Photoelectric sensors, PLC and electromagnetic multi-way reversing valves can be arranged according to requirements, and the doors can be automatically opened or closed through the cooperation of the photoelectric sensors, the PLC, the electromagnetic multi-way reversing valves and the driving mechanism.
The container automatic door opening and closing device can be installed on a mobile device such as a forklift as required.

Claims (7)

1. Automatic container locking and unlocking device is characterized in that: comprising the following steps:
the switch lock mechanism (5) comprises a second mounting frame (51), a second arc-shaped track (52), a second crank arm (53), a third driving mechanism (54) and a rotating frame (55), wherein the second arc-shaped track (52) is fixedly arranged on the second mounting frame (51), one end of the second crank arm (53) is hinged on the second mounting frame (51), the other end of the second crank arm is adapted to be in sliding connection with the second arc-shaped track (52), one end of the third driving mechanism (54) is hinged on the second mounting frame (51), the other end of the third driving mechanism is rotatably connected to the middle of the second crank arm (53), and the third driving mechanism (54) stretches to drive the second crank arm (53) to rotate and drive the rotating frame (55) to move in an arc manner;
a second locking mechanism (6) which is attached to the rotating frame (55) and can lock or unlock the lock rod (13) on the door (11) of the container (1); the second locking mechanism (6) comprises a fourth driving mechanism (61), a first sliding rail (62), a sliding block (63), a fifth driving mechanism (64), two clamping arms (65) and two connecting rods (66), wherein the fourth driving mechanism (61) is installed on the rotating frame (55) and is connected with the first sliding rail (62) in a transmission mode so as to drive the first sliding rail (62) to slide, the sliding block (63) is connected with the first sliding rail (62) in a sliding mode, the fifth driving mechanism (64) is installed on the first sliding rail (62) and is connected with the sliding block (63) in a transmission mode so as to drive the sliding block (63) to slide along the first sliding rail (62), one ends of the two clamping arms (65) are hinged to the first sliding rail (62), one ends of the two connecting rods (66) are hinged to the sliding block (63), and the other ends of the two connecting rods are hinged to the middle parts of the two clamping arms (65) respectively so as to drive the two clamping arms (65) to clamp (13) or release the clamping through sliding of the sliding block (63).
2. The container automatic opening and closing lock apparatus as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the axis of the second arcuate track (52) coincides with the axis of rotation of the lock shaft (12).
3. The container automatic opening and closing lock apparatus as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the other end of the second crank arm (53) is provided with a roller which is connected in the second arc-shaped track (52) in an adaptive manner.

The container automatic opening and closing lock apparatus as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the second locking mechanism (6) further comprises a second sliding rail (67), the second sliding rail (67) is fixedly arranged on the rotating frame (55), the first sliding rail (62) is slidingly connected with the second sliding rail (67), and the first sliding rail (62) and the second sliding rail (67) are vertically arranged.
5. The container automatic opening and closing lock apparatus according to any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein: further comprises:
the lock cover opening and closing mechanism (7) comprises a third mounting frame (71), a rotary table (72), an opening fork (73) and a sixth driving mechanism (74), wherein the third mounting frame (71) is fixedly arranged on the second mounting frame (51), the rotary table (72) is rotationally connected to the third mounting frame (71), the sixth driving mechanism (74) is fixedly arranged at the eccentric position of the rotary table (72), the sixth driving mechanism (74) is in transmission connection with the opening fork (73), the tail end of the opening fork (73) is concavely provided with a fork body structure which can be matched and connected to the lock cover (14) in a forked mode, the opening fork (73) is driven to move through the sixth driving mechanism (74) so as to be connected to the lock cover (14) in a forked mode, and the rotary table (72) rotates so as to drive a support (15) on the lock cover (14) relative to the box door (11).

The automatic container opening and closing lock apparatus as claimed in claim 5, wherein: the lock cover opening and closing mechanism (7) comprises a seventh driving mechanism (75), gear teeth are arranged outside the rotary table (72) to form a gear, the seventh driving mechanism (75) is arranged on the third mounting frame (71) and is fixedly provided with a rack, and the rack is meshed with the gear to drive the rotary table (72) to rotate through the expansion and contraction of the seventh driving mechanism (75).
