and the first user equipment receives the call information and presents the call information in the audio and video call process.
Fig. 3 shows a method for presenting information during an audio-video call, applied to a network device, according to an embodiment of the present application, where the method includes step S101, step S102, and step S103.
Specifically, in step S101, the network device receives an audio/video call request sent by a first user device, where the audio/video call request is sent in response to a trigger operation of the first user in the social application for a second user, and the audio/video call request includes a user identifier of the first user and a user identifier of the second user. For example, a first user holds first user equipment, the first user performs an operation of dialing an audio/video call to a second user in a social application, where the second user may be a friend in a friend list of the social application of the first user, or the second user and the first user are not in a friend relationship, but only one user using the social application, and in response to the operation of the first user dialing the audio/video call, the first user equipment sends an audio/video call request to a network device corresponding to the social application to request for establishing an audio/video call connection with the second user, where the audio/video call request includes a user identifier of the first user and a user identifier of the second user, the user identifier of the first user includes an ID, a nickname, a mobile phone number, a device MAC address, and the like of the first user in the social application, the user identifier of the second user includes an ID, a nickname, a device MAC address, and the like of the second user in the social application, and the user identifier of the second user and the mobile phone identifier of the second user to be contacted with the first user are used for determining the density of the second user and the network device.
In step S102, in response to the audio/video call request, the network device determines call information according to the intimacy degree information of the first user and the second user in the social application. The intimacy degree information is used for representing the intimacy degree of the connection between the first user and the second user in the social application (whether the first user and the second user are in friend relationship or not in the social application), and the intimacy degree can be represented by a numerical value so as to facilitate the subsequent determination of different call information based on the magnitude of the numerical value. In some embodiments, if the first user and the second user start to contact frequently or interact in the social application, the network device may adjust the affinity between the first user and the second user based on the degree of interaction between the first user and the second user, and in subsequent operations, the call information received by the first user and the second user during the call waiting process may be different according to the change of the affinity. For example, if the affinity information between the two users is greater than a first affinity threshold, the network device determines that the call information includes friend-making memories of the first user and the second user in the social application (e.g., a first piece of session information sent by the first user and the second user to the two users, session information that appears most frequently in the history chat process of the two users, the number of chat days of the two users, etc.); if the intimacy information between the first user and the second user is larger than the second intimacy threshold and smaller than the first intimacy threshold, the network equipment determines that the call information comprises information (such as food, discount, activity and the like) which is commonly favored by the first user and the second user; and if the intimacy information between the two is smaller than a second intimacy threshold value, the network equipment determines that the call information comprises push advertisements.
In some embodiments, the method further comprises step S104 (not shown), in step S104, the network device determines affinity information of the first user and the second user in the social application. For example, the network device obtains, according to the user identifier of the first user and the user identifier of the second user, related information of the two-way chat performed between the first user and the second user in the history chat record of the social application, so as to determine the intimacy degree information of the first user and the second user in the social application. On the basis of the intimacy degree information, a basis is provided for subsequently determining calling information to be sent to the first user or the second user. In some embodiments, the determining affinity information of the first user and the second user in the social application comprises: and determining affinity information of the first user and the second user in the social application according to the social interaction information of the first user and the second user in the social application. In some embodiments, the social interaction information comprises at least any one of:
1) A chat frequency of the first user and the second user within a predetermined time;
2) The chat time of the first user and the second user in a preset time;
3) The number of chat messages of the first user and the second user in a preset time;
for example, the network device determines the interaction frequency between the first user and the second user according to the social interaction information of the first user and the second user in the social application, and accordingly determines whether the first user and the second user communicate frequently in the social application and the intimacy information of the first user and the second user in the social application. Taking the example that the social interaction information includes the number of chat messages of the first user and the second user in a predetermined time, where the affinity information may be represented by a numerical value (e.g., 1-10 points), where a higher numerical value represents that the relationship between the two users is more intimate and the interaction is more frequent, and otherwise, it indicates that the communication between the two users is less, the chat number includes the number of conversations sent by the first user and the second user in the social application (one message is denoted as number 1), the predetermined time is 10 days, the network device counts the number of single-day chats of the first user and the second user each day, obtains the total number of chats for the 10 days or the average number of chats for the 10 days, and if the total number of chats is greater than the first total number threshold or the average number is greater than the first average number threshold, the network device determines that the affinity information of the first user and the second user in the social application is any one numerical value greater than the first score threshold (e.g., 8 points); if the total number of chats is greater than a second total number threshold (e.g., the second total number threshold is less than the first total number threshold), or the average number of chats is greater than a second average number threshold (e.g., the second average number threshold is less than the first average number threshold), the network device determines that the affinity information of the user and the second user in the social application is any one of a value greater than a second score threshold (e.g., 5 points) and less than a first branch threshold (e.g., 8 points); if the total chat quantity is smaller than the second total quantity threshold value, or the average chat quantity is smaller than the second average quantity threshold value, the network device determines that the affinity information of the first user and the second user in the social application is any one value smaller than a second score threshold value (for example, 6 points), and on the basis that the affinity information is determined according to the chat message quantity of the first user and the second user in a predetermined time, the affinity information can be corrected by using other social interaction information as a correction parameter to obtain final affinity information, or of course, the affinity information can be determined only according to the chat message quantity of the first user and the second user in the predetermined time and is used as the final affinity information. Or the chat duration is used as a main parameter for determining the intimacy degree, and other social interaction information is used as a correction parameter to determine the final intimacy degree information, and the arrangement among the social interaction information is not limited. It will be understood by those skilled in the art that the above number of chat messages is merely exemplary, and that other existing or future numbers of chat messages, as applicable to the present application, are also included within the scope of the present application and are hereby incorporated by reference.
In some embodiments, the social interaction information comprises a chat frequency of the first user and the second user within a predetermined time; the determining of the affinity information of the first user and the second user in the social application according to the social interaction information of the first user and the second user in the social application comprises: determining a chat frequency corresponding to each unit time of the first user and the second user in preset time; inputting the chat frequency corresponding to each unit time into an affinity model to determine affinity information of the first user and the second user in the social application, wherein the affinity model is generated by chat frequency samples in a plurality of preset times, and each chat frequency sample in the preset time comprises a plurality of unit times and a chat frequency corresponding to each unit time. Wherein the frequency of chatting for the predetermined time includes whether each of the first users has chatted with the second user for a certain time (e.g., 10 days). The unit time of the predetermined time may be divided according to a default rule of a network device (for example, each unit time may be every month, every worship, every day, or every hour), and on the basis of determining each unit time, the network device determines a chat frequency (for example, there is a chat, there is no chat) of the first user and the second user in each unit time, and inputs the chat frequency corresponding to each unit time to an affinity model, so as to determine affinity information of the first user and the second user in the social application, where the affinity model is generated by the network device performing machine learning training in advance. For example, in order to train and generate the affinity model, the preset rule of the network device is as follows, where unit time is taken as one day:
1. in the social application, if the audio and video request initiator and the receiver chat in unit time, the score is 1, and if the chat is not performed, the score is 0;
2. if the audio and video request initiator and the receiver continuously chat, the daily integral is +1. Namely: 2 continuous day chat products 2, 3 continuous day chat products 3 … … and so on;
3. if the chatting between the initiator and the receiver is continuously interrupted due to the fact that the chatting is not chatted within the middle time of the preset time, recording the integral from 1 point when the chatting day is followed;
4. and adding the integration of every day to obtain the intimacy information of the audio and video request initiator and the receiver.
With the above rules, if the current preset time is 10 days, the unit time is 1 day, the network device calculates the intimacy information of the first user and the second user as (1 +2+3+0+ 1+2+ 0) =10 minutes according to the chat presence/absence conditions (presence, absence, presence, absence) of the first user and the second user. It will be understood by those skilled in the art that the foregoing affinity model calculated according to the daily chat scenario is merely exemplary, and that other existing or future calculated affinity models calculated according to other scenarios may be suitable for use in the present application and are intended to be included within the scope of the present application and are hereby incorporated by reference. In some embodiments, the network device may further superimpose data such as the number or duration of the chat messages of the first user and the second user each day as a correction parameter to make the affinity information more accurate, and the affinity information obtained by combining the multi-orientation parameter can better represent the relationship between the first user and the second user, so as to provide a basis for the subsequent recommended call information.
In some embodiments, in step S102, the network device determines, in response to the audio-video call request, call information according to the intimacy degree information of the first user and the second user in the social application and predetermined festival information. Wherein the predetermined festival comprises a conventional festival (e.g., valentine's day, christmas day, sun-sung day, etc.), and may also comprise a dating anniversary (e.g., friend/friend chat and 100 days or a year of the week) of the first user and the second user. For example, if the affinity information between the two users is greater than a first affinity threshold, and the sending time of the audio-video request is the day of a predetermined festival or the previous days, the network device determines that the two users are close (for example, close friends), and determines that the call information includes friend-making memories of the first user and the second user in the social application (for example, the first piece of session information sent by the first user and the second user to the two users, etc.); if the intimacy information between the two is larger than the second intimacy threshold and smaller than the first intimacy threshold, and the sending time of the audio and video request is the same day or the previous days of a preset festival, the network equipment determines that the calling information comprises the related content of the preset festival (for example, if the calling information is a friend-making commemorative day, the calling information is related display content of a commemorative day, if the calling information is a traditional festival, the calling information is blessing content of the traditional festival); if the intimacy information between the two is smaller than the second intimacy threshold value, the network device determines that the two are general friends, and determines that the calling information comprises advertisements related to the scheduled festival (for example, tour information of national festival, etc.).
In some embodiments, the determining, in response to the audio-video call request, call information according to the intimacy degree information of the first user and the second user in the social application and predetermined festival information includes: detecting whether the preset festival information is matched with the intimacy degree information, and if so, determining relevant information of the first user and the second user in the social application as calling information; otherwise, the presence information related to the predetermined holiday is determined as the call information. In some embodiments, the detecting whether the predetermined holiday information matches the intimacy degree information comprises: acquiring description information of the predetermined festival information; and if the description information comprises information for describing interaction between two persons and the intimacy degree information is greater than a first intimacy degree threshold value, determining that the preset festival information is matched with the intimacy degree information. For example, the description information of the predetermined festival information is used to describe the origin of the predetermined festival, the main activity, the number of persons participating in the activity, and the degree of cooperation between each person, and whether a certain intimacy between the persons is required, for example, a valentine's day, the description information of the valentine's day is a festival about love, romance, flower, chocolate, greeting card, on which day men and women send gifts to express love or friend, the network device may determine that the participants of the festival need a higher intimacy, if the intimacy information of the current first user and second user is greater than a first intimacy threshold, the network device determines that both have a higher intimacy and is suitable for receiving information related to the festival as call information on the predetermined festival, wherein the related information includes content information related to the valentine's day (for example, chocolate, romance, flower, friend, etc. presented in the form of a video, a picture, text, etc.), or the related activity information of the festival may be used to facilitate a first user and a second user to make a next line call, and the next line may be created as the next line of the user. For another example, taking a labor festival as an example, the description information of the festival is used for celebrating laborers to gain legal interest, the network device determines that the festival does not require higher intimacy between users, and if the intimacy information of the current first user and the second user is greater than the first intimacy threshold, the network device determines that the two users have higher intimacy, so as to determine that the predetermined festival information is not matched with the intimacy information, and determine the advertising activities related to the festival, such as discount advertisements for the trip of the festival, market discount activities, and the like. It will be understood by those skilled in the art that the foregoing predetermined holiday information is merely exemplary and that other existing or future predetermined holiday information, as may be applicable to the present application, is intended to be encompassed within the scope of the present application and is hereby incorporated by reference.
In some embodiments, in step S102, in response to the audio-video call request, the network device determines call information according to the affinity information of the first user and the second user in the social application and the call time period information. The call time period information may be divided by a default rule of the network device, for example, the call time period information includes morning, afternoon, and evening. If the intimacy information of the first user and the second user in the social application is larger than a first intimacy threshold value, the network device determines that the first user and the second user are familiar social users, if the audio and video call request occurs in the morning, the network device determines that the call information comprises a morning blessing message or a video, and if the audio and video call request occurs in the evening, the network device determines that the call information comprises a video which is beneficial to sleep; if the intimacy information of the two is less than or equal to the first intimacy threshold, the network device determines that the two do not interact frequently, and in order to promote the interaction of the two and subsequently increase the intimacy relationship of the two, the network device determines the call information related to the common preference according to the common preference (for example, extracted from user images of characters, preferences, characteristics and the like of the two).
In some embodiments, in step S102, in response to the audio/video call request, the network device determines call information according to the affinity information of the first user and the second user in the social application, and the dynamically updated information of the first user or the second user in the social application. The dynamic update information includes updated dynamic information generated by a first user or a second user publishing dynamically in a social space of a social application, for example, if affinity information of the first user and the second user in the social application is greater than a first affinity threshold, the network device determines that the first user and the second user are familiar social users, and the content of interest of the first user and the second user can be respectively used as call information to be sent to the first user device and the second user device. In some embodiments, the call information to be sent to the first user and the second user, which is determined by the network device, may be the same content, or may be separately determined based on the personalized information of the users. And the affinity information of the first user and the second user in the social application is smaller than or equal to a first affinity threshold, and the network equipment determines the respective dynamic update information of the first user and the second user as the call information to be sent to the opposite side, so that the two sides can quickly know the preference of the opposite side in the call waiting process, and the communication after the subsequent audio and video connection is facilitated. In some embodiments, the priority of the factors (e.g., call time period information, dynamic update information, predetermined holiday information, etc.) affecting the generation of the call information may be configured by the network device according to the actual situation (e.g., in a cross-occurrence manner to avoid repetition), which is not limited herein.
In some embodiments, in step S102, in response to the audio/video call request, the network device determines call information according to affinity information of the first user and the second user in the social application, information configured by the first user, or information configured by the second user. For example, the first user configured information includes a first user customized content including a photo or video of the first user, or a system provided gift (e.g., a flower, a red envelope, a head gear, etc.), etc., which is set to show the self-character and hobbies to the second user when the first user configured information is subsequently used as the call information. In order to avoid illegal behaviors such as user harassment, the sent custom content can be audited by the background auditing system and then can be sent. The configuration information of the second user is similar to the configuration information of the first user, and is also used for showing the information (call information) that the second user is willing to be seen by the opposite party to the initiating party in time when receiving the audio/video call request in the subsequent process. For example, if the intimacy information of the two is less than or equal to the first intimacy threshold, the network device determines that the two do not interact frequently, and in order to provide timely perceptual knowledge to the opposite user, make friend-making by strangers more effective and promote feelings among friends and acquaintances, the network device may use the information configured by the user as the call information.
In some embodiments, in step S102, in response to the audio/video call request, if a historical audio/video call request and corresponding historical call information have been sent to a second user device of the second user within a predetermined time, where the historical call information is determined based on historical affinity information of the first user and the second user in the social application, and the historical audio/video call request has been answered by the second user device, determining call information according to affinity information of the first user and the second user in the social application; and if the audio/video call request is responded, if a historical audio/video call request and corresponding historical call information are sent to second user equipment of the second user within preset time, wherein the historical call information is determined based on historical intimacy information of the first user and the second user in the social application, and the historical audio/video call request is not answered by the second user equipment, the historical call information is determined as call information. For example, after the network device receives the audio/video call request, if within a predetermined time (for example, within the same day or within 24 h), the network device already receives a historical audio/video call request sent by the first user device to the second user before receiving the audio/video call request, wherein a time interval between the audio/video call request received by the network device and the historical audio/video call request is greater than a preset time threshold (for example, 5 h), and the network device determines historical call information according to historical intimacy information between the first user and the second user in response to the historical audio/video call request, in some embodiments, a determination manner of the historical intimacy information is consistent with a determination manner of the intimacy information, and no repeated description is given here, but there are different determination factors, which may or may not result in the case that the historical intimacy information is consistent with the intimacy information, on the premise that the network device determines the historical call information, the network device sends the historical call request and the corresponding historical call information to the second user device of the second user, and if the second user has answered the historical call, in order to avoid that the second user sees the same content as the audio/video call information as the current content of the historical call request again, the historical call information may be determined by the network device; if the second user does not answer the historical audio/video call, the network device determines that the possibility that the second user does not see the historical call information exists, and in order to improve the sending efficiency of the call information, the network device directly adopts the historical call information as the call information sent this time.
In step S103, the network device sends the audio/video call request and the call information to a second user device of the second user, and/or sends the call information to the first user device. For example, on the basis that the network device determines the call information based on the intimacy degree information of the first user and the second user, the network device may send an audio-video call request to the second user, and send the call information to the first user and the second user or send the call information to only one of the first user and the second user. Therefore, the transaction success rate of the first user and the second user is promoted, the intimacy between the first user and the second user is promoted, or the economic benefit of social application is promoted through the presented information.
Fig. 4 shows a method for presenting information during an audio-video call, applied to a first user equipment, according to an embodiment of the present application, where the method includes step S201, step S202, and step S203.
Specifically, in step S201, in response to a trigger operation of a first user in a social application for a second user, a first user device sends an audio/video call request to a network device corresponding to the social application, where the audio/video call request includes a user identifier of the first user and a user identifier of the second user. For example, a first user holds first user equipment, the first user performs an operation of dialing an audio/video call to a second user in a social application, where the second user may be a friend in a friend list of the social application of the first user, or the second user and the first user are not in a friend relationship and are only a user using the social application, in response to the operation of the first user to dial the audio/video call, the first user equipment sends an audio/video call request to a network device corresponding to the social application to request establishment of an audio/video call connection with the second user, where the audio/video call request includes a user identifier of the first user and a user identifier of the second user, the user identifier of the first user includes an ID, a nickname, a mobile phone number, a device MAC address, and the like of the first user in the social application, the user identifier of the second user includes an ID, a nickname, a mobile phone number, a device MAC address, and the like of the second user in the social application, and the user identifier of the second user and the subsequent user identifier of the first user are used for determining the density of the network between the second user and the subsequent user.
In step S202, the first user equipment receives the call information returned by the network device. For example, the network device determines call information to be sent to the first user and the second user based on the affinity information of the first user and the second user, where the content of the call information to be sent to the first user and the second user may be the same or different. And the network equipment sends the call information to the first user equipment.
In step S203, the first user equipment presents the call information during the audio/video call. For example, in the process that the second user does not get through the audio/video request sent by the first user equipment, the call information is presented on the current audio/video call interface, and if the second user gets through the audio/video call request, the first user equipment and the second user equipment execute an operation of hiding the call information.
In some embodiments, in step S203, the first user device presents the call information or the local configuration information of the first user during the audio-video call, where the local configuration information of the first user matches with the local configuration information of the second user. For example, a first user may customize local configuration information in a setting of a social application, where the local configuration information is used to display content customized by the first user that matches a second user when the first user places an audio-video call to the second user. For example, the first user setting information is: enabling custom content a (e.g., content such as a photo or a particular avatar) when audio-video is presented to the second user; when the audio and video is sent to a third user, the user-defined content B is started; when an audio/video is sent out to the fourth user, the user-defined content C is started, and so on. In addition, the first user can set the calling information which is pushed by the network equipment and is preferentially enabled or the local configuration information as the calling information which is finally presented in the audio and video calling interface in the social application, so that the participation degree and the cognition degree of the first user on the social application are given, and the viscosity of the first user on the social application is improved.
In some embodiments, an intersection interface of the presentation interface of the call information and the call interface of the audio-video call is empty. For example, at the first user equipment, the presentation interface of the call information includes avatar information (including nickname information of the second user) of the second user, cancel a call, and other button information (e.g., mute and hands-free), the call information may be in a rich text form, for example, including text, picture, video (e.g., video auto-play) and other dynamic or static forms for presentation, in order to not obscure relevant information in the presentation interface of the original call information, the first user equipment presets an interface in the presentation interface for presenting the call information, thereby improving screen utilization and improving the waiting experience of the audio/video request of the user.
In some embodiments, the presentation interface of the call information at least partially overlaps the call interface of the audiovisual call. For example, because the volume of the content in the call interface of the audio/video call is small and the content has extensibility, the first user equipment can partially overlap the presentation interface of the call information with the call interface of the audio/video call, thereby fully improving the screen utilization rate. For example, the call interface of the audio-video call is included in the presentation interface of the call information; the reduced interface of the call interface of the audio and video call comprises a presentation interface of the call information, wherein the reduced interface of the call interface of the audio and video call comprises at least one item of head portrait information and call cancellation of a second user; and the call interface of the audio/video call comprises a presentation interface of the call information. In some embodiments, the first user device may set a transparency of the presentation interface of the call information and the call interface of the audiovisual call to clearly present the call information without preventing the first user from finding the call interface of the audiovisual call.
Fig. 5 is a schematic diagram illustrating information presentation during an audio/video call according to an embodiment of the present application, where, at a first user equipment (e.g., an initiator a of an audio/video call request), after a first caller equipment sends an audio/video call request to an opposite party (a called party B), it first queries whether there is a local configuration, and if so, the caller equipment displays local configuration content; otherwise, the calling party device detects whether the user-defined delivery needs to be started, if so, the calling party device selects delivery contents (such as local files and system gifts) to be sent to the server side for verification, and after the verification is passed, the server pushes the contents selected and delivered by the calling party device to the called party B, so that the called party B is presented in a calling interface; if the user-defined distribution is not needed to be started, the calling party equipment sends a dynamic pushing request about the called party B to the server, the server combines IM friend making data such as friend making time, chat time and special festivals according to the user characters, characteristics, preferences, dynamics and the like of the participants of the two parties, calculates and pushes different contents and documents to the called party B and the calling party A in real time through big data, and the A displays the pushed contents in a calling interface.
Fig. 6 is a schematic diagram illustrating information presentation during an audio/video call according to another embodiment of the present application, where, on a second user equipment (for example, a called party B of an audio/video call request), when the called party receives the audio/video call request of the calling party, if the server pushes content, the called party displays the pushed content in a call page, if the server does not push content, the second user equipment detects whether there is a local configuration, and if so, the called party displays the configuration content in the call page; otherwise, the called party equipment requests the server for displaying information, the server returns the result calculated according to the information of the called party user to the called party, and the content of the result is displayed in the calling page of the called party.
Fig. 7 is a schematic diagram illustrating information presentation during an audio/video call according to another embodiment of the present application, where a server receives a request from an initiator and determines whether content is already pushed today, and if not, the server selects a push type according to priority (e.g., according to holidays, time periods, dynamic); otherwise, whether the called party answers or not is detected, if yes, the push type different from the last call is changed, and if not, the server selects the push type according to the priority (for example, according to holidays, time periods and dynamics). Then, the server sends the generated content to the initiator A terminal and the called party B terminal according to a content generation algorithm, wherein the source of the generated content comprises at least any one of the following:
1) Characters, pictures, videos and music in the media material database;
2) A user behavior database: according to user intimacy, hobbies, characteristics, gender and the like;
3) Advertisements, movies, events, travel, etc. in the information database.
Fig. 8 shows a network device for presenting information during an audio-video call according to an embodiment of the present application, the network device including a one-to-one module 101, a two-to-two module 102, and a three-to-three module 103.
Specifically, the one-to-one module 101 is configured to receive an audio/video call request sent by a first user device, where the audio/video call request is sent in response to a trigger operation of a first user in a social application for a second user, and the audio/video call request includes a user identifier of the first user and a user identifier of the second user.
A second module 102, configured to determine, in response to the audio/video call request, call information according to intimacy information of the first user and the second user in the social application. In some embodiments, if the first user and the second user start to contact frequently or interact with each other in the social application, the network device may adjust the affinity between the first user and the second user based on the degree of interaction between the first user and the second user, and in the subsequent operation, the call information received by the first user and the second user during the call waiting process may be different according to the change of the affinity. For example, if the affinity information between the first user and the second user is greater than a first affinity threshold, the network device determines that the call information includes friend-making recollections of the first user and the second user in the social application (e.g., a first piece of session information sent by the first user and the second user to both users, session information that appears most frequently in a history chat process of both users, the number of chat days of both users, etc.); if the intimacy information between the first user and the second user is larger than the second intimacy threshold and smaller than the first intimacy threshold, the network equipment determines that the call information comprises information (such as food, discount, activity and the like) which is commonly favored by the first user and the second user; and if the intimacy information between the two is smaller than the second intimacy threshold value, the network equipment determines that the call information comprises the push advertisement.
A third module 103, configured to send the audio/video call request and the call information to a second user equipment of the second user, and/or send the call information to the first user equipment. For example, on the basis that the network device determines call information based on the intimacy degree information of the first user and the second user, the network device may send an audio-video call request to the second user, and send the call information to the first user and the second user or send the call information to only one of the first user and the second user. Therefore, the transaction success rate of the first user and the second user is promoted, the intimacy between the first user and the second user is promoted, or the economic benefit of social application is promoted through the presented information.
