Fig. 4 schematically shows a flowchart of a method for determining interactive request content according to an embodiment of the present disclosure, and as shown in fig. 4, operation S220 may include operations S410 to S430.
In operation S410, according to the user attribute information and the transaction record information of the user for the financial product, the similarity between different sample users and the target user in the preset user database is determined, wherein the user database includes the user attribute information of each sample user among the different sample users and the transaction record information of each sample user for the financial product.
In this embodiment, specifically, the user database stores the mutual reference information of different sample users, the mutual reference information includes user attribute information and/or user behavior information, and the user behavior information includes transaction record information of the sample users for financial products. User labels for different sample users may be determined based on the cross-reference information, or sample users may be classified into different user clusters based on the cross-reference information. Therefore, the user database may also provide user tag information of the sample user and provide user cluster information to which the sample user belongs.
And determining the similarity between different sample users and target users in the user database according to the user attribute information and the transaction record information of the user for the financial product. Specifically, the similarity between the user of different samples and the target user in the user database may be determined according to the user attribute information, and according to the transaction frequency information, the transaction amount information, and the holding duration information of the user on the financial product, for example, the pearson similarity between the user of different samples and the target user is determined, and the method for determining the pearson similarity may be implemented by using the existing algorithm, which is not described herein in detail in this embodiment.
Next, in operation S420, a preset number of target sample users having the greatest similarity to the target user are determined.
In this embodiment, specifically, based on the similarity degree, a preset number of target sample users with the highest similarity degree with the target user is determined. The user label of the target sample user can be determined as the user label of the target user, and the user cluster to which the target sample user belongs can be determined as the user cluster to which the target user belongs. By determining the preset number of target sample users with the maximum similarity to the target users, the statistical characteristics of the target users can be determined based on the existing user portrait information of the target sample users, the objective user management can be realized, and the objective interaction activities can be developed for the target users.
Next, in operation S430, product recommendation information is generated based on the financial products that the target sample user has purchased, and the product recommendation information is pushed to the target user as the interaction request content.

When the interactive request content is pushed to the target user, the recommendation weight associated with the financial product can be determined according to the average transaction frequency of the financial product to be recommended and the product on-line time. Then, a push identifier for the interactive request content is determined based on the recommendation weight, the push identifier indicates a push channel and a push trigger mechanism for the interactive request content, and the interactive request content is pushed to the target user based on the push identifier. Wherein the greater the average transaction frequency, the shorter the product line-up time, and the greater the recommendation weight associated with the financial product.
The recommendation weight associated with the financial product is different, and the push identification of the interactive request content generated based on the financial product is different. The larger the recommendation weight associated with the financial product is, the more easily the push manner of the interactive request content indicated by the push identifier is acquired by the target user.
Fig. 5 schematically shows a flowchart of another method for determining interactive request content according to an embodiment of the present disclosure, and as shown in fig. 5, operation S220 may include operations S510 to S520.

In this embodiment, specifically, the operation prompt information is used to prompt the target user to perform a corresponding operation for the target game application, and the operation may include at least one of the following: registering operation, signing operation, logging operation, task getting operation, task execution operation and reward getting operation.
Alternatively, the operation prompt information for the target game application may be generated according to user attribute information such as age, gender, position, and category of credit card held, according to user behavior information such as a life payment record, an investment and financing record, a transfer record, a loan saving record, and a consultation and question-and-answer record, and according to operation record information of the target user for the game application. Illustratively, when the investment financing frequency of the target user is determined to be higher than the preset threshold value according to the user behavior information, the game application generated based on the financing product virtual transaction can be used as the target game application for reminding the target user to operate. The game scene of the game application can be set based on the product details, the virtual transaction scene, the question and answer scene, the transaction rule and other contents, and can also be set based on the pure entertainment function.
Next, in operation S520, the operation prompt information is pushed to the target user as the interactive request content.
In this embodiment, specifically, the operation prompt information for the target game application is pushed to the target user as the interactive request content. Correspondingly, when the target user responds to the interactive request content, the interactive response content is game operation information of the target user. At this time, bonus content for the interactive response content may be determined according to the received game operation information of the target user. Meanwhile, determining a login account of the target user, and issuing the reward content to the login account of the target user, wherein the reward content comprises at least one of the following: points, gifts, coupons, fees, discounts.
Fig. 6 schematically shows a flowchart of still another method for determining interactive request content according to an embodiment of the present disclosure, and as shown in fig. 6, operation S220 may include operations S610 to S630.
In operation S610, a network topic having a topic participation flow higher than a preset threshold is determined.
In the embodiment, specifically, an access log associated with the network topic may be acquired, and the number of accesses, the access frequency, and the average access duration for the network topic are determined based on the access log, so as to determine the topic participation traffic for the network topic. The network topics with topic participation flow higher than the preset threshold value are used as hot network topics, and interaction request content is generated based on the hot network topics, so that the participation enthusiasm of users is improved, and the interaction effect of financial services is improved.
Next, in operation S620, a target network topic for recommendation to a target user is determined according to the topic tag of the network topic and according to the cross-reference information.
In the embodiment, specifically, according to the topic tag of the network topic, the topic tag indicates information such as the topic type, the topic audience, the topic origin, the topic popularity rank, the topic popularity growth trend, and the like of the network topic, and meanwhile, according to the user attribute information and/or the user behavior information of the target user, the target network topic for recommendation to the target user is determined.
Next, in operation S630, topic recommendation information for the target network topic is generated and transmitted to the target user as an interaction request content.
In the present embodiment, specifically, topic recommendation information for a target network topic is generated to request a user to participate in discussing the target network topic. And pushing the topic recommendation information to the target user as interactive request content, and determining reward content distributed to a login account of the target user based on the received interactive response content of the target user.
In addition, evaluation invitation information aiming at the completed consumption can be generated according to the user attribute information and the consumption record information of the target user, and the evaluation invitation information is pushed to the target user as interactive request content to remind the target user to evaluate the completed consumption. Or, sharing invitation information aiming at financial products, game applications, network topics and application services can be generated to remind a target user to share related financial businesses, so that the participation enthusiasm of the user is improved, and the user viscosity and the user contribution degree are improved.
