The scheme can output the arrayed unprocessed warning information for the user according to the user requirement, improves the hit rate of warning information output to the user requirement, and facilitates the user to process the warning information.
According to the method and the device, the unprocessed alarm information is sequenced according to the alarm information processed by the user, and the alarm information most concerned by the user can be sequenced at the position displayed firstly, namely the alarm information concerned by the user is directly pushed to the user, so that the user does not need to inquire the related alarm information. The scheme can process the alarm information with low cost and high efficiency.
Referring to fig. 1, fig. 1 is a schematic diagram of an alarm information output process in the embodiment of the present application. The method comprises the following specific steps:
step 101, acquiring the processed alarm information.
The method for acquiring the processed alarm information in the embodiment of the application comprises the following three modes:
the first method comprises the following steps: and acquiring the processed alarm information within the preset time.
The preset time can be appointed preset time, and if the alarm information in a certain time period is considered to have representative significance, the alarm information in the time period is selected as a basis for sequencing unprocessed alarm information;
if the preset time is set to 2 weeks, the processed alarm information can be acquired in any 2 weeks.
The preset time here may also be a preset time before the current time, that is, when the unprocessed warning information is to be output, the processed warning information in the preset time before is acquired, for example.
If the preset time is 2 weeks, the alarm information processed in the previous two weeks is obtained by taking the current time point as the end point of the 2 weeks.
And the second method comprises the following steps: and periodically acquiring the alarm information processed in the current period.
When the current period is finished, acquiring alarm information processed in the current period;
if 2 weeks is a period, the alarm information processed in the current period is obtained at 0 o' clock every day, and the steps 102 and 103 are performed.
The method further comprises:
after the current period is finished and before the next period is not finished, if newly added processed alarm information, storing detailed information corresponding to the newly added processed alarm information into the detailed table; and updating the times corresponding to the label values of the corresponding labels in the statistical table.
When the times corresponding to the label values of the corresponding labels in the statistical table are updated, if the label values of the alarm information exist in the statistical table, directly increasing the times; and if the label value of the alarm information does not exist in the statistical table, newly adding the label value and the times in the statistical table.
And 102, storing the detail information of the alarm information into a detail table by taking the attribute of the alarm information as a label.
The recording of the detail information of the alarm information by taking the attribute of the alarm information as a tag comprises the following steps:
selecting the attribute of the alarm information as a label;
recording the detail information of the alarm information for the detail identification aiming at the label value of each label; wherein the detail information comprises: a tag value and a user identification; the user identification is the identification of the user who processes the alarm information.
Specific examples of implementations are given below:
the attributes of the alarm information include: device name, area name, alarm category, alarm generation time, alarm confirmation time, alarm status, etc.
The device name is the device name of the device to which the alarm information belongs, and the area name is the area name of the area to which the device to which the alarm information belongs; the alarm category includes communication alarm, service quality alarm, etc.
In specific implementation, a user can select which attributes to perform detailed recording and frequency statistics according to actual needs.
In the embodiment of the application, detailed recording and frequency statistics are carried out by selecting three attributes of the equipment name, the area name and the alarm category.
The following takes a detailed record of an alarm message as an example:

TABLE 3
And 104, acquiring unprocessed warning information of the user.
The unprocessed alarm information here is the alarm information to be output.
And 105, arranging the unprocessed alarm information in a descending order according to the times corresponding to the related label values in the statistical table of the user, and outputting the unprocessed alarm information to the user.
In the embodiment of the present application, the times are arranged in a descending order, that is, the lower the times are, the later the times are arranged, the lower the display priority is.
The embodiment of the application provides the following two modes for displaying the alarm information in an ordered way:
the first method comprises the following steps:
firstly, when the label comprises a device name and an alarm category, using the device name and the alarm category in the list as combined conditions to inquire corresponding alarm information in the unprocessed alarm information of the user;
if table 2 is taken as an example, the query conditions are: device a and zone Z combination, device a and zone X combination, device B and zone Z combination, device B and zone X combination, device C and zone Z combination, device C and zone X combination.
And respectively querying corresponding alarm information in the unprocessed alarm information by using the query conditions.
And secondly, arranging the inquired alarm information in a descending order according to the times corresponding to the equipment names, the times corresponding to the alarm categories and the time reported by the alarm information.
Sequencing the inquired alarm information: the times corresponding to the device names are preferably sorted, and the statistical table corresponding to table 3 is taken as an example:
the priority of the alarm information corresponding to the equipment B is higher than that of the alarm information corresponding to the equipment A, and the alarm priority corresponding to the equipment A is higher than that of the equipment C.
When there are multiple pieces of alarm information for the same device name, sorting is performed according to the times corresponding to the alarm categories, still taking table 3 as an example, if there are two pieces of alarm information for device a, the alarm category corresponding to one piece of alarm information is a communication alarm, and the alarm category of one piece of alarm is a quality of service alarm, the priority of the alarm information corresponding to device a and the communication alarm is higher than that of the alarm information corresponding to device a and the quality of service alarm.
When a plurality of alarms with the same equipment name and alarm category exist, sorting is carried out according to the reporting time of the alarm information, and the earlier the reporting time is, the higher the priority corresponding to the alarm information is.
If besides the searched alarm information, unprocessed alarm information also exists, the alarm information can be sorted in the following mode, the earlier the reporting time is, the higher the priority corresponding to the alarm information is, and the alarms are all arranged after the corresponding alarm information is inquired in the unprocessed alarm information of the user by using the equipment name and the alarm category in the detail list as the combination condition.
And the second method comprises the following steps:
firstly, when the label comprises a device name and an alarm category, the device name and the alarm category in the detail table are used as combined conditions to inquire corresponding alarm information in the unprocessed alarm information of the user.
The alarm set queried in this step is denoted as alarm set a, which contains n pieces of alarm information, and the corresponding alarm information is: { A1, A2, … An }.
The realization of the part has higher attention to the equipment operated by the user and the alarm category, and the priority of the output display is highest.
And thirdly, inquiring the alarm information corresponding to the alarm category which is not corresponding to the equipment name in the detail list in the alarm information which is not processed by the user by using the equipment name in the detail list as an inquiry condition.
The alarm set queried in this step is denoted as alarm set B, which contains m pieces of alarm information, and the corresponding alarm information is: { B1, B2, … Bm }.
And fourthly, arranging the inquired alarm information in a descending order according to the time reported by the alarm information, and arranging the inquired alarm information behind the alarm information inquired in the alarm information which is not processed by the user by using the equipment name and the alarm category in the detail table as combination conditions.
The section considers that the user has a high degree of attention to other types of alarm information of the device name that has been operated once, and the priority of the output display is lower than that of the previous step.
And fifthly, acquiring the device name which is not corresponding to the area name in the detail list, and inquiring the unprocessed warning information of the user by using the acquired device name and the warning category in the detail list as a combination condition.
The alarm set queried in this step is denoted as alarm set C, which contains k pieces of alarm information, and the corresponding alarm information is: { C1, C2, … Ck }.
And sixthly, arranging the inquired alarm information in a descending order according to the counting times of the alarm types in the counting table and the time reported by the alarm information, and arranging the equipment names in the detail table as inquiry conditions, wherein the equipment names inquired in the alarm information which is not processed by the user are not behind the alarm information corresponding to the corresponding alarm type in the detail table.
The part considers that the user may have possible attention to other devices in the area where the device operated once belongs, and only shows the alarm information of the alarm category processed by the user on the devices in order to improve the hit rate, wherein the priority is lower than that of the previous part.
So far, the obtained sequencing result of the alarm information is as follows: the sorted set a, the sorted set B, and the sorted set C, that is, the warning information closer to the front, have higher output display priority.
According to the method and the device, the alarm demand preference of the user is determined according to the alarm information processed by the user, the alarm information which is not processed by the user is arranged and output to the user, the hit rate of the user demand is improved, the user can process the alarm more conveniently at the terminal, the time and labor cost for manually searching the expected alarm information are saved, and the efficiency of processing the alarm information is improved.
