a third telescopic assembly (46) mounted on the second moving plate (45);
and the clamping block (47) is arranged on the third telescopic assembly (46).

6. The punching equipment for the outer wall of the construction iron drum as claimed in claim 5, characterized by further comprising an auxiliary mechanism (6), wherein the auxiliary mechanism (6) comprises:
the chassis (1) is provided with a sliding groove (61), the connecting block (62) is arranged on the first push plate (32), and the connecting block (62) is in sliding fit with the sliding groove (61);
the second push plate (63) is arranged on the connecting block (62);
the second wedge-shaped blocks (64) are arranged on two sides of the second push plate (63), and the second wedge-shaped blocks (64) are correspondingly matched with the moving frame (26) and the third mounting frame (52);

a fifth telescopic assembly (74) arranged between the third moving plate (73) and the fourth mounting rack (72);
the third wedge block (75) is arranged on the third moving plate (73), and the third wedge block (75) is correspondingly matched with the top block (71);
and an electric brush (76) attached to the third moving plate (73).
