Disclosure of Invention
In order to overcome the defects that only medical tools can be stored and cannot be disinfected, ultraviolet disinfection is needed after the disinfectant water is used up, and then the medical tools can be put back into the medical equipment box, the technical problem to be solved is that: provided is a medical instrument box having a sterilization function, which can sterilize a plurality of medical instruments at a time by ultraviolet rays.
The technical proposal is as follows: a medical instrument pod having a sterilization function, comprising: the side wall of the frame body is provided with a disinfection mechanism; the lifting mechanism is arranged in the frame body; the lifting mechanism is provided with a turnover mechanism.
Further, the disinfecting mechanism includes: the side wall of the frame body is symmetrically provided with two bearing seats; the two similar bearing seats are internally provided with the first rotating block in a rotating way; the stop block is arranged between the two first rotating blocks; the first fixing blocks are uniformly arranged on the side walls of the check blocks at intervals; ultraviolet tube all is provided with ultraviolet tube on four first fixed blocks.

Further, the method further comprises the following steps: the second sliding rod is arranged on two sides of the side wall of the frame body at the lower part of the bearing seat in a sliding manner; one end of each of the two second sliding rods is provided with a third fixing rod; the other ends of the two second sliding rods are provided with first conductive blocks; the second elastic pieces are arranged between one side of the middle parts of the two second slide bars and two sides of the side wall of the frame body; and the second conductive blocks are arranged on the side walls of the frame body at the upper parts of the two first conductive blocks.
Further, the method further comprises the following steps: the guide sleeve is symmetrically arranged on the side wall of the frame body far away from the bearing seat; the third sliding rod is arranged in both guide sleeves in a sliding manner; the two opposite sides of the two third sliding rods are provided with the second wedge blocks; the first elastic piece is arranged on one side of the first wedge-shaped block and one side of the first guide sleeve; handles are arranged at the bottoms of the two second wedge blocks; the other side of the stop block is provided with a fifth fixed block; the clamping block is arranged at the bottom of the fifth fixing block and matched with the second wedge-shaped block.

The invention has the beneficial effects that: 1. the frame body is opened through the upward rotation of the sterilizing mechanism, the lifting mechanism is driven to move upward by the upward movement of the lifting mechanism, medical staff can more conveniently place medical instruments needing to be sterilized, the medical instruments needing to be sterilized can be turned over through the turning mechanism, and after the medical instruments are placed, the medical instruments can be sterilized by the opening of the sterilizing mechanism, and the frame body is closed by the downward rotation of the sterilizing mechanism.
2. The baffle block rotates downwards to close the frame body, so that the medical instrument can be thoroughly disinfected in the closed space.
3. The second rotating block can automatically rotate the rotating plate upwards, and manual rotation of medical staff is not needed any more, so that the medical staff can more conveniently place medical instruments needing to be disinfected on the placing frame for disinfection.
4. The stop block rotates upwards to control the ultraviolet lamp tube to be closed, and the stop block rotates downwards to control the ultraviolet lamp tube to be opened so as to disinfect medical equipment placed on the frame.

As shown in fig. 1, a medical instrument box with a disinfection function comprises a frame body 1, a disinfection mechanism 2, a lifting mechanism 3 and a turnover mechanism 4, wherein the disinfection mechanism 2 is arranged on the left side wall of the frame body 1, the lifting mechanism 3 is arranged in the frame body 1, and the turnover mechanism 4 is arranged on the lifting mechanism 3.
When needs disinfect medical instrument, medical personnel open the framework 1 through disinfection mechanism 2, disinfection mechanism 2 upwards rotates and drives elevating system 3 upward movement, elevating system 3 upward movement drives tilting system 4 upward movement, medical personnel upwards overturn tilting system 4 later, medical personnel place medical instrument in tilting system 4, after placing, medical personnel reset tilting system 4 downwards, at this moment medical personnel open disinfection mechanism 2, again with framework 1 closed, disinfection mechanism 2 downwards rotates and drives elevating system 3 downward movement reset, elevating system 3 downward movement reset drives tilting system 4 downward movement, disinfection mechanism 2 disinfects medical instrument in the framework 1. The device has simple structure and is convenient to operate.
Example 2
As shown in fig. 2,3 and 4, based on embodiment 1, the disinfection mechanism 2 includes a bearing seat 21, a first rotating block 22, a stop block 23, a first fixing block 24 and an ultraviolet lamp tube 25, two bearing seats 21 are symmetrically arranged on the left side wall of the frame 1, the first rotating blocks 22 are rotatably arranged in the two adjacent bearing seats 21, the stop block 23 is arranged between the two first rotating blocks 22, four first fixing blocks 24 are uniformly arranged on the side wall of the stop block 23 at intervals, and the ultraviolet lamp tube 25 is arranged on the four first fixing blocks 24.
When the medical instrument needs to be disinfected, medical staff pushes the stop block 23 upwards, the stop block 23 moves upwards to drive the first rotating block 22 to rotate upwards in the bearing seat 21, and then the frame body 1 is enabled to be opened, the stop block 23 rotates upwards to drive the lifting mechanism 3 to move upwards, the lifting mechanism 3 moves upwards to drive the turning mechanism 4 to move upwards, then the medical staff turns over the turning mechanism 4 upwards, the medical staff places the medical instrument in the turning mechanism 4, after the medical staff places the turning mechanism 4 downwards to reset, at the moment, the medical staff opens the ultraviolet lamp tube 25, the stop block 23 is pulled downwards, the stop block 23 moves downwards to drive the first rotating block 22 to rotate downwards in the bearing seat 21, and then the frame body 1 is enabled to be closed, the stop block 23 moves downwards to drive the lifting mechanism 3 to move downwards to reset, the lifting mechanism 3 moves downwards to drive the turning mechanism 4 to move downwards, the device is simple in structure, and the stop block 23 rotates downwards to close the frame body 1 to enable the medical instrument to be disinfected more thoroughly in a closed space.
The lifting mechanism 3 comprises a first straight chute plate 31, a first sliding rod 32, a supporting plate 33, second fixing blocks 34, third fixing blocks 35 and pull ropes 36, wherein two first straight chute plates 31 are arranged on the left side wall in the frame body 1, the first sliding rod 32 is arranged between the two first straight chute plates 31 in a sliding mode, the supporting plate 33 is arranged on the first sliding rod 32, the second fixing blocks 34 are arranged on two sides of the supporting plate 33, the third fixing blocks 35 are arranged on the front side and the rear side of the inner side wall of the stop block 23, and the pull ropes 36 are arranged between the two third fixing blocks 35 and the two second fixing blocks 34.
The dog 23 rotates upwards and drives the backup pad 33 to upwards move through stay cord 36, backup pad 33 upwards moves and drives first slide bar 32 upwards to slide in first straight runner plate 31, backup pad 33 upwards moves and drives tilting mechanism 4 upwards to move, then medical personnel upwards overturn tilting mechanism 4, medical personnel place the medical instrument that needs disinfection in tilting mechanism 4, after placing, medical personnel downwards overturn tilting mechanism 4 and reset, at this moment medical personnel open ultraviolet tube 25, pull dog 23 downwards again, dog 23 downwards moves and drives first turning block 22 to rotate downwards in bearing frame 21, and then make framework 1 close, dog 23 downwards rotates and drives backup pad 33 downwards through stay cord 36, backup pad 33 downwards moves and drives first slide bar 32 downwards to slide in first straight runner plate 31 and reset, backup pad 33 downwards moves and drives tilting mechanism 4 downwards. The device simple structure can upwards remove tilting mechanism 4 for medical personnel more conveniently places the medical instrument that needs disinfection at tilting mechanism 4 and disinfects.
The turnover mechanism 4 comprises fourth fixed blocks 41, second straight-slide groove plates 42, rotating shafts 43, rotating plates 44, placing frames 45, first fixed rods 46 and limiting blocks 47, the fourth fixed blocks 41 are symmetrically arranged on the left supporting plate 33, the second straight-slide groove plates 42 are arranged on the right side walls of the two fourth fixed blocks 41, the rotating shafts 43 are arranged at the other ends of the two second straight-slide groove plates 42 in a rotating mode, the rotating plates 44 are arranged on the rotating shafts 43, the placing frames 45 are arranged on the rotating plates 44, the first fixed rods 46 are arranged on the side walls of the opposite sides of the lower portions of the two fourth fixed blocks 41, and the limiting blocks 47 are arranged on the two first fixed rods 46.
The backup pad 33 upwards moves and drives rotor plate 44 upwards to move, then the medical personnel upwards overturns rotor plate 44, rotor plate 44 upwards rotates on pivot 43, medical personnel places the medical instrument that needs disinfection in placing frame 45, after placing, medical personnel downwards overturns rotor plate 44, rotor plate 44 downwards rotates in pivot 43 and resets, rotor plate 44 contacts with stopper 47, and support rotor plate 44, backup pad 33 downwards moves and drives rotor plate 44 downwards and moves, at this moment medical personnel opens ultraviolet tube 25, again with dog 23 downwardly pulling, make framework 1 close, this device simple structure can place a plurality of medical instruments that need to disinfect.

As shown in fig. 5, 6 and 7, the device further comprises a second rotating block 5, a second fixing rod 6, a sliding block 7, a connecting rod 8, a first elastic piece 9 and a first wedge-shaped block 10, wherein the second rotating block 5 is arranged at the front end and the rear end of the rotating shaft 43, the second fixing rod 6 is arranged at the back side of the two second rotating blocks 5, the sliding block 7 is arranged in the two second straight sliding groove plates 42 in a sliding mode, the connecting rod 8 is arranged at the back side of the two sliding blocks 7 in a rotating mode, the two connecting rods 8 are connected with the two second fixing rods 6 in a rotating mode, the first elastic piece 9 is arranged between one side of the two sliding blocks 7 and one side of the two second straight sliding groove plates 42, and the first wedge-shaped block 10 is arranged at the front side wall and the rear side wall of the frame body 1 at the lower part of the two second fixing blocks 34.

The device has simple structure, can automatically rotate the rotating plate 44 upwards, and does not need the manual rotation of medical staff.

When the medical instrument needs to be disinfected, a medical staff connects the first conductive block 13 with an external power supply, the stop block 23 rotates upwards to be in contact with the third fixed rod 12, the third fixed rod 12 is pressed downwards, the third fixed rod 12 moves downwards to drive the second sliding rod 11 to slide downwards, the second elastic piece 14 is stretched, the second sliding rod 11 slides downwards to drive the first conductive block 13 to be out of contact with the second conductive block 15, the ultraviolet lamp tube 25 is further closed, when the stop block 23 rotates downwards to be out of contact with the third fixed rod 12, the second elastic piece 14 resets to drive the second sliding rod 11 to slide upwards, the second sliding rod 11 slides upwards to drive the first conductive block 13 to be in contact with the second conductive block 15, the ultraviolet lamp tube 25 is further electrified to be opened, and the medical instrument placed on the frame 45 is disinfected. The device has simple structure, the stop block 23 can control the ultraviolet lamp tube 25 to be closed by rotating upwards, and the stop block 23 can control the ultraviolet lamp tube 25 to be opened by rotating downwards, so that the medical apparatus and instruments on the placing frame 45 are disinfected.

When medical equipment needs to be disinfected, medical staff pushes handle 201 back, handle 201 moves back to drive second wedge 18 to move back, second wedge 18 moves back to drive third slide bar 17 to slide back in guide sleeve 16, third elastic piece 19 is compressed, second wedge 18 moves back to not clamp clamping block 203 any more, medical staff unclamps handle 201, third elastic piece 19 resets to drive third slide bar 17 to slide in guide sleeve 16 in opposite directions, third slide bar 17 slides in opposite directions to drive second wedge 18 to move in opposite directions, at this moment medical staff rotates up dog 23 to open frame 1, after medical staff places medical equipment needing to be disinfected, medical staff rotates down dog 23 to close frame 1, when clamping block 203 contacts with the inclined surface of second wedge 18, and squeeze second wedge 18, second wedge 18 moves back to drive third slide bar 17 to slide back in guide sleeve 16, third elastic piece 19 is compressed, when clamping block 203 does not contact with the inclined surface of second wedge 18 any more, third elastic piece 19 resets to drive third slide bar 17 to slide in opposite directions in guide sleeve 16, second wedge 17 moves back to drive third wedge 17 to slide in opposite directions to clamp block 18. The device has a simple structure, and can clamp the clamping block 203, so that the stop block 23 is fixed.
The frame body 1 is made of stainless steel.
