Abstract
The invention discloses a preparation process of a refrigerator bottom plate, which comprises the following steps: selecting a material which is formed by sequentially compounding a carbon fiber felt layer, a PE film layer and an aluminum foil layer as a preparation raw material of a refrigerator bottom plate; unfolding the bottom plate of the refrigerator to a flat plate state, wherein 60% -70% of the thickness of the material is deducted during the unfolding calculation at the folding angle; according to the length and width value of the refrigerator bottom plate which is unfolded into a flat plate state, a square blank with a corresponding size is cut at the whole material commercial cutting position, and the length and width value of the blank is 15-25 mm larger than the length and width value of the unfolded refrigerator bottom plate on one side; putting the cut blank into a special die to be punched and formed; and (4) bending and forming the blank with the punched appearance in a bending machine. By adopting the process for manufacturing the refrigerator bottom plate, the new material can adapt to the forming of the irregular shape of the refrigerator bottom plate, the influence of different extensibility of the new material on the size of the refrigerator bottom plate is solved, and the design size of the refrigerator bottom plate is ensured.

With the concern on the safety performance of the refrigerator, a new requirement is provided for the flame retardant property of the refrigerator bottom plate, and the galvanized steel bottom plate can meet the flame retardant requirement but is expensive; the price of the combined bottom plate of the PP hollow plate and the galvanized steel plate is moderate, but the new flame-retardant requirement is difficult to achieve. 2. by adopting the process for manufacturing the refrigerator bottom plate, the new material can adapt to the forming of the irregular shape of the refrigerator bottom plate, the influence of different extensibility of the new material on the size of the refrigerator bottom plate is solved, and the design size of the refrigerator bottom plate is ensured.
