Detailed Description
For the purposes of making the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present application more apparent, the technical solutions in the embodiments of the present application will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the accompanying drawings in the embodiments of the present application, and it is apparent that the described embodiments are only some embodiments of the present application, but not all embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be made by one of ordinary skill in the art without undue burden from the present disclosure, are within the scope of the present disclosure. Embodiments and features of embodiments in this application may be combined with each other arbitrarily without conflict. Also, while a logical order is depicted in the flowchart, in some cases, the steps depicted or described may be performed in a different order than presented herein.
The terms first and second in the description and claims of the present application and in the above-described figures are used for distinguishing between different objects and not for describing a particular sequential order. Furthermore, the term "include" and any variations thereof is intended to cover non-exclusive protection. For example, a process, method, system, article, or apparatus that comprises a list of steps or elements is not limited to only those listed steps or elements but may include other steps or elements not listed or inherent to such process, method, article, or apparatus. The term "plurality" in the present application may mean at least two, for example, two, three or more, and embodiments of the present application are not limited.
In addition, the term "and/or" herein is merely an association relationship describing an association object, and means that three relationships may exist, for example, a and/or B may mean: a exists alone, A and B exist together, and B exists alone. The character "/" herein generally indicates that the associated object is an "or" relationship unless otherwise specified.
Some technical terms referred to herein are described below to facilitate understanding by those skilled in the art.
1. The social platform can be understood as a content production and exchange platform based on user relationship on the Internet, and users can issue information on the social platform to realize information sharing. For example, an instant messaging platform, a short video platform, a movie and television critique platform, etc. may be included.
2. The social content can be understood as information published on a social platform, and a user can apply for accounts on each social platform, so that the social content is published in the social platform through each account, and information sharing among each social account is realized. Social content may include personal information posted by a user (e.g., life dynamics), comment content by a user for certain information, and so forth.
3. For multimedia information such as movie drama which is played or a novel series which is released, a user who follows a movie later may not see the latest played part, and the scenario part which is not watched by the user forms a 'drama through' for the user, especially some key scenarios, if the user is drama through, the watching novelty is reduced, and the power for continuing watching may be lost.
4. Word2Vec is a Word vector calculation model proposed by Google. The computational model is a shallow, bi-layer neural network that is used to train to reconstruct linguistic word text. The network is represented by words and guesses the input words in adjacent positions, and the order of the words is unimportant under the word bag model assumption in word2 vec. After training is completed, the word2vec model may be used to map each word to a vector, which may be used to represent word-to-word relationships, the vector being the hidden layer of the neural network. The word vector is significant in that it converts natural language into a vector that can be understood by a computer.
As mentioned above, in order to avoid being "transparent", the user's need to mask the transparent content in the social scenario is stronger, for example, "tv series a" has been played to the 10 th episode on the internet, but a user sees the 1 st episode only after watching the series, but the user does not want to be "transparent", so the user wants the social platform to mask the related transparent content of "tv series a", so the user can watch "tv series a" at any time according to his own watching progress, and keep a new and novel chasing mood and continuously watch "tv series a". Therefore, it is necessary to effectively identify and mask the content of the drama in the social platform to meet the viewing requirements of the user as much as possible. Two processing modes for the content of the radiocommunication are provided in the related art.
The first way is to make "XXX" words similar to "XXX" in social content, where "XXX" indicates, for example, a name of a movie and television, that is, "show" is marked as an explicit keyword for identifying such behavior of show, and when the user browses the social content, if seeing these explicit words, "show" needs to be skipped quickly so as not to be "show". In this way, the explicit "show-through" word is presented in the same way as other non-show-through content, and the user needs to see both words "show-through" to know that they are show-through content, so that the show-through content is seen to a great extent, so that the effect of this show-through shielding way is poor.
In a second way, the system may filter and mask the content according to the keywords included in the content, i.e. provide the functionality of masking the content that includes certain keywords from view. In this manner, however, explicit filtering is based on explicit presence of the keywords in the social content, which are masked only by explicit inclusion of the keywords in the social content, however, in practice, some social content may not explicitly include the keywords, but may actually implicitly indicate that the content is transparent, or some social content may not actually be real transparent, even if the keywords are explicitly included. Therefore, the method has low accuracy of the identification of the dramatic permeate, can incorrectly shield some non-dramatic permeate content, and can leak some dramatic permeate content without shielding, so that the method has low accuracy and effectiveness of shielding the dramatic permeate content and has poor effect of shielding the dramatic permeate.
In view of this, the embodiment of the present application provides a technical solution for effectively identifying and screening a content of a pandemic in a social scenario, specifically, calculating semantic similarity between a social content (for example, referred to as a target social content) published and disclosed in a social platform and a content of a pandemic (for example, referred to as a disclosed content) published and disclosed in a network, so as to obtain semantic similarity between the two, and further determining whether the target social content published in real time is a content of a pandemic by measuring the obtained semantic similarity, for example, when the semantic similarity satisfies a set condition, it indicates that the target social content is not a content of a pandemic, so that the target social content can be pushed to a user, and when the semantic similarity does not satisfy the set condition, the target social content can be regarded as a content of a pandemic, so that the target social content of a pandemic can be screened.
That is, the semantic similarity between the social content published in real time and the published content of the pandemic or non-pandemic content can be used as the basis for judging whether the content of the pandemic or non-pandemic content is the content of the pandemic or non-pandemic, because the published content of the pandemic or non-pandemic content is already clearly the content of the pandemic or non-pandemic, the probability that the content which is very similar to the semantic content is the content is also larger, so that the judgment of the content is more accurate by the semantic similarity comparison mode, the semantic similarity mode can accurately obtain the actual semantic content of the target social content, the actual semantics comprise literal semantics and potential semantics, the literal semantics are generally represented by words included in the target social content, and the potential semantics can also represent semantic relations among the words, so that the method can effectively identify the dramatic transparent content comprising the dominant dramatic transparent keywords and can effectively identify the implicit dramatic transparent content which does not comprise the dominant dramatic transparent keywords, thereby improving the effectiveness and accuracy of identifying the dramatic transparent content, further improving the effectiveness of the dramatic transparent shielding, and enhancing the effect of the dramatic transparent shielding.
In order to better understand the technical solution provided by the embodiments of the present application, a few simple descriptions are provided below for application scenarios applicable to the technical solution provided by the embodiments of the present application, and it should be noted that the application scenarios described below are only used to illustrate the embodiments of the present application and are not limiting. In specific implementation, the technical scheme provided by the embodiment of the application can be flexibly applied according to actual needs.
Referring to fig. 1, fig. 1 is an application scenario applicable to the embodiment of the present application, where the application scenario includes a plurality of terminal devices (i.e., terminal device 101, terminal device 102, terminal device 103) and a server 104, where each terminal device may communicate with the server 104, for example, directly or indirectly connect through a wired or wireless communication manner, which is not limited in the present application. The terminal device 101, the terminal device 102, and the terminal device 103 are installed with clients corresponding to the same social application, and the server 104 is a service device for providing background services for the social application. Each of the terminal device 101, the terminal device 102 and the terminal device 103 has a social account allocated in a social platform corresponding to the social application, and users of the terminal device 101, the terminal device 102 and the terminal device 103 can log in respective social accounts to publish social contents, and assume that the social accounts in the terminal device 101, the terminal device 102 and the terminal device 103 are social friends. For example, user 1 of terminal device 101 may log in to his own account 1 to post social content on the social platform, and server 104 may push the social content posted by user 1 to account 2 corresponding to terminal device 102 and account 3 corresponding to terminal device 103, so that user 2 of terminal device 102 may view the social content posted by user 1 by account 1 through account 2, and user 3 of terminal device 103 may also view the social content posted by user 1 by account 3.
In this scenario, the user of each terminal device may input the critical information of the corresponding social account to perform the critical shielding operation, so as to trigger sending a critical shielding request to the server 104, through which the critical shielding may be requested to perform the critical shielding, for example, a critical shielding switch button may be set in the social account interface, and the user may request the critical shielding or cancel the critical shielding by turning on or off the switch button. Taking the terminal device 101 as an example, after the user 1 receives the request for shielding the dramatic transmission triggered by the account 1 in the terminal device 101 and sends the request to the server 104, the server 104 may use the social content processing method provided in the embodiment of the present application to identify whether the social content published by the account 2 in the terminal device 102 and the account 3 in the terminal device 103 is the dramatic transmission content, when determining that the published social content is the dramatic transmission content associated with the dramatic transmission key information input by the user 1, may perform shielding processing on the published social content to realize effective shielding of the dramatic transmission, and when determining that the published social content is the non-dramatic transmission social content unrelated to the dramatic transmission key information input by the user 1, may normally push the published social content to the account 1.
The server 104 may be an independent physical server, a server cluster or a distributed system formed by a plurality of physical servers, or a cloud server that provides cloud services, cloud databases, cloud computing, cloud functions, cloud storage, network services, cloud communication, middleware services, domain name services, security services, CDNs (Content Delivery Network, content delivery networks), basic cloud computing services such as big data and artificial intelligence platforms, and the like. The terminal device 101, the terminal device 102, and the terminal device 103 may be, but are not limited to, a smart phone, a tablet computer, a notebook computer, a desktop computer, a smart television, a smart wearable device, and the like.
In order to further explain the technical solutions provided in the embodiments of the present application, the following details are described with reference to the accompanying drawings and the detailed description. Although the embodiments of the present application provide the method operational steps as shown in the following embodiments or figures, more or fewer operational steps may be included in the method, either on a routine or non-inventive basis. In steps where there is logically no necessary causal relationship, the execution order of the steps is not limited to the execution order provided by the embodiments of the present application. The methods may be performed sequentially or in parallel as shown in the embodiments or the drawings when the actual processing or the apparatus is performed.
Embodiments of the present application provide a social content processing method, which may be performed by a server, for example, by the server 104 in fig. 1. The social content processing method provided by the embodiment of the application is shown in fig. 2, and a flowchart shown in fig. 2 is described as follows.
Step 201: a request for a transliteration mask triggered by an interface of a target account in a social platform is received.
When the user wishes to screen the system, the critical information of the system may be input in an interface (i.e., a client interface) of an account (e.g., referred to as a target account) in the social platform, the operation of inputting the critical information of the system may be regarded as a critical shielding operation, according to which the terminal device may generate a critical shielding request including the critical information of the system, that is, the critical shielding request of the system may be triggered in the interface of the target account in the social platform, and the critical information related to the system that needs to be shielded may be included in the critical shielding request of the system.
In a specific implementation process, a button or control for shielding the movie may be set in the client interface, the button or control may be referred to as a "movie switch", when a user wants to shield the movie, the "movie switch" may be turned on, after the "movie switch" is turned on, an input box for receiving content to be shielded may be displayed, and the user may input related information of the movie to be shielded in the input box, where in this embodiment, the related information is referred to as movie key information, and the movie key information may include, for example, one or more of movie names, movie view names, actor names, movie scenes, and play progress of the movie, where the movie scenes are, for example, a movie in a movie play such as "XX and YY are together", "XX dead", "XX YY", and the like, and the "XX" YY "may be corner names in the movie.
Further, the terminal device may send the obtained transparent shielding request to a server corresponding to the social platform, and the server may receive the transparent shielding request sent by the terminal device, and parse and obtain transparent key information in the transparent shielding request.
Step 202: and acquiring the published content according to the critical information of the transparent in the transparent shielding request.
The system can crawl the actor list, scenario information, cast and other information of the existing movie and television drama on the platforms of each main stream video website or each movie and television comment website and the like in advance through a crawler tool (such as scrapy) with an open source, for example, as shown in fig. 3, thus, keywords such as the actor list, the role list, the place name in the drama, the movie and television drama scene and the like of the existing movie and television drama can be obtained, and the general summary is that:
a) The content of the two fields, the "lead actor" and the "diversity scenario" as in fig. 3, is extracted using an open-source structured extraction tool. Wherein the name of the person in the lead actor field may directly be part of the potential perspective keyword.
b) The other part of keywords are character names in the scenario, and can be mined from texts of diversity scenario or character introduction, namely, the keyword is equivalent to a person name recognition task in named entity recognition (Named Entity Recognition, NER), namely, named entity recognition is carried out on the texts of diversity scenario or character introduction, so that the person names (namely, the character names) and the place names are obtained. For example, the word segmentation and name recognition can be performed on the scenario text corresponding to the episode by using a word segmentation device ictc of the open source of the Chinese academy, and the name and the place name can be recognized by adopting the current universal named entity recognition technology.
The disclosed content of each movie can be crawled from the network in advance, for example, the disclosed content of each movie is called as the disclosed content of each movie, for example, for movie a and movie B, the disclosed content of each movie corresponding to movie a and the disclosed content of each movie B can be obtained in advance, that is, the disclosed content of each movie corresponding to each movie can be crawled from the network in advance, so after the server obtains the request for shielding the movie, the disclosed content of each movie directly including the related information can be determined to be the disclosed content corresponding to the related information, or more keywords can be obtained according to the matching of the related information of each movie, for example, the related information of each movie can include names of the movie, the names of the scenes, the places in the movie, and the like, and the related information can be determined to be the related information of each movie. In this way, the disclosed content of each movie and television play (or the currently hot-broadcast movie and television play) can be obtained in advance to form a static disclosed content library, and the disclosed content matched with the key information of the movie and television play can be searched directly from the static library, so that the searching efficiency is higher.
In another embodiment, after the server obtains the request for shielding the dramatic transmission, the server may crawl the public dramatic transmission content corresponding to the association of the critical information from the network in real time according to the critical information included in the request for shielding the dramatic transmission, and the matching manner is the same as that described in the above manner, which is not repeated here.
In a specific implementation, the disclosed content is, for example, the title of a short video scenario segment of a movie and television scenario, where the short video scenario segment is typically a key scenario segment in the movie and television scenario, and the title can also describe the content of the key scenario. For example, as shown in fig. 4, fig. 4 shows three shortcuts of movie drama a (i.e., shortcut 1, shortcut 2, and shortcut 3 shown in fig. 4), each shortcut corresponding to a title, e.g., the title of shortcut 2 is "too-bad, XX representation is rejected", XX, YY in fig. 4 may represent the name of a character in movie drama a, or may also be the name of an actor.
Step 203: when the target social content published to the social platform is acquired, determining the semantic similarity between the target social content and the published hypertransparent content.
After receiving the request for shielding the movie, it may be determined that the user has a need to shield the movie, for example, related content of a certain movie, related content of a certain character in the movie, related content after a designated playing progress (e.g., set 2) of the movie, etc. need to be shielded. In order to meet the needs of the user for shielding the dramatic penetration, after the server obtains the social content released to the social platform (for example, the social content released by other users), the server can firstly judge whether the social content is the dramatic penetration content, if the social content is determined to be the dramatic penetration content, the server can perform shielding processing, and if the social content is determined not to be the dramatic penetration content, the server can normally push the social content to the user, namely, when the released social content is the non-dramatic penetration social content.
After determining that the dramatic shielding is performed, the dramatic shielding may be stopped when the triggering condition for canceling the dramatic shielding is satisfied, and the triggering condition for canceling the dramatic shielding is no longer performed, which may be that the user performs the operation for canceling the dramatic shielding at the client, for example, the foregoing "dramatic switch" is turned off, or may be that the preset time period for the dramatic shielding is reached, or may be other triggering conditions for triggering and stopping the dramatic shielding.
Once it is determined that the perspective shielding is required, whether the social content possibly pushed to the target account on the social platform needs to be identified is the perspective social content, taking one piece of social content published to the social platform as an example, assuming that the social content is referred to as the target social content, the semantic similarity between the target social content and the disclosed perspective content corresponding to the aforementioned critical information can be calculated, that is, the semantic similarity between the target social content and the two pieces of content of the disclosed perspective content can be determined. The disclosed content is the known content, so that the larger the semantic similarity of the disclosed content and the known content is, the larger the probability that the target social content is the content is, and the similarity between the semantics of the disclosed content and the known content is calculated, so that whether the target social content is the content can be judged more accurately whether the target social content explicitly comprises the keywords of the content or not.
Before the semantic similarity between the target social content and the disclosed content is calculated, the dramatic potential keywords associated with the dramatic key information can be obtained, then whether the target social content contains the dramatic potential keywords is judged, and the semantic similarity between the target social content and the disclosed dramatic content is further calculated when the target social content contains the dramatic potential keywords. That is, before the semantic similarity is performed, the judgment can be performed through explicit keywords of the pandemic or vocational study, because according to the pandemic or vocational study recognition mode in the related art, if the target social content explicitly includes the keywords of the pandemic or vocational study, the target social content can be directly recognized as the pandemic or vocational study if the keywords of the pandemic or vocational study are explicitly included, but in practice, even if the keywords of the pandemic or vocational study are explicitly included, the content of the pandemic or vocational study is not necessarily true, and in this case, the conclusion of whether the target social content is the content of the pandemic or vocational study can be more accurately obtained through double screening according to the comparison mode of the semantic similarity.
That is, whether the target social content is the content of the theatrical transparency can be roughly judged for the first time by whether the keywords of the theatrical transparency are explicitly included, if so, the target social content can be indicated to be the content of the theatrical transparency to a certain extent, further, the second judgment can be carried out through semantic similarity, the results of the two judgments can be mutually verified, and the accuracy of the theatrical transparency identification can be improved through screening of the two judgment conditions.
To calculate the semantic similarity of short texts, firstly, word segmentation processing is needed to be carried out on the disclosed content of the drama and the target social content respectively, and then vector representation is carried out by using word2vec dictionary related to the drama, which is trained based on the total content of the drama and all the short video title contents. The similarity between two vectors can be calculated by a currently general calculation method, for example, a common calculation method is to use cosine similarity, i.e. the cosine similarity is measured, and the following is introduced:
cosine similarity, also known as cosine similarity, is evaluated by calculating the cosine value of the angle between two vectors. Cosine similarity maps vectors into vector space, such as the most common two-dimensional space, based on coordinate values. The cosine values range between [ -1,1], the closer the value is to 1, the closer the directions representing the two vectors are; the closer to-1, the more opposite their direction; close to 0, meaning that the two vectors are nearly orthogonal, the most common application is to calculate text similarity. For two texts, two vectors can be established according to words respectively included in the texts, and the similarity condition, namely semantic similarity, of the two texts in a statistical method can be known by calculating cosine values of the two vectors.
Step 204: and judging whether the semantic similarity meets the set condition.
Step 205: and pushing the target social content to the target account when the semantic similarity meets the set condition.
Step 206: and when the semantic similarity is determined to not meet the set condition, carrying out shielding processing on the target social content aiming at the target account.
In the implementation process, for example, when the semantic similarity between the target social content and the published hyperfiltration content meets a set condition, the probability that the target social content is the hyperfiltration content is considered to be low, and the target social content can be normally pushed to the target account as non-hyperfiltration social content, and of course, the target social content can be pushed to other accounts at the same time, or whether the target social content is pushed or not is selected according to the shielding content of other accounts. And when the semantic similarity between the target social content and the published content does not meet the set condition, the probability that the target social content is the content is considered to be larger, the target social content may then be determined to be the content of the panned, specifically the content of the panned relative to the target account, because other accounts may not be the hypertransparent content, they may be masked, and in particular, because they are target account initiated masking requests, the hypertransparent masking process may be performed only for the target account, i.e., the target social content is masked for the target account.
In specific implementations, the manner in which the supertransparent barrier is processed includes a variety of ways, as exemplified herein. The first type of the transparent shielding treatment mode is as follows: the method includes the steps that the method prohibits the transmission social content from being pushed to a target account, so that the target account cannot acquire the transmission social content, and therefore the transmission social content cannot be displayed; the second type of the transparent shielding treatment mode is as follows: and pushing the hyperfilement social content to the target account, wherein the terminal corresponding to the target account is required to display the hyperfilement social content and the non-hyperfilement social content in a distinguishing mode according to a set display mode, namely, different display effects of the hyperfilement social content and the non-hyperfilement social content are required.
In the implementation process, the fact that the semantic similarity between the target social content and the disclosed content meets the set condition may mean that the semantic similarity between the target social content and the disclosed content is smaller than the set similarity threshold, and when the semantic similarity between the two is smaller than the similarity threshold, the probability that the target social content is the content is also smaller, therefore, the target social content can be judged to be the non-transparent social content and then pushed to the target account according to the normal pushing flow, and when the semantic similarity between the two is larger than or equal to the similarity threshold value, the target social content can be judged not to meet the set condition, and the probability of the target social content being the transparent content is high, so that the target social content can be judged to be the transparent content at the moment and then the transparent shielding processing can be carried out on the target social content.
In general, the disclosed content associated with the critical information of the theatrical composition may include one or more pieces, and the setting conditions corresponding to the similarity threshold described above are described below for different cases including different numbers of the disclosed content of the theatrical composition.
Case 1: when the disclosed content related to the critical information of the dramatic transmission only comprises one piece, for example, the piece of the disclosed dramatic transmission content is called as a dramatic transmission content 1, the semantic similarity between the target social content and the dramatic transmission content 1 is S1, the similarity threshold is assumed to be K, if S1 is less than K, the set condition can be considered to be met, and the target social content is determined to be a non-dramatic transmission social content and is pushed to the target account; if S1 is greater than or equal to K, the set condition is not satisfied, and the target social content is determined to be the transparent content and the masking processing is performed.
Case 2: when the disclosed content associated with the critical information of the radiocommunication includes a plurality of pieces, for example, three pieces, the three pieces of disclosed content are respectively called a radiocommunication content 1, a radiocommunication content 2 and a radiocommunication content 3, and the semantic similarity correspondence between the target social content and the radiocommunication content 1, 2 and 3 is S1, S2 and S3. The following two processing methods are described in detail below for case 2.
First treatment mode
Uniformly setting a same similarity threshold value for all the public content, for example, P, if the semantic similarity between the target social content and each piece of public content is smaller than the uniform similarity value, namely, if S1 is smaller than P, S2 is smaller than P and S3 is smaller than P, the set condition can be considered to be met, and the target social content is determined to be non-transparent social content and pushed to the target account; if at least one semantic similarity between the target social content and each piece of content to be disclosed is not smaller than the unified similarity value P, namely, at least one of S1, S2 and S3 is larger than or equal to P, the set condition is not met, and the target social content is determined to be the content to be disclosed and is subjected to shielding processing.
In general, each piece of public content is definitely and semantically transparent, and the same similarity threshold is set for all pieces of public content by setting the same similarity threshold for all pieces of public content, so that the similarity of the target social content and the pieces of public content can be conveniently and rapidly compared in batches, and the similarity comparison efficiency is improved.
Second processing mode
A differential similarity threshold is set for each piece of public content, specifically, a first similarity threshold may be configured for each piece of public content, where the first similarity threshold configured for each piece of public content is different or may be partially the same, for example, the similarity threshold set for the content 1 of the public content is Q1, the similarity threshold set for the content 2 of the public content is Q2, the similarity threshold set for the content 3 of the public content is Q3, where Q1 is 0.9, Q2 is 0.8, and Q3 is 0.93, that is, the first similarity thresholds corresponding to the respective pieces of public content are all different.
Wherein the first similarity threshold corresponding to each piece of public hyperfiltration content is determined according to the degree of the public hyperfiltration content, and the degree of the public hyperfiltration content can be determined according to the included dominant hyperfiltration keywords, for example, according to the number and types of the included dominant hyperfiltration keywords, for example, if the number of the included dominant hyperfiltration keywords is larger, the degree of the public hyperfiltration is larger; in another embodiment, for example, the degree of the public content can be determined according to the label of the public content, and the label can be a label marked manually by a user or can be a label extracted from evaluation information corresponding to the public content; in yet another embodiment, the degree of the dramatic transmission may also be determined directly from the rated content of the published dramatic transmission content, and so on.
The higher the degree of the public, the more the public content of the public is revealed, the smaller the first similarity threshold value correspondingly configured for the public content of the public may be, that is, the relationship between the first similarity threshold value of the public content of the public and the degree of the public may be in negative correlation. For example, the degree of the dramatic transmission content 2 is higher than that of the dramatic transmission content 1, so that the similarity threshold Q2 (i.e. 0.8) of the dramatic transmission content 2 is set to be smaller than that of the dramatic transmission content 1 (i.e. 0.9), so that, for the social content which needs to be determined by semantic similarity later whether or not to be the dramatic transmission content, when the semantic similarity is compared with the dramatic transmission content 1 and 2 respectively by the corresponding first similarity threshold, the consideration of the semantic similarity with the dramatic transmission content 1 is slightly lower than that of the dramatic transmission content 2, because the semantic similarity of the dramatic transmission content 1 with higher dramatic transmission degree can be required to be slightly lower than that of the dramatic transmission content 2 with lower dramatic transmission degree, so that the standard consistency when the semantic similarity is compared can be ensured, and the accuracy of the identification of the dramatic transmission content can be improved.
In another possible implementation manner, after all the public content is obtained, according to the actual content, a corresponding first similarity threshold can be manually configured for the public content, so that the accuracy is high.
In a second processing manner, how to determine whether the target social content is the content of the movie by using the first similarity threshold configured corresponding to the plurality of pieces of the disclosed content of the movie is described in detail below with reference to fig. 5.
Step 501: semantic similarity between the target social content and each piece of published hyperfiltration content is determined respectively.
Continuing the above-mentioned three pieces of public content 1, 2 and 3, for example, the first similarity thresholds set for the three pieces of public content are respectively Q1, Q2 and Q3, and the semantic similarity between the target social content and the three pieces of public content is respectively represented by S1, S2 and S3.
Step 502: determining whether the semantic similarity between each piece of public hyperfiltration content and the target social content is lower than a first similarity threshold corresponding to the public hyperfiltration content.
Continuing with the example above, then the determination is: whether S1 is smaller than Q1 and S2 is smaller than Q2 and S3 is smaller than Q3, namely, judging: s1 is less than Q1, S2 is less than Q2, and S3 is less than Q3.
Step 503: when the semantic similarity between each piece of public hyperfiltration content and the target social content is lower than a first similarity threshold corresponding to the public hyperfiltration content, determining that the setting condition is met, determining the target social content as non-hyperfiltration social content, and pushing the target social content to a target account.
If the semantic similarity between each piece of public hyperfiltration content and the target social content is lower than the first similarity threshold corresponding to the public hyperfiltration content, namely S1 < Q1, S2 < Q2 and S3 < Q3 are simultaneously established, the fact that the semantic similarity between the target social content and any piece of public hyperfiltration content is smaller is indicated, so that the probability that the target social content is the hyperfiltration content can be considered to be small, the target social content can be determined to be the non-hyperfiltration social content, the non-hyperfiltration social content is pushed to the target account, and the user can normally receive the non-hyperfiltration social content.
And the semantic similarity between each piece of public hyperfiltration content and the target social content is opposite to the first similarity threshold value corresponding to the public hyperfiltration content, namely, at least one semantic similarity among all the obtained semantic similarity between each piece of public hyperfiltration content and the target social content is larger than the first similarity threshold value corresponding to the corresponding public hyperfiltration content, namely, at least one of the three formulas of S1 < Q1, S2 < Q2 and S3 < Q3 is not satisfied, and the condition is not satisfied.
When the above setting condition is not satisfied, that is, when the determination result of step 502 is no, a possible implementation may be realized by executing step 504.
Step 504: when the semantic similarity between each piece of public hyperfiltration content and the target social content is not completely lower than a first similarity threshold corresponding to the public hyperfiltration content, determining that the setting condition is not met, determining the target social content as the hyperfiltration social content, and shielding the target social content for the target account.
When the above setting condition is not satisfied, i.e. when the determination result of step 502 is no, another possible implementation may be implemented by executing steps 505 to 506, i.e. further performing double determination through the second similarity threshold, which is described in detail below.
Step 505: when the semantic similarity between each piece of public dramatic content and the target social content is not completely lower than a first similarity threshold corresponding to the public dramatic content, determining the weight of each piece of public dramatic content according to the association degree of each piece of public dramatic content and the dramatic key information, and determining the comprehensive similarity according to the semantic similarity and the corresponding weight of each piece of public dramatic content.
Wherein the degree of association of the disclosed content with the critical information of the content can be determined by the content overlap ratio between the two, for example, the higher the content overlap ratio is, the higher the degree of association is indicated, or, the semantic similarity between the disclosed content and the critical information of the content can be calculated, the greater the semantic similarity is, the greater the association degree is indicated, or the association degree between the disclosed content and the critical information of the content can be measured in other ways. Further, the greater the association degree, the closer the disclosed content is to the critical information of the user submitted, the greater the corresponding weight may be. For example, three pieces of public hypertransparent content are respectively corresponding to weights a 1 、a 2 、a 3 ,a 1 、a 2 、a 3 The sum of the three is 1, and the comprehensive similarity S can be calculated according to the following formula: s=s1×a 1 +S2×a 2 +S2×a 3
Step 506: and judging whether the comprehensive similarity is smaller than a second similarity threshold value.
The second similarity threshold may be an average value of semantic similarity between each piece of public content and the target social content, or may be an average value of semantic similarity between the public content and the target social content, where the semantic similarity between the public content and the target social content is not lower than the corresponding first similarity threshold, or may be another value, and there is no necessary size relationship between the second similarity threshold and the first similarity threshold, where the first similarity threshold and the second similarity threshold may be the same or different, and embodiments of the present application are not limited.
When the integrated similarity is smaller than the second similarity threshold, it may be determined that the foregoing setting condition is satisfied, and then the target social content is determined to be the non-hypertransparent social content, and the target social content is pushed to the target account, that is, the foregoing step 503 is executed.
When the integrated similarity is not less than (i.e., greater than or equal to) the second similarity threshold, it may be determined that the foregoing setting condition is not satisfied, and then the target social content is determined to be the perspective social content, and the target social content is masked against the target account, that is, the foregoing step 504 is executed.
That is, in the case of including a plurality of pieces of disclosed content, in the second processing mode, one possible setting condition is: the semantic similarity between each piece of public hyperfiltration content and the target social content is lower than a first similarity threshold corresponding to the public hyperfiltration content; another possible setting condition is: there is at least one piece of public hyperfiltration content having a semantic similarity with the target social content not lower than a first similarity threshold corresponding to the public hyperfiltration content, and the integrated similarity determined from the semantic similarity and the corresponding weight of each piece of public content is greater than a second similarity threshold.
In the above embodiment, two different setting conditions are provided, so that flexibility of the manner of identifying the transmission of the series can be increased. In the second setting condition, through double judgment of the first similarity threshold and the second similarity threshold, the condition that the content of the dramatic transmission is not recognized can be avoided as much as possible, and the accuracy of the identification of the content of the dramatic transmission is improved.
In the embodiment of the application, not only can the content of the severe-transmission including the dominant-transmission keywords be effectively identified, but also the implicit content of the severe-transmission which does not include the dominant-transmission keywords can be effectively identified, so that the effectiveness and the accuracy of identifying the content of the severe-transmission are improved, the effectiveness of the shielding of the severe-transmission is further improved, and the effect of shielding the severe-transmission is enhanced.
Based on the same inventive concept, please refer to fig. 6, the embodiment of the present application further provides a social content processing method, which may be performed by the client side, for example, may be performed by the terminal device 101 or the terminal device 102 or the terminal device 103 in fig. 1, and the flowchart shown in fig. 6 is described as follows.
Step 601: a radioscopic masking operation triggered by the radioscopic key information input in an interface of a target account in the social platform is detected.
Step 602: in response to the supermask operation, a supermask request including supermask key information is generated.
Step 603: a request for a transparent mask is sent to a server.
And sending a transparent shielding request to the server so that the server can screen whether the social content published to the social platform is transparent or not according to the transparent shielding request.
Step 604: and acquiring social content pushed by the server.
After receiving the dramatic shielding request sent by the target account, the server may determine whether the social content posted on the social platform is a dramatic social content according to the dramatic key information carried in the dramatic shielding request and in the manner described in the foregoing fig. 2-4, specifically, whether the semantic similarity between the posted social content and the published dramatic content corresponding to the dramatic key information meets the set condition. If the semantic similarity between the published social content and the published hyperfiltration content corresponding to the hyperfiltration key information meets the set condition, the published social content can be determined to be non-hyperfiltration social content, and the server can push the non-hyperfiltration social content to the target account; if the semantic similarity between the published social content and the published hyperfiltration content corresponding to the hyperfiltration key information does not meet the set condition, the published social content can be determined to be the hyperfiltration social content, and the server can conduct shielding processing on the published social content and the published hyperfiltration content aiming at the target account. The detailed judgment process can be referred to the description of the previous embodiment, and the description thereof will not be repeated here.
And for social contents published to a social platform, the social contents can be divided into the hyperfiltration social contents related to the hyperfiltration key information and the non-hyperfiltration social contents unrelated to the hyperfiltration key information through the hyperfiltration key information, and the non-hyperfiltration social contents can be normally pushed to a target account so that a user can normally view the non-hyperfiltration social contents, and the hyperfiltration screening processing can be carried out on the hyperfiltration social contents. The first type of the dramatic shielding processing mode is as follows: the method includes the steps that the method prohibits the transmission social content from being pushed to a target account, so that the target account cannot acquire the transmission social content, and therefore the transmission social content cannot be displayed; the second type of the transparent shielding treatment mode is as follows: and pushing the dramatic through social content to a target account, wherein terminals corresponding to the target account are required to display the dramatic through social content and the non-dramatic through social content in a distinguishing mode according to a set display mode, for example, the dramatic through social content and the non-dramatic through social content are displayed in different display effects, and therefore the display effects of the dramatic through social content and the non-dramatic through social content are different.
Step 605: and displaying the acquired social content in a set display mode.
According to different processing modes of the server, the terminal end obtains social content pushed by the server possibly different.
When the shielding processing mode of the server is the first type of the shielding processing mode of the hyperfiltration, the terminal equipment can only acquire the non-hyperfiltration social content, and then the non-hyperfiltration social content is displayed according to a normal display mode.
When the shielding processing mode of the server is the second type of the aforementioned transparent shielding processing mode, the terminal device can obtain the non-transparent social content and the transparent social content at the same time, but can display the non-transparent social content and the transparent social content in a distinguishing way. One possible implementation way is that non-transparent social content is normally displayed, transparent social content is shielded or weakened to be displayed, for example, a shielding frame is marked on the transparent social content or dark shading is added, so that a user generally has difficulty in intuitively seeing specific content included in the transparent social content, and further, the transparent social content can be viewed and shielded to a certain extent, or a certain transparency or a conspicuous color can be distinguished to be displayed, so that the user can clearly know which part is the transparent content and can actively avoid the transparent content when browsing the transparent social content, and the sight of the user can be reminded and shielded to a certain extent; another possible implementation is to normally show non-dramatic social content, prohibit the display of dramatic content, and not display the same.
In the embodiment of the invention, the user initiates the request for shielding the dramatic transmission through the target account, the server judges whether the social content published to the social platform is the dramatic transmission social content or not based on the request, and the method of judging whether the social content is the dramatic transmission social content or not through the semantic similarity comparison with the published dramatic transmission content can effectively identify the dramatic transmission content comprising the explicit dramatic transmission keywords and can effectively identify the implicit dramatic transmission content not comprising the explicit dramatic transmission keywords, so that the effectiveness and accuracy of identifying the dramatic transmission content are improved, and therefore, the terminal can conduct shielding or strong reminding processing to a certain extent for the user according to the effective identification of the server to avoid the user from being dramatic transmitted as much as possible.
