死和骨关节炎老年性外翻畸形等问题,根据图1所示,其包括从上至下依次设置的跖骨髓针1、跖骨基台2、跖关节头3、垫块4、趾骨基台5、趾骨髓针6,所述跖骨髓针1与跖骨基台2一体成型、且所述跖骨髓针1竖直设置,所述跖骨基台2倾斜设置,使得所述跖骨髓针1的轴线与所述跖骨基台2的轴线为钝角;优选地,所述跖骨髓针1的轴线与所述跖骨基台2的轴线的夹角为95-100度。
所述跖骨基台2与所述跖关节头3锥配连接,所述跖关节头3通过所述垫块4与所述趾骨基台5连接,所述趾骨基台5与所述趾骨髓针6一体成型,且所述趾骨基台5的轴线与所述趾骨髓针6的轴线共线。
在具体实施例中,所述跖骨髓针1、所述趾骨髓针6均采用骨小梁结构,且由Ti6Al4V粉末增材制造而成,厚度为1-1.5mm,有利于骨长入,加快骨结合速率,并减轻重量;所述跖骨髓针1长度优选为15-50mm;
根据图1、图2、图6所示,所述跖骨髓针1为圆锥状、且其上端横截面小于下端横截面;所述跖骨髓针1的外表面与其轴线的夹角为5°,以方便医生更好更快地将假体植入人体。
在具体实施例中,根据图1至图3、图6所示,所述跖骨髓针1和所述趾骨髓针6的外表面上均设有沿其各自轴线对称的两条棱7,有助于髓腔内部的固定。
在具体实施例中,根据图1、图2、图6所示,所述跖骨基台2外表面均设有纹路结构21以及与所述纹路结构21连接的凹槽22,且所述跖骨基台2上设置有所述纹路结构21的一端与所述跖骨髓针1连接,所述凹槽22位于靠近所述跖关节头3的一端、并位于所述跖关节头3轴线一侧,方便更好地确认植入位置,缩短时间成本,提高手术效率,以避免假体安装过程中因位置错误而发生的一系列问题;所述趾骨基台5上设置有所述纹路结构21的一端与所述趾骨髓针6连接,提高植入的稳定性。
所述趾骨基台5的外表面也设置有纹路结构21,且与所述跖骨基台2上的纹路数量均优选为6-12个,具体数量根据CT数据确定。
在具体实施例中,根据图1、图2所示,所述跖骨基台2下部的中间设置有一号榫头23,所述跖关节头3上部的中间设有与所述一号榫头23适配的一号卯眼31;优选地,所述一号卯眼31的深度应大于所述一号榫头23的竖向长度,且最小长度大于所述一号榫头23的横向最小长度,从而使跖关节头3与所述跖骨基台2之间留有缝隙缓冲热胀冷缩带来的不利影响;
在具体实施例中,根据图1、图4、图5所示,所述跖关节头3为半圆形结构,且其圆弧面32与所述垫块4上的弧形内凹面41抵接;所述垫块4的下部设有二号榫头42,所述趾骨基台5上部的中间设有与所述二号榫头42适配的二号卯眼51,使得假体与跖骨头配合时可实现一定程度的伸曲;
优选地,所述垫块4由维他命E超高分量聚乙烯(VP)制造,相比于普通的聚乙烯材质具有更好的耐磨性和耐腐蚀性。
本发明是这样实现的:
根据病症情况,切除原有的坏死骨,将所述跖骨髓针1通过所述跖骨基台2与所述跖骨关节头锥配连接,并将跖骨髓针1插入跖骨,另一侧,将所述垫块4通过所述趾骨基台5与所述趾骨髓针6组配,安装固定后进行缝合。
患者恢复2-5个月,骨长入假体后,给患者拍脚趾部位的CT图。将患者脚趾关节镜像,保证长入良好。
显然,本领域的技术人员可以对本发明进行各种改动和变型而不脱离本发明的精神和范围。这样,倘若本发明的这些修改和变型属于本发明权利要求及其等同技术的范围之内,则本发明也意图包含这些改动和变型在内。

Claims (9)

1.一种植入性趾关节假体,其特征在于,包括:从上至下依次设置的跖骨髓针(1)、跖骨基台(2)、跖关节头(3)、垫块(4)、趾骨基台(5)、趾骨髓针(6),所述跖骨髓针(1)与跖骨基台(2)一体成型、且所述跖骨髓针(1)竖直设置,所述跖骨基台(2)倾斜设置,使得所述跖骨髓针(1)的轴线与所述跖骨基台(2)的轴线为钝角;所述跖骨基台(2)与所述跖关节头(3)锥配连接,所述跖关节头(3)通过所述垫块(4)与所述趾骨基台(5)连接,所述趾骨基台(5)与所述趾骨髓针(6)一体成型,且所述趾骨基台(5)的轴线与所述趾骨髓针(6)的轴线共线。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种植入性趾关节假体,其特征在于:所述跖骨髓针(1)为圆锥状、且其上端横截面小于下端横截面。
3.如权利要求2所述的一种植入性趾关节假体,其特征在于:所述跖骨髓针(1)的外表面与其轴线的夹角为5°。
4.如权利要求3所述的一种植入性趾关节假体,其特征在于:所述跖骨髓针(1)和所述趾骨髓针(6)的外表面上均设有沿其各自轴线对称的两条棱(7)。
5.如权利要求1所述的一种植入性趾关节假体,其特征在于:所述跖骨基台(2)的外表面设有纹路结构(21)以及与所述纹路结构(21)连接的凹槽(22),且所述跖骨基台(2)上设置有所述纹路结构(21)的一端与所述跖骨髓针(1)连接,所述凹槽(22)位于靠近所述跖关节头(3)的一端。
6.如权利要求5所述的一种植入性趾关节假体,其特征在于:所述跖骨基台(2)下部的中间设置有一号榫头(23),所述跖关节头(3)上部的中间设有与所述一号榫头(23)适配的一号卯眼(31)。
7.如权利要求6所述的一种植入性趾关节假体,其特征在于:所述跖关节头(3)为半圆形结构,且其圆弧面(32)与所述垫块(4)上的弧形内凹面(41)抵接。
8.如权利要求1所述的一种植入性趾关节假体,其特征在于:所述垫块(4)的下部设有二号榫头(42),所述趾骨基台(5)上部的中间设有与所述二号榫头(42)适配的二号卯眼(51)。
9.如权利要求1所述的一种植入性趾关节假体,其特征在于:所述跖骨髓针(1)的长度为15-50mm。
