In order to facilitate the reader to understand the technical solution provided by the embodiment of the present application, in the following, the embodiment of the present application will briefly describe a process of first information interconnection of the cross-terminal information linkage method provided by the embodiment of the present application in a form that a first terminal, a second terminal and a server interact, as shown in fig. 3 and fig. 4:

(6) Under the condition that the second terminal displays the graphic code containing the face identification on the first terminal display interface, the graphic code is scanned, and the second terminal identification is uploaded to a server to instruct the server to store the second terminal identification and the face identification in an associated mode.
(7) And the server receives a second terminal identifier uploaded by the second terminal and stores the second terminal identifier and the face identifier in an associated mode.
Next, in the embodiment of the present application, in a form that the first terminal interacts with the server, a process of synchronizing information from the second terminal to the first terminal by using the cross-terminal information linkage method provided in the embodiment of the present application will be briefly described, as shown in fig. 5 and fig. 6:
(1) And acquiring a face image of the user, and uploading the face image to a server.
(2) Under the condition that a face image uploaded by a first terminal is received, a corresponding face identification is obtained according to the face image, a corresponding second terminal identification is obtained according to the face identification, corresponding service data is found according to the second terminal identification, and the service data is returned to the first terminal.
(3) And receiving notification information returned by the server, wherein the notification information is used for prompting the server to have service data corresponding to a second terminal identifier, and the second terminal identifier corresponds to the face identifier of the face image.
(4) And displaying prompt information on a display interface according to the notification information, wherein the prompt information is used for indicating whether to continue the service corresponding to the service data.
(5) And responding to the confirmation operation of the user on the prompt information, and executing the service.
The process of synchronizing information from a first terminal to a second terminal by using the cross-terminal information linkage method provided in the embodiment of the present application will be briefly described in the form of interaction between the second terminal and a server, and as shown in fig. 7 and 8, the process will be briefly described as follows:
(1) And the second terminal acquires a service operation request and uploads the service operation request and a second terminal identifier to the server.
(2) And under the condition that a second terminal identifier and a service operation request uploaded by a second terminal are received, the server acquires a corresponding face identifier according to the second terminal identifier, searches a corresponding service operation record according to the face identifier, and returns the service operation record to the second terminal.
(3) And receiving notification information returned by the server, wherein the notification information is used for prompting the server to have service data corresponding to a face identifier, and the face identifier corresponds to the second terminal identifier.
(4) And displaying prompt information on a display interface according to the notification information, wherein the prompt information is used for indicating whether to continue the service corresponding to the service data.
(5) And responding to the confirmation operation of the user on the prompt information, and executing the service.
It should be understood that, although the steps in the flowcharts of fig. 2-8 are shown in order as indicated by the arrows, these steps are not necessarily performed in order as indicated by the arrows. The steps are not strictly limited to the order of execution unless explicitly recited herein, and the steps may be executed in other orders. Moreover, at least some of the steps in fig. 2-8 may include multiple steps or stages that are not necessarily performed at the same time, but may be performed at different times, nor does the order in which the steps or stages are performed necessarily performed in sequence, but may be performed alternately or alternately with at least a portion of the steps or stages in other steps or other steps.

the receiving module 904 is further configured to obtain a face identifier returned by the server, where the face identifier is generated according to the face image when a comparison result of the face image and a stored face image is not present;
The cross-terminal information linkage device also comprises an uploading module, wherein the uploading module is used for acquiring a first business operation record of a user on the first terminal and uploading the face identification and the first business operation record to a server so as to instruct the server to store the face identification and the first business operation record in an associated manner;
the receiving module 904 is further configured to receive an association storage result returned by the server, display a graphic code containing the face identifier on the first terminal display interface, where the graphic code is used for being scanned and identified by the second terminal, and upload the second terminal identifier and the face identifier to the server for association storage.
In one embodiment, the cross-terminal information linkage device further comprises an acquisition module, wherein the acquisition module is used for acquiring a face identifier returned by the server, and the face identifier is a face identifier searched under the condition that a comparison result of the face image and a stored face image is present;
the acquisition module is further configured to acquire a second service operation record of the user on the first terminal, upload the face identifier and the second service operation record to a server, so as to instruct the server to store the face identifier and the second service operation record in an associated manner, where the second service operation record is used for providing the second terminal with the face identifier corresponding to the second terminal identifier, and then search the second terminal according to the face identifier.
A cross-terminal information linkage applied to a second terminal, the apparatus comprising: the system comprises a second acquisition module, a second receiving module, a second prompting module and a second confirmation module, wherein:
the second acquisition module is used for acquiring a service operation request and uploading the service operation request and a second terminal identifier to the server;

and the second confirmation module is used for responding to the confirmation operation of the user on the prompt information and executing the service.
In one embodiment, the device further includes a second uploading module, where the second uploading module is configured to, when the graphic code including the face identifier is displayed on the first terminal display interface, scan the graphic code by the scanning module, and upload the second terminal identifier to the server, so as to instruct the server to store the second terminal identifier and the face identifier in association with each other.
In one embodiment, the second obtaining module is further configured to obtain service data generated by operating on the second terminal, and upload the service data and the second terminal identifier to the server together, so as to instruct the server to store the service data and the second terminal identifier in association with each other, where the service data is used to provide the first terminal with the corresponding face identifier found from the server according to the collected face image, obtain the corresponding second terminal identifier according to the face identifier, and obtain the service data based on the second terminal identifier.
A cross-terminal information linkage device for use with a server, the device comprising: the third receiving module and the third sending module, wherein:
the third receiving module is used for receiving the face image and the service operation record uploaded by the first terminal, generating a corresponding face identification according to the face image, and storing the service operation record and the face identification in an associated mode;
the third receiving module is further used for receiving a second terminal identifier uploaded by the second terminal and storing the second terminal identifier and the face identifier in an associated mode;
the third sending module is used for acquiring a corresponding face identifier according to the face image under the condition that the face image and the service operation request uploaded by the first terminal are received, acquiring a corresponding second terminal identifier according to the face identifier, searching corresponding service data according to the second terminal identifier, and returning the service data to the first terminal;
The third sending module is further configured to, when receiving a second terminal identifier and a service operation request uploaded by the second terminal, obtain a corresponding face identifier according to the second terminal identifier, find a corresponding service operation record according to the face identifier, and return the service operation record to the second terminal.
For specific limitation of the cross-terminal information linkage device, reference may be made to the limitation of the cross-terminal information linkage method hereinabove, and the description thereof will not be repeated here. The various modules in the cross-terminal information linkage described above may be implemented in whole or in part in software, hardware, and combinations thereof. The above modules may be embedded in hardware or may be independent of a processor in the computer device, or may be stored in software in a memory in the computer device, so that the processor may call and execute operations corresponding to the above modules.
In one embodiment, a computer device is provided, which may be a terminal, and an internal structure diagram thereof may be as shown in fig. 10. The computer device includes a processor, a memory, a communication interface, a display screen, and an input device connected by a system bus. Wherein the processor of the computer device is configured to provide computing and control capabilities. The memory of the computer device includes a non-volatile storage medium and an internal memory. The non-volatile storage medium stores an operating system and a computer program. The internal memory provides an environment for the operation of the operating system and computer programs in the non-volatile storage media. The communication interface of the computer device is used for carrying out wired or wireless communication with an external terminal, and the wireless mode can be realized through WIFI, an operator network, NFC (near field communication) or other technologies. The computer program, when executed by a processor, implements a cross-terminal information linkage method. The display screen of the computer equipment can be a liquid crystal display screen or an electronic ink display screen, and the input device of the computer equipment can be a touch layer covered on the display screen, can also be keys, a track ball or a touch pad arranged on the shell of the computer equipment, and can also be an external keyboard, a touch pad or a mouse and the like.
It will be appreciated by those skilled in the art that the structure shown in fig. 10 is merely a block diagram of some of the structures associated with the present application and is not limiting of the computer device to which the present application may be applied, and that a particular computer device may include more or fewer components than shown, or may combine certain components, or have a different arrangement of components.
In an embodiment, there is also provided a computer device comprising a memory and a processor, the memory having stored therein a computer program, the processor implementing the steps of the method embodiments described above when the computer program is executed.
In one embodiment, a computer-readable storage medium is provided, on which a computer program is stored which, when executed by a processor, carries out the steps of the method embodiments described above.
Those skilled in the art will appreciate that implementing all or part of the above described methods may be accomplished by way of a computer program stored on a non-transitory computer readable storage medium, which when executed, may comprise the steps of the embodiments of the methods described above. Any reference to memory, storage, database, or other medium used in embodiments provided herein may include at least one of non-volatile and volatile memory. The nonvolatile Memory may include Read-Only Memory (ROM), magnetic tape, floppy disk, flash Memory, optical Memory, or the like. Volatile memory can include random access memory (Random Access Memory, RAM) or external cache memory. By way of illustration, and not limitation, RAM can be in the form of a variety of forms, such as static random access memory (Static Random Access Memory, SRAM) or dynamic random access memory (Dynamic Random Access Memory, DRAM), and the like.

Displaying prompt information on a display interface according to the notification information, wherein the prompt information is used for indicating whether to continue the service corresponding to the service data;
responding to the confirmation operation of the user on the prompt information, and executing the service;
further comprises: collecting face images of a user, and uploading the face images of the user to a server to instruct the server to compare the face images with stored face images;
acquiring a face identification returned by the server, wherein the face identification is generated according to the face image when the comparison result of the face image and the stored face image is not present;
acquiring a first service operation record of a user on a first terminal, and uploading the face identification and the first service operation record to a server to instruct the server to store the face identification and the first service operation record in an associated manner;
and receiving an associated storage result returned by the server, displaying a graphic code containing the face identification on a first terminal display interface, wherein the graphic code is used for being scanned and identified by a second terminal, and uploading the second terminal identification and the face identification to the server for associated storage.
2. The method according to claim 1, wherein the method further comprises:
acquiring a face identification returned by the server, wherein the face identification is the face identification searched under the condition that a comparison result of the face image and a stored face image exists;
and acquiring a second service operation record of the user on the first terminal, uploading the face identification and the second service operation record to a server to instruct the server to store the face identification and the second service operation record in an associated manner, wherein the second service operation record is used for providing the second terminal with the face identification corresponding to the second terminal identification, and searching the face identification according to the face identification.
3. The cross-terminal information linkage method is characterized by being applied to a second terminal, and comprises the following steps:
acquiring a service operation request, and uploading the service operation request and a second terminal identifier to a server;
receiving notification information returned by the server, wherein the notification information is used for prompting the server that service data corresponding to a face identifier exists, and the face identifier corresponds to the second terminal identifier; the service data is that a server obtains a corresponding face identification according to the second terminal identification, and then searches the corresponding service data according to the face identification;
Displaying prompt information on a display interface according to the notification information, wherein the prompt information is used for indicating whether to continue the service corresponding to the service data; the service corresponding to the service data is the service corresponding to the last service data in the service data;
responding to the confirmation operation of the user on the prompt information, displaying the service and the service processing result corresponding to the last piece of service data, and executing the service; the service processing result is obtained according to the service query operation of the user on the first terminal.
4. A method according to claim 3, wherein prior to said obtaining a business operation request, the method further comprises:
under the condition that the graphic code containing the face identification is displayed on the first terminal display interface, the graphic code is scanned, and the second terminal identification is uploaded to a server, so that the server is instructed to store the second terminal identification and the face identification in an associated mode.
5. The method according to claim 4, wherein the method further comprises:
and acquiring service data generated by operation on a second terminal, uploading the service data and a second terminal identifier to a server together to instruct the server to store the service data and the second terminal identifier in an associated manner, wherein the service data is used for providing the first terminal with the corresponding face identifier searched from the server according to the acquired face image, acquiring the corresponding second terminal identifier according to the face identifier, and acquiring the service data based on the second terminal identifier.
6. The cross-terminal information linkage method is characterized by being applied to a server, and comprises the following steps:

under the condition that a second terminal identifier and a service operation request uploaded by a second terminal are received, a corresponding face identifier is obtained according to the second terminal identifier, a corresponding service operation record is found according to the face identifier, and the service operation record is returned to the second terminal.
