Therefore, there is a need to design a cleaning and dust removing device for the surface of a storage rack for logistics, which can clean the storage racks at different heights, clean the bottom surface of the storage rack, sterilize the storage rack and collect disinfectant, and remove dust from the storage rack.

In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 3, the lifting mechanism 4 includes a first rotating shaft 41, a screw rod 42, a bevel gear set 43, a moving seat 44 and a guiding rod 45, the first rotating shaft 41 is rotatably disposed at the rear side of the top of the base 1, the screw rod 42 is rotatably disposed in the middle of the base 1, the bevel gear set 43 is connected between the lower portion of the screw rod 42 and the front end of the first rotating shaft 41, the moving seat 44 is rotatably disposed at the upper portion of the screw rod 42, the guiding rod 45 is welded at the front side of the top of the base 1, and the front side of the moving seat 44 is slidably sleeved on the guiding rod 45.

In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 1, 2, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8 and 9, the surface cleaning mechanism 5 includes an air cylinder 51, a first slider 52, a first cleaning brush 53, a second slider 54 and a first telescopic component 55, the air cylinder 51 is fixedly connected to the upper left part of the movable seat 44 through a bolt, the first slider 52 is slidably disposed on the upper left part of the movable seat 44, the bottom end of the telescopic rod of the air cylinder 51 is connected to the top end of the first slider 52, the first cleaning brush 53 is fixedly connected to the left end of the first slider 52, the second slider 54 is slidably disposed on the lower left part of the movable seat 44, and the first telescopic component 55 is connected between the bottom of the first slider 52 and the top of the second slider 54.

If a worker needs to clean the bottom surface of the storage rack, the first cleaning brush 53 slides downwards to drive the first rack 61 to move downwards, when the first rack 61 moves downwards to be in contact with the spur gear 63, the first rack 61 drives the spur gear 63 to rotate, the first rack 61 rotates to drive the second rotating shaft 62 to rotate, the spur gear 63 rotates to drive the second rack 66 to move upwards, the second rack 66 moves upwards to drive the fixing block 65 to move upwards, the fixing block 65 moves upwards to drive the second sliding block 54 to slide upwards in the moving seat 44, the second sliding block 54 slides upwards to drive the second cleaning brush 64 to move upwards, when the second cleaning brush 64 slides upwards to be in contact with the bottom surface of the storage rack, the worker moves the second cleaning brush 64 to the front side, the second cleaning brush 64 moves to move forwards to clean the bottom surface of the storage rack, when the first rack 61 moves upwards to be in contact with the spur gear 63 again, the first rack 61 drives the second rotating shaft 63 to rotate, the first rack 61 rotates to drive the second rotating shaft 62 to rotate, the second rack 66 moves upwards to drive the second sliding block 66 to move downwards, and the second sliding block 66 moves downwards to be in contact with the bottom surface of the storage rack 64, and the second sliding block 64 is kept in contact with the bottom surface of the second sliding block, and the second sliding block is kept in contact with the bottom surface of the second sliding block is moved downwards, when the second sliding block is kept in contact with the bottom surface of the second sliding block is kept moving downwards, and the second sliding block is kept in contact with the second sliding block 64 is kept moving downwards.

The dust removing device comprises a dust removing mechanism 9, wherein the dust removing mechanism 9 comprises a fixed seat 91, a servo motor 92 and a dust removing fan 93, the right side of the movable seat 44 is welded with the fixed seat 91, the fixed seat 91 is fixedly connected with the servo motor 92 through bolts, the upper part of the rear side of the movable seat 44 is welded with the dust removing fan 93, and the left end of an output shaft of the servo motor 92 is connected with the dust removing fan 93.
In order to reduce the dust on the storage rack, the worker needs to start the servo motor 92 to rotate, the output shaft of the servo motor 92 rotates to drive the dust removing fan 93 to rotate, the dust removing fan 93 rotates to blow off the dust on the storage rack, the fixing seat 91 plays a supporting role, when the worker temporarily does not need to blow off the dust on the storage rack, the worker closes the servo motor 92, and if the worker still needs to continue to blow off the dust on the storage rack, the worker can continuously blow off the dust on the storage rack by repeating the operation again.
