Detailed Description
To make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the embodiments of the present application more clear, the embodiments of the present application will be further described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Referring to fig. 1, a flowchart of a method for playing a call hold tone according to an embodiment of the present application is shown, in which the method for playing a call hold tone can be applied. The playing method of the call holding tone comprises the following steps:
step 101, when a first terminal and a second terminal are in a conversation, the second terminal generates a call hold message, wherein the call hold message is used for indicating whether the second terminal can provide a call hold tone to the first terminal.
The first terminal and the second terminal in this embodiment are SIP (Session Initiation Protocol) UA (User Agent), that is, terminal devices providing a call function, and the first terminal and the second terminal may also undertake functions of generating, sending, and playing a call holding tone.
In this embodiment, a call between the first terminal and the second terminal may be initiated by the first terminal, or may be initiated by the second terminal, which is not limited in this embodiment. Taking the example that the second terminal initiates a call, a user of the second terminal may trigger a phone number of the first terminal in the second terminal, the second terminal generates an invite (invite) signaling and sends the invite signaling to the network device, the network device forwards the invite signaling to the first terminal, the first terminal generates a first reply message (100Trying) and sends the first reply message to the network device, and the network device forwards the first reply message to the second terminal, where the first reply message is used to indicate that the call is being processed; the first terminal generates a second response message (180Ringing), the second response message is forwarded to the second terminal by the network equipment, and the second response message is used for indicating Ringing; when the first terminal connects the call, the first terminal generates a third response message (200OK) and sends the third response message to the network equipment, and the network equipment forwards the third response message to the second terminal, wherein the third response message is used for indicating that the session is successful. The second terminal generates an acknowledgement message (ACK), sends the ACK to the network device, and forwards the ACK to the first terminal by the network device, so that the second terminal and the first terminal enter a conversation state. The Network device may be a Network, i.e., a voice call control center.
When the first terminal communicates with the second terminal, if the second terminal receives a call of the third terminal, the second terminal can hold the call with the first terminal, namely, the communication with the first terminal is suspended and the communication with the third terminal is carried out; subsequently, the call can be held with the third terminal, that is, the call with the third terminal is suspended, and the call with the first terminal is performed.
In this embodiment, a case that the second terminal and the first terminal perform call holding is taken as an example for explanation, the second terminal may first determine whether itself can provide a call holding tone to the first terminal; generating a call hold tone indicating that the second terminal is capable of providing a call hold tone to the first terminal when the second terminal is capable of providing a call hold tone to the first terminal
Providing a call hold message of a call hold tone by the first terminal; when the first terminal cannot be provided with the call hold tone by itself, a call hold message is generated indicating that the second terminal cannot provide the call hold tone to the first terminal. Wherein the call hold message may be re-invite.
Step 102, the second terminal sends a call hold message to the first terminal.
The second terminal sends the call hold message to the network device, which forwards the call hold message to the first terminal.
Step 103, the first terminal receives a call hold message sent by the second terminal.
And 104, the first terminal generates a response message according to whether the first terminal can provide the call holding tone and the call holding message, and sends the response message to the second terminal, wherein the response message is used for indicating a providing source of the call holding tone, and the providing source is the first terminal or the second terminal.
The first terminal may determine whether it can provide a call hold tone, and if it can provide the call hold tone, and it is determined from the call hold message that the second terminal can also provide the call hold tone, the first terminal may generate a response message indicating that the providing source is the first terminal or the second terminal; if the first terminal is not capable of providing the call hold tone by itself and it is determined from the call hold message that the second terminal is capable of providing the call hold tone, the first terminal may generate an answer message indicating that the providing source is the first terminal.
The first terminal sends the response message to the network equipment, and the network equipment forwards the response message to the second terminal.
And 105, the second terminal receives the response message sent by the first terminal.
And step 106, the second terminal determines whether to provide a call holding tone to the first terminal according to the response message.
When the response message indicates that the providing source is the first terminal, the second terminal determines not to provide the call holding tone for the first terminal, and the second terminal side ends the process; when the answer message indicates that the providing source is the second terminal, the second terminal determines to provide a call hold tone to the first terminal.
Step 107, the first terminal obtains a call hold tone from the providing source.
When the providing source is the first terminal, the first terminal generates a call holding tone; when the providing source is the second terminal, the second terminal generates a call holding tone, sends the call holding tone to the network equipment, the network equipment forwards the call holding tone to the first terminal, and the first terminal receives the call holding tone.
Step 108, the first terminal plays a call hold tone during the call hold.
Wherein, the steps 101, 102, and 105, 106 can be implemented separately as the embodiment of the second terminal side, and the steps 103, 104, and 107, 108 can be implemented separately as the embodiment of the first terminal side.
In summary, according to the playing method of the call holding tone provided in the embodiment of the present application, since the call holding message is used to indicate whether the second terminal can provide the call holding tone to the first terminal, the first terminal may determine, according to whether the first terminal can provide the call holding tone and the call holding message, that the providing source of the call holding tone is the first terminal or the second terminal, and then obtain the call holding tone from the providing source for playing, so as to avoid obtaining the call holding tone from the media server, and reduce the service pressure of the media server.
It should be noted that whether the first terminal itself can provide the call hold tone and whether the second terminal can provide the call hold tone to the first terminal can be implemented by configuration, and the following description will be made on a configuration procedure of the first terminal and the second terminal.
When configuring the first terminal, the user may configure, on the terminal configuration page, whether the first terminal itself can provide the call hold tone, and then the first terminal generates the first configuration information according to the operation of the user (i.e., receives the first configuration information), and configures, according to the first configuration information, whether the first terminal itself can provide the call hold tone. Or, the user may configure, on the network management, whether the first terminal itself can provide the call holding tone, and the network management generates the first configuration information according to the operation of the user and sends the first configuration information to the first terminal, and the first terminal receives the first configuration information and configures, according to the first configuration information, whether the first terminal itself can provide the call holding tone.
When configuring the second terminal, the user may configure on the terminal configuration page whether the second terminal is capable of providing the call hold tone to the first terminal, and then the second terminal generates the second configuration information according to the user operation (i.e. receives the second configuration information), and configures whether the second terminal is capable of providing the call hold tone to the first terminal according to the second configuration information. Or, the user may configure, on the network management, whether the second terminal is capable of providing the call holding tone to the first terminal, and the network management generates the second configuration information according to the operation of the user and sends the second configuration information to the second terminal, and the second terminal receives the second configuration information and configures, according to the second configuration information, whether the second terminal is capable of providing the call holding tone to the first terminal.
In this embodiment, the present embodiment may have three implementation manners according to whether the first terminal itself can provide the call hold tone and whether the second terminal can provide the call hold tone to the first terminal, and the three implementation manners are described by the three embodiments below.
Please refer to table one, wherein in the embodiment corresponding to fig. 2, sendonly indicates that the second terminal can provide the call holding tone to the first terminal, and inactive indicates that the providing source is the first terminal; fig. 4 illustrates an embodiment in which sendonly indicates that the second terminal is capable of providing a call holding tone to the first terminal, and a — revevon indicates that the source is the second terminal; in the embodiment corresponding to fig. 6, inactive indicates that the second terminal cannot provide the call holding tone to the first terminal, and a indicates that the source of the call holding tone is the first terminal.
