The invention provides an air purification module.
In the embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 1 to 6, the air purification module 100 includes a housing 110, a rotating body 120, a motor 130, a water guard 140, and a waterproof cover 150. The housing 110 has an intake port 111, an outlet port 112, and a purge air duct 113 communicating the intake port 111 and the outlet port 112. The rotating body 120 is rotatably disposed in the cleaning duct 113, and the rotating body 120 is adapted to rotate to throw water out when the water is sprayed on the rotating body 120. The motor 130 is disposed under the rotating body 120, the motor 130 includes a motor main body 131 and a rotating shaft 132 connected to the motor main body 131, and the rotating shaft 132 is connected to the rotating body 120. The water blocking member 140 is sleeved on the periphery of the rotating shaft 132 and located between the motor body 131 and the rotating body 120, the water blocking member 140 is provided with an annular groove 141 with an upward opening and surrounding the rotating shaft 132, and the height of the outer side wall surface 141a of the annular groove 141 is lower than the height of the inner side wall surface 141b of the annular groove 141. The waterproof cover 150 is hermetically sleeved on the periphery of the rotating shaft 132 and located between the water blocking member 140 and the rotating body 120, and a lower periphery of the waterproof cover 150 extends into the annular groove 141.
In this embodiment, the shape of the housing 110 may be various, for example, the cross section may be circular, oval, rectangular, etc., and in order to better fit with the air conditioner, the shape of the housing 110 may be set according to the model of the air conditioner used specifically, and is not limited herein, and the following embodiment is described by taking the housing 110 as a cylinder. The casing 110 may have a structure with openings at both ends, the openings at both ends are used as the air inlet 111 and the air outlet 112, the casing 110 may also have a structure with openings at both ends, the air inlet 111 is disposed on one circumferential side of the casing 110, and the air outlet 112 is disposed on the other circumferential side of the casing. There are various shapes of the intake port 111 and the outtake port 112, such as a circle, an ellipse, a square, a polygon, a porous type, etc., and there is no particular limitation. The air inlet 111 comprises a fresh air inlet which is communicated with the outside; and/or the indoor air inlet 111, wherein the indoor air inlet 111 is communicated with the indoor space. Since the rotating body 120 is wrapped by the housing 110 and then installed in the housing 200, the housing 110 can prevent water thrown by the rotating body 120 from flowing to the inner wall of the housing 200, thereby preventing other parts on the inner wall of the housing 200 from being wetted and damaged. In addition, the air inlets 111 are arranged in a plurality of numbers and distributed along the circumferential direction of the shell 110 at intervals, so that air is introduced from a plurality of circumferential positions, and the contact area between the air inlets and water is increased better.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 1 to 4 and fig. 7, the housing 110 is extended vertically, the air inlet 111 is located at the lower end of the housing 110, and the air outlet 112 is located at the upper end of the housing 110. The water thrown out by the rotating body 120 drops downward due to the action of gravity, so that the air inlet 111 is located below the shell 110, the air inlet direction is inconsistent with the dropping direction of the water drops, and the phenomenon of water blowing caused by the fact that a large amount of water drops are discharged from the air outlet 112 while air flow is mixed is prevented.
The rotating body 120 is rotatably disposed in the purifying air duct 113, and the rotating body 120 is adapted to throw water out by rotating when the water is sprayed on the rotating body 120, that is, the rotating body 120 is used to make the water leave the rotating body 120 after making centrifugal motion when rotating itself. This rotator 120 can be formed by one or more carousel, when water sprays the carousel, because the high rotation of rotator 120 for water cutting on the carousel throws the internal wall face to casing 110 for tiny water particle, thereby the air current through in the purification wind channel 113 can contact and fuse with tiny water particle, and then reaches the mesh of washing filtered air. The rotating body 120 may be a structure that is permeable to air and a filter screen or a mesh may be laid thereon to achieve the effects of cutting and purifying the fine water particles. In practical applications, the peripheral linear velocity of the rotating body 120 is greater than or equal to 10m/s and less than or equal to 45m/s, such as 10m/s, 15m/s, 18m/s, 23m/s, 28m/s, 35m/s, 38m/s, 45m/s, and the like. Preferably 20m/s to 30m/s, such as may be 20m/s, 22m/s, 25m/s, 27m/s, 29m/s, 30m/s, and the like. So, can make water by broken up fully, effectively increase the distribution volume of water droplet and water smoke, can reduce the noise of production again, improve the practicality.
The rotating shaft 132 of the motor 130 is positioned above the motor main body 131. The rotation shaft 132 of the motor 130 is connected to the rotation body 120 to drive the rotation body 120 to rotate around the rotation shaft 132 thereof. The motor 130 drives the rotating body 120 to rotate automatically, so that the structure is simple, the size is small, and the control is convenient, thereby meeting the requirement of the rotating speed of the rotating body 120 and reducing the size of the whole machine. The terminals of the motor 130 may be disposed on the peripheral side wall of the motor 130, or may be disposed on the bottom of the motor 130. The terminal can be a metal contact or a connecting wire. It will be appreciated that when the terminals of the motor 130 are exposed, the exposed terminals may be sealed by a sealing sleeve or sealant, etc.
The water blocking member 140 is sleeved on the periphery of the rotating shaft 132, and a through hole is formed in the middle of the water blocking member 140, and the rotating shaft 132 of the motor 130 penetrates through the through hole and is connected to the rotating body 120. It should be noted that a certain gap is formed between the water stop 140 and the rotating shaft 132, so that when the rotating shaft 132 rotates, the water stop 140 does not rotate along with the rotating shaft 132. The water blocking member 140 may be disposed to cover the body of the motor 130 entirely or partially. The water blocking member 140 may have a disc-shaped structure, a cylindrical structure, a plate-shaped structure, or the like. The shape of the water blocking member 140 may be circular, oval, rectangular, irregular, etc., and only needs to partially or completely block the motor main body 131 and be provided with the annular groove 141, which is not limited herein. The water blocking member 140 may be a separate structure, in which case the water blocking member 140 may be connected to the housing 110, the motor bracket 160, or other structures inside the air purification module 100, etc. The water deflector 140 may also be part of a structure mounted inside the housing 110.
The annular groove 141 may be in the form of a circular ring, an elliptical ring, a square ring, or the like. The opening depth and width of the annular groove 141 can be set according to the use requirement, and are not particularly limited herein. It should be noted that the annular groove 141 is disposed around the rotating shaft 132, an inner side wall surface 141b of the annular groove 141 refers to a side wall surface close to the rotating shaft 132 of the motor 130, and an outer side wall surface 141a of the annular groove 141 refers to a side wall surface far from the rotating shaft 132 of the motor 130. The height of the sidewall surface of the annular groove 141 is determined by the height of the step plane of the water stopper 140 forming the annular groove 141. By making the height of the inner side wall surface 141b of the annular groove 141 higher than the height of the outer side wall surface 141a of the annular groove 141, the water level in the annular groove 141 is always at a level flush with the height of the outer side wall (lower level) of the annular groove 141 by using the principle of the communicating vessel. So, the water in the annular groove 141 can not be higher than the inner side wall surface 141b, namely, can not overflow into the motor 130 rotating shaft 132, can effectively prevent the sewage after the water washing filtration from causing the dead phenomenon of motor 130 rotating shaft 132 card, further make sewage can not overflow into the motor 130 through the motor 130 rotating shaft 132, cause the phenomenon such as motor 130 wiring end short circuit.
The waterproof cover 150 may be in a cylindrical shape with an open bottom, or in a cover shape, and the specific structure is not limited herein. The waterproof cover 150 can be sealed around the rotating shaft 132 by a structure seal, a sealing ring seal, or an integral structure with the rotating body 120. The waterproof cover 150 is located between the water blocking member 140 and the rotating body 120, such that the waterproof cover 150 covers the gap between the water blocking member 140 and the rotating shaft 132, and the waterproof cover 150 can prevent water and moisture from entering the rotating shaft 132 through the gap between the waterproof member and the rotating shaft 132. And the lower periphery of the waterproof cover 150 extends into the annular groove 141, so that on one hand, a drainage function is achieved, water can flow into the annular groove 141 along the outer wall surface of the waterproof cover 150, and on the other hand, when the water in the annular groove 141 reaches a sealing water level line, the lower periphery of the waterproof cover 150 extends into the water, so that the waterproof cover 150 and the outer wall surface 141a of the annular groove 141 form a water seal, and water vapor can be effectively and comprehensively isolated from entering the rotating shaft 132.
The air purification module 100 of the present invention enables the rotating body 120 to be rotatably disposed in the purification air duct 113, so that when the rotating body 120 rotates, a large amount of micro water drops thrown off and on the rotating body 120 can effectively capture and filter particulate matters, formaldehyde and other gaseous pollutants in the air flowing through the rotating body 120, and thus, the air can be effectively purified. Meanwhile, the motor 130 is arranged below the rotating body 120, the water blocking member 140 is sleeved on the periphery of the rotating shaft 132 of the motor 130, the water blocking member 140 is provided with an annular groove 141 with an upward opening, the height of the outer side wall surface 141a of the annular groove 141 is lower than that of the inner side wall surface 141b of the annular groove 141, the waterproof cover 150 is hermetically sleeved on the periphery of the rotating shaft 132 and is positioned between the water blocking member 140 and the rotating body 120, and the lower periphery of the waterproof cover 150 extends into the annular groove 141. In this manner, the water is filled in the annular groove 141 of the water blocking member 140 and reaches the sealing water level line using the principle of the communicating vessel, that is, the water level in the annular groove 141 is finally at a level flush with the height of the outer side wall surface 141a of the annular groove 141. Therefore, the water blocking member 140 can prevent water from entering the rotating shaft 132 of the motor 130, and meanwhile, the lower periphery of the waterproof cover 150 extends into the annular groove 141, and then the lower periphery of the waterproof cover 150 is lower than the height of the outer side wall surface 141a of the annular groove 141, so that the water blocking member 140 and the waterproof cover 150 are arranged in a staggered manner, and thus when the water level in the annular groove 141 reaches the sealing water level line, water sealing is formed between the water blocking member 140 and the waterproof cover 150, and then water vapor can be further prevented from entering the rotating shaft 132 of the motor 130 and the motor 130, so that the comprehensive and effective water prevention of the motor 130 is realized, and the use reliability of the motor 130 is improved.
In an embodiment, referring to fig. 4 to 7, the air purification module 100 further includes a motor bracket 160 mounted to the housing 110, the motor main body 131 is mounted to the motor bracket 160, and the water blocking member 140 is connected to the motor bracket 160.
In this embodiment, the motor holder 160 and the housing 110 may be integrally formed or may be separately formed. The motor bracket 160 and the housing 110 may be detachably connected, such as by screws, snaps, etc., or may be fixedly connected. The motor bracket 160 may have a radial structure, a disc structure, a ring structure, etc., and is not particularly limited thereto, as long as the motor 130 can be fixed to the housing 110. The water blocking member 140 and the motor bracket 160 may be integrally provided or may be separately provided. The water blocking member 140 and the motor bracket 160 may be detachably connected, such as by a snap, a thread, a screw, or the like. Through making water blocking member 140 connect on motor support 160, then water blocking member 140 need not the lug connection on casing 110, and then makes water blocking member 140's volume can only with motor 130 looks adaptation, then can reduce water blocking member 140's volume, reduce cost for overall structure is compacter.
Specifically, referring to fig. 4 to 7 again, the water blocking member 140 is integrally provided with the motor bracket 160. By making the water blocking member 140 integrally provided with the motor bracket 160, the motor bracket 160 is sufficiently utilized, and the internal structure of the air purification module 100 is simplified. And the water blocking member 140 and the motor bracket 160 are integrally arranged, so that the connection between the water blocking member and the motor bracket is more stable and the structural stability is improved compared with the split arrangement.
In an embodiment, as shown in fig. 2, 4 to 6, a connection sleeve 121 is protruded from a lower end of the rotating body 120, the connection sleeve 121 is sleeved on an outer periphery of the rotating shaft 132, and the waterproof cover 150 is hermetically connected to the outer periphery of the connection sleeve 121. The waterproof cover 150 and the connecting sleeve 121 can be hermetically connected through a sealing ring, a structural seal, an integral arrangement and the like. By hermetically connecting the waterproof cover 150 to the periphery of the connection sleeve 121, water can be effectively prevented from flowing into the motor 130 from the gap between the rotation shaft 132 and the water stopper 140. And this sealing is simpler and more reliable than the direct sealing of the rotating shaft 132 by the waterproof cover 150. Specifically, the waterproof cover 150 is provided integrally with the connection sleeve 121. Thus, the connection stability of the waterproof cover 150 and the connection sleeve 121 is higher.
In another embodiment, referring to fig. 4 to 6, the outer wall of the waterproof cover 150 extends outward and downward from the center of the rotating shaft 132, and the lower periphery of the waterproof cover 150 is spaced from the bottom wall of the annular groove 141. Thus, the entire outer wall surface of the waterproof cover 150 extends downward, and the waterproof cover 150 can perform a drainage function. The lower periphery of the waterproof cover 150 and the bottom wall surface of the annular groove 141 are arranged at intervals, so that compared with the bottom wall surface directly abutting against the annular groove 141, the vibration of the waterproof cover 150 can be effectively prevented from being transmitted to the water blocking piece 140, and further, the noise can be effectively prevented. And when the waterproof cover 150 rotates, the waterproof cover 150 can be prevented from rubbing against the water guard 140.
Further, referring to fig. 4 to 6 again, a step structure 141c is disposed in the annular groove 141, and a height of a step surface of the step structure 141c is lower than a height of an inner sidewall surface 141b of the annular groove 141. It can be understood that the height of the stepped surface in the annular groove 141 is lower than the height of the inner sidewall surface 141b of the annular groove 141 so that the water level does not overflow the inner sidewall surface 141b of the annular groove 141 through the stepped structure 141 c. The step structure 141c may be a single step, two or more steps, or the like. Since the lower peripheral edge of the waterproof cover 150 is protruded into the annular groove 141, the waterproof cover 150 has a certain width extending laterally. Thus, if the width of the annular groove 141 is too wide, a large amount of water needs to be stored when the annular groove 141 is filled with water to reach the sealing water level line. And through set up stair structure 141c in annular groove 141, effectual separation annular groove 141 for only need a small amount of water can realize water-stop in the annular groove 141, and then make the design more reasonable.
In an embodiment, the air purification module 100 further includes a motor cover 170, the motor cover 170 is covered on the periphery of the motor main body 131, and the motor cover 170 and the water blocking member 140 together enclose the motor main body 131. The motor cover 170 plays a role in protecting the motor 130 from impact on one hand, and can play a role in preventing water together with the water blocking member 140 for the motor 130 on the other hand. Therefore, the motor cover 170 and the water blocking member 140 are fully utilized, so that the water prevention of the motor 130 is more comprehensive and effective.

In this way, the air flow can circulate from the middle of the support (not shown), i.e. directly through the axial direction of the screen (not shown). So that the air flow can be sufficiently contacted with the fine particle water drops on the screen (not shown), thereby making the purification effect better.
Due to the porous structure of the screen (not shown), the rotating body 120 has good water viscosity, so that the water drops sprayed on the screen (not shown) are distributed more widely and uniformly, and the water drops can reach the required particle size when rotating along with the rotating body 120. When the screen (not shown) rotates at a high speed, the water sprayed on the screen (not shown) forms high-speed moving water drops which are distributed on the screen (not shown) and can be thrown out along with the screen (not shown), so that the water drops are fully contacted and mixed with the air flowing in from the air inlet 111, particulate matters and formaldehyde of the air are fully contacted with the water drops and then purified by the water, and thus the air can be effectively purified.
